Description
The present invention relates to a packaging structure of an absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin, a panty liner, or an incontinence pad that absorbs menstrual blood, moribori and the like (hereinafter referred to as “body fluid”), and more particularly, an absorbent article. The present invention relates to a packaging structure for absorbent articles that can be quickly discarded without bodily fluids adhering to hands or clothes during the disposal process.
The absorbent article, the sanitary napkin packaging structure mentioned as a representative example, the shape and structure differ depending on the purpose and application, the basic configuration is not much different, the nabkin body is at least, It is formed by a top sheet, a back sheet, and an absorbent body interposed between these sheets, and is bonded to the outer surface of the napkin main body so that the napkin main body is not misaligned with the underwear, and is a so-called misalignment adhesive. An agent is applied, and a packaging sheet is attached to the adhesive surface. As described above, the packaging sheet provided on the outermost surface side of the napkin body has a fastening tape at one end thereof, and is used as a packaging sheet for individually packaging a sanitary napkin through the fastening tape. On the other hand, it is used as a disposal sheet for wrapping and discarding sanitary napkins after use.
Among such sanitary napkins, for the purpose of protecting and preventing adhesion of adhesives for preventing misalignment, a type in which a release sheet is attached to the adhesive surface and an alternative to providing such a release sheet There is a type in which a release agent is coated on the inner surface of the packaging sheet, that is, the surface on the side facing the napkin body, which has been put to practical use.
A sanitary napkin having such a packaging structure is usually rolled up around the napkin body after use, wrapped in the above-mentioned packaging sheet, and then discarded into a trash container. In the case of a sanitary napkin that has been put on the market in the past, the wound napkin body is further rolled up with toilet paper or tissue, or discarded. In general, the napkin body wound up inside the individual bag is stored and discarded.
However, when wrapping with toilet paper or tissue, since this toilet paper or tissue is a material that allows easy passage of moisture, bodily fluids absorbed by the absorbent body of the sanitary napkin may ooze out. For this reason, toilet paper or tissue must be wound in multiple layers and used in large quantities, which causes inconvenience and loss of resources.
On the other hand, when storing a sanitary napkin in an individual bag, since the individual bag is generally made of a waterproof material and can cover the entire napkin body, If it is stored inside the individual bag, it is possible to prevent contamination by body fluids. However, in this method of storing and discarding used sanitary napkins inside the individual packaging bag, it is necessary to take out the sanitary napkin from the individual packaging bag each time it is used, which is very laborious and time consuming. In reality, such individual bags are rarely used recently, for example, because the individual bags after being taken out are often discarded as garbage.
。 Therefore, conventionally, a bag-like portion is formed on a part of the sanitary napkin packaging sheet as described above, and the used napkin body is rolled up (usually on a new sanitary napkin packaging sheet to be used next). A sanitary napkin packaging structure has been proposed in which the packaging sheet is housed inside the formed bag-shaped part, and then the packaging sheet is rolled up and the terminal part is stopped with a fastening tape and discarded. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to make it possible to quickly dispose of the used absorbent article without contaminating hands and clothes. It is to provide a packaging structure.
The object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article in which an article body is formed by at least a top sheet, a back sheet, and an absorbent body interposed between the sheets, and a packaging sheet is provided on the outermost surface of the article body. In the packaging structure, there is provided a packaging structure for absorbent articles, characterized in that a strip-shaped water-absorbing layer is provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the packaging sheet on the surface of the packaging sheet facing the article body. Is achieved.
The above-mentioned object of the present invention is achieved more effectively by providing a packaging structure for absorbent articles, wherein the strip-shaped water-absorbing layer is at least two or more .
Further, the above object of the present invention is more effective by providing a packaging structure for absorbent articles, wherein at least one groove is provided in the longitudinal direction of the band-shaped water absorbing layer. To be achieved.
The above-mentioned object of the present invention can be achieved more effectively by providing a packaging structure for absorbent articles, wherein a liquid-permeable sheet layer is laminated on the upper surface of the band-shaped water-absorbing layer. The
Further, the above object of the present invention is to provide an absorptivity in which an article body is formed by at least a top sheet, a back sheet, and an absorbent body interposed between the sheets, and a packaging sheet is provided on the outermost surface of the article body. In the packaging structure of an article, a water-absorbing layer is provided on the entire surface of the packaging sheet facing the article body, and a strip-shaped transparent member extending in the longitudinal direction of the packaging sheet is provided at the center of the article body side of the water-absorbing layer. This is achieved more effectively by providing a packaging structure for absorbent articles characterized by providing a liquid sheet .
Moreover, the said objective of this invention provides the packaging structure of the absorbent article characterized by the said water absorption layer having at least 1 or more groove | channel provided in the both ends in the longitudinal direction of the said packaging sheet. Is achieved more effectively.
Furthermore , the object of the present invention is to provide a packaging structure for absorbent articles, wherein the water absorption layer is made of a material having a rising height of water of 50 mm or more in a Krem water absorption test defined by JISP-8141. Is achieved more effectively.
According to the absorbent article packaging structure of the present invention, when the absorbent article after use is discarded, it is the same as in the prior art in that the rolled up article body is wrapped in a packaging sheet and discarded. Since a part of the water supply layer is provided, even if the body fluid oozes out from the width direction of the article body, the oozed body fluid may be absorbed by the water absorption layer and ooze out from the width direction of the packaging sheet. Therefore, it is prevented that hands and clothes are soiled by body fluids.
In particular, according to the absorbent article packaging structure in which the water-absorbing layer is provided on the surface of the packaging sheet facing the article body, the wrapped article body is easy to wrap when wrapped with the packaging sheet, and the body fluid absorption performance is Improved further.
