Description

The present invention relates to a speaker mounting structure, and more particularly to a speaker mounting structure in which a mounting angle of a speaker body can be changed after mounting.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is known a speaker mounting structure in which a speaker main body is attached to a predetermined position of an installation member and then this speaker main body can be rotated to be adjusted to an optimum angle (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Such a known speaker mounting structure is engaged with the lower bracket of the circular arm shape inserted into the mounting hole of the installation member and the lower surface of the installation member, and is integrated with the back side of the lower bracket using a plurality of screws. The fixed bracket, the pillar that is supported by the spring force of the coil spring at the center of the inner bottom of the lower bracket, and the bottom bracket that is inserted inside from the upper open end of the lower bracket. And an upper bracket that is snap-coupled to the upper inner wall of the lower bracket and supports the outer peripheral surface of the speaker body.

In the speaker mounting structure schematically configured as described above, the center of the bottom surface of the speaker body is pivotally supported by a support column. This speaker body receives the elastic force of the coil spring wound around the support column and Since it is press-contacted to the inner peripheral surface, the speaker body can be rotated with the inner peripheral surface of the upper bracket as the sliding surface. Therefore, if the speaker main body protruding from the upper bracket is manually operated and rotated after the speaker main body is attached, the speaker main body can be adjusted to the optimum attachment angle.
JP-A-10-271588 (page 3, FIG. 2)

However, in the above-described prior art, since the upper bracket has to be snap-coupled to the upper inner wall of the lower bracket while the bottom center of the speaker body is elastically pivotally supported, the posture of the speaker body is unstable during the mounting operation. Thus, there is a problem that it is difficult to easily attach the speaker body. Further, in the above-described prior art, a circular arm-shaped space is defined between the speaker main body and the lower bracket, but a large number of large holes are formed in the lower bracket, and the rear of the speaker main body is formed. However, there is a problem that the sound quality of the speaker deteriorates because no consideration has been given to securing an airtight space of a predetermined capacity.

The present invention has been made in view of the actual situation of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a speaker mounting structure that is easy to mount and can improve sound quality.

In the present invention, a hemispherical recess is provided in a support member that is fixed to the mounting hole of the installation member in cooperation with the bracket, and a long hole of the rotating member is provided in the guide cylinder provided in the center of the inner bottom surface of the hemispherical recess. By inserting, the hemispherical rotating member supports the inner peripheral surface of the hemispherical recess so that it can rotate, and the speaker body is engaged and held at the open end of the rotating member, and is rotated. A driven member that rotates and slides on the inner peripheral surface of the rotating member as the member rotates is provided, and the elongated hole is always covered by the driven member regardless of the rotation angle of the rotating member.

In the speaker mounting structure according to the present invention, the mounting member is fastened to the bracket and the support member is fixed to the installation member, so that the rotating member is rotated with a slight gap on the inner peripheral surface of the hemispherical recess of the support member. After the support is movably supported, it is only necessary to engage and hold the speaker body at the open end of the rotating member in this state, so that the speaker body can be easily attached. Further, when the upper part of the outer edge of the speaker body is pressed after the mounting, the elongated hole is guided by the guide tube, so that the speaker body and the rotation member rotate integrally with the support member. Since the driven member covers the elongated hole while rotating and sliding on the inner circumferential surface of the rotating member in conjunction with the moving member, an airtight space having a predetermined capacity is secured at the rear of the speaker body regardless of the mounting angle. The sound quality can be improved.

The speaker mounting structure according to the present invention includes a bracket that engages with the lower surface of the installation member provided with the mounting hole, and a hemispherical recess that engages with the upper surface of the installation member and is disposed inside the mounting hole. A support member provided with a guide tube at the center of the inner bottom surface of the hemispherical recess, and a pivotable arrangement with a slight gap on the inner peripheral surface of the hemispherical recess, and passing through the center of the inner bottom surface. A long hole inserted into the guide cylinder and a hemispherical rotation member formed with an engagement hole extending in a direction intersecting the long axis of the long hole, An engagement protrusion is formed on the outer circumferential surface and engages with the engagement hole on the outer circumferential surface, and a driven member having a shaft hole to be inserted into the guide tube, and the guide tube are inserted. Mounting screws fastened to the bracket, and the slave A member, an elastic member that urges the rotating member toward the inner peripheral surface of the hemispherical recess, and a speaker body that is engaged and held at an open end of the rotating member, By rotating the speaker body, the elongated hole of the rotating member moves along the guide tube, and the follower member rotates and slides on the inner peripheral surface of the rotating member while covering the elongated hole. Configured to work.

