Description

【0001】
【0050】
(A−A断面)

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a file case used for storing and transporting documents.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional paper or plastic file case is shown in FIGS. FIG. 18 is an overall view, and FIG. 19 is a side view showing how the file case is opened and closed. FIG. 19a shows an open state, and FIG. 19b shows a closed state. As shown in FIG. 19a, in the conventional file case, when the stored item is taken out, the lid 101 has to be opened to the extent indicated by the two-dot chain line. Further, as shown in FIG. 19b, once the lid portion 101 is opened, a force acts in the direction indicated by the arrow (the closing direction) due to the elasticity of the coupling portion 103 between the lid portion and the storage portion 102. For this reason, the lid portion 101 must be held during the taking in / out of the stored item, and it is not easy to put in / out the stored item.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to make it easy to put in and take out the stored items in a file case. In addition, it aims at appropriate reinforcement in consideration of the time of carrying the file case.
[0004]
[Means and effects for solving the problems and embodiments thereof]
[1] Therefore, the present invention “a substantially rectangular parallelepiped file case,
The file case includes a box-shaped storage portion 1 having a storage bottom surface portion 11, front and rear storage front surface portions 12 and left and right storage side surface portions 13, and an open top.
It consists of two opening and closing parts 2 before and after being attached to the upper ends of the front and rear storage front parts 12 in the storage part 1 in a bendable manner,
The open / close side surfaces 22 that are the side surfaces of the two open / close portions 2 are connected to each other so that the other open / close portion 2 also opens / closes in conjunction with the open / close operation of the open / close portion 2 ”. .
[0005]
An overall view of the file case according to the present invention is shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, the file case at the time of closing is a substantially rectangular parallelepiped as a whole. As shown in FIG. 2, in the file case of the present invention, the upper two opening / closing parts 2 open (swing) forward and backward, respectively, so that an object can be taken in and out of the file case.
[0006]
The storage portion 1 has a storage bottom surface portion 11 positioned at the bottom, a front and rear storage front portions 12 at substantially right angles around the storage bottom surface portion 11, and storage side surface portions 13 at both ends (right and left) of the storage bottom surface portion 11. And the top is open.
[0007]
The opening / closing part 2 is an upper part of the file case, and is an opening / closing front part 21 positioned at the upper end of the storage front part 12 of the storage part 1, and an opening / closing side face positioned substantially perpendicular to the periphery of the opening / closing front part 21. It has a portion 22 and an open / close upper surface portion 23. The storage front part 12 and the opening / closing front part 21 can be bent, and thereby the opening / closing part 2 can be opened and closed. A portion where the storage portion 1 and the opening / closing portion 2 are attached so as to be bendable is denoted by reference numeral 24 as a bent portion.
[0008]
The shape of the left and right opening / closing portions 2 is such that both the opening / closing upper surface portion 23 and the opening / closing side surface portion 22 are flush with each other so that the entire file case becomes a substantially rectangular parallelepiped when closed.
[0009]
In the present invention, a handle 51 is provided on the open / close upper surface portion 23 for the convenience of carrying the file case. The handle 51 may be provided on the opening / closing upper surface portion 23 of one opening / closing portion 2 or may be provided on both opening / closing upper surface portions 23.
[0010]
The opening / closing part 2 is characterized in that the opening / closing side parts 22, which are side faces of both opening / closing parts 2, are connected to each other so as to open / close the other opening / closing part 2 in conjunction with the opening / closing operation of the one opening / closing part 2. To do.
[0011]
Here, “in conjunction with the opening / closing operation of one opening / closing portion 2 and the other opening / closing” means that the user holds the handle 51 attached to the opening / closing portion 2a shown in FIG. When the opening 2a is opened, the other opening / closing part 2b is opened to the front in accordance with the opening of the opening / closing part 2a. A specific configuration for connecting the opening / closing part 2a and the opening / closing part 2b will be described later.
[0012]
(effect)
As described above, in the present invention, the two opening / closing parts 2 are attached to the upper end of the storage front part 12 of the storage part 1 in a bendable state. When the two opening / closing parts 2 are opened, the entire upper part of the storage part 1 is opened. As a result, the stored items can be taken in and out from directly above the storage unit 1, and the operation of storage and removal is facilitated. In the present invention, the other opening / closing part 2 is also opened / closed in conjunction with the movement of one opening / closing part 2. Thereby, the user can easily open and close the opening / closing part 2. This is particularly noticeable in the embodiment in which the handle 51 is attached to the open / close upper surface 23. Further, the embodiment in which the handles 51 are provided on both the opening / closing parts 2 has an advantage that the opening / closing operation can be performed quickly and easily because one of the opening / closing parts 2 is opened / closed in accordance with the movement.
[0013]
In the overall view shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, as a more preferable embodiment, as a member for reinforcing the file case, the main support member 5 a and the sub support member 5 b are provided around the opening on the side where the opening and closing portions 2 are in contact with each other. Is used. Further, a sliding type locking means 6 (the locking tool 61) and a bending member 7 for facilitating opening and closing are used. Reference numeral 95 shown in the figure is a finger hook for facilitating opening and closing.
[0014]
The “opening portion” refers to an end portion of the opening / closing portion 2 on the side (center side) where the two opening / closing portions 2 are in contact, and is specifically formed by the end portions of the opening / closing upper surface portion and the left and right opening / closing side portions. The part that says. Since it is difficult to specify the portion to be the opening with a code, the code is omitted.
