Description

The present invention relates to an improvement of a wide-mouth cylindrical tableware cleaning tool such as a cup and a teacup.

When washing wide-mouthed cylindrical dishes, if using a washing machine, rinse with lukewarm water, wash with detergent-dissolved water, disinfect with hot water, and finally dry and finish. It goes through sequentially.
Moreover, at the time of manual work, the inside of tableware is washed with sponge scrubbing containing water or water in which detergent is dissolved, and then the outer surface of the tableware is washed with the sponge scrubbing.

As for sponge scrubbing, there is a sponge scrubbing formed by integrally forming a sponge and a rough nylon scrub.

Of the conventional tableware washing, hot water is prepared and a large amount of detergent is used for machine washing, which takes time for washing and is expensive. During manual work with sponge scrubbing, the inside and outside of the tableware must be cleaned separately, especially the bottom of the inside of the tableware is hard to reach, and the frictional force with the sponge scrubbing is weak, so that the dirt can be removed sufficiently. However, when a large number of cups and the like are washed, there are cases where an accident occurs such as an operator being injured when the cups are in contact with each other and cracked or cracked.
[Patent Document 1] The invention described in [Patent Document 2] attempts to improve the performance of removing dirt by changing the structure of the sponge scrubber, and to continuously and quickly wash deep and shallow containers. However, in all cases, the workability is not much different from that in the manual work by the sponge scrubbing.
On the other hand, the present invention is capable of cleaning the inner wall surface, bottom surface and outer side of tableware all at once, at a high speed, continuously, safely, with a large cleaning power and with a small amount of detergent used. The purpose is to obtain a simple and easy-to-use dishwasher.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the tableware cleaning tool of FIG. 1 as viewed from the inner side during cleaning preparation.
FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram of a cleaning method using the tableware cleaning tool of FIGS.
FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a manufacturing method of the tableware cleaning tool of FIG.
FIG. 5 is a longitudinal side view of a tableware cleaning tool of another example of the present invention.
In the following, in the state of use of the tableware cleaning tool of the present invention, the inside of the tableware to be cleaned is set to the inside, the outside to the outside, the opening to the top, and a glass cup as a specific example.

In FIG. 1, the tableware washing tool 1 of an example of this invention is comprised by the outer side washing | cleaning part 2 and the inner side washing | cleaning part 3 being connected.
The outer cleaning section 2 has a substantially rectangular shape having a length L 1 in the longitudinal direction, a width W, and a thickness T, and a thin sheet-like scourer 22 is formed on the entire surface of one side of the block-like sponge body 21 as an adhesive. The length L 1 in the longitudinal direction is usually 1 to 2 cm longer than the depth H of the tableware 4 to be described later, and the width in the direction perpendicular to the direction of the length L 1 is formed. W is usually taken from a slightly smaller length L 1, the thickness T is taken in the normal 2.5~4.5Cm.
The sponge body 21 is made of a substantially rectangular foamed plastic such as urethane foam, and the other surface opposite to the surface on which the sheet-like swarf 22 is affixed is normally non-slip, so that corrugated irregularities are completely formed. Has been. The sheet-like swarf 22 is a nylon nonwoven fabric an example: Scotch Bright (registered trademark)” manufactured by Sumitomo 3M Limited, which is a synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric formed in a random sheet shape and to which abrasive abrasive grains are attached with an adhesive, for example. the thickness t 1 is preferably from 2 to 5 mm.

