【発明の属する技術分野】
本願発明は、盗難防止装置を有するカバンの改良に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から、貴重品等を入れたカバンの盗難を防止するために盗難防止装置を設けたカバンが知られている。このカバンは、図11に示すように盗難防止装置を、送信機bと、音発生部を有する受信機cとから構成し、受信機cをカバン本体a内に入れておき、一方、送信機bを、衣服のポケット等に入れるようにしてカバンaと共に持ち運びするようにしたものである。こうすることにより、受信機cを入れたカバン本体aが盗難されて送信機bと受信機cとが互いに引き離され、受信機cが送信機bからの信号を受信できなくなると、受信機cに設けた音発生部からブザー音を発し、カバンaが盗難した者に運ばれているのを判るようにしたものである。しかしながら、受信機cを、常時、音発生部から音を発する作動状態にしておくと受信機cの電源が使用しない場合にも消費されてすぐに無くなってしまうことから、図12に示すように受信機cに、手の指で入り切り操作できる受信機スイッチc1を設け、使用に際して受信機スイッチc1を操作して入り状態にするようにしているが、この受信機スイッチc1が、手の指で入り切り操作できるため、カバンaが盗難されて受信機cがブザー音を発しても、盗難した者によって受信機cのスイッチc1を手の指で簡単に切り操作されてブザー音が止められてしまうという課題がある。又、受信機cをカバンa内に入れておくだけのため、盗難した者がブザー音を発している受信機cをカバンaから簡単に取り出して受信機cだけを捨ててしまうという課題がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本願発明は、以上の実情に鑑み提案されたもので、受信機の受信機スイッチを操作し難く、盗難した者によって受信機から発する音を即座に止められることのない盗難防止装置を有するカバンの提供を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本願発明は、以下の特徴を有する盗難防止装置を有するカバンを提供することにより上記課題を解決する。
本願の請求項1の発明は、カバン本体(2) と、盗難防止装置(4)(5)とを備え、盗難防止装置(4)(5)が、カバン本体(2) と別途に携帯される送信機(4) と、カバン本体(2) に付設されて送信機(4) からの信号を受信し得る受信機(5) とを備え、受信機(5) が、音発生装置と、受信機スイッチ(51)とを備え、カバン本体(2) が送信機(4) から引き離されてカバン本体(2) の受信機(5) が送信機(4) からの信号を受信できなくなるに伴って、音発生装置が音を発し得るようになされ、受信機スイッチ(51)が、隠し手段(52)(25)(54)によって隠されたものであるカバンにおいて、上記の隠し手段が、受信機 (5) に、手の指が入らない程度の大きさに形成された凹部 (52) を備え、この凹部 (52) 内に、入り切り操作自在な受信機スイッチ (51) が配位されることにより、受信機スイッチ (51) が凹部 (52) に隠されて手の指で入り切り操作できないようになされたものであり、受信機 (5) の凹部 (52) 内に挿入可能な受信機スイッチ用操作片 (43) がカバン本体 (2) と分離して配位されたものであり、カバン本体 (2) は、底面と前後左右の各側面を備え、上方側に開閉自在な開口部 (22) を有するものであり、カバン本体 (2) の側壁(2a)に上記の受信機 (5) が固定され、カバン本体 (2) の内部に、曲げ自在なシート状の被覆部材 (24) が備えられ、この被覆部材 (24) によって、受信機 (5) がカバン本体 (2) 内で覆い隠されるようになされたものであり、この被覆部材 (24) の上部側が上記の受信機 (5) の固定された側壁(2a)の上部側に接続され、この被覆部材 (24) の下部側がカバン本体 (2) の底面上に配置されているものであり、且つ、めくり上げられるようになされたものであることを特徴とする盗難防止装置を有するカバンを提供する。
本願の請求項2に係る発明は、受信機 (5) が、ボルトを受容し得るボルト受容部 (53) を備え、このボルト受容部 (53) によって、受信機 (5) がボルトを介してカバン本体 (2) に固定されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の盗難防止装置を有するカバンを提供する。
本願の請求項3に係る発明は、受信機 (5) が、カバン本体 (2) に設けられたポケット (25) に収納されたものであり、ポケット (25) に受信機 (5) が収納されることにより、受信機 (5) がカバン本体 (2) に固定されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の盗難防止装置を有するカバンを提供する。