(Connecting plate)
[2] In the present invention, the open / close side portions 22 are connected to each other so that the other open / close portion 2 is also opened / closed in conjunction with the open / close operation of one open / close portion 2. The desirable form is “a file case of a substantially rectangular parallelepiped,
The file case includes a box-shaped storage portion 1 having a storage bottom surface portion 11, front and rear storage front surface portions 12 and left and right storage side surface portions 13, and an open top.
It consists of two opening and closing parts 2 before and after being attached to the upper ends of the front and rear storage front parts 12 in the storage part 1 in a bendable manner,
A side surface of the opening / closing portion 2 is defined as an opening / closing side surface portion 22, and a rotatable connecting plate 204 is attached below the two opening / closing side surface portions 22 on the same side surface,
The mounting position of the connecting plate 204 is a connecting portion 203, and the connecting plates 204 are rotatably mounted at positions appropriately separated from the connecting portion 203 according to the degree of opening and closing of the opening / closing portion 2. "
[0015]
This embodiment is shown in FIG. FIG. 3 shows the side of the file case. Reference numeral 201 denotes a front opening / closing part in the opening / closing part 2, reference numeral 202 denotes a rear opening / closing part in the opening / closing part 2, and reference numeral 13 denotes a storage side surface part 13 of the storage part 1.
[0016]
Reference numeral 203 denotes a connecting part, where the connecting part of the front opening / closing part 201 is indicated by reference numeral 203c and the connecting part of the rear opening / closing part 202 is indicated by reference numeral 203d. Reference numeral 204 denotes a connecting plate rotatably attached to the connecting portion 203. Reference numeral 204c denotes a connecting plate attached to the connecting portion 203c, and 204d denotes a connecting plate attached to the connecting portion 203d. The two connecting plates 204 are rotatably attached at positions appropriately separated from the connecting portion 203 described above. A position where the connecting plates 204 are attached to each other is indicated by a reference numeral 207 as a central connecting portion. The distance from the central connecting portion 207 to the connecting portion 203 (attachment distance 209) is determined according to the degree of opening / closing of the opening / closing portion 2.
[0017]
The mode in which the opening / closing part 2 opens and closes is shown in FIGS. FIG. 3a shows a closed state, FIG. 3b shows a state of opening, and FIG. The opening / closing part 2 swings around a bent part 24 at the upper end of the storage part 1. As shown in FIG. 3c, the maximum open state is when the two connecting plates (204c and 204d) are linear. When the attachment distance 209 from the connecting portion 203 to the central connecting portion 207 is large, the maximum opening of the opening / closing portion 2 is large. On the other hand, when the attachment distance 209 is small, the maximum opening of the opening / closing portion 2 is small.
[0018]
An example of a structure in which the opening / closing part 2 and the connecting plate 204 and the connecting plates 204 are rotatably mounted can be implemented by a structure that is screwed using a suitable hole and a screw having the same diameter or slightly smaller diameter than the hole. It is.
[0019]
In this embodiment, the two connecting portions 203 provided in the front and rear opening / closing portions (201, 202) do not have to be at the same height, and may have a height difference in the vertical direction. As the material of the connecting plate 204, a thin plate is desirable, and it is possible to use a material having high elasticity in addition to a material having no elasticity.
(Guide groove 32)
[3] Further, a desirable embodiment of the present invention is “a substantially rectangular parallelepiped file case, characterized by having the following configuration.
The file case includes a box-shaped storage portion 1 having a storage bottom surface portion 11, front and rear storage front surface portions 12 and left and right storage side surface portions 13, and an open top.
The storage unit 1 includes two front and rear opening / closing units 2 which are bent and attached to the upper ends of the front and rear storage front units 12.
The side surface of the opening / closing part 2 is used as the opening / closing side part 22 so that a part of the opening / closing side part 22 always overlaps from when the opening / closing part 2 is closed to when it is opened.
One open / close side surface 22 is provided with a convex portion 31 in the overlapping range, the open / close portion 2 provided with the convex portion 31 is a main open / close portion 2a, and the open / close side surface portion 22 is a main open / close side surface portion 22a. The opening / closing part 2 is a sub opening / closing part 2b, and its opening / closing side part 22 is a sub opening / closing side part 22b.
The sub-opening / closing side surface portion 22b is provided with a guide groove 32 having a width substantially the same as the diameter of the convex portion 31 at a position overlapping with the convex portion 31 at the time of closing. The opening / closing portion 2a extends into the guide groove range 36 up to the bent portion 24a.
The length for extending the guide groove 32 is set to an appropriate distance according to the degree of opening / closing of the opening / closing portion 2.
The convex portion 31 is arranged inside the guide groove 32 so that it can move in the guide groove 32. "
(effect)
If it is a form which provides this guide groove 32, it can be opened and closed by connecting two opening-and-closing parts 2, although it is a simple structure. In particular, since the side structure is thin, the appearance and the interior are beautiful.
[0020]
(Side)
An embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIG. FIG. 4 is a side view when the file case is closed in this embodiment. A main opening / closing side surface portion 22a is disposed on the left side of the storage side surface portion 13 positioned on the lower side, and a sub opening / closing side surface portion 22b is disposed on the right side. In this embodiment, a part of the opening / closing side surface portion 22 is always overlapped from when the opening / closing portion 2 is closed to when it is opened. In the figure, the main opening / closing side surface portion 22a is the front side, and the outline thereof is represented by a solid line. The auxiliary opening / closing side surface portion 22b is on the back side, and the outline of a portion overlapping the main opening / closing side surface portion 22a and the storage side surface portion 13 is indicated by a dotted line. In the sub opening / closing side surface portion 22b, the portion indicated by a dotted line is an overlapping portion.
