本発明は、染毛剤用容器のキャップとして好適に用いることができ、特に、使用開始時に二剤混合等のために取り外すことが可能であるとともに、装着状態においても塗布部材への吐出路を開閉操作可能な容器内容物の塗布部材を備えるキャップに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の毛染め剤として、使用時に二液を混合して使用する二液混合型のものがある。この二液混合型の毛染め剤を流通・販売する際には、1液並びに2液をそれぞれボトル容器等に収容し、その口部を液止め用のキャップにより密封するとともに、2液混合後に付け替える櫛型の毛染め用のキャップ(塗布部材)を同梱している。

そして、使用時には、1液のボトル容器から液止め用キャップを取り外し、2液を注入混合した後、再度液止め用キャップを1液のボトル容器に取り付け、2液を十分に混合させるために、よく振り混ぜる。その後、液止め用キャップを毛染め用キャップに付け替えて使用する。この種の1液用の容器並びに櫛型キャップとしては、特許文献1並びに特許文献2が公知である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上記特許文献1及び2に記載のものでは、櫛型キャップに毛染め剤吐出路の開閉構造が存在せず、櫛型キャップを装着した状態では常時開口されている状態であるから、2液混合時にユーザーが誤って櫛型キャップを取り付けて振り混ぜると、毛染め剤が周囲に飛散し、ユーザーの被服や周辺の物品を染色してしまい、ユーザーに損害を蒙らせてしまうことがある。また、一度取り外した液止め用キャップを再度取り付け、振り混ぜた後に液止め用キャップを櫛型キャップに交換する必要があり、この付け替えの手間が煩雑であった。

また、特許文献3に記載の櫛付き容器は、キャップをボトル容器から取り外すことができない構造となっていることから、そもそも二剤混合型の染毛剤に用いることを考慮したものではない。

そこで、本発明は、二剤混合等のために容器口部に対して着脱可能に構成しながら、構造の簡素化を図りつつも内容液の吐出路の開閉を簡単な操作で行うことのできる容器内容物の塗布部材を備えるキャップを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記目的を達成するために、次の技術的手段を講じた。

即ち、本発明の容器内容物の塗布部材を備えるキャップは、容器の口部に装着されるキャップであって、前記口部に着脱自在に取り付けられるキャップ本体と、該本体に対して閉塞位置と第1吐出位置との間で回転操作可能に取り付けられ且つ容器内容物を被塗布対象に塗布するのに用いられる塗布部材と、塗布部材が閉塞位置にあるときに閉塞され且つ塗布部材が第1吐出位置にあるときに開かれるように前記本体と塗布部材とにわたって設けられた吐出路とを備え、塗布部材は、キャップ本体とともに容器口部に対して着脱されるように前記本体を介して容器口部に取り付けられていることを特徴とするものである。本発明のキャップは、特に、二剤混合毛染め剤などの第一剤に第二剤を混合して使用する場合の第一剤の収容容器に好適に用いることができる。

これによれば、櫛部材などの塗布部材を閉塞位置に保持しておくことにより、キャップに設けた吐出路が閉塞されるため、塗布部材を装着した状態で第一剤を容器に収容梱包し、保管・流通させることができる。そして、使用時には、塗布部材とともにキャップ本体を容器口部から取り外し、開口された容器口部から第二剤を注入し、塗布部材とともにキャップ本体を容器口部に取り付けて、塗布部材を閉塞位置に保持したまま強く振り混ぜることによって容器内で第一剤と第二剤とを十分に混合させることができる。その後、キャップを再度取り外すことなく、塗布部材を第1吐出位置に回転操作するだけで、吐出路を介して容器内容物を塗布部材にまで流通させ吐出させることができる。