以上のように構成された本願発明においては、受信機スイッチ51を、隠し手段52、25、54によって隠しておくため、カバン本体2を盗難した者がカバン本体2に付設されて音を発している受信機5の音を切ろうとしても、受信機スイッチ51を切り操作できず、或いは受信機スイッチ51の位置が判らず、即座に受信機5の音を切ることのできないものにでき、音を止めることができないものにできる。これにより、従来のように、簡単に盗難した者に音が止められてしまうようなことを防止できる。この隠し手段として凹部52を、受信機5に、手の指が入らない程度の大きさに形成し、この凹部52内に、受信機スイッチ51を入り切り操作自在に配位することにより、受信機スイッチ51を凹部52に隠して手の指で入り切り操作できないようにする。こうすることにより、カバン本体2を盗難した者に受信機スイッチ51の位置が知られても、手で受信機スイッチ51を切り操作できず、受信機5の音を切ることのできないものにできる。また、カバン本体2の内部に、シート状の被覆部材24を備え、この被覆部材24によって、受信機5をカバン本体2内で覆い隠すため、カバン本体2を盗難した者がカバン本体2から受信機5を取り外し、或いは外受信機5の音を止めようとしてもカバン本体2内で受信機5を即座に見つけることができないものにできる。又、受信機5をカバン本体2内で覆い隠すことによって、カバン本体2内で受信機5が、貴重品や書類等を入れる際の邪魔になることがなく、しかも、カバン本体2を開けても受信機5が見えず、体裁の良いものにできる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図を基に本願発明の一実施形態を具体的に説明する。図1(A) は、本願発明の盗難防止装置を有するカバンの一実施形態のカバン本体の正面図であり、図1(B) は、その側面図、図2は、図1(B) のII−II線断面図である。

本願発明の盗難防止装置を有するカバンは、カバン本体2と、盗難防止装置4、5と、固定手段6とを備えている。カバン本体2は、前後左右の各側面を備え、上方側に開閉自在な開口部22を有する。又、カバン本体2の左側壁2aには、受信機固定部23…23を備えている。この受信機固定部23…23は、後述する盗難防止装置4、5の受信機5を固定するためのもので、左側壁2aの外側から内側に貫通した四つのボルト挿通用孔23a…23aが備えられている。また、このカバン本体2内における左側壁2aには、被覆部材24を備えている。この被覆部材24は、受信機固定部23に固定された受信機5を内方側から覆い隠すためのもので、布や皮等の折り曲げ自在なシート状のものから構成され、被覆部材24の上部側が左側壁2aの上部側に縫製等によって接続されることにより、被覆部材24の下部側がめくり上げられるようになされている。

盗難防止装置4、5は、図3(A)(B)(C) に示す送信機4と、送信機4からの信号を受信する図4(A)(B)に示す受信機5とを備えている。送信機4は、携帯可能なもので、内部には、図示しないが、信号を発する発信手段や電源を収納し、電源から発信手段に通電されることにより、信号を発することができるようになされている。又、送信機4の前側面には、送信機スイッチ41が備えられている。この送信機スイッチ41は、発信手段と電源とを接続・接続解除して送信機4を送信可能状態から送信停止状態に自在に切り換えるためのもので、手の指で入り切り操作可能に設けられている。一方、送信機4の下面には、受信機スイッチ用操作片43が備えられている。この受信機スイッチ用操作片43は、後述する受信機5の受信機スイッチ51を入り切り操作するためのもので、送信機4の下面から下方に突設され、下端側の先端に薄板状の係合片43aを備えている。また、この実施形態では、送信機4の上部側に、リング状の吊下げ支持部44が備えられ、この吊下げ支持部44に、紐状部材やキーホルダー等の吊下げ支持部材45を通して送信機4を吊下げ支持できるようになされている。尚、送信機4の後側面には、電池交換用蓋46が取り外し自在に設けられており、この電池交換用蓋42から電源としての電池が交換できるようになされている。