[0021]
(Convex 31: guide groove 32)
In the main opening / closing side surface portion 22a shown in the figure, this overlapping portion is provided with a convex portion 31 that is convex on the back side, and this is denoted by reference numeral 31. The auxiliary opening / closing side surface portion 22b is provided with a guide groove at a position overlapping with the convex portion 31 at the time of closing, which is indicated by reference numeral 32. Since this guide groove 32 is located inside the main opening / closing side surface portion 22a and the storage side surface portion 13, it is indicated by a dotted line.
[0022]
The “projection 31” is formed by penetrating the side surface using screws or screws from the outside or inside of the file case, or by increasing the thickness of only the portion that becomes the projection 31 of the main opening / closing side surface 22a. It can be formed in various forms such as forming the portion 31 or providing the convex portion 31 on the main support member 5a described later.
[0023]
The “guide groove 32” is the one in which the convex portion 31 is arranged in the groove, and the convex portion 31 moves in the guide groove 32 in accordance with the opening / closing operation of the opening / closing portion 2. . In this embodiment, in conjunction with the opening / closing operation of the main opening / closing portion 2a, the convex portion 31 is moved in the guide groove 32, and the sub opening / closing portion 2b is also opened / closed.
[0024]
(Guide groove range 36)
The guide groove 32 extends into the guide groove range 36 from the position of the convex portion 31 when closed. The “guide groove range 36” refers to a range from the position of the convex portion 31 shown in FIG. 4 to the bent portion 24a of the main opening / closing portion 2a with reference to a downward line 35 that is a perpendicular line downward. In the embodiment in which the convex portion 31 and the bent portion 24a shown in FIG. 5 have the same height, the range is 0 to 90 ° with respect to the lower line 35. 0 ° is the direction of the downward line 35 drawn from the convex portion 31 directly below. 90 ° is a horizontal line from the position of the convex portion 31 toward the bent portion 24a when the mouth is closed.
[0025]
The groove width 37 of the guide groove 32 is substantially the same as the diameter of the protrusion 31 so that the protrusion 31 can move in the guide groove 32. In addition, as long as the convex part 31 can move smoothly, the groove width 37 may be slightly larger than the diameter of the convex part 31, and in this case, the width is approximately the same.
[0026]
(Shape of guide groove 32)
The position of the opening / closing part 2 when the opening / closing part 2 is fully opened, the extent to which the auxiliary opening / closing part 2b opens / closes with respect to the opening / closing operation of the main opening / closing part 2a, and the like are based on the angle of the guide groove 32 (based on the lower line 35). Guide groove angle 39) and the length of the guide groove 32 (guide groove length 38). As an example, the guide groove length 38 is large when it is large, and it is small when it is small. When the guide groove angle 39 is 45 ° in an A4 size file case, the guide groove length 38 is preferably about 15 to 30 mm. Further, when the guide groove angle 39 is small, it opens widely, and when the angle is large, it opens small.
[0027]
The shape of the guide groove 32 is substantially a straight line, but it is not necessarily strictly a straight line, and may be a slightly curved shape or a wave shape as shown in FIG. It is the substantially linear guide groove 32 in this invention including these. From the viewpoint of smoothly moving the convex portion 31 in the guide groove 32, the guide groove 32 projects the side (upper side 40) side of the guide groove 32 with which the convex portion 31 abuts when the opening / closing portion 2 is opened. A curved shape is desirable.
[0028]
Moreover, you may provide the hollow (immobilization hollow 41) where the convex part 31 fits shallowly in the upper side 40 of the guide groove 32 so that the opened opening-closing part 2 may not be closed naturally. In the guide groove 32 of FIG. 4, the fixing depression 41 is provided at a position where the convex portion 31 is located at the maximum opening. When the convex portion 31 is fitted in the fixing recess 41, the convex portion 31 is restricted from moving in the guide groove 32, and thus the opening / closing portion 2 can be prevented from being naturally closed.
[0029]
(Direction of guide groove 32)
The guide groove 32 extends in any direction within the guide groove range 36 with reference to the lower line 35 shown in FIG. Here, what changed the extending angle is shown in FIG. FIG. 5 shows the sub opening / closing side surface portion 22b provided with the guide groove 32 by a solid line, and the main opening / closing side surface portion 22a and the storage side surface portion 13 by a dotted line. The guide groove 32 extended in the 0 ° direction is shown in FIG. 5a, the guide groove 32 extended in the 45 ° direction is shown in FIG. 5b, and the guide groove 32 extended in the 90 ° direction is shown in FIG. The present invention can be implemented in a form in which the guide groove 32 is extended in the range of 0 to 90 ° shown in the drawing.
[0030]
When the guide groove angle 39 is smaller than 0 ° (minus angle) or larger than 90 °, the convex portion 31 cannot move smoothly in the guide groove 32 and the opening / closing portion 2 can be opened sufficiently. It is not desirable because it cannot be done.
[0031]
The angle at which the guide groove 32 is extended is determined in consideration of how much the sub-opening / closing portion 2b provided with the guide groove 32 is opened / closed in accordance with the degree of opening / closing of the main opening / closing portion 2a provided with the convex portion 31. The guide groove angle 39 is preferably in the range of 30 to 60 ° from the viewpoint of opening the sub opening / closing portion 2b to the same extent as the main opening / closing portion 2a.
[0032]
There is no particular limitation on the shape of the entire file case. As shown in FIG. 1, in addition to a horizontally long shape, a vertically long shape may be used. Moreover, there is no restriction | limiting in particular also in the ratio of the height of the accommodating part 1 and the opening / closing part 2. FIG. In addition to the ratio of about 1: 1, the embodiment can be implemented in a form in which the storage unit 1 is large, a form in which the opening / closing unit 2 is large, or the like. Furthermore, both the front and rear opening / closing sections 2 need not be the same size.
