【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、搬送方向の長さがL1であり該搬送方向への搬送手段を有しない熱板よる加熱装置等の加工装置に、搬送方向の長さがL1と等しいか又は小さいL2のベニヤ単板(以下単板という)等板状体を、該搬送方向上手側より搬入して、先行板状体を加工装置の所定位置に搬入させる搬入装置及び搬入、搬出方法に関するものである。
尚、搬出とは板状体を、加工装置の所定位置から第1搬送方向に移動させることも含む。

【従来の技術】
従来、例えば搬送方向の長さがL1の熱板による加熱装置に、搬送方向の長さがL1と等しいか又は小さいL2の未乾燥単板を、該搬送方向上手側より単板繊維方向に搬入して加熱装置の所定位置で停止させ、未乾燥単板の乾燥終了後、加熱装置の該搬送方向下手側より乾燥された単板を搬出する場合、加熱装置に搬送手段が無いので、加熱装置の箇所にある未乾燥単板を移動させるための特別の装置を設けて行っていた。
即ち、例えば側面説明図である図1に示す様に、固定の下側熱板101に対し搬送方向の長さがL1の上側熱板103を上下動自在に設け加熱装置を構成する。加熱装置の搬入側には未乾燥単板115を挟持する間隔で配置され上側ロールが従動回転自在で且つ下側ロールが常時矢印方向に回転する上下一対の搬入ロール105を、また搬出側には後述する様に乾燥された単板115を挟持する間隔で配置され上側ロールが従動回転自在で且つ下側ロールが常時矢印方向に回転する上下一対のロール107が設けてある。
また図1の搬入ロール105の上側ロール、ロール107の上側ロール、上側熱板103を除くAA視図である図2に示す様に、熱板101の後述する単板搬送方向と直交する方向の両外側には、単板移動装置を設けている。この単板移動装置は、一方側だけを図2で示すが、先端に当接部109を有し軸111を中心とし回動自在のアーム113を図示の位置に設ける。アーム113は通常は実線で示す位置で待機しており、アーム113をシリンダ等の作動装置により矢印の様に回動させて当接部109を一点鎖線で示す109a、二点鎖線で示す109bの位置まで移動させることができる。
尚、図2では示さないが、この単板移動装置と相対して熱板101の外側に設ける他方の単板移動装置は、当接部109、軸111、アーム113の構成が図2の左右方向の仮想線に対し対称な状態となっており、また図2で示したアーム113と一体的に作動して後述する様に、未乾燥単板または乾燥された単板を移動させる。
以上の装置で、図1の左側から搬送方向の長さがL2の未乾燥単板115を搬入ロール105により搬送し、未乾燥単板115が搬入ロール105から離れ熱板101上に乗り移ると、未乾燥単板115に搬送力を与える部材が作用しないため、未乾燥単板115は熱板101上の図1で示す位置で停止する。
次いで両単板移動装置を作動させて図2のアーム113は時計回りに回動させ、各当接部109を未乾燥単板115の搬送方向上手側端部に当接させて未乾燥単板115を熱板101上で移動させる。各当接部109が109aで示す位置に到達すると各アーム113の回動を停止させ、未乾燥単板115は図2で示す一点鎖線の位置で停止する。次に各アーム113、例えば図2のアーム113は反時計方向に回動させて実線で示す位置で待機させた後、熱板103を下降させて未乾燥単板115を熱板101の間で所定時間圧締し乾燥させる。
乾燥後、熱板103を上昇待機させ、次いで両単板移動装置を作動させて図2のアーム113は再び時計回りに回動させ、当接部109を乾燥された単板115の搬送方向上手側端部に当接させて乾燥された単板115を移動させる。109bで示す位置まで当接部が到達すると、アーム113の回動を停止させるが、当接部109で移動させられた二点鎖線で示す単板115の搬送方向下手側端部が一対のロール107にかみ込まれ、以後ロール107により二点差線で示す単板115は加熱装置から搬出される。

