Description
【0001】
【0020】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is excellent in fit, relates to good sanitary napkin on to leakproof.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
In general, as absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins, incontinence pads, and breast milk pads, a liquid-permeable surface layer that forms a skin contact surface, a liquid-impermeable back layer, and the surface layer and the back layer Substantially longitudinal absorbent articles having a liquid-retaining absorbent layer interposed therebetween are well known. Such an absorbent article is required to absorb and retain body fluids such as blood and urine without leakage.
[0003]
As a technique for absorbing and holding body fluid without leakage, a technique for forming a leak-proof portion that protrudes toward the wearer on both sides of an absorbent article is conventionally known. As a technique for forming such a leak-proof portion, an elastic member is fixed in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article to the surface sheet that is the surface layer on the outer side of the absorbent layer, and the back surface as the back surface layer. A technique for providing a mountain-shaped cross-section from a sheet (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 1-213402), a technique for providing a sheet-shaped barrier cuff standing around an absorbent body, and a gasket cuff disposed further outward of the barrier cuff ( JP-A-62-250201), an elastic piece (synthetic resin film) is arranged in a stretched state on both side edges of the skin contact surface, both ends thereof are fixed, and the central part of the elastic piece is raised by stretching. There is a technique (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-117273).
In JP-A-5-345001, JP-A-7-163620, and JP-A-7-112007, a sheet material arranged to extend outward from left and right side edges of the absorbent article. There has been proposed an absorbent article in which a plurality of string-like elastic members are arranged to form a pair of leak-proof walls standing up above the absorbent article.
[0004]
However, in the absorbent article according to each of the above proposals, the leakage preventing part in the above-described conventional technology cannot satisfy both the leakage prevention effect and the good wearing feeling without discomfort.
[0005]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a sanitary napkin that exhibits excellent leakage prevention properties and can obtain a good wearing feeling.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention substantially includes a liquid-permeable surface layer that forms a skin contact surface, a liquid-impermeable back layer, and a liquid-retaining absorbent layer interposed between the surface layer and the back layer. In particular, in a vertically long absorbent article, a plurality of string-like elastic members are respectively arranged on the left and right sides of the absorbent article in a state of being elongated in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article, The above object is achieved by providing an absorbent article in which a three-dimensional form of a convex curved surface is formed on the skin contact surface side by contraction of the elastic member.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the sanitary napkin of the present invention will be described.
[0008]
Thus, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the
Here, the “string” means to include a thread-like thing, a film formed by slitting in a slender shape, and specifically, it may preferably have a width of 10 mm or less.

In order to provide a difference in contraction force in this way, when the same elastic material is used for the central portion and both sides, it is only necessary to change the stretch rate or the interval at which the elastic material is disposed, and different elastic members are used. In such a case, an elastic material having good elastic properties such as an elastic modulus may be used as the elastic material disposed in the central portion. Further, this difference is preferably set to a level that can maintain the height described later, but is not particularly limited.
[0012]
Moreover, 1-15 mm is preferable and, as for the height h of the solid form U, 2-10 mm is more preferable. By making the

Specifically, the curvature radius r (see FIG. 3) is 50 to 300 mm as a curvature that curves concavely toward the skin contact surface side in the longitudinal direction of the sanitary napkin in terms of obtaining good fit. Is preferable, and it is more preferable that it is 100-200 mm.
[0015]
Thus, obtaining the preferable curvature radius r and the height h of the convex shape in the width direction is related to the stretchable physical properties of the stretchable material, the stretchability, and the fixing points 15b and 15c in the width direction of the stretchable material.

The three-dimensional form U of the convex curved surface formed of the elastic member can be freely deformed while always fitting to the movement of the wearer's foot (fluctuation of the crotch width). For those having an air gap 9 above, the movement / pressure of the wearer is relieved, it is difficult to transmit the pressure to the side of the absorbent body, the sanitary napkin does not move or shift further, and the leakage can be prevented more effectively. .
[0018]
The sanitary napkin of the present embodiment can be obtained by sandwiching an absorbent body between a top sheet and a back sheet and then bonding and fixing a sheet material stretched with an elastic member at a predetermined position according to a conventional method.
[0019]
The upper SL elastic member may be disposed on the topsheet to form the surface layer.
Further, the back layer and the absorption layer can be formed integrally, and the surface layer and the absorption layer can be formed integrally.
A wing can also be provided on the
Also, has been illustrated and described what the elastic member is provided three, the number of the elastic members by adjusting the position of placing the elastic member may be a two.