(Side reinforcement plate 45: reinforcement guide groove 46)
[4] In the above-described invention, the side surface of the file case is constituted by the storage side surface portion 13 and the two opening / closing side surface portions 22 (the main opening / closing side surface portion 22a and the sub opening / closing side surface portion 22b). Here, a preferred embodiment of the present invention is “the file case described above, which has the following configuration.
A side reinforcing plate 45 is provided in the movement range of the convex portion 31 that moves corresponding to the opening / closing operation of the opening / closing portion 2 and substantially the entire storage side surface portion 13.
A distance from the bent portion 24a to the convex portion 31 is a convex portion distance 26, an arc shape with the convex portion distance 26 as a radius around a bending corresponding position 47 corresponding to the bent portion 24a, and A reinforcing guide groove 46 having substantially the same width as the convex portion 31 is provided in the side reinforcing plate 45 in the movement range of the convex portion 31.
The convex portion 31 is disposed in the reinforcing guide groove 46 and is movable in the reinforcing guide groove 46. "
(Effect) In this embodiment, the side reinforcing plate 45 is provided on the side surface of the file case to reinforce the side surface of the file case. Further, the side reinforcing plate 45 is provided with a reinforcing guide groove 46, and the convex portion 31 is arranged in the reinforcing guide groove 46 so as to be movable, so that the guide groove 32 which is one of the points of the present invention can be obtained. The reinforcement of the portion composed of the convex portion 31 (the coupling mechanism 3 portion) is also intended.
[0033]
(Side reinforcing plate 45)
The side reinforcing plate 45 is a plate-like member attached to the side surface of the file case, and an overall view thereof is shown in FIG. The side reinforcing plate 45 is a plate attached to the inside of the side surface of the file case, and its lower side has substantially the same shape as the storage side surface portion 13. Specifically, the width of the reinforcing side plate is substantially the same as the inner width of the storage side portion 13. And the upper side is a part which protrudes upwards from the storage side surface part 13, and extends to the range which overlaps with the range which the said convex part 31 moves. The side reinforcing plate 45 shown in the figure is attached to the inside of the side face shown in FIG. 4, and the reference numeral 47 in the figure is a bending corresponding position 47 corresponding to the bent portion 24a.
[0034]
The side reinforcing plate 45 is attached to substantially the entire storage side surface portion 13 for the purpose of reinforcing the side surface of the file case. As long as this purpose is achieved, the shape can be changed as appropriate, and it is not necessary to be strictly attached to the entire storage side surface portion 13.
(Control of opening)
A reinforcing guide groove 46 is provided above the side reinforcing plate 45. The shape of the reinforcing guide groove 46 is determined in accordance with the movement locus during the opening / closing operation of the convex portion 31 provided in the main opening / closing portion 2a. Specifically, the convex portion 31 swings on an arc centered on the bent portion 24a when the main opening / closing portion 2a is opened / closed. Therefore, when the convex portion distance 26 is from the bent portion 24a to the convex portion 31 shown in FIG. 4, the reinforcing guide groove 46 is a groove on an arc having the convex portion distance 26 as a radius around the bending corresponding position 47. It is. The width of the groove (the width of the reinforcing guide groove 46) is substantially the same as or slightly larger than the convex portion 31, similar to the guide groove 32.
[0035]
The degree of opening of the opening / closing part 2 can be controlled by the length of the guide groove 32 provided in the sub opening / closing side part 22b. In that case, the convex part 31 hits the edge of the guide groove 32, restrict | limits the movement of the convex part 31, and suppresses the further opening of the opening-and-closing part 2. FIG.
[0036]
In the embodiment using the side reinforcing plate 45, the degree of opening can be controlled by the reinforcing guide groove 46. In this case, the movement of the convex portion 31 is controlled not by the end of the guide groove 32 but by the end 48 of the reinforcing guide groove 46. When the degree of opening is controlled by the reinforcing guide groove 46, it is set so that the end 48 of the reinforcing guide groove 46 is positioned at the position of the convex portion 31 at the time of the maximum opening.
(Opening / closing mode)
A state in which the auxiliary opening / closing part 2b is opened and closed in conjunction with the movement of the main opening / closing part 2a by the convex part 31 and the guide groove 32 will be described with reference to FIGS. Further, the auxiliary guide groove 46 is also shown, and the manner in which the convex portion 31 moves along the auxiliary guide groove 46 will be described.
[0037]
FIGS. 7a to 7c show how the main opening / closing portion 2a and the auxiliary opening / closing portion 2b are opened and closed, with the convex portion 31 moving in the guide groove 32 as the center. FIG. 7a shows the closed state (position 1). b is in the middle of opening (position 2), and c in the figure is at the time of opening (position 3). In FIG. 7a, the convex portion 31 when closed is indicated by a solid line, the guide groove 32 is indicated by a chain line, and the auxiliary guide groove 46 is indicated by a two-dot chain line. Furthermore, the convex part 31 which moves is shown by the dotted line. In FIGS. 7b and 7c, the convex portion 31 moving in the same manner is indicated by a dotted line. The auxiliary guide groove 46 provided in the auxiliary side plate 45 is indicated by a two-dot chain line in all drawings. In this figure, a handle 51 described later is attached to the main opening / closing upper surface portion 23a of the main opening / closing portion 2a.
(Position 1) The convex part 31 is located in the upper right in the guide groove 32 (FIG. 7a).