そして、この送信機4は、使用に際しては、衣服のポケットに入れられる等して、カバン本体2と分離して配位され、カバン本体2と共に持ち運びされる。

尚、この送信機4の受信機スイッチ用操作片43は、送信機4に取り外し不能に設けるものに限らず、送信機4と別体のものから構成して送信機4と取り外し可能に設けたものでも良く、例えば図6(A) に示すように送信機4を、送信機本体40と、送信機本体40とは別体の受信機スイッチ用操作片43から構成し、受信機スイッチ用操作片43を、一端側に係合片43aを備え、他端側に把持部43bを備えたものとし、そして、この受信機スイッチ用操作片43を、送信機本体40の側面に設けた係止部40aに係脱自在に係止させておくようにし、使用に際して受信機スイッチ用操作片43を係止部40aから外して使用するようにする。また、その場合において、受信機スイッチ用操作片43と送信機本体40とを紐部材40bで接続するようにしておけば、受信機スイッチ用操作片43を紛失等するのを防止でき点で好ましい。又、送信機4に、送信機4自体を衣服の一部やベルト等に係脱自在に形成しておくための係止手段を設けておいても良く、例えば図6(B)(C)に示すように送信機4の裏面側に、弾性を有するクリップ46を設け、クリップ46の下方側からクリップ46と送信機4の裏面との間に衣服の一部やベルト等を入れて送信機4を衣服やベルト等に係止できるようにしても良く、適宜変更できる。

受信機5は、図4(A)(B)に示すように、ケーシング50を備え、ケーシング50内に、図示しないが音発生装置や電源等が備えられている。この音発生装置は、受信機5と送信機4とが互いに接近して受信機5が送信機4からの信号を受信している間は音を出さず、受信機5と送信機4とが引き離されて受信機5が送信機4からの信号を受信できなくなると電源からの電気力によって前面側に設けた音発生部50aから音を発するように作動する。本実施形態では、受信機5が送信機4から5〜6m程度、離されると送信機4からの信号を受信出来ずに音発生装置の音発生部50aからブザー音が発せられるようになされている。又、受信機5の左側面には、受信機スイッチ51が備えられている。この受信機スイッチ51は、受信機5を、音発生装置からブザー音を発し得る作動状態から作動停止状態に自在に切り換えるためのもので、受信機5に設けられた凹部52内に入り切り操作可能に配位されている。詳しくは、図5に示すように、ケーシング50の左側面には、凹部52が形成されている。この凹部52は、受信機スイッチ51を隠す隠し手段としてのもので、ケーシング50の一部を内方側に窪ませることにより、左側に開口部52aを有する凹部52が形成されている。又、この凹部52の開口部52aは、上記送信機4の受信機スイッチ用操作片43を入れることができ、且つ、手の指を入れることができない程度の大きさに形成されている。受信機スイッチ51は、板状のスイッチ片51aを備えている。又、このスイッチ片51aの表面側には、係合用溝51bが備えられており、この係合用溝51bに、送信機4の受信機スイッチ用操作片43の係合片43aを受容して係合できるようになされている。そして、このスイッチ片51aは、凹部52内に開口部52aから入れられて凹部52の奥端面52bに上下摺動可能に配位されており、スイッチ片51aが凹部52の上方位置に配位されることにより、受信機スイッチ51が入り状態になって音発生装置を作動状態にする。一方、スイッチ片51aが凹部52の上方位置から下方位置に摺動されることにより、受信機スイッチ51が切り状態になって音発生装置を作動不能状態にする。

尚、受信機5の電源は、本実施形態では、充電式のものとされているが、電池等から構成しても良く、適宜変更できる。又、この実施形態では、受信機スイッチ51を、ケーシング50の左側面に設けたものとしているが、受信機スイッチ51を設ける位置は特に限定されず、例えばケーシング50の右側面、前側面、上面又は下面に設けても良く、適宜変更できる。又、受信機スイッチ51は、スイッチ片51aを摺動することにより入り切り操作する形態のものに限らず、例えばボタン片を押圧することにより入り切り操作する形態のものであっても良く、適宜変更できる。

又、受信機5のケーシング50における左側面及び右側面各々の上後方部と下後方部とには、ボルト受容部53…53が備えられている。ボルト受容部53…53各々は、ケーシング50の左側面、右側面各々から側方側に突設されている。又、ボルト受容部53…53各々には、前後方向に貫通した六角形状のナット嵌合孔53aが、カバン本体2の左側壁2aにおけるボルト挿通用孔23a…23aに対応する位置に設けられ、後述の固定手段6のナット63を回動不能に嵌合できるようになされており、ナット63を介して固定手段6の固定用ボルト62を受容できるようになされている。