上記本発明のキャップにおいて、塗布部材は複数の櫛歯を有する櫛部材であってよい。この複数の櫛歯内部には、その基端側から先端側に延びる流通路を形成することができ、該流通路は前記吐出路の一部を構成する。これによれば、容器内容物である毛染め剤等を複数の櫛歯間に均一に吐出させて、他の塗布用具を用いることなくムラのない毛染めを行うことができる。

また、複数の櫛歯は一列に配置することができる。キャップ本体には、第1吐出位置にある塗布部材の前記流通路に対応する位置に、各流通路と容器内部とを連通させる第1連通孔を設けることができる。この第1連通孔は前記吐出路の一部を構成する。塗布部材には、閉塞位置にあるときに各第1連通孔を塞ぐ第1閉塞部を設けることができる。この第1閉塞部と流通路とは、塗布部材の回転軸を中心とする同心円状に配置されていてよい。これによれば、塗布部材が第1吐出位置にあるときは、櫛歯の流通路とキャップ本体の第1連通孔とが連通し、これら流通路並びに第1連通孔によって吐出路が開口形成される。一方、塗布部材が閉塞位置にあるときは、キャップ本体の第1連通孔が塗布部材の第1閉塞部によって閉塞され、容器口部を密封することが可能である。そして、第1閉塞部と流通路とを同心円状に配置したので、一列に配置された複数の櫛歯の各流通路に対応する複数の第1連通孔を、塗布部材の回転操作だけで同時に開閉することが可能となる。

さらに、塗布部材を前記本体に対して第2吐出位置へ回転操作可能であってよい。キャップ本体には、第2吐出位置にある塗布部材の複数の流通路のうちの一部の流通路に対応する位置に、流通路と容器内部とを連通させる第2連通孔を設けることができる。該第2連通孔は前記吐出路の一部を構成する。塗布部材には、閉塞位置にあるときに各第2連通孔を塞ぐ第2閉塞部を設けることができる。該第2閉塞部と流通路とは、塗布部材の回転軸を中心とする同心円状に配置されていてよい。これによれば、塗布部材を第2吐出位置に回転操作した場合には、第1吐出位置に比して少ない数の櫛歯の流通路を開口させ、内容液剤の吐出路とすることができる。したがって、必要に応じて第1吐出位置と第2吐出位置とを選択して塗布部材を回転操作することで、櫛歯に供給する内容液剤の量を調整することができる。

また、本発明のキャップにおいて、塗布部材は、円筒状の基部を備えるとともに該基部がキャップ本体に螺着されており、基部の内部空間に前記複数の櫛歯の流通路の基端が開口されており、キャップ本体は、容器内部空間と塗布部材の基部の内部空間とを仕切る天板部を備え、該天板部には、塗布部材の回転軸心を中心とする円周状の連通孔が設けられ、該連通孔は、塗布部材の基部の内部空間と容器内部空間とを連通させるものであり、塗布部材は、さらに、前記連通孔を閉塞するように嵌合可能な円筒状の栓を一体に備え、塗布部材が閉塞位置にあるとき前記栓が前記連通孔に嵌合し、塗布部材を第1吐出位置に回転操作することにより塗布部材が前記本体に対して螺進して前記栓が前記連通孔から離脱するものであってよい。これによれば、塗布部材が閉塞位置にあるときは、キャップ本体の連通孔に塗布部材の栓が嵌合することによって吐出路が閉塞される。一方、塗布部材が第1吐出位置にあるときは、キャップ本体の連通孔が開口し、該連通孔を介して容器内部の内容液剤がまず塗布部材の基部の内部空間に流入する。この流入した内容液剤は、基部の内部空間に開口する各櫛歯の流通路のそれぞれに流通し、櫛歯の先端近傍から吐出される。より好ましくは、連通孔並びに栓の直径は、2本以上(より好ましくは4本以上)の櫛歯の幅よりも大きくし、栓の内周側に複数の流通路を配設することができる。これによれば、櫛歯の流通路の断面積に対する連通孔の開口面積を十分に大きくし、各流通路における吐出圧の均一化、ひいては各流通路を介して供給される内容液剤の量の均一化を図ることも可能であり、ムラのない毛染めを行うことに役立つ。また、容器口部に取り付けたキャップ本体に対して塗布部材を螺着したので、2剤混合時にはキャップを容易に容器口部から取り外すことが可能である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。