【発明が解決すべき課題】
従来の装置は例えば前記の様に行っている。いわゆる、搬送手段を有しない熱板による加熱装置等の加工装置へ、単板等の板状体の搬入を可能とするための装置として、前記の当接部109、アーム113等の特別の単板移動装置を必要とし、装置としてのコストが大となり、また保守管理も煩雑であった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明はこれら課題を解決するため、
搬送方向の長さがL1であり前記搬送方向への搬送手段を有しない加工装置に、前記搬送方向の長さがL1と等しいか又は小さいL2の板状体を、加工装置の所定位置に搬入させる搬入装置に於いて、
板状体を搬送方向へ搬送及び停止自在、且つ板状体を搬送方向の逆方向へも搬送及び停止自在な搬入部材と、
板状体の搬送路に進退自在で、そして搬送路に進出状態で板状体の搬送を阻止することにより、該板状体の搬送方向下手側端部を搬送直交方向の成分を含む方向に略平行に揃える規制部材と、
規制部材より搬送方向上手側に配備され、板状体の有り又は無しを検知して信号を出力する検知器と、
搬入部材で板状体を搬送して規制部材に当接させ、
次に検知器の第1信号から第1所定時間後、搬送路に進出状態の規制部材を搬送路より後退させ、
次に前記後退から第2所定時間後、搬入部材での板状体の搬送を停止させて、該板状体の搬送方向下手側端部で先行板状体の搬送方向上手側端部を押して該先行板状体を加工装置の所定位置に搬入させ、
次に、前記板状体を搬送方向の逆方向へ第3所定時間搬送して停止させ、
次に加工装置での前記先行板状体の加工終了後、搬入部材で前記板状体を搬送方向へ搬送させることにより、該板状体の搬送方向下手側端部で前記先行板状体の搬送方向上手側端部を押して該先行板状体を加工装置の前記所定位置より更に搬送方向に移動させると共に、検知器の第2信号から前記板状体の搬送方向上手側端部が後退状態の規制部材を通過するのに充分な第5所定時間後、規制部材を搬送路に進出させる制御をする制御器と、

【発明の実施の形態】
次に発明の第1実施の形態を説明する。
図3に示す様に、加熱装置Hは固定の熱板1と、該熱板1の上方にて上下動自在な熱板3と、該熱板3を上下動させるシリンダ3aで構成される。そして、図3の左右方向となる単板の搬送方向での熱板1、3の長さL1は、同方向の未乾燥単板11の長さL2以上で、しかも該L2の2倍以下である。

そして加熱装置Hの搬入側には、上下一対の搬入ロール7、7a、6、6a、5、5aが未乾燥単板11を挟持する間隔に配置され、そして搬入ロールの上側ロール7、6、5は従動回転自在で且つ上下動自在に二点鎖線で示す機台4に支持され、また搬入ロールの下側ロール7a、6a、5aも機台4に支持され、駆動源(図示せず)により、矢印で示す方向に互いに同じ早さで正回転、矢印と反対の逆回転及び停止自在とされている。また前記上側ロール7、6、5には未乾燥単板11を挟持したとき、前記下側ロール7a、6a、5aへ付勢力を加える圧縮バネ8が設けられている。
また搬出側には上下一対の搬出ロール9、9aが乾燥した単板11を挟持する間隔に配置され、そして搬出ロールの上側ロール9は従動回転自在で且つ上下動自在に二点鎖線で示す機台4に支持され、また搬出ロールの下側ロール9aも機台に支持され、駆動源(図示せず)により、搬入ロールの下側ロール7a、6a、5aの正回転時と同じ早さで常時矢印方向に回転している。
また前記上側ロール9には乾燥単板11を挟持したとき、下側ロール9aへ付勢力を加える圧縮バネ8が設けられている。