In the speaker mounting structure configured as described above, the mounting member is fastened to the bracket and the support member is fixed to the installation member, so that the rotating member has a small gap on the inner peripheral surface of the hemispherical recess of the support member. In this state, the speaker main body is simply engaged and held at the open end of the rotating member, so that the speaker main body can be easily attached.

In the above configuration, an annular protrusion centered on the guide tube is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the hemispherical recess of the support member, and the outer peripheral surface of the rotating member is brought into contact with the tip of the annular protrusion, thereby forming the hemispherical recess If a minute gap is defined between the inner peripheral surface of the rotating member and the outer peripheral surface of the rotating member, the frictional resistance between the hemispherical recess and the rotating member is reduced, and the rotating member can be rotated smoothly. preferable.

Further, in the above configuration, when the prismatic guide protrusion is integrally formed at the base end portion of the guide cylinder and the long hole can be moved along the guide protrusion, the long hole is reliably guided along the guide cylinder. This is preferable.

Further, in the above configuration, it is preferable that the elastic member is a coil spring, and this coil spring is preferably interposed between the head of the mounting screw and the driven member. The compression force of the coil spring can be adjusted at the same time as the support member is fixed to the installation member by fastening to the mounting member, and the optimum tension can be applied to the driven member and the rotating member.

1 is a sectional view of a speaker mounting structure according to the embodiment, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the speaker mounting structure, and FIG. 3 is a rotating member provided in the speaker mounting structure. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line IV-IV in FIG. 3, FIG. 5 is a plan view of a support member provided in the speaker mounting structure, and FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along line VI-VI in FIG. 7 is a plan view of a driven member provided in the speaker mounting structure, and FIG. 8 is a sectional view taken along line VIII-VIII in FIG.

The speaker mounting structure shown in these drawings includes a speaker body 1, a rotating member 2 that engages and holds the speaker body 1, a support member 3 that rotatably supports the rotating member 2, and a rotating member. A driven member 4 disposed inside the member 2, a mounting screw 5 that passes through the driven member 4 and the rotating member 2 and protrudes from the support member 3, and a coil spring 6 wound around the mounting screw 5; The bracket 7 into which the mounting screw 5 is screwed and the installation member 8 to which the rotating member 2 is fixed are mainly configured.

The speaker main body 1 has a cylindrical frame 9 formed of synthetic resin, and a plurality of bayonet claws 9 a are integrally formed on the lower outer peripheral surface of the frame 9. Further, speaker components such as a magnetic circuit and a voice coil are housed inside the frame 9, and a lead wire 10 for conducting a voice current to the voice coil is led out from below the speaker body 1.

The rotating member 2 is formed of a synthetic resin, and has a hollow hemispherical body as a whole. A plurality of locking grooves 2a corresponding to the bayonet claws 9a of the frame 9 are integrally formed at the opening end of the rotating member 2. By locking these bayonet claws 9a in the locking grooves 2a, the speaker The main body 1 is detachably engaged with and held by the opening end of the rotating member 2. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the rotation member 2 is formed with a long hole 2 b, an engagement hole 2 c, and a communication hole 2 d, and a projecting piece 2 e is integrally formed on the outer peripheral surface of the rotation member 2. ing. The long hole 2b is formed at a position passing through the center of the inner bottom surface of the rotating member 2, the engagement hole 2c extends in a direction orthogonal to the long axis of the long hole 2b, and the projecting piece 2e has a long hole 2b. It extends in parallel with the long axis. The engagement hole 2c may be either formed continuously from the long hole 2b or provided separately from the long hole 2b.

The support member 3 is formed of a synthetic resin, and has a hollow hemispherical body as a whole. The support member 3 has a hemispherical recess 3a in which the rotating member 2 is accommodated, and a flange 3b is integrally formed at the open end of the hemispherical recess 3a. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a guide cylinder 3c is erected at the center of the inner bottom surface of the hemispherical recess 3a, and a prismatic guide protrusion 3d is formed at the lower end (base end) of the guide cylinder 3c. It is integrally formed. A long hole 2b of the rotating member 2 is inserted into the guide projection 3d, and thereby the rotating member 2 can move along the long axis direction of the long hole 2b. An annular protrusion 3e centered on the guide tube 3c is integrally formed on the inner peripheral surface of the hemispherical recess 3a, and the outer peripheral surface of the rotating member 2 abuts on the tip of the annular protrusion 3e. A minute gap G is defined between the inner peripheral surface of the concave portion 3a and the outer peripheral surface of the rotating member 2 (see FIG. 1). Further, a pair of guide holes 3f and 3g are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the hemispherical recess 3a, and these guide holes 3f and 3g are located between the guide protrusion 3d and the annular protrusion 3e. Both guide holes 3f, 3g extend in parallel with the outer surface of the guide projection 3d, and the projecting piece 2e of the rotating member 2 is inserted into one guide hole 3f. The other guide hole 3g overlaps the communication hole 2d of the rotating member 2, and the lead wire 10 described above is led out of the support member 3 through the communication hole 2d and the guide hole 3g. ing.