(Position 2) Next, when the main opening / closing part 2a is slightly opened (opened to the left), the convex part 31 moves concentrically around the bent part 24a of the main opening / closing part 2a. By the movement of the convex portion 31, the upper side 40 of the guide groove 32 is pushed up by the convex portion 31. Thereby, the sub opening / closing part 2b bends about the sub bending part 24b and opens to the right. At that time, the convex portion 31 moves in the guide groove 32 and moves to the vicinity of the center of the guide groove 32 (FIG. 7b).
(Position 3) Further, when the main opening / closing part 2a is opened, the convex part 31 further pushes up the upper side 40 of the guide groove 32 and opens the sub opening / closing part 2b to the right. The convex portion 31 moves to the left end in the guide groove 32 (FIG. 7c). And the convex part 31 fits into the said fixed groove | channel 41 provided in the upper side 40 of the guide groove 32, and the state which the opening-and-closing part 2 opened is maintained.
(When closed) When the opened opening / closing part 2 is closed, it is the reverse of the movement described above. When the main opening / closing part 2a is closed, the convex part 31 pushes down the lower side 42 of the guide groove 32 and interlocks with the main opening / closing part 2a. The sub opening / closing part 2b is closed.
(Support member + handle 51)
[5] In carrying out the present invention, it is desirable that the handle 51 is provided above the file case in consideration of carrying. However, in the embodiment using the handle 51, the weight of the stored item is concentrated on the attachment portion of the handle 51. Therefore, in order to counter the weight of the stored item, it is necessary to disperse the excessive weight concentrated on the attachment portion of the handle 51. In the embodiment using the handle 51, the weight of the stored items stored in the storage unit 1 is supported by the bent portion 24 of the opening / closing unit 2 provided with the handle 51.
[0038]
Therefore, a preferred embodiment of the present invention is “the file case described above, which has the following configuration.
The structure composed of the guide groove 32 and the convex portion 31 is the connection mechanism 3, and the connection mechanism 3 is provided on both the left and right open / close side portions 22.
A portion of the opening / closing portion 2 on the side where the opening / closing portions 2 are in contact with each other is defined as an opening, the inner opening / closing portion of the main opening / closing portion 2a has an inner shape substantially the same shape as the opening, and substantially The main support member 5a, which is shaped like a letter and is superior in strength to the case material that is the main material of the file case, is provided from one connection mechanism 3 to the other connection mechanism 3.
In the main support member 5 a, a portion provided on the opening / closing side surface portion 22 is a main support side surface portion 52, and the convex portion 31 in the coupling mechanism 3 is attached to the main support side surface portion 52.
A handle 51 that facilitates carrying the file case is attached to the main support member 5a. "
(effect)
As described above, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the main support member 5a is provided around the opening to reinforce the opening / closing part 2, and the handle 51 is attached to the main support member 5a. Thereby, the handle 51 can be attached more firmly. Moreover, it can prevent that the opening-and-closing upper surface part 23 which attached the handle | steering_wheel 51 breaks. Further, in this embodiment, the main support member 5a is arranged from one connection mechanism 3 to the other connection mechanism 3, and the convex portion 31 is attached to the main support member 5a. As a result, the weight of the contents is directly transmitted not only to the bent portion 24 but also to the handle 51 through the main support member 5a. This makes it possible to disperse the weight of the stored item and to carry a heavier stored item.
[0039]
Here, the “case material” is a material constituting the main body of the file case, specifically, plastic or reinforced paper. As the “main support member 5a having higher strength than the case material”, it is possible to use metal, a hardened rubber material, ABS, plastic having a thickness larger than that of the file case body, or the like.
(Integration of main support member 5a and convex portion 31)
[6] The convex portion 31 of the coupling mechanism 3 according to the present invention can be implemented in a form formed using screws or screws as described above (a form formed using screws 93 is shown in FIG. 20). Here, a preferred embodiment using the main support member 5a described above is “the file case described above,
The convex portion 31 and the main support side surface portion 52 are integrally formed;
The convex portion 31 passes through the guide groove 32 provided in the main opening / closing side surface portion 22a and the sub opening / closing side surface portion 22b,
And a means for preventing the protrusion 31 from coming off from the inside of the file case ”.
[0040]
(effect)
Since a large load is applied to the convex portion 31, strength is required. Further, from the viewpoint of improving productivity, it is required to facilitate the assembly of the coupling mechanism 3 including the convex portion 31 and the guide groove 32. Therefore, in this embodiment, the convex portion 31 is integrally formed as a part of the main support side surface portion 52, and the convex portion 31 passes through the main opening / closing side surface portion 22 a and the guide groove 32. Thereby, the convex part 31 excellent in intensity | strength can be manufactured cheaply. In the assembling process of the file case, by attaching the main support member 5a to the main opening / closing part 2a, the projecting part 31 is completed at the same time, so that the assembling process is shortened.
[0041]
Further, in the case of using the above-described side reinforcing plate 45 on the side surface of the file case, a desirable embodiment thereof is “the above-described file case, in which the convex portion 31 includes the main opening / closing side surface portion 22 a and the guide groove 32. And means for preventing the protrusion 31 from coming off from the inside of the file case ”.
[0042]

The main support member 5 a is a substantially U-shaped member that covers the outer periphery of the opening of the main opening / closing part 2 a from one connection mechanism 3 to the other connection mechanism 3. The main support member 5a is attached to the outside of the opening of the main opening / closing part 2a, and the inner shape thereof is substantially the same as the outer shape of the main opening / closing part 2a.
[0043]
(How to install the main support member 5a)
There is no restriction | limiting in particular in the attachment of the main support member 5a, You may attach using adhesion | attachment, welding, or a screw | thread. In this embodiment, from the viewpoint of not only adhering but also mounting more firmly, the main opening / closing upper surface portion 23 is sandwiched between the main support member 5a and the back support member 53 using a back support member 53 described later, and these are supported. Screw it so that it penetrates together. In this embodiment, the case material has a thickness of 1.0 mm. P. (Polypropylene) is used. On the other hand, ABS is used for the main support member 5a as a material having excellent strength.
