この発明は、建物躯体の外壁に固定される外部突出部材の取付構造及びその取付方法に関する。

【先行技術】
従来の外部突出部材の取付構造には、以下のような例が上げられる。
特開平4−182593号公報に記載されているように、シャッターケースの上面の天板の外壁側の端部に水平部と、その先に立ち上がり片を設け、この水平部を上下に隣接する外壁の間の隙間に挿入するとともに上記立ち上がり片を上側の外壁の裏側下端部に沿って配設したシャッターケースの取付構造がある。

また、特開平9−60450号公報に記載されているように、建物の外壁面に設けられた支持金具により支持されて固定されるようになされたシャッターケースの取付構造であって、シャッターケース上面の天板の外壁面側の端部の下方に屈曲されて設けられた止水片が、シャッターケースが支持金具に上方より落とし込まれた固定された状態で、外壁面に固定された止水金具の上面に張設された水密材を押圧し、止水するようになされていることを特徴とするシャッターケースの取付構造がある。

なお、近年では、建築現場での生産性の向上や、品質の均一性や、品質の向上を目的として、建築部材を予め工場で作成して、現場では、簡単な組立や取付だけで済むようにしたプレファブ工法が進められており、その一環として、予め工場で、外壁化粧部材、いわゆるサイディングまで取り付けた建築パネルの使用が検討されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上記した従来の外部突出部材の取付構造において、前者の特開平4−182593号公報に記載されている技術では、シャッターケースの上側となる外壁化粧部材は、シャッターケースの取付時に施工する必要があるため、予め外壁化粧部材等を取り付けたプレファブ住宅、例えばユニット建物等においては、施工が困難であるなどの制約を受けるという第一の問題点があった。

また、後者の特開平9−60450号公報に記載されている技術では、上方に向かって開口する支持金具に下方に向かって突出する係止片が単に差し込まれているだけであって、取付後に、シャッターボックスに上方に向かって外力が加わると、簡単に外れてしまい、シャッターボックスが建物躯体から外れて落下するおそれがあるという第二の問題点があった。

さらに、後者の技術では、取付作業者がシャッターボックスを建物躯体に取り付ける際、建物躯体への支持金具がシャッターボックスの裏面側にある上に、単に、支持金具に係止片を差し込む構造であるため、係止片がしっかりと支持金具に引っかかったかどうかの判断が取付作業者に分かり難く、確実な取付作業をするのが容易ではないという第三の問題点があった。

そこで、請求項1記載の発明は、上記した従来の技術の有する第一乃至第三の問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、外壁化粧部材を建物躯体に取り付けた後、外部突出部材を建物躯体に確実且つ容易に取り付けることができるとともに、防水性が良好な外部突出部材の取付構造を提供しようとするものである。

本発明は、上記した目的を達成するためのものである。
請求項1記載の発明は、建物躯体(45)に突出した状態で固定される外部突出部材(10)と、この外部突出部材(10)の周囲の建物躯体(45)の表面を所定の隙間をおいて覆う外壁化粧部材(40)と、建物躯体(45)の室外側の表面に固定され外部突出部材(10)を支持する支持板(65)とを備えた外部突出部材(10)の取付構造であって、外部突出部材(10)は、その上面の建物躯体(45)側に上方向に突出する上方突出片(20)を備え、この上方突出片(20)は、その上端が外壁化粧部材(40)の下端より前記隙間内に向かって上方に差し込まれるとともに、前記外壁化粧部材(40)の下端と外部突出部材(10)の上面との間から差し込まれる締結部材(23)を介して建物躯体(45)に固定される締結固定部(21)を備え、外部突出部材(10)の上方に隣接する外壁化粧部材(40)の下端と外部突出部材(10)の上面との間には、両者の間を埋める防水部材(30)が形成され、前記締結固定部(21)は、防水部材(30)の建物躯体(45)側に位置してなり、支持板(65)は、上部において上方に向かって延びて建物躯体(45)の表面との間に上方に向かって開口する隙間を有する引っ掛け部(60)と、下部において上方に向かって延びて建物躯体(45)の表面との間に上方に向かって開口する隙間を有する下部引っ掛け部(61)とを備え、外部突出部材(10)の建物躯体(45)側の表面には、下方に向かって突出して引っ掛け部(60)の隙間に差し込み可能な差込片(70)が形成されるとともに、下部引っ掛け部(61)にその縁を引っ掛けることができる穴が開口されていることを特徴とする。

また、「外壁化粧部材(40)」とは、建物躯体(45)の表面を風雨、熱、光等から守るとともに、表面を化粧して建物躯体(45)の外観を良好に維持することができるものであって、いわゆるサイディングと呼ばれ、例えばセラミック等からなり、表面にランダムな凹凸模様や、幾何学的な表面模様等を有するものを含むものである。

以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて、更に詳しく説明する。

まず、本実施の形態の構成について説明する。
本実施の形態に係る外部突出部材の取付構造は、建物躯体45に突出した状態で固定される外部突出部材10と、この外部突出部材10の周囲の建物躯体45の表面を覆う外壁化粧部材40とを備えているものである。なお、建物躯体45は、特に図示しないが、木質からなり四角枠状の枠材及びこの枠内を塞ぐ面材からなる壁パネル46から形成されているものである。また、外壁化粧部材40は、いわゆるサイディングであって、セラミックからなり、表面に凹凸状の模様を有しているものである。
そして、この外壁化粧部材40は、工場において、予め壁パネル46の表面に固定された状態で、現場に搬送されるものである。すなわち、現場において壁パネル46を組み立てる際には、既に外壁化粧部材40を取り付けられた状態のものを組み立てるだけで済むものである。

前記外部突出部材10は、全体形状が四角箱状の、いわゆるシャッターボックス12であって、その内部にシャッター14が巻かれた状態で内蔵されているものである。そして、このシャッターボックス12は、建物躯体45に取り付けられた状態で、下面側からシャッター14が下方に繰り出されるように形成されている。このシャッターボックス12は、建物躯体45に開口する開口部を有する窓や、出入口等の上部に取り付けられ、かかる開口部をシャッター14により塞ぐことができるように形成されているものである。

この支持板65は、その上部において、上方に向かって延びて建物躯体45の表面との間に上方に向かって開口する隙間を有する引っ掛け部60が形成されている。そして、支持板65の下部においても、上方に向かって延びて建物躯体45の表面との間に上方に向かって開口する隙間を有する下部引っ掛け部61が形成されている。なお、この支持板65も、工場において、予め壁パネル46の表面に固定されているものである。

次に、本実施の形態に係るシャッターボックス12となる外部突出部材10の取付手順について説明する。
先ず、最初に、外壁化粧部材40及び支持板65が予め一体となって形成された壁パネル46を組み立てる。