また搬入ロール6、6aと5、5aの間には、搬送方向と直交する方向に連なり、該直交する方向の長さが未乾燥単板11の該直交する方向の長さより長い板状の規制部材12が、回動自在の回動軸12cに固定され、また回動軸12cに固定されたアーム12bに連結されたシリンダ12aの作動により、搬入ロール7、7a、66a等で搬送される未乾燥単板11の搬送を妨げる実線で示す位置と、後述する図8で実線で示すように未乾燥単板11の妨げとならない位置との間を往復動することができる。

本発明の第1実施の形態は例えば以上の様に構成されていて、以下の様に未乾燥単板11を加熱装置Hに搬入し、乾燥後搬出する。
即ち、初期状態は図3に示す様に加熱装置Hのシリンダ3aのロッドを縮小させ上側熱板3を上昇位置で待機させ、またシリンダ12aのロッドを伸長させて規制部材12を搬送路に進出させて待機させている。
尚、上側熱板3を上昇させるにはシリンダ3aのロッドを縮小し、上側熱板3を下降させるにはシリンダ3aのロッドを伸長させて行うが、後述の説明では単に上熱板3を上昇又は下降と言う。また規制部材12を搬送路に進出させるにはシリンダ12aのロッドを伸長し、規制部材12を搬送路より後退させるにはシリンダ12aのロッドを縮小させるので、後述の説明では単に規制部材12を進出又は後退と言う。

搬入ロール7、7aの搬送方向上手側(図3の左)より未乾燥単板11が挿入され、そして搬入ロール7、7a、6、6aで未乾燥単板11を搬送方向に搬送する。
次に図4で示すように、未乾燥単板11の搬送方向下手側端部をスイッチ13が検知すると、単板有りの第1信号を制御器に入力する。
更に未乾燥単板11を搬送すると図5に示すように、未乾燥単板11の搬送方向下手側端部が規制部材12に当接し、未乾燥単板11の搬送が妨げられる。
このとき図6に示すように、未乾燥単板11の搬送方向下手側端部が規制部材12に対し斜めに挿入されていても、未乾燥単板11を搬送し続けているので、図7に示すように、未乾燥単板11の搬送方向下手側端部のほぼ全面を規制部材12に当接させて、未乾燥単板11の搬送方向下手側端部を該規制部材12に平行に定規出しする。

次に図8に示すように、前記第1信号の制御器への入力開始から前記定規出しの完了するまでに充分な第1所定時間が経過後、制御器からの信号により、規制部材12を矢印方向に回動させ、規制部材12を搬送路より後退させる。
そこで未乾燥単板11の搬入ロール7、7a、6、6aでの搬送が再会され、また搬入ロール5、5aによっても搬送されて、やがてスイッチ13の下方を未乾燥単板11が通過しスイッチ13での該未乾燥単板11が非検知状態になると、単板無しの第2信号を制御器に入力する。そして前記入力から未乾燥単板11の搬送方向上手側端部が後退状態の規制部材12の箇所を通過するのに充分な第5所定時間が経過後、制御器からの信号により、規制部材12を搬送路に進出させる。
また搬送している未乾燥単板11の搬送方向上手側端部が搬入ロール5、5aから離れると、未乾燥単板11を搬送するための力を与えるものが無くなり、図9に示す様に、未乾燥単板11は搬送方向上手側端部が熱板1より搬送方向上手側へ突出した状態で停止する。

次に、搬入ロール7、7aの搬送方向上手側より次の未乾燥単板11aが挿入され、そして搬入ロール7、7a、6、6aで未乾燥単板11aを搬送方向に搬送し、図10で示すように、未乾燥単板11aの搬送方向下手側端部をスイッチ13が検知すると、単板有りの第1信号を制御器に入力する。
更に未乾燥単板11aを搬送して図11に示すように、未乾燥単板11aの搬送方向下手側端部が規制部材12に当接し、未乾燥単板11aの搬送が妨げられる。
この場合も、図6、7で前述した様に、未乾燥単板11aの搬送方向下手側端部のほぼ全面を規制部材12に押し当て、未乾燥単板11aの搬送方向下手側端部の定規出しをする。このことにより加熱装置Hから所定距離離れた位置に未乾燥単板11aが待機することになる。

