Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a liquid distributor that can distribute a predetermined distribution total amount of liquids such as medicines and beverages to distribution containers having different distribution amounts at a time.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when a plurality of types of liquids such as medicines and beverages are distributed into a plurality of respective quantities, it has been necessary to measure and distribute the liquids by the number of times corresponding to the number of containers to be distributed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the case of the above distribution method, it is inconvenient if the number of containers to be distributed is large.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention allows a predetermined amount to be dispensed when the liquid level stops when the liquid level of all the containers coincides according to the principle of siphon and the liquid level stops. In addition, this can be realized by setting each container on a stand with different heights according to the quantity.
[0004]
That is, the present invention provides a liquid distributor that can distribute a predetermined amount of liquid such as medicine and beverage to a plurality of distribution containers having different distribution amounts by a single operation using the principle of siphon. It is the purpose.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A liquid distributor according to the present invention includes a tank for storing a predetermined total amount of liquid such as medicines and beverages, a distributor connected to the tank via a hose, and a distribution hose connected to the distributor. A distribution container for distributing a predetermined amount of liquid and a mounting table having different heights for mounting each distribution container , and the tank is mounted on a table that can be moved up and down. Is.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Reference numeral 1 denotes a tank for storing liquids such as medicines and beverages, and a container having a capacity capable of sufficiently supplying the total amount to be distributed is used. A supply pipe 1 a with a valve 1 b is attached to the bottom of the tank 1 or the lower part of the side wall. Reference numeral 2 denotes a flexible hose connecting the supply pipe 1 a attached to the tank 1 and the distributor 3. The distributor 3 is provided with a number of distribution ports 3a having the same diameter in advance, and the unused distribution ports 3a can be closed by stoppers, valves or other means. The attachment position of the supply pipe 1a is not limited to the case of FIG. 1, but a pocket 1c is provided at the bottom of the tank 1 as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b), and the supply pipe 1a is attached to the pocket 1c position. There may be a case where the supply pipe 1 a is attached to the bottom of the tank 1.
[0008]
Reference numeral 4 denotes a flexible distribution hose that introduces one end into the distribution port 3a and the other end into the distribution container 7. Reference numeral 5 denotes a mounting table having different heights on which the distribution containers 7 are mounted. The height of the mounting table 5 is determined in advance according to the amount of distribution to the distribution container 7, but may be a variable table that can change the height of the mounting table 5 as needed. The distribution container 7 is placed according to quantity.
[0009]
Reference numeral 6 denotes a table that can move up and down with the tank 1 placed thereon. In this example, the case where the rotational motion by the handle 6a is performed by the crank motion that changes the vertical motion of the table is shown, but the present invention is not necessarily limited to this, and it is sufficient that the tank 1 can be moved up and down manually or by mechanical means.
[0010]
The distribution containers 7 mounted on the mounting tables 5 having different heights may have the same shape or different container shapes. In short, it is sufficient that each distribution container 7 can supply the same amount on the mounting table 5 of the same height.
[0011]
Therefore, the total amount of liquid distributed to each distribution container 7 and the total amount of remaining liquid remaining in the hose or the like are stored in the tank 1 in advance. The hose 2 and the distribution hose 4 are filled with liquid, and then the tank 1 is lowered to a predetermined height position. The liquid is distributed to all the distribution containers 7 according to the siphon principle. When the liquid level of the liquid in 1 and the liquid level of each distribution container 7 coincide, the movement of the liquid stops. As a result, the total amount of liquid to be supplied in the tank 1 is distributed in each distribution container 7. Here, it is important to reduce the remaining amount of liquid in the tank 1 as much as possible depending on the application while using the siphon principle.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
As can be seen from the above description, when dispensing liquids such as medicines and beverages to a plurality of people, the conventional amount of time required for weighing one person at a measuring cup and pouring it into a container is eliminated, and the total amount to be dispensed If the total amount is found, the desired amount of liquid can be supplied to each distribution container by a single operation by simply putting the total amount into the tank. For this reason, as the number of people to be distributed increases, it can be supplied in a shorter time, and the power is demonstrated. That is, according to the present invention, the total amount of liquid to be distributed to each distribution container and the total amount of liquid remaining in the hose and the like are stored in advance in the tank. The hose and the distribution hose are filled with liquid, and then the tank is lowered to a predetermined height position, and the liquid is distributed to all the distribution containers according to the siphon principle. The movement of the liquid stops when the liquid level and the liquid level of each distribution container coincide. As a result, the total amount of liquid to be supplied in the tank is distributed in each distribution container.