Further, at this time, according to the absorbent article packaging structure in which the water-absorbing layer is provided on the entire surface of the packaging sheet facing the article body, the body fluid that has oozed out from the article body can be absorbed by the entire surface of the water-absorbing layer. Even if the body fluid oozes out from any part of the article main body, it can be absorbed.
Further, as described above, according to the packaging structure of an absorbent article in which a water-absorbing layer is provided on the entire surface on the side facing the article main body, and a band-shaped liquid-permeable sheet is provided in the longitudinal direction of the central portion, the absorbent structure is used in use. When unpacking an article from its individual packaging state, that is, when holding the packaging sheet with one hand and pinching the tip of the article body with the other hand to separate it, it is used to prevent misalignment provided on the outer surface of the article body. The strip-shaped liquid-permeable sheet can prevent the water-absorbing layer from being peeled off by the cover sheet.
Also, according to the absorbent article packaging structure in which the water-absorbing layer is provided in a strip shape in the longitudinal direction of both ends of the packaging sheet, even if the body fluid oozes out from the width direction of the article body, Immediately absorbed by the water-absorbing layer, and does not ooze out from the width direction of the packaging sheet.
Further, according to the absorbent article packaging structure in which the strip-shaped water-absorbing layer is composed of two or more strip-shaped layers, the body fluid that oozes out in the same manner as described above is first dammed up by this layer and oozes out in the width direction. Since the body fluid moves in the longitudinal direction along the groove formed by this layer, the body fluid does not ooze out from the width direction.
Such an effect can also be obtained by the packaging structure of the absorbent article provided with one or more grooves in the longitudinal direction of the water absorption layer.
Moreover, according to the absorbent article packaging structure in which two or more water-absorbing layers, in particular, a water-absorbing layer composed of a liquid-permeable sheet layer, is laminated on the upper surface of the band-shaped water-absorbing layer, It is absorbed quickly by the upper liquid-permeable sheet layer, penetrates into the lower layer, and is absorbed and held in the lower water-absorbing layer, so that the exudation of body fluid can be most effectively prevented.
Further, according to the packaging structure of the absorbent article in which the entire surface of the packaging sheet opposite to the article body is subjected to the release treatment, protection of the adhesive for preventing misalignment and prevention of adhesion between the article body and the packaging sheet are achieved. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide a release sheet for reducing the manufacturing cost, and the dust problem is solved.
Furthermore, according to the packaging structure of the absorbent article in which the water absorption layer is made of a material having a water rising height of 50 mm or more, for example, a material such as crepe paper, in the Krem water absorption test defined by JISP-8141, The absorption effect is even better, and the body fluid that has oozed out of the article body can be absorbed very quickly.
As described above, according to the packaging structure of an absorbent article according to the present invention, body fluid that has oozed out from the article body can be quickly and reliably absorbed and retained by the water-absorbing layer. So that hands and clothes are not soiled by body fluids during disposal of the absorbent article.
Moreover, since it is a packaging form which does not use an individual bag, it is very easy to handle and can be opened and post-processed quickly.
The contents of the present invention will be described below based on preferred embodiments. In the following embodiments, the case where the absorbent article is a sanitary napkin will be described as an example. However, the present invention is not necessarily limited to the following embodiments, and does not depart from the scope of the claims of the present application. Needless to say, the configuration can be variously changed.
1 is a developed plan view of a sanitary napkin according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is an enlarged sectional view taken along II-II in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is an enlarged sectional view taken along III-III in FIG.
In this
As shown in FIG. 1, the napkin body 6 has a planar shape in a bowl shape, and is located on the lower half portion, that is, on the buttock side of the body, compared to the area of the upper half portion, that is, on the lower abdomen side of the body. The area of the located part is set large. The
As shown in FIG. 1, the extending
On the other hand, the body contact surface of the napkin body 6, that is, both sides in the width direction of the surface of the top sheet 2,
More specifically, a strip-shaped gather 15 is provided along the length direction of the napkin body 6 on the surface of the top sheet 2 located above both side portions of the
In the
In addition, as a method of bonding the respective layers, the napkin body 6 may be bonded by applying dot-like embossing having a diameter of 1 mm or less in the length direction. In this way, creases are attached in the length direction of the
Here, each component of the
The top sheet 2 is a sheet that allows body fluid to permeate into the
The
The

The
In the
The liquid-
Further, the adhesive used in the
Since the

As mentioned above, although this invention was demonstrated based on one Embodiment, this invention can change a structure as follows.
FIG. 5 shows a main part of another embodiment of the present invention, that is, a packaging sheet structure. FIG. 5A is a cross-sectional view of the main part of the
FIG. 6 shows a main part of still another embodiment of the present invention, in which (A) is a cross-sectional view of the
In FIG. 7 , the principal part sectional drawing of a packaging sheet structure is shown as a reference example . That is, the packaging sheet structure shown in FIG. 7 is provided with a
FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of an essential part of still another embodiment of the present invention. That is, this packaging sheet structure is related to the above-described modification of the packaging sheet structure. A water-absorbing layer 17D is provided over the entire area of the packaging sheet 10D, and a strip-shaped liquid permeation extending in the longitudinal direction at the center of the napkin body 6 side. The
9 (A) is a further fragmentary cross-sectional view of another embodiment of the present invention. That is, this packaging sheet structure (A) is provided with a single groove d1 on the surface of a strip-shaped
As described above, the present invention can be applied not only to sanitary napkins but also to absorbent articles known in the art such as the outer panty liner and incontinence pad.
