本発明はＰＥＴボトル等の、食品、飲料、洗剤等の容器に装着される筒状の合成樹脂製シート（長尺袋帯状樹脂シート）に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、食品、飲料、洗剤等の宣伝広告の為、これ等商品の容器の胴部に例えば景品等の応募券として使用する剥離可能なラベル片を貼り、販売促進に効果をあげている。
該ラベル片は、文字や図柄を印刷した長尺袋帯状樹脂シート（例えば、筒状の熱収縮性ラベルの連続した帯状物）を所定の長さに切断し筒状にして容器に装着した後に、その表面に貼着される場合が多いが、該樹脂シートを容器に装着する過程でラベル片貼着のための特別な設備が必要であり、工程も複雑化している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記の様な工程の効率化を図るには予めラベル片を貼着した長尺袋帯状樹脂シートを切断して容器に装着する方法が考えられる。然るに該シートは長尺帯状樹脂シート（基材）の両端縁を重ね合わせて接合した背貼りシールを有し、その全長にわたって、該ラベル片を一定間隔で貼着したものを巻回しロールとすると、該シートの幅方向に、該背張りシールと該ラベル片に起因する偏った盛上がりが生じ、該シートに皺がよったりロールが崩れたりする等の障害が起る。
本発明の課題は、巻回しロールとして保存、搬送する時に皺を生じたり巻崩れを起さない、背貼りシールを有し且つラベル片が貼着された長尺袋帯状樹脂シートを提供する事にある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するための手段は、幅方向の中央と、一方の端縁との間に背張りシールが形成され、同中央と他方の端縁との間にラベル片が長尺方向に一定間隔で貼着された長尺袋帯状樹脂シートである。

又、上記課題を解決するための他の手段は、一方の端縁から幅方向略１０〜４０％の領域に背貼りシールを設け、他方の端縁から幅方向略１０〜４０％の領域にラベル片を一定間隔で貼付けた長尺袋帯状樹脂シートである。

【発明の実施形態】
以下、本発明の実施形態について図面を参照しながら説明する。
図１（イ）は熱収縮性フィルムを基材とする長尺袋帯状樹脂シート１を巻回しロール５としたものの斜視図で、該シート１の一面上には端縁部から幅方向に幅寸法の略１０〜４０％（好ましくは２０〜３５％）の領域に、基材の両端を重ね合せて接合（接着剤、ヒートシール等）した背貼りシール２が形成されており、同一面上の他端から幅方向に略１０〜４０％（好ましくは２０〜３５％）の領域に長尺方向へ一定間隔でラベル片３が貼られている。２ａ、３ａは、それぞれ背貼りシール２、ラベル片３に由来するロール５の外周の盛り上がりである。
又、図１（ロ）は上記長尺袋帯状樹脂シート１の幅方向断面図である。

上記ラベル片３を挟んで切断部４があり、上記シート１は図１中の点線４で示す位置で順次切断され個別の熱収縮性フィルムラベルとなり、ＰＥＴボトル等の容器に嵌装される。

上記長尺袋帯状樹脂シート１の基材は、ポリエステル系樹脂や、スチレンブタジエン共重合体、或はポリ塩化ビニル、ポリプロピレン系樹脂、ポリエチレン系樹脂等の厚さ３０〜８０μｍの熱収縮性フィルムにより構成されている。該基材には通常商品名や説明文等が印刷されている。

又、上記ラベル片３は合成樹脂フィルム、紙、合成紙等の基材の表面に印刷が施され、裏面に剥離してハガキ等に再接着可能な粘着剤が塗布されている。尚、厚さは使用する熱収縮性フィルムより若干厚いものが望ましく通常４０〜１２０μｍのものが用いられる。

上記の様な構成の長尺袋帯状樹脂シート１は、背貼りシール２が存在するシート表面上にラベル片３が貼着されており、何れもシート表面から僅かな突起（盛り上がり２ａ、３ａ）を形成しているが、両突起（２ａ、３ａ）がバランス良く配置されている為、巻回した時に該樹脂シート１にかかる圧力が分散され、該シート１に大きな歪みを生じる事がなく、シートに皺を生じたり、ロールが崩れたりする事がない。

尚、ラベル片３の厚さと長さ（シート１の長尺方向）を次の式の範囲に形成すれば、長尺袋帯状樹脂シート１を巻回しロールとした時にラベル片３による偏った盛り上がり（背貼りシールによる盛り上がり２ａより大きな盛り上がり）が発生せず好ましい。

上記実施形態では容器に嵌装する長尺袋帯状樹脂シート１の基材に熱収縮性フィルムを例示したが、該シート１をストレッチラベルとして使用する場合は、基材として弾性伸縮性フィルムを用いればよい。

更に、本発明は図２にその断面図で示す様に長尺袋帯状樹脂シート１の一面に背張りシール２が存在し、他面にラベル片３が貼着されたものでもよく、この様な形態であっても両者がバランス良く配置されている為、巻回したときに該樹脂シート１にかかる圧力が分散され、盛り上がり位置のバランスも良い為、シート１に皺を生じたり、ロールが崩れたりすることがない。

【発明の効果】
本発明の長尺袋帯状樹脂シートは、背貼りシールとラベル片とをバランス良く配置した為、該シートを巻回しロールとした時に皺を生じたり、巻崩れするのが防がれる。従って、本長尺袋帯状樹脂シートを所定の長さに切断して容器に嵌装する操作により、ラベル片付き筒状の熱収縮性ラベル等を容器に装着する事が可能である。