[0044]
FIG. 8 shows a disassembled structure of the main opening / closing part 2a and the main support member 5a. The figure shows the main support member 5a on the outer side, the main opening / closing part 2a, the auxiliary opening / closing part 2b on the inner side (left side), the side reinforcing plate 45, and the removal prevention ring 55.
[0045]
As shown in the figure, a convex portion 31 is integrally formed inside the main support side surface portion 52. A ring groove 54 is provided on the outer periphery of the convex portion 31 to prevent it from coming off.
[0046]
The convex portion 31 passes through a convex hole 34 provided in the main opening / closing side surface portion 22a and a guide groove 32 provided in the sub opening / closing side surface portion 22b. Furthermore, since this embodiment uses the side reinforcing plate 45, the reinforcing guide groove 46 also penetrates.
[0047]
As the means for preventing the protrusion 31 from passing through, the protrusion 31 that is penetrated is fitted with a prevention ring 55 having an inner diameter smaller than the diameter of the protrusion 31. The drop prevention ring 55 is fixed by a ring groove 54 provided in the convex portion 31.
[0048]
In addition, the structure which forms the hole 91 for screws in the main support side part 52, and forms the convex part 31 with the screw 93 through this washer 92 from this inside is shown in FIG.
(Sub-support member 5b)
[7] Further, a preferred embodiment of the present invention is “the file case described above, characterized by having the following configuration.
The upper surface of the sub-opening / closing portion 2b is a sub-opening / closing upper surface portion 23, and the sub-opening / opening upper surface portion 23 of the sub-opening / closing portion 23b is provided with a sub-support member 5b that is superior in strength to the case material that is the main material of the file case. Provide.
When the opening / closing part 2 is closed, the main support member 5a overlaps with the lower support member 5b on the bottom. "
(effect)
Thus, not only the main support member 5a is provided in the main opening / closing portion 2a, but also the sub-support member 5b is provided in the sub-opening / closing portion 2b, and the sub-support member 5b is placed on the upper side of the main support member 5a when closing. By arranging, the load concerning this sub opening and closing part 2b is transmitted to the handle 51 via the main support member 5a. As a result, the load of the stored item is transmitted not only to the bent portion 24a and the main support member 5a described above but also to the handle 51 through the sub-support member 5b, thereby improving the strength of the entire file case (heavier stored items). Can be carried).
[0049]
The whole sub-support member 5b is shown in FIG. The “sub-supporting member 5b” is a member attached to reinforce the periphery of the opening in the sub-opening / closing portion 2b, and its length is substantially the same as or shorter than the width of the sub-opening / closing portion 2b. It is a member. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the sub-supporting member 5b is attached to the back side of the sub-opening / closing upper surface part 23. 9 and 10 are cross-sectional views taken along line AA of the file case shown in FIG. FIG. 9 shows the opened state. FIG. 10 shows a state in which the auxiliary support member 5b overlaps the main support member 5a when the mouth is closed.
[0051]
The main support member 5 a is attached on the main opening / closing upper surface portion 23. Then, a stepped step is provided on the opening side, and the lower extension 56 is projected on the sub-opening side. The degree of protrusion may be determined according to the size of the file case. If it is an A4 size file case, it will protrude about 2 to 6 mm. In this embodiment, the lower extension 56 is provided on almost the entire main opening / closing upper surface 23. The tip of the lower extension 56 is chamfered so as not to collide with the auxiliary support member 5b when closing. The lower extension 56 may be divided into appropriate positions.
[0052]
Reference numeral 53 shown in the figure is the above-described back support member 53, and the main opening / closing upper surface portion 23 is sandwiched and fixed by the back support member 53 and the main support member 5a.
[0053]
(2) Sub support member 5b
The auxiliary support member 5b is attached to the auxiliary opening / closing upper surface portion 23. In this embodiment, most of the auxiliary opening / closing upper surface portion 23 is attached to the lower side, and the auxiliary opening / closing upper surface portion 57b is provided on the opening side so as to sandwich the auxiliary opening / closing upper surface portion 23. A recess 58 that meshes with the above-described lower extension portion 56 is provided below the sub-support upper surface portion 57b. The attachment of the sub-support member 5b can be performed in various modes, and can be performed using adhesion, screws, or screws.
[0054]
From the viewpoint of supporting the sub support member 5b by the main support member 5a, it is desirable that the sub support member 5b be attached to the back side of the sub opening / closing upper surface portion 23.
[0055]
(When closed)
FIG. 10 shows a state where the opening / closing part 2 using the main support member 5a and the sub support member 5b is closed. As shown in the figure, in the present invention, the main support member 5a overlaps with the lower side (in this embodiment, the lower extension 56 is lower side of the main support member 5a) and the sub-support member 5b is upper side. Thereby, the load applied to the sub opening / closing portion 2b (sub opening / closing upper surface portion 23b) side can be transmitted to the main support member 5a via the sub supporting member 5b, and the strength of the entire opening / closing portion 2 is improved. In particular, the opening of the sub opening / closing part 2b is not distorted. Further, in this embodiment, in order to beautify the appearance at the time of closing, the heights of the main support upper surface portion 57a and the sub support upper surface portion 57b of the main support member 5a located on the main opening / closing upper surface portion 23 are aligned, Be flush.
(Locking member)
[8] It is desirable to provide the locking means 6 at the upper end (opening / closing upper surface portion 23) of the file case so that the opening / closing portion 2 does not open without permission when the file case is transported. As the locking means 6, various conventional locking tools such as a clip type can be used.
