Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bag manufacturing method using, for example, a polyethylene sheet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, in a department store, a supermarket, a retail store, or the like, a sheet-like bag is used for product packaging, and the bag itself is commercially available. In this type of bag, as shown in FIG. 1, in addition to the outer sheets 1 and 2, an intermediate sheet 3 is also provided to form independent accommodating portions 4 and 5. The reason why such a bag is manufactured is that if two or more storage portions are provided, products having different characteristics can be individually stored, which is convenient. There are various types of bags of this type, such as those having the handle 6 formed, those not provided, those having a gusset at the bottom, and those having no gusset at the bottom.
[0003]
In order to manufacture this type of bag, conventionally, for example, when three holding portions are provided, as shown in FIG. 2, four belt-like sheets 11, 12, 13, and 14 are overlapped and correspond to three sides. The parts 15, 16, and 17 to be bonded were bonded by heat welding and cut at the part 16 to manufacture one bag 10.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional bag manufacturing method described above, four sheets (a plurality of sheets) must be prepared, and the end sides of each of the four sheets must be aligned. There was a problem.
The present invention has been made paying attention to the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a sheet-like bag having a plurality of accommodating portions without requiring a relatively troublesome work.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The bag manufacturing method according to the present invention includes a process of folding a tube-like flat belt-like body around the longitudinal center of the belt-like body as a support shaft, and overlapping both ends of the belt-like body in the longitudinal direction, To form a side end portion of the bag perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the belt, and a process of adhering the overlapped sheets of the belt-like body at a predetermined interval, and after the folding which was the axial center of the belt-like body And a process of cutting at least a part of the continuous sheet on the edge of the sheet to form an opening.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to embodiments. FIG. 1 is a plan view of a tube-like flat band used in the practice of the present invention. The belt-like body 21 is made of polyethylene, and is manufactured for use in various applications. For example, the belt-like body 21 is rolled around a core material and shipped. Therefore, the length in the longitudinal direction is very long. The length in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, that is, the width is appropriate, but here L = 60 cm is used.
[0007]
Next, an embodiment method for manufacturing a bag using the strip 21 will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 4, the end side 22 and the end side 23 along the longitudinal direction of the band-like body 21 coincide with each other with the central axes 21 a, 21 a of the band-like body 21 as the support shaft, and are folded back so as to overlap. FIG. 5 shows a perspective view of the state immediately before folding, overlapping, and overlapping. By this folding and overlapping, the band-like body 21 is halved in width, thereby creating a new edge 24. The end side 24 is along the axial centers 21a and 21a.
[0008]
Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 6, adhesion by heat welding is performed in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. As a result, the four sheets folded and overlapped are integrally bonded to form the side edge 26 of the bag 25 to be manufactured. Subsequently, similarly, bonding is performed by thermal welding in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction at a predetermined interval (for example, 23 cm) from the side edge 26. Thereby, the other side end 27 of the bag 25 is formed. The side edge 26 and the side edge 27 may be formed simultaneously.
[0009]
Next, the sheet on the back side (inner side) is left at the edge 24 along the axial centers 21a and 21a of the belt-like body 21, and only the front side is cut along the longitudinal direction. This cutting may be performed before the end sides 26 and 27 are formed. Further, not only the front side but also the back side may be cut. When cutting only on the front side, two bags of the accommodating part are obtained, and when the back side is also cut together, four bags having the accommodating part are obtained.
[0010]
After the above process is completed, if cutting is performed at the center of the end sides 26 and 27 and this operation is repeated, the bags 25 are sequentially produced.
In addition, when it is desired to manufacture a gusseted bag at the bottom, as shown in FIG. 7, the inner sides of the belt-like body 21 at the end side 22 and the end side 23 are folded before turning around the shaft centers 21a and 21a shown in FIG. The turn-back portion 28 is provided, and the processing operations shown in FIGS. 4, 5, and 6 may be performed thereafter.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
According to this invention, since a bag is manufactured by folding, overlapping, and welding using a tube-like flat belt-like body, a bag having a plurality of accommodating portions is taken without taking time and effort. Can be manufactured.