そして、この受信機5は、カバン本体2内におけるカバン本体2の左側壁2aに、固定手段6によって固定されて、カバン本体2内で被覆部材24によって覆い隠されている。

固定手段6は、受信機5とカバン本体2とを固定するためのもので、本実施形態では、図2に示すように上記受信機5に設けられたボルト受容部53…53と、二枚の金属製のボルト支持部材61、61と、固定用ボルト62…62と、ナット63…63とを備えている。ボルト支持部材61、61は、受信機5とカバン本体2とを引き剥がし難くするためのもので、本実施形態では、鉄製の板状体から構成され、各々の長さが、受信機5の左右のボルト受容部53、53の距離より長く形成されて左右のボルト受容部53、53に渡せるようになされているとともに、左右両側に左右のボルト受容部53、53各々のナット嵌合孔53aに対応する位置にボルト挿通孔61a、61aを備えている。

そして、この固定手段6によって、受信機5とカバン本体2とが、次のようにして固定されている。受信機5の各ナット嵌合孔53a…53aにナット63…63を嵌合し、その状態で受信機5をカバン本体2内に入れ、カバン本体2の左側壁2aに内側から、各ボルト挿通用孔23a…23aと各ナット63…63とを位置合わせさせるようにして沿わせ、ボルト支持部材61、61各々をカバン本体2の左側壁2aに外側から、カバン本体2の左側壁2aにおける各ボルト挿通用孔23a…23aとボルト支持部材61、61の左右の各ボルト挿通孔61a、61aとを位置合わせさせるようにして沿わせ、カバン本体2の左側壁2aを挟んでボルト支持部材61、61の左右の各ボルト挿通孔61a、61aと受信機5の左右のナット嵌合孔53a、53aの各ナット63…63とを位置合わせする。次に、固定用ボルト62の軸部62aを、ボルト支持部材61のボルト挿通孔61aからカバン本体2の各ボルト挿通用孔23a…23aに通していき、受信機5のボルト受容部53に嵌合したナット63に、固定用ボルト62の軸部62aの先端を螺合させて締め付けることにより、受信機5を、カバン本体2内における左側壁2aに固定している。

次に、以上のように構成した盗難防止装置を有するカバンの機能について説明する。まず、送信機4の送信機スイッチ41を、手の指で入り状態にするとともに、受信機5の受信機スイッチ51を入り状態にする。この受信機5の受信機スイッチ51を入り状態にする場合は、送信機4の受信機スイッチ用操作片43の係合片43aを、受信機スイッチ51の係合用溝51bに係合させ、その係合させた受信機スイッチ用操作片43を操作してスイッチ片51aを上方側に摺動させる。これにより、受信機5の受信機スイッチ51を入り状態にできる。以上で、使用可能になり、送信機4をポケット等に入れるようにして、カバン本体2と共に持ち運びする。その際、カバン本体2内の受信機5と送信機4とが互いに近接しているため、受信機5からブザー音が鳴るようなことがない。

そして、カバン本体2が盗難され、カバン本体2内の受信機5が送信機4から5〜6m以上、引き離されると、受信機5からブザー音が鳴り始める。これにより、周囲の人に、カバン本体2が盗難されたことを判らせることができるとともに、盗難されたカバン本体2の位置が判る。その際、盗難した者がブザー音を止めようとしてカバン本体2を開けても、受信機5が被覆カバーで覆い隠されているため、盗難した者が即座に受信機5を見つけることができず、ブザー音を止めることができない。しかも、仮に、盗難した者がカバン本体2内の受信機5を見つけることができたとしても、受信機スイッチ51を手の指を入れることができない凹部52内に設けているため、受信機スイッチ51を即座に切ることができず、ブザー音を止めることができない。又、カバン本体2から受信機5を取り外して受信機5だけを放ってしまおうとしても、カバン本体2と受信機5とを固定用ボルト62とナット63とで固定しているため、工具がなければカバン本体2から受信機5を取り外すことができず、また、受信機5を無理やり引っ張ったとしてもカバン本体2の左側壁2aの外側から鉄製のボルト支持部材61、61で固定用ボルト62を支持しているため、固定用ボルト62がカバン本体2の左側壁2aのボルト挿通用孔23a…23aから抜けてカバン本体2から受信機5が外れるようなことがなく、受信機5だけが放られてしまうようなことを防止できる。