The inner cleaning unit 3 includes a cylindrical sponge core 31 having a small hole 34 made of foamed plastic of the same material as the sponge body 21 and compressed in the shaft core, and the sheet-like scrubbing 22 on the circumferential surface of the cylindrical sponge core 31. The inner layer cylindrical scourer 32 of the same material and the wall thickness t 1 is pasted with an adhesive, and then the outer layer cylindrical scourer 33 of the same material and the wall thickness t 2 is pasted on the outer surface of the inner layer cylindrical scourer 32 with an adhesive. It is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape. Here, the axial length L 2 of the substantially cylindrical body of the inner cleaning unit 3 is set to be the same as the length L 1 of the outer cleaning unit 2, and the outer diameter D is slightly smaller than the thickness T of the normal outer cleaning unit 2. It is large and slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the dish 4 to be cleaned, for example, 3 to 5 cm. Here, the thickness t 2 may be different but are taking the same as t 1.
The outer cleaning unit 2 and the inner cleaning unit 3 include a central end portion of the sponge body 21 on the side of the width W of the outer cleaning unit 2 and an end portion of the cylindrical sponge core 31 exposed to the outside of the inner cleaning unit 3. 1 are connected so as to be able to be bent and restored, and in the free state shown in FIG. 1, the lower end of the outer cylindrical scrubbing 33 and the lower end of the sponge body 21 are substantially flush with each other, and the upper end of the outer cylindrical scrubbing 33 is sheet-like. It is placed at a position slightly protruding from the upper surface of the scrubber 22. When the free end side of the inner cleaning section 3 is gripped by hand and lifted in the direction of the arrow X and bent approximately 180 degrees, L 1 = L 2 and as shown in FIG. And the free end surface of the inner cleaning unit 3 and the end surface of the outer cleaning unit 2 are substantially flush with each other in a cleaning preparation state. When the hand holding the free end side is released, it is restored from the bent state of approximately 180 degrees to the free state of FIG. 1 by the elasticity of the connecting portion between the central end of the sponge body 21 and the end of the cylindrical sponge core 31.

In FIG. 5, the tableware washing tool 10 of the other example of this invention is comprised by connecting the outer side washing | cleaning part 2 and the inner side washing | cleaning part 3 '.
The outer cleaning unit 2 is the same as the tableware cleaning tool 1 and will not be described in detail.
The inner cleaning section 3 'differs from the inner cleaning section 3 only in the outer layer cylindrical scrubbing, and the other components are the same, and the detailed description is omitted using the same reference numerals. In the inner cleaning section 3, only one layer of the outer cylindrical scrubbing 33 is wound around the peripheral surface of the cylindrical sponge core 31 with respect to the inner cylindrical scrubbing 32. Two layers are wound as shown as outer cylindrical scrubbing 33 '. The objective can be achieved even with one layer like the outer layer cylindrical stub 33, but the durability and the pressurizing force against the cylindrical sponge core 31 are insufficient, and the cost becomes higher with three layers. A layer is preferred. In addition, the two-layer structure here may not be strict due to manufacturing restrictions and the like, and it is sufficient that the entire outer cylindrical scrubber is substantially two-layer.

In the tableware cleaning tool 1, the free end surface of the inner cleaning section 3 has a small hole 34, a cylindrical sponge core 31, an inner layer cylindrical scourer 32, and an outer layer cylindrical scourer 33 substantially concentric as shown in FIG. 1. In the tableware cleaning tool 10, the free end surface of the inner cleaning portion 3 'has a two-layered outer cylindrical scrubbing 33' disposed substantially concentrically as shown in FIG. Further, it is also possible to attach a substantially disk-shaped separate sheet-shaped scrubbing that can cover the entire free end surface with an adhesive.
Although axial length L 2 of the substantially cylindrical body of length L 1 of the outer cleaning portion 2 and the inner cleaning unit 3 is taken to the same, the object to be cleaned dishes 4 shapes, such as corresponding to the size, in particular dirt likely locations There may be a difference depending on individual conditions, and the same applies to the tableware cleaning tool 10.
In the tableware cleaning tool 1, the outer cleaning unit 2 and the inner cleaning unit 3 are bent between the central end of the sponge body 21 and the end of the cylindrical sponge core 31 exposed to the outside of the inner cleaning unit 3. Here, the sponge body 21 and the cylindrical sponge core 31 are separated from each other so that the ends are fixed to the sponge body 21 and the cylindrical sponge core 31 and have elasticity over the both. The outer cleaning unit 2 and the inner cleaning unit 3 may be connected by passing a spring material or the like so that they can be bent and restored, and the same applies to the tableware cleaning tool 10.