図1は、本発明の第1実施形態に係るキャップ10をスクイズ性を有するボトル容器1の口部2に装着してなる毛染め剤用容器を示している。ボトル容器1は、流通・販売時には2剤混合型染毛剤の第1剤を内容物として収容するとともに、使用時には混合後の染毛剤を内容物として収容する。

キャップ10は、容器1の口部2に着脱自在に螺着により取り付けられるキャップ本体11と、該本体11に対して閉塞位置(図11参照)と第1吐出位置(図12参照)と第2吐出位置(図13参照)との間で回転操作可能に取り付けられた櫛部材20(塗布部材)とを備えている。図示実施例では、第1吐出位置は、閉塞位置に対して櫛部材20を平面視反時計回りに60°回転した位置とされ、第2吐出位置は、閉塞位置に対して櫛部材20を平面視時計回りに60°回転した位置とされている。

この櫛部材20は、容器内容物である毛染め剤を毛髪(被塗布対象)に塗布するのに用いられるものであって、図8〜図10に示すように、円筒状の基部21と、該基部21の上端に設けられた頂壁部22と、該頂壁部22の上面から立設された8本の櫛歯23とを備えている。これら8本の櫛歯23は所定間隔を有して横一列に整列配置されており、これら櫛歯23の上端近傍には横方向に貫通する貫通孔23aが設けられている。また、中央側の6本の櫛歯23内部には、その基端側から先端側に延びて上記貫通孔23aに開口する流通路24が形成されている。この流通路24の基端は基部21の内部空間に開口している。頂壁部22の下面には、径の異なる複数の円筒部25a,25b,25cが同心円状に配設されている。図示実施例では、大中小の3つの円筒部が設けられている。そして、複数の櫛歯23のうちの最も中央側の2本の櫛歯23の流通路24の基端開口は小円筒部25aの下面に形成され、その外側に隣接する2本の櫛歯23の流通路24の基端開口は中円筒部25bの下面に形成され、さらにその外側に隣接する2本の櫛歯23の流通路24の基端開口は大円筒部25cの下面に形成されている。さらに、各円筒部の下面には、各流通路24の開口位置から一方向に60°回転した位置に、略山状の第1閉塞部26が形成されており、逆方向の60°回転した位置にも、略山状の第2閉塞部27が形成されている。第1閉塞部26は、櫛部材20が閉塞位置にあるときにキャップ本体11の第1連通路31を閉塞する部位であり、第2閉塞部27は、櫛部材20が閉塞位置にあるときにキャップ本体11の第2連通路32を閉塞する部位である。

キャップ本体11は、図3〜図7に詳細に示すように、容器口部2に被冠され螺着される円筒状の基部13と、該基部13の先端側に連設され且つ基部13よりも小径の円筒状の支持筒部14と、該支持筒部14の上端に設けられた天板部15とにより主構成されている。基部13内周にはねじが設けられており、容器口部2に対して着脱自在に螺着できるようになっている。なお、キャップ本体11を容器口部2に装着したときの液密性を確保するために、容器口部2の先端部内周面に密接する円筒状シール部16が基部13の先端部に一体成形されている。

支持筒部14の軸方向中途部には、櫛部材20を回転自在に保持しつつ該櫛部材20の抜けを阻止するべく櫛部材20の凸部29に係合する凸部17(アンダーカット部)が全周にわたって形成されている。支持筒部14の上部外周には、閉塞位置、第1吐出位置及び第2吐出位置のいずれかの位置で櫛部材20をキャップ本体11に対して保持するように櫛部材20の保持突部26に係合する係合凸部18が設けられている。図示実施例においては、係合凸部18は直径方向に対向する位置の2カ所に設けられている。櫛部材20は、その基部21を支持筒部14に図2に示すように嵌合することによって、キャップ本体11に回転自在に装着される。

