なお、本実施形態は、高分子化合物としてのタンパク質、より具体的にはアデニル酸シクラーゼと、評価対象化合物としての薬候補剤、より具体的にはフォルスコリン誘導体との活性度評価方法に関するものである。
Claims (6)
- 高分子化合物に対する評価対象化合物の薬剤活性度を、当該評価対象化合物を構成する原子の内、複数を解析ポイントとし、前記解析ポイントk毎における電荷密度ρ(r)を、下記求核的反応を示す第1の福井関数(3)、下記求電子的反応を示す第2の福井関数(4)に代入することで、前記解析ポイントk毎に求核的反応を示す第1の福井関数の値f k + と、求電子的反応を示す第2の福井関数の値f k - とを求め、前記第1の福井関数の値f k + に係る第1係数D k + 、前記第2の福井関数の値f k - に係る第2係数D k - から成る下記評価式(5)に基づいて前記高分子化合物に対する評価対象化合物の薬剤活性度Pを算出することを特徴とする評価対象化合物の薬剤活性度評価方法。
- 評価対象化合物の複数の誘導体に関する活性度実験値P e と、前記各誘導体に関する第1の福井関数の値f k + 及び第2の福井関数の値f k - とに最小二乗法を適用することにより、前記第1の福井関数の値f k + 及び第2の福井関数の値f k - と活性度Pとの関係を示す第1係数D k + 及び第2係数D k - を演算することを特徴とする請求項1記載の評価対象化合物の薬剤活性度評価方法。
- 評価対象化合物の複数の誘導体に関する活性度実験値P e と、前記各誘導体に関する第1の福井関数の値f k + 及び第2の福井関数の値f k - とを前記評価式に代入して得られる複数の方程式を連立方程式として解くことにより、前記第1係数D k + 及び第2係数D k - を演算することを特徴とする請求項1記載の評価対象化合物の薬剤活性度評価方法。
- 前記評価対象化合物の各誘導体を構成する原子の内、当該各誘導体に共通して存在している原子を解析ポイントとすることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の評価対象化合物の薬剤活性度評価方法。
- 前記高分子化合物はタンパク質であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4いずれかに記載の評価対象化合物の薬剤活性度評価方法。
- 前記評価対象化合物は薬候補剤であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5いずれかに記載の評価対象化合物の薬剤活性度評価方法。