尚、本実施形態では、受信機5全体をカバン本体2内に収納して音発生部50aや受信機スイッチ51をカバン本体2内に配位させるようにしているが、この形態のものに限らず、音発生部50aと受信機スイッチ51との一方又は両方をカバン本体2の外に露出させるように配位させても良い。詳しくは、例えば図7、図8に示すように、受信機5を、前面側における左右中央やや上部側に音発生部50aを備えたものとするとともに、前面側における音発生部50aの左方部に、受信機スイッチ51を設けた凹部52を備えたものにし、更に、受信機5の上部及び下部各々の左部と右部とに、ボルト受容部53…53を備えたものとする。一方、ボルト支持部材65を、受信機5の前面全体を覆える程度の大きさの一枚の板状のものから構成し、このボルト支持部材65の略中央部に窓孔66を穿設するとともに、窓孔66の左側部にスイッチ操作用孔67を穿設したものとし、更に、窓孔66の上部及び下部に、受信機5のボルト受容部53…53に対応し得るようにボルト挿通孔61a…61aを穿設したものとする。又、カバン本体2の左側壁2aに、受信機5の音発生部50a及び凹部52に対応する部分をカットして形成した露出孔2bを備えるとともに、露出孔2bの上部及び下部に、受信機5のボルト受容部53…53に対応しうるようにボルト挿通用孔23a…23aを穿設したものとする。そして、カバン本体2の内側に受信機5を、カバン本体2の外側にボルト支持部材65を、受信機5のボルト受容部53…53とカバン本体2のボルト挿通用孔23a…23aとボルト支持部材65のボルト挿通孔61a…61aとを位置合わせするようにして配設し、固定用ボルト62…62を、ボルト支持部材65のボルト挿通孔61a…61aから受信機5のボルト受容部53…53に通すようにして固定する。この固定により、受信機5の音発生部50aがカバン本体2の露出孔2b及びボルト支持部材65の窓孔66を介してカバン本体2の外に現れるとともに、受信機5の凹部52がカバン本体2の露出孔2b及びボルト支持部材65のスイッチ操作用孔67を介してカバン本体2の外に現れる。これにより、受信機5の音発生部50aから発するブザー音をカバン本体2の外に直接出すことができ、周囲の人に聞こえ易いものにできるとともに、受信機5の凹部52に設けた受信機スイッチ51を、受信機スイッチ用操作片43を介してカバン本体2の外からも入り切り操作でき、使用便利なものにできる。

又、本実施形態では、受信機5の受信機スイッチ51を隠す隠し手段として凹部52を採用し、この凹部52内に受信機スイッチ51を設けることにより、受信機スイッチ51の側面を凹部52の内壁面で隠すようにしているが、この形態のものに限らず、例えば図9(A)(B)に示すようにカバン本体2の側面に受信機5を収納するポケット25を設け、このポケット25に受信機5を収納して受信機5全体をポケット25で隠すことにより、受信機5の受信機スイッチ51を隠すようにしても良い。又、この場合において、この図9(A)(B)に示すようにポケット25を、開口部26aを有するポケット本体部26と、ポケット本体部26の開口部26aを開閉自在に閉じる開閉用蓋片27を設け、この開閉用蓋片27を、ポケット本体部26と係脱自在に係合する係合手段によって係合させて閉めておくようにしても良い。更に、その場合において、係合手段に、ダイヤル式錠前装置28や南京錠等の錠前装置を付設したものとし、係合した開閉用蓋片27とポケット本体部26とを錠前装置28によって施錠しておくようにしても良く、こうすることにより、盗難した者はポケット25内の受信機5の受信機スイッチ51に触れることができず、受信機スイッチ51を切り操作できないものにできる。

更に、受信機5の受信機スイッチ51を隠す隠し手段として、受信機5の受信機スイッチ51を隠蔽・露出し得る隠蔽部材54によって覆い隠すようにしておいても良く、例えば図10に示すように、受信機5における受信機スイッチ51の図示の前方側に、板状の隠蔽部材54を回動自在に取付けることによって受信機スイッチ51を隠蔽し、隠蔽部材54を回動操作すれば受信機スイッチ51が露出して受信機スイッチ51の入り切り操作をできるようにしておく。こうすることにより、使用に際しては、隠蔽部材54によって受信機スイッチ51を隠蔽しておくことで、盗難した者に受信機スイッチ51の位置をわからなくでき、盗難した者が即座に受信機スイッチ51を切り操作できないものにできる。尚、この場合において、隠蔽部材54は、受信機スイッチ51を隠蔽・露出し得る形態のものであれば良く、例えば隠蔽部材54を摺動自在に設けておくこともでき、適宜変更し得る。

又、この隠し手段は、上記例示の凹部52、ポケット25、隠蔽部材54を、単独で使用する形態のものに限らず、これらを組み合わせて使用でき、凹部52とポケット25と隠蔽部材54との適宜な二つ又は三つを同時に使用できる。