天板部15の上面には、櫛部材20の各円筒部25a,25b,25cが回転自在に嵌合する円筒状溝部19a,19b,19cが形成されている。そして、各溝部の底面から天板部15を上下に貫通するように、第1吐出位置にある櫛部材20の流通路24と容器内部とを連通させる第1連通孔31と、第2吐出位置にある櫛部材20の流通路24のうちの一部(例えば3つ)と容器内部とを連通させる第2連通孔32とが形成されている。第1連通孔31は、6つの流通路に対応して6つ横一列に整列配置されている。第2連通孔32は、複数の流通路に対応して横一列に整列配置されているとともに、吐出量を制限するために一部の流通路24に対応する位置では、閉塞部26,27の逃がしのための凹部33のみが形成されている。第1連通孔31と第2連通孔32とは、60°回転した位置に相対配置されている。なお、溝部19a,19b,19cの底面において、第1連通孔31と第2連通孔32の間には、図7にも示すように、キャップ本体11の上記閉塞部26,27の逃がしのための円弧状凹部34が形成されていて、各連通孔31,32が形成されている部分が凹部34から傾斜面35を介して上方に隆起されており、これにより、閉塞部26,27による連通孔31,32の密封性を向上している。

次に、上記キャップ10の作用を、図11〜図13に基づいて説明する。櫛部材20がキャップ本体11に対して閉塞位置にあるときは、図11に示すように、キャップ本体11の各連通孔31,32がそれぞれ対応する閉塞部26,27によって閉塞されるため、容器内部から櫛歯23の貫通孔23aに至る吐出路が閉塞された状態となり、かかる閉塞状態では容器口部2がキャップ10によって密封されている。したがって、かかる櫛部材20を装着した状態で、毛染め剤の第1剤を容器に収容密封し、流通・販売することができる。

一方、櫛部材20が第2吐出位置にあるとき、図13に示すように、櫛部材20の流通路24とキャップ本体11の第2連通孔32とが合致し、これら流通路24と第2連通路32とによって、容器内の毛染め剤を櫛歯先端部から吐出するための吐出路が形成される。このときの吐出路の数は、第2連通孔32の数に等しく、第1吐出位置の場合よりも少ない数とされているから、吐出量を少量に制限できる。なお、この第2吐出位置にあるとき、キャップ本体11の第1連通孔31は、櫛部材20の第2閉塞部27によって閉塞されるため、第1連通孔31からの液漏れを確実に防止できる。

本発明は上記各実施形態に限定されるものではなく、適宜設計変更することが可能である。例えば、上記第1実施形態において、円筒部25a,25b,25c並びに円筒状溝部19a,19b,19cは設けなくともよく、また、円筒部をキャップ本体側に設けるとともに円筒状溝部を櫛部材側に設けることも可能である。また、閉塞位置と各吐出位置との間の回転角度は、60°に限定されるものではなく、必要に応じて適宜の角度とすることができる。また、櫛歯の数や流通路の数なども上記実施形態に限定されるものではない。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、二剤混合等のために容器口部に対して着脱可能に櫛歯部材を備えるキャップを構成しながら、構造の簡素化を図りつつも内容液の吐出路の開閉を簡単な操作で行うことができる。したがって、予め櫛部材などの塗布部材を毛染め容器に装着した状態で流通・販売することができ、2剤混合時においては、一度キャップを脱着するだけで、液漏れすることなく十分な混合を行わせることができ、使用時には櫛部材の回転操作だけで、櫛歯への吐出路の開閉を行うことができるから、使用時の利便性が向上するとともに、櫛部材を装着したままでも吐出路を閉じることで所定期間の保管を行うことができる。