Next, an example of a method for manufacturing the tableware cleaning tools 1 and 10 will be described with reference to FIG.
A synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric having a thickness t 1 is attached to the surface of a substantially rectangular foamed plastic material having a length L 1 + L 2 (2L 1 in this example), a width W, and a thickness T-t 1 via an adhesive. The raw materials for the outer cleaning section 2 and the inner cleaning section 3 are obtained. Then placed as the length indicated by hatching in the middle position to divide the raw material to a length L 1 and L 2 are front a, middle side b, the rear a and depth c magnitude of the square cough shaped cut S divided Te, the length L 1 portion of the left side is devoted to the sponge member 21 and the sheet-shaped scrubbing brush 22 of the outer cleaning portion 2, the right side of the length L 2 moieties cylindrical sponge core 31 and the inner cylinder of the inner cleaning section 3 Appropriate to the scourer 32. Here, the depth c is set to be slightly deeper than the thickness t 1 of the sheet-like scissors 22 and the inner-layer cylindrical scissors 32.
Next, as shown by a one-dot chain line in FIG. 4, the front edge of the raw sheet of the outer cylindrical cylindrical stake 33 or 33 ′ having the width L 2 and the thickness t 2 is aligned with the boundary between the front side a and the middle side b of the cut S, After sticking to the surface of the inner-layer cylindrical scrubbing 32 portion with an adhesive, the free end of the original fabric is pulled in the downward direction Y and wound while strongly pressing the cylindrical sponge core 31 portion at the center. As shown in FIG. 1, a tableware cleaning tool 1 in which one outer layer cylindrical sushi 33 is wound around the surface of an inner layer cylindrical sack 32 around a cylindrical sponge core 31 having a small hole 34 compressed in the shaft core. Is obtained. Further, as shown in FIG. 5 with the original fabric being long, there are two layers of an outer cylindrical scrubbing 33 'on the surface of an inner cylindrical scrubbing 32 around a cylindrical sponge core 31 having a small hole 34 compressed in the shaft core. The wound tableware cleaning tool 10 is obtained.

Next, a cleaning method using the tableware cleaning tool 1 will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 3, first, the thumb A 1 of the hand A is press-fitted into the small hole 34 from above, and then the index finger A 2 and the middle finger A 3 are used. The ring finger A 4 and the little finger A 5 are attached so as to spread over the entire width W of the non-slip uneven portion of the sponge body 21, and the inner cleaning portion is attached to the inner wall surface and bottom surface of the tableware 4 to be cleaned which is a glass cup. The inner cleaning unit 3 is inserted so that the outer surface of the outer surface 3 contacts, and the outer cleaning unit 2 is mounted so that the sheet-like scrubber 22 contacts the outside of the tableware 4 to be cleaned. Then, the utensil 4 to be cleaned is sandwiched between the thumb A 1 of the hand A and the remaining four fingers via the outer cleaning section 2 and the inner cleaning section 3 and the dish cleaning tool 1 is rotated along the circumferential surface under pressure. The cleaning operation is performed by rotating the tableware 4 to be cleaned by another hand of the hand A.
At this time, the inner surface of the dish 4 to be cleaned is rotated by the wall surface contacting and rubbing against the surface of the outer cylindrical scrubbing 33, and the bottom surface is the end surface of the inner and outer layer cylindrical scrubbing 32, 33 of the free end surface of the inner cleaning unit 3. At the same time, the outer wall surface outside the tableware 4 to be cleaned is brought into contact with the surface of the sheet-like swarf 22 to be rotated and washed, and the inner wall surface of the tableware 4 to be cleaned The bottom surface and the outside can be cleaned all at once and at a high speed. When water containing detergent is used, it is first absorbed and held by the sponge body 21 and the cylindrical sponge core 31 and gradually oozes into the sheet-like scrubbing 22 and the inner and outer-layer cylindrical scrubbing 32 and 33 during cleaning. The cleaning operation can be performed continuously.
And it is possible to increase holding friction force tableware cleaning tool 1 with respect to the cleaned dishware 4 by clamping force by four fingers thumb A 1 and the remaining hand A, greater cleaning power, the amount of detergent fewer.
Even when a plurality of dishes 4 to be cleaned come into contact with each other and crack or crack, cleaning is performed through the inner and outer layer cylindrical scrubbing 32, 33, the sheet scrubbing 22 and the sponge body 21, so that the operator Safe without injury.
Since the cleaning method using the tableware cleaning tool 10 can be performed in the same manner as the tableware cleaning tool 1, detailed description thereof will be omitted.