次に図12に示すように、前記第1信号の制御器への入力開始から前記定規出しが完了するまでに充分な第1所定時間後、制御器からの信号により、規制部材12を矢印方向に回動させ、規制部材12を搬送路より後退させる。
そこで未乾燥単板11aの搬入ロール7、7a、6、6a更には搬送ロール5、5aでの搬送が再開され、未乾燥単板11aの搬送方向下手側端部で未乾燥単板11の同方向上手側端部を押して搬送方向に移動させ、次に前記後退から第2所定時間後、制御器からの信号で、搬入ロールの下側ロール7a、6a、5aを停止させる。その結果、前述のように加熱装置Hから所定距離離れた位置に待機していた未乾燥単板11aは、搬入ロール7、7a、6、6a、5、5aにより第2所定時間搬送されて、加熱装置Hに対し所定の位置まで搬送されて停止することになり、また未乾燥単板11aに押されて移動する未乾燥単板11は、図13に示すように、加熱装置Hの所定位置に搬入することになる。

次いで前記第2所定時間が経過した後にだされる制御器からの信号で、図14に示す様に、搬入ロール7a、6a、5aを逆方向に回転させて未乾燥単板11aを搬送方向の逆方向へ搬送し、前記停止した際の位置から未乾燥単板11aの搬送方向下手側端部が加熱装置Hより抜け出るのに充分な第3所定時間経過した後に出される制御器からの信号で、搬入ロール7a、6a、5aを停止させ、加熱装置Hから所定距離離れた位置へ未乾燥単板11aを戻す。

次に図15で示すように、前記第3所定時間が経過した後に出される制御器からの信号で、上側熱板3を下降させ、未乾燥単板11を予め設定された第6所定時間下側熱板1とで加圧して乾燥させることにより、乾燥単板11とする。
前記第6所定時間が経過した後、制御器からの信号により図16に示す様に、上側熱板3を上昇待機させ、次いで搬入ロール7a、6a、5aを矢印で示す方向に回転させる。
そこで、未乾燥単板11aを搬入ロール7、7a、6、6a、5、5aで搬送し、スイッチ13での該未乾燥単板11aが非検知になると、単板無しの第2信号を制御器に入力する。そして該入力から未乾燥単板11aが後退状態の規制部材12を通過するのに充分な第5所定時間が経過後、制御器からの信号により、規制部材12を搬送路に進出させる。また、未乾燥単板11aの搬送方向下手側端部を、乾燥単板11の同方向上手側端部に再び当接し、乾燥単板11を未乾燥単板11aで押して搬送方向に移動させ、図17に示す様に、乾燥単板11の搬送方向下手側端部を熱板1より搬送方向下手側へ突出させて、搬出ロール9、9aに挟持させる。
その結果、乾燥単板11は未乾燥単板11aから押されつつ搬出ロール9、9aからも搬送力を受けて移動し、また図18に示す様に、未乾燥単板11aの搬送方向上手側端部が搬入ロール5、5aから離れると、未乾燥単板11の場合と同様に未乾燥単板11aは搬送方向上手側端部が熱板1より搬送方向上手側へ突出した状態で停止し、一方、乾燥単板11は搬出ロール9、9aだけから受ける搬送力により搬送され加熱装置Hから搬出される。
また上記作動中、未乾燥単板11aを加熱装置Hへ搬入することでスイッチ13での該未乾燥単板11aが非検知状態になると、単板無しの第2信号を制御器に入力する。そして該入力から未乾燥単板11aが後退状態の規制部材12を通過するのに充分な第5所定時間が経過後、制御器からの信号により、規制部材12を搬送路に進出させる。