[0056]
Here, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, “the file case described above is characterized by having the following configuration.
A recess is provided on the outer side of the main support upper surface portion 57a located on the main opening / closing upper surface portion 23a of the main support member 5a, and this is referred to as a main locking recess 63a. A recess is provided on the outer side of the auxiliary support upper surface portion 57b, and this is used as an auxiliary locking recess 63b.
A locking means 6 for controlling the opening operation of the opening / closing portion 2 is provided on any one of the opening / closing upper surface portions 23 so as to sandwich the main locking recess 63a and the sub-locking recess 63b together when closing. "
(effect)
In this embodiment, the main / sub support members 5 (5a, 5b) used for strengthening the opening / closing portion 2 are used for locking the opening / closing, and the main support member 5a and the sub support member 5b are sandwiched together. Thereby, the opening-and-closing part 2 can be latched more firmly than the conventional latching tool.
[9] And, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention (locking means 6), “the file case described above,
In the locking means 6, the position where the locking is released is the opening position, the locking position is the closing position, and a locking tool 61 is provided that can slide between the opening position and the closing position,
“The cross-sectional shape of the main support upper surface portion 57a and the sub-support upper surface portion 57b in the closed position is substantially the same as the cross-sectional shape of the inner wall of the locking device 61”. is there. As a result, the locking means 6 described above can be implemented with an extremely simple structure. Moreover, opening and closing of the opening / closing part 2 can be easily switched.
[0057]
FIG. 1 shows a slide type locking device 61 arranged as locking means 6 on the upper side of the file case and on the main support member 5a. The position is one on each side of the handle 51. FIG. 11 shows a portion where the main support member 5a and the sub-support member 5b are combined in the portion where the locking device 61 is attached (the drawing is obtained by removing the locking device 61).
[0058]
Only the main support upper surface portion 57a of the main support member 5a appears at the opening position shown in the figure. Therefore, the locking tool 61 sandwiches only the main support member 5a. On the other hand, in the closed position, the main support upper surface portion 57a of the main support member 5a and the sub support upper surface portion 57b of the sub support member 5b appear next to each other. The locking tool 61 sandwiches both of them so that the opening of the main and sub opening / closing parts 2 can be controlled.
[0059]
(Opening position)
A sectional view of the opening position is shown in FIG. As shown in the figure, the portion appearing on the opening / closing upper surface portion 23 at the opening position is constituted by the main supporting upper surface portion 57a, and the sub-supporting member 5b does not appear on the auxiliary opening / closing upper surface portion 23b. The locking tool 61 is attached only by the main support member 5a.
[0060]
Recesses are provided on both sides of the main support upper surface portion 57a. This recess is used as a main locking recess 63a, and the locking projection 62 of the locking tool 61 is fitted to this portion, so that the locking tool 61 is slidably attached to the open / close upper surface 23.
[0061]
(Closed position)
A sectional view of the closed position is shown in FIG. In the closed position, the main locking recess 63a is provided only outside the main support upper surface 57a. The inside of the main support upper surface portion 57a is a flat surface and is brought into surface contact with a sub support upper surface portion 57b described later. The sub-support member 5b has its opening side projected on the sub-opening / closing upper surface portion 23b to form a sub-support upper surface portion 57b. A recess is provided on the outer side of the sub-support upper surface portion 57b, and this recess is referred to as a sub-locking recess 63b.
[0062]
The cross-sectional shape of the main support upper surface portion 57a and the sub-support upper surface portion 57b at the closed position is substantially the same as the cross-sectional shape of the inner wall of the locking device 61 (the locking protrusion of the locking device 61). The interval between the portions 62 and the interval between the main locking recess 63a and the sub locking recess 63b are substantially the same).
[0063]
Thereby, the main support member 5a and the sub support member 5b can be firmly clamped by the slide type locking tool 61, and the opening of the opening / closing part 2 can be controlled. In this embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the main support upper surface portion 57a at the opening position and the cross-sectional shape obtained by combining the main support upper surface portion 57a and the sub-support upper surface portion 57b at the closed position are substantially the same. Thereby, the sliding movement of the locking tool 61 is enabled. Further, the locking tool 61 can be prevented from wobbling at the opening position.
[0064]
(Other)
As the locking means 6 other than the slide-type locking device 61, the main support member 5a and the sub-support member 5b provided with the locking recess 63 are combined, and the locking device 61 is forcibly fitted over the engaging member 61. It can also be implemented in the form of stopping.
(Bending member 7)
[10] FIG. 14 shows a state in which many items are stored in the file case according to the present invention. FIG. 14A shows a state in which the storage front portion 12 in the storage portion 1 and the opening / closing front portion 21 in the opening / closing portion 2 swell when the opening / closing portion 2 is closed. Thus, the opening / closing part 2 cannot be opened in the state where the front part and the opening / closing front part 21 are swollen. In order to open the swelled file case, the front part and the opening / closing front part 21 need to be recessed in the direction of the arrow shown in FIG. 14b.
[0065]
Here, if the bent portion 24 is a simple hinge mechanism, the recess in the arrow direction of FIG. 14b is not easily performed. Therefore, a preferred embodiment of the present invention is “the file case described above, which has the following configuration.
A slit width W2 of about 50 to 100% with respect to the file width W1 and a slit height H2 of about 0.5 to 10% with respect to the file height H1 are formed in the bent portion 24 at the upper end of the storage front portion 12. A slit 71 is provided.
A bending member 7 having excellent flexibility is disposed in the slit 71.
The bending member 7 is attached to the slit lower side 72 which is the lower side 42 in the slit 71.