The driven member 4 is a synthetic resin curved piece having the same curvature as the inner peripheral surface of the rotating member 2, and the elongated hole 2 b and the engaging hole 2 c formed in the rotating member 2 are covered by the driven member 4. Yes. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, a circular shaft hole 4 a is formed in the driven member 4, and an engaging protrusion 4 b is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the driven member 4. The shaft hole 4 a is inserted into the guide tube 3 c of the support member 3, and the engagement protrusion 4 b is inserted into the engagement hole 2 c of the rotating member 2. As will be described later, the driven member 4 rotates and slides on the inner peripheral surface of the rotating member 2 as the rotating member 2 rotates. However, the elongated hole 2b and the engaging hole 2c are always moved by the driven member 4. It is supposed to be covered.

The mounting screw 5 is inserted from the inside of the rotating member 2 through the guide tube 3 c and protrudes to the outside of the support member 3, and both ends of the coil spring 6 are in elastic contact with the head 5 a of the mounting screw 5 and the driven member 4. Yes. Therefore, the driven member 4 and the rotating member 2 are urged toward the inner peripheral surface of the hemispherical recess 3a by the elastic force of the coil spring 6.

The bracket 7 is formed by forming a metal plate into a predetermined shape, and has a female screw portion 7a into which a mounting screw 5 is screwed at the center of the bottom surface. The bracket 7 is a mounting bracket for fixing the support member 3 to the mounting hole 8a of the installation member 8, and in the present embodiment, a semicircular arc bracket 7 that can be elastically deformed is used.

The mounting procedure of the speaker mounting structure configured as described above will be described. First, the rotating member 2 is housed in the hemispherical recess 3a of the support member 3, and the long hole 2b is inserted into the guide tube 3c to guide the guide projection 3d. The projecting piece 2e is inserted into one guide hole 3f. Next, the driven member 4 is housed in the rotating member 2 so as to cover the long hole 2b and the engaging hole 2c, the shaft hole 4a is inserted into the guide tube 3c, and the engaging protrusion 4b is inserted into the engaging hole 2c. . Next, when the coil spring 6 and the mounting screw 5 are sequentially inserted into the guide tube 3c and the tip of the mounting screw 5 protruding from below the support member 3 is screwed into the female screw portion 7a of the bracket 7, the support member 3 rotates. The three members of the member 2 and the driven member 4 and the bracket 7 are temporarily fixed via the mounting screws 5. Then, when the bracket 7 and the support member 3 are inserted into the mounting hole 8a from above the installation member 8 while bending both ends of the bracket 7 inward in this state, the bracket 7 has its own point when it passes through the mounting hole 8a. The elastic member is restored to its original shape by the elastic force, and the upper end thereof faces the lower surface of the installation member 8, and the flange 3 b of the support member 3 is locked to the upper surface of the installation member 8. Thereafter, when the mounting screw 5 is tightened, the support member 3 is firmly fixed to the installation member 8 and the coil spring 6 is gradually compressed. The inner peripheral surface is pressed with an appropriate tension, and the rotating member 2 is also pressed with an annular protrusion 3e of the support member 3 with an appropriate tension. Finally, the speaker body 1 is put on the upper opening end of the rotating member 2 while the lead wire 10 is inserted into the communication hole 2d and the guide hole 3g, and in this state, the frame 9 is rotated in one direction to attach each bayonet claw 9a. When locked in the corresponding locking grooves 2a, the speaker body 1 is integrated with the opening end of the rotating member 2 as shown in FIG.

Next, the operation of adjusting the mounting angle of the speaker body 1 after the mounting is completed as described above will be described with reference to FIGS. 9 and 10 show the relative positions of the rotating member 2 and the driven member 4 accompanying the angle adjustment of the speaker main body 1. In these drawings, (a) is a plan view, and (b) is the left side. A front view and (c) are front views.