次に熱板1上で停止した未乾燥単板11aに対しては、次の後続未乾燥単板11bを図19に示す様に搬入ロール7、7a、6、6aで搬送する。
以後、図11に示した未乾燥単板11と未乾燥単板11aとの場合と同様に、図11から図19で示した規制部材12の進退動作及び未乾燥単板11と未乾燥単板11aを移動または停止させる動作を繰り返して、加熱装置Hに順次未乾燥単板を搬入し且つ乾燥された単板を搬出するのである。

以上の第1実施の形態によれば、加熱装置Hに未乾燥単板を搬入することを、特別の装置を必要とせず、搬入部材の駆動、逆方向への駆動及び停止を行うだけで実施でき、装置としても安価で保守管理も容易となるのである。
また、先行の未乾燥単板が図11に示す様に加熱装置H内に一部が搬入された状態において、加熱装置Hに対し所定距離離れた位置に設けた規制部材12に当接させることにより、後続未乾燥単板の搬送方向下手側端部を定規出しして姿勢を修正するとともに、該後続未乾燥単板の搬送方向下手側端部が加熱装置Hに対し所定距離離れた位置となった状態から、所定時間搬入ロール7、7a、6、6a、5、5aで搬送した後に搬入ロールの下側ロール7a、6a、5aを停止させるので、後続未乾燥単板の搬送方向下手側端部が加熱装置Hの所定の位置に到達し、その結果後続未乾燥単板に押されて移動する先行未乾燥単板を加熱装置Hの希望する所定位置に正しく搬入することができる。
また未乾燥単板の搬送方向下手側端部のほぼ全面で先行単板に当接するので当接時での単板の損傷がほとんどない。

次に発明の第2実施の形態を図20から図25に基づいて説明する。
第2実施の形態の構成は、前記第1実施の形態の構成と比べると、
搬入ロール7、7a、6、6a、5、5aが正回転と停止のみで、逆回転しない。また搬出ロール9、9aが省略されていて、その他の構成は同じであるので説明は省略する。
前記第1実施の形態では、図13で説明した様に先行する未乾燥単板11を後続の未乾燥単板11aで押して加熱装置Hの所定位置へ搬入させた後、図14で示した様に未乾燥単板11aを搬送方向と逆方向に移動させた後、熱板3を下降させて未乾燥単板11を乾燥させたが、請求項2に記載された発明の様に構成してもよい。

そこで、未乾燥単板11aが搬入ロール5、5aで搬送され、スイッチ13での該未乾燥単板11aが非検知になると、単板無しの第2信号を制御器に入力する。
そして前記入力から未乾燥単板11aが後退状態の規制部材12を通過するのに充分な第5所定時間後、制御器からの信号により、規制部材12を搬送路に進出させる。

尚、搬出ロール9を設けなくても、乾燥された乾燥単板は後続の未乾燥単板により順次押されて加熱装置Hの外に押し出される。

搬入部材により搬送される第2板状体の搬送方向下手側端部を、加工装置に対する該搬送方向で上手側の第2所定位置において規制部材に当接させる工程、
規制部材の当接を解除された第2板状体を更に搬入部材により搬送し、第2板状体の搬送方向下手側端部を第1板状体の該方向上手側端部へ当接させた状態で第1板状体を加工装置の所定位置に搬入させた後、搬入部材による第2板状体の搬入を停止する工程、
第1板状体と第2板状体の搬送方向下手側の一部を加工装置で加工する工程、
搬入部材により前記第2板状体を第1搬送方向へ搬入し第2板状体の第1搬送方向下手側端部を第1板状体の該方向上手側端部へ当接させた状態で、第1板状体を加工装置の所定位置から第1搬送方向に移動させた後、搬入部材による第2板状体の搬入を停止する工程、
搬入部材により第1搬送方向へ搬送される第3板状体の搬送方向下手側端部を、第2所定位置において規制部材に当接させる工程、
