Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement of a detachable heat insulating material that is suitable for use in heat insulation mainly for piping, pressure vessels, valves and the like of nuclear power plants.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Since nuclear power plants are legally required to perform inspections during the period of use, for example, heat insulation materials attached to plant piping minimize the radiation exposure during maintenance inspections with radiation. Therefore, a cylindrical split type heat insulating member that is easy to attach and detach is employed.
[0003]
5 to 6 show an example of a conventional cylindrical split type heat insulating member. In the drawings, A is a metal box made of stainless steel plate in which 2 to 8 hollow cylinders are vertically divided so as to embrace a pipe, and includes an inner plate 1, an

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to the heat insulating material having the above configuration, it can be quickly and firmly attached to the pipe, and even if any heat insulating material is removed during maintenance inspection of the pipe after installation, the other heat insulating material is not positioned or dropped. It can be done quickly and safely by attaching / detaching the heat insulating material. Therefore, it can greatly improve workability and safety at the time of thermal insulation coating construction and maintenance inspection work on the nuclear power plant piping, such as shortening the time for attaching and detaching the thermal insulation material and reducing the radiation exposure. Can contribute.
[0006]
However, in the structure of the heat insulating material, since the inner plate 1 forming the metal box A contacts the outer peripheral surface of the pipe, the metal box acts as a heat conducting member, and a part of the heat on the pipe side is the inner plate. There is a problem in that the heat is dissipated through the path of the 1-side plate 3-end plate 4-
Moreover, in the structure of the said heat insulating material, an expensive material cost and production cost are required for the stainless steel metal box which accommodates a heat insulating material.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problem, and is capable of quickly performing an attaching / detaching operation to a body to be warmed and capable of maximizing the heat retaining effect on the body to be warmed. The object is to provide a detachable heat insulating material at a low cost.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a detachable heat insulating material according to the present invention includes a heat insulating member having a required thickness that is in contact with a body to be heated, and a metal exterior plate member that is overlapped to cover the outer surface of the heat insulating member. And a frame member that is applied to a part of the contact surface of the heat insulating member to the heat retaining member and fixed to the metal outer plate member in order to hold the heat insulating member on the metal outer plate member. Is the gist.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the entire outer surface of the heat insulating member B formed into a cylindrical split mold is used to keep the straight pipe portion of the pipe warm. The metal

Further, the metal frame member is not limited to a metal member, and for example, a ceramic member can be used.
In the drawings, 7a and 7b are female buckles attached to the metal
[0014]
According to the configuration of the removable heat insulating material, the heat insulating member B is in direct contact with the outer peripheral surface of the straight pipe portion of the removable heat insulating material attached to the straight pipe portion of the pipe. In this case, the
[0015]
In addition, most of the surfaces where the heat insulating members abut each other at the end surface in the circumferential direction and the side surface in the axial direction of the straight pipe portion are also abutted by the heat insulating member. Therefore, compared with the conventional heat insulating material, the heat dissipation action by heat conduction from the pipe is greatly suppressed, and the heat insulating effect by the heat insulating member is maximized.
[0016]
The metal exterior plate member covering the entire outer surface of the heat insulating member serves as a protective member for the heat insulating material and as a support member for a buckle or the like for connecting the removable heat insulating materials.
[0017]
Furthermore, according to the configuration of the detachable heat insulating material, it is possible to significantly reduce the stainless steel plate material to be used and to reduce the manufacturing cost as compared with the conventional detachable heat insulating material.
[0018]
In FIG. 4, the example which implemented this invention in the elbow part of piping is shown. In FIG. 4, B is a heat insulating member constituting the removable heat insulating material, 10 is a metal exterior plate member, 11 is a metal frame member, and 11a is a bent portion thereof.
[0019]
In the detachable heat insulating material, the heat insulating member B is formed in a shape that allows the elbow part to be sandwiched and abutted symmetrically, and the metal

[0021]
The detachable heat insulating material configured as described above can be integrated by sandwiching the elbow part from the left and right, and then connecting with a buckle (not shown) attached to the metal
[0022]
In the above embodiment, the outer surface of the heat insulating member B is overlapped so as to cover the metal
[0023]
The above is an example in which the present invention is applied to a detachable heat insulating material for piping, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and can be easily applied to a heat insulating material such as a pressure vessel or a valve.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the present invention, compared with a removable heat insulating material configured by filling a metal box with a heat insulating material, the heat dissipation effect due to heat conduction from the heat insulating material is greatly suppressed. In addition, it is possible to obtain a detachable heat insulating material that can maximize the heat insulating effect of the heat insulating member, and can greatly reduce the expensive steel plate material to be used, and can reduce the manufacturing cost.
