この目的で従来、蓋体の開閉にばね機構を利用したバランサを蓋体に取り付けて開閉操作を軽減するようにしたものがあり、また圧力容器のフランジカバーの開閉用としてカウンターウエイト方式、あるいは吊片を形成して蓋全体を吊り上げるダビット方式の開閉機構が開発されている。

上述のばね機構を利用した蓋開閉用バランサは、操作性には優れているものの、ばね反力の制約から軽量品にしか対応できず、またばね自体のへたり、劣化の問題があり、ばねの交換などの不便があった。前記カウンターウエイト方式あるいはダビット方式のものは操作性の点で不満がある。総じて従来の攪拌槽や圧力容器においては、蓋開閉装置を付加する必要があるにもかかわらず実際には何らその対策をとらず、その都度チェーンブロックなどで開閉するという手数のかかる作業を行っている。

図1は本発明の1実施例に係る蓋体の開閉駆動装置の上面図、図2は図1の正面図である。なお、この実施例は竪型攪拌機の攪拌槽の上部開口の蓋体に適用した例である。上方のみを部分的に示す攪拌槽1の上部は被処理液の供給や槽内部の清掃、点検などのために開口しており、この開口部2に、攪拌動作中攪拌槽1を蓋閉する蓋体3が密閉状態に装着される。蓋体3の片側周部に一対のブラケット6が取り付けられ、このブラケット6に後述する被動軸7が固着されている。