The bending member 7 is attached to the slit upper side 73 which is the upper side 40 in the slit 71. "
Slit 71” means a hole provided in the bent portion 24 of the file case, and a front view of the file case provided with the slit 71 is shown in FIG. The file width W1 and the file height H1 mean the width and height of the file case itself according to the present invention, and the slit width W2 and the slit height H2 are the width of the slit 71 provided in the bent portion 24 shown in FIG. It means height.
[0066]
Thus, by providing the slit 71 having a certain size in the bent portion 24, the recess in the arrow direction of FIG. 14b can be easily performed. As a result, the opening / closing operation of the opening / closing part 2 can be easily performed even in a file case inflated with a large number of objects.
[0067]
In addition, simply providing the slits 71 reduces the strength of the file case. For example, a crack is generated around the slit 71. Therefore, in this embodiment, the bending member 7 having excellent flexibility is provided inside the slit 71. This compensates for a decrease in strength due to the slit 71.
[0068]
The slit 71 increases the flexibility of the front of the file case, but if it is too small, the effect cannot be obtained. On the other hand, when the slit 71 is too large, the flexibility (particularly the front portion) of the file case increases, but the strength of the file case decreases too much. Therefore, the size of the slit 71 in this embodiment is about 50 to 100% with respect to the file width W1, about 0.5 to 10% with respect to the file height H1, or about 1 to 10 mm. Note that the slit width W2 of 100% with respect to the file width W1 means that all the bent portions 24 are formed of this bent member.
[0069]
A cross section of the bending member 7 attached to the slit 71 is shown in FIG. The bending member 7 is excellent in flexibility, and the one shown in the figure has two U-shaped portions 75 for attaching to the slit upper side 73 and the slit lower side 72 up and down and an intermediate portion 76 between them. is there. The bending member 7 may be made of a uniform material, but from the viewpoint of enhancing flexibility and strength, it is desirable that the U-shaped portion 75 is made of a hard resin and the intermediate portion 76 is made of a soft resin. . As this hard resin, P.I. P. (Polypropylene) or the like can be used. An elastomer or the like can be used as the soft resin.
[0070]
The “flexible member 7 having excellent flexibility” is not only a material such as a resin or rubber, but also a material such as a plastic that is not as flexible as these resins and rubbers. Alternatively, a configuration may be adopted in which a groove (bent groove 74) having a reduced thickness is provided in the slit width W2 direction and bent with the bent groove 74 as a base point. Further, a form in which the bending groove 74 is provided in the bending member 7 made of resin or rubber having excellent flexibility is also desirable.
[0071]
More specifically, a plurality of engagement teeth and a slider capable of engaging and disengaging these engagement teeth are provided at the periphery of the opening formed in the fabric, and the opening can be opened and closed by sliding the slider. A slide fastener may be used instead of the “flexible member 7 having excellent flexibility”. Specifically, this substitute example is an aspect in which a slide fastener is provided in the slit 71 so that the opening extends along the file width direction. In this case, the above-described effects can be similarly exerted on the file case by the flexibility of the fabric, and articles such as documents can be taken in and out from the opening.
[0072]
As the form which attaches this bending member 7 to the slit upper side part 73 and the slit lower side part 72, it can implement with various forms, such as welding, adhesion | attachment, fitting, and screwing. As a preferable mounting method, as shown in FIG. 16, the U-shaped portion 75 sandwiches the slit upper side 73 and the slit lower side 72 and adheres or welds.
[0073]
The slit 71 can be implemented in a form provided only in one of the front and rear bent parts 24, but a form provided in both bent parts 24 is desirable from the viewpoint of accommodating more objects. Further, the present invention can be implemented in a form in which two to four small slits are provided in one bent portion 24.
(Development)
FIG. 17 shows a development view of this file case. The one shown in FIG. 17 is a punched piece from, for example, a plastic sheet. Reference numeral 11 located at the center has a storage bottom surface portion, a storage front surface portion 12 on the upper and lower sides thereof, and an opening / closing front surface portion 21 and an opening / closing upper surface portion 23 above and below it. A storage side surface portion 13 is provided on both sides of the lower storage front surface portion 12 of the storage front surface portion 12. On the other hand, adhesive margins 14 are provided on both sides of the upper storage side surface portion 13. A Thomson hinge is provided between the storage front portion 12 and the opening / closing front portion 21, thereby allowing the opening / closing front portion 21 to be bent. In this embodiment, a hole having a width of 90% with respect to the file width and a width of 2% with respect to the file height is provided at the position of the Thomson hinge between the storage front portion 12 and the opening / closing front portion 21. To do. The bending member 7 shown in FIG.
[0074]
A main opening / closing side surface portion 22a is provided on both sides of the lower opening / closing front portion 21a in the figure, and a convex hole 34 is provided. On the other hand, the open / close side surface portions 22b on both sides of the upper sub open / close front surface portion 21b have a large projecting shape so that the open / close side surface portions 22 overlap when assembled in a file case. And the guide groove 32 is provided in the part which overlaps with the said hole 34 for convex parts. The shape of the guide groove 32 is 45 ° with respect to the lower line 35, and its form is as shown in FIG.
[0075]
In the developed view shown in FIG. 17, the boundary of each component is a bent portion, and the file case is assembled by bending the boundary. In the convex hole 34, the convex part 31 provided in the main support member 5a is penetrated from the outside to form the convex part 31, and this convex part 31 is further arranged in the guide groove 32 to form the connecting mechanism 3 ( (See FIG. 8).
[0076]
By the way, in the present embodiment, the material specifically used has been described, but it goes without saying that other materials can be substituted without departing from the gist of the present invention.
