Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an armrest device for a chair.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the armrest device of the chair, the arm and elbow were placed by sandwiching a lightweight and elastic stuffing such as sponge or felt between the armrest receiving body provided on the upper part of the armrest support and the cover material. Sometimes, a soft touch is transmitted to the elbow.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional armrest device in which the padding is swallowed has a problem that when the armrest leans on the body weight, the padding is completely crushed and the softness is not transmitted to the elbow.
In addition, there is a problem that the work of inserting the stuffing is cumbersome and time-consuming, and the manufacturing cost increases.
Furthermore, when the cover material is worn out by long-term use, there is a problem that the padding is exposed or protrudes from the cover material and the appearance is impaired.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an armrest device for a chair that can transmit a soft touch to an elbow with a simple structure without using a padding.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, the above problem is solved as follows.
(1) In an armrest device for a chair provided with an elbow rest receiving body and a pad member that covers and covers the upper surface of the elbow rest receiving body, the pad member is placed on the upper surface from the peripheral portion. A thin synthetic resin core material having moderate elasticity and a soft synthetic resin cover material covering the upper surface thereof is formed.
[0006]
(2) In an armrest device for a chair comprising an elbow rest receiving body and a pad member that covers and covers the upper surface of the elbow rest receiving body, the upper surface excluding the peripheral edge. It is formed by a hard synthetic resin core material having an opening and a soft synthetic tree cover material covering the upper surface.
[0007]
(3) In the above item (1) or (2), a plurality of female screw cylinders attached to the elbow rest receiver with screws are provided on the lower surface of the peripheral edge portion of the core member.
[0008]
(4) In any one of the above items (1) to (3), the core material and the covering material are integrally formed by insert molding.
[0009]
(5) In any one of the above items (1) to (4), the core material is polyethylene terephthalate, and the surface material is an elastomer resin.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 1, the armrest device (1) of the chair can be adjusted in height to an armrest strut (4) that stands up slightly from both sides of the seat (3) on the leg strut (2). At the upper end of the attached lifting / lowering rod (5), it is provided almost horizontally. The height adjustment of the lifting / lowering rod (5) is performed by grasping the operation lever (6) provided at the front portion of the lifting / lowering rod (5) together with the lifting / lowering rod (5).
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 2, the armrest device (1) includes an elbow rest receiving body (7) attached to the upper part of the lifting / lowering rod (5), and a space (1a on the upper surface of the elbow rest receiving body (7). ) (See FIGS. 5 and 6), and a pad member (8) that is covered so as to be formed.
[0012]
The pad member (8) has a dome shape in which the central portion is gently raised with respect to the peripheral portion, a core material (9) made of hard synthetic resin having moderate elasticity, and a core material so as to cover this surface (9) and a soft synthetic resin surface covering material (10) integrally formed by insert molding.
[0013]
The core material (9) is made of polyethylene terephthalate, and the cover material (10) is made of a polyester elastomer having flexibility and elasticity.
[0014]
Polyethylene terephthalate is commonly called PET (PET), and since it contains a benzene ring in the molecular chain, it has high crystallinity and is used in beverage containers such as PET bottles, photographic film, and magnetic tape. Because of its excellent electrical characteristics, it is also used in connectors, electrical and electronic parts, motor parts and the like. In addition, since the specific gravity is about 1.34 and the specific gravity of polyolefin such as polyethylene is less than 1, it is a synthetic resin that can be easily separated by water and has favorable conditions suitable for recycling.
Therefore, by using PET (PET) resin as the core material (10), it is possible not only to recycle waste products of the above-mentioned products, including PET bottles that are consumed in large quantities, but also to manufacture them at low cost. It can also contribute to resource and garbage issues.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 5, a thin portion (11) is formed on the upper surface of the core material (9) excluding the peripheral edge portion, and is easily elastically deformed downward.
Further, the thickness of the upper surface of the cover material (10) is increased by the thickness of the thin portion (11) formed on the core material (9).
[0016]
The pad member (8) is integrally projected at four corners of the upper surface of the elbow rest receiving body (7) and four female screw cylinders (12) projecting downward at the corners of the lower surface of the core member (9). The four opposing bosses (13) that also serve as spacers face each other and the screws (14) inserted from below the bosses (13) are screwed into the female screw cylinders (12). Thus, the required space (1a) is provided and attached to the upper part of the elbow rest receiving body (7).
[0017]
Steps (7a) and (10a) that fit closely to each other are formed at the upper end of the periphery of the elbow rest (7) and the lower end of the periphery of the outer cover (10). The inside of the space (1a) of the device (1) is kept almost sealed.
[0018]
In the armrest device (1) of the above embodiment, the pad member (8) is composed of a hard synthetic resin core material (9) and a soft synthetic resin cover material (10) covering the surface, and the core. Since the thin part (11) is formed on the upper surface of the material (9), as shown in FIG. 6, when the upper surface of the pad member (8) is pressed, the thin part (11) in the core material (9) is formed. However, the upper surface covering material (10) is elastically deformed downward and bends.
Therefore, when an elbow is put on the upper surface of the cover material (10), a soft feeling is transmitted to the elbow, and an appropriate elastic feeling is also transmitted, so that a comfortable armrest feeling can be obtained.
[0019]
FIG. 7 shows another embodiment of the present invention.
In this embodiment, an opening (15) is formed on the upper surface of the core material (9) similar to that described above except for the peripheral edge, and the core (9) is covered so as to cover the opening (15). The entire surface is covered with a cover material (10) made of the same material as described above.
[0020]
In this way, as shown by the imaginary line, the cover material (10) can bend downward in the opening (15) of the core material (9), and the soft feeling on the elbow is the same as in the above embodiment. Is transmitted and a comfortable armrest feeling is obtained.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the thin portion of the upper surface of the core material is elastically deformed downward to bend easily, and the cover material is also soft, when the elbow is applied to the pad member, the elbow is soft. Along with the transmission of the sensation, a moderate elasticity sensation is also transmitted to provide a comfortable armrest feeling.
[0022]
According to the invention described in
[0023]
According to invention of
[0024]
According to invention of Claim 4, the pad member which consists of a core material and a cover material can be manufactured easily by one shaping | molding process, and cost reduction can be aimed at.
[0025]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the core material can be manufactured at low cost by recycling waste products such as PET bottles, thus saving resources.
In addition, by using an elastomer resin as the cover material, the material itself has some elasticity, so that the armrest feeling becomes more comfortable.