As shown in FIG. 1, when the speaker body 1 is in a horizontal posture parallel to the upper surface of the installation member 8, the rotating member 2 is housed inside the hemispherical recess 3 a of the support member 3, and the frame 9 of the speaker body 1. Protrudes from the upper opening end of the hemispherical recess 3a. In this case, as shown in FIG. 9, the long hole 2b and the engagement hole 2c of the rotating member 2 are covered by the driven member 4, and the guide protrusion 3d of the support member 3 is located at the center in the longitudinal direction of the long hole 2b. The engagement protrusion 4b of the driven member 4 is located on the outermost side of the engagement hole 2c. In this state, when an arbitrary position above the outer edge of the speaker body 1, for example, a portion indicated by an arrow P in FIG. 1 is pressed downward, the rotating member 2 integrated with the speaker body 1 extends along the longitudinal direction of the long hole 2b. 1 is rotated in the counterclockwise direction of FIG. 1, and the driven member 4 rotates and slides on the inner peripheral surface of the rotating member 2. Here, the driven member 4 can rotate around the guide cylinder 3c coaxial with the guide protrusion 3d, but the movement direction of the engagement protrusion 4b is restricted to the extending direction of the engagement hole 2c, so that FIG. As shown, the driven member 4 rotates so as to always cover the long hole 2b and the engagement hole 2c until the end of the long hole 2b reaches the maximum mounting angle (25 °) at which it abuts against the guide projection 3d. Rotate and slide on the inner peripheral surface of the member 2. Therefore, the relatively large slot 2b required to guide the rotation of the rotating member 2 is always covered by the driven member 4, and a predetermined capacity is provided behind the speaker body 1 regardless of the mounting angle. Since the airtight space is secured, the sound quality of the speaker can be improved.

As described above, in the speaker mounting structure according to the present embodiment, the mounting member 5 is fastened to the bracket 7 and the support member 3 is fixed to the installation member 8, whereby the rotating member 2 is formed into the hemispherical recess of the support member 3. Since the inner peripheral surface of 3a is rotatably supported with a small gap, the speaker main body 1 can be easily engaged and held with the open end of the rotating member 2 in this state. Can be attached. When the upper portion of the outer edge of the speaker main body 1 is pressed after attachment, the elongated hole 2b is guided by the guide protrusion 3d (guide tube 3c), so that the speaker main body 1 and the rotating member 2 are integrated with the support member 3. In this case, the driven member 4 covers the elongated hole 2b while rotating and sliding on the inner peripheral surface of the rotating member 2 in conjunction with the rotating member 2, so that regardless of the mounting angle. An airtight space having a predetermined capacity is secured behind the speaker body 1, and the sound quality of the speaker can be improved.

Further, an annular protrusion 3e centered on the guide protrusion 3d (guide tube 3c) is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the hemispherical recess 3a of the support member 3, and the outer peripheral surface of the rotating member 2 is abutted against the tip of the annular protrusion 3e. By making contact, a minute gap G is defined between the inner peripheral surface of the hemispherical recess 3a and the outer peripheral surface of the rotating member 2, so that the frictional resistance between the hemispherical recess 3a and the rotating member 2 is reduced. Thus, the rotating member 2 can be smoothly rotated. Further, a prismatic guide projection 3d is integrally formed at the base end (lower end) of the guide tube 3c, and the elongated hole 2b is movable along the guide projection 3d. Therefore, the guide tube 3c is moved along the cylindrical guide tube 3c. Compared to the case where the long hole 2b is movable, the long hole 2b can be guided more reliably. Further, a coil spring 6 is used as an elastic member for urging the driven member 4 and the rotating member 2 toward the hemispherical recess 3a of the support member 3, and the coil spring 6 is wound around the mounting screw 5 and its head 5a and the driven member 4 are interposed, the compression force of the coil spring 6 can be adjusted at the same time that the mounting screw 5 is fastened to the bracket 7 and the support member 3 is fixed to the installation member 8. The optimum tension can be applied to the driven member 4 and the rotating member 2.

In the above embodiment, the speaker body 1 is configured to be detachably engaged and held with respect to the opening end of the rotating member 2 by the bayonet mounting mechanism, but other fixing means, for example, snap coupling is used. You may comprise so that the speaker main body 1 and the rotation member 2 may be integrated.

In the above embodiment, the case where the elastically deformable semicircular bracket 7 is used has been described. However, the bracket 7 can be appropriately shaped depending on the application. In the case of a speaker mounting structure that is incorporated from below, a hemispherical bracket may be used. Alternatively, a through hole may be formed in the bracket 7 instead of the female screw portion 7a, and the mounting screw 5 may be inserted into the through hole and screwed into the nut.
