Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a nail for supplying a stick-like connecting nail to an injection port of a nose part from a first nail path formed on the magazine side of the nailing machine through a second nail path formed on the nose part side. The present invention relates to a guide structure of a connecting nail for a nose portion of a hammer.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, a nailing machine magazine for driving out a connecting nail formed by connecting a plurality of nails in a stick shape includes a first nail passage 7 as shown in FIG. The internal connecting nail A is sent out toward the nose portion 2 by the provided pusher. In the nose portion 2, a second nail passage 8 for introducing the connecting nail A into the injection port 9 of the nose portion 2 is formed continuously to the first nail passage 7. The connecting nail A is supplied from the first nail passage 7 to the injection port 9 of the nose portion 2 through the second nail passage 8.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional nail passage, both side walls 9a, 9b of the first nail passage 7 and both side walls 10a, 10b of the second nail passage 8 are abutted at a position orthogonal to the nail feed direction and are continuous. It was. Therefore, each side wall to be abutted is affected by the mounting state of the nose portion 2 and the magazine 3, and the side walls 9 a and 9 b of the first nail passage 7 and the side walls 10 a and 10 b of the second nail passage 8 as shown in FIG. When a deviation occurs due to a dimensional error or the like, the width of the nail passage between the butt portions on both sides is limited but wider than the width of the other nail passages 7 and 8. For this reason, when the rear end nail 5n of the stick-shaped connecting nail A1 on the nose side and the leading nail of the next stick-shaped connecting nail A2 come to the boundary, the front and rear ends of the connecting band 6 of the two stick-shaped connecting nails There may be a phenomenon in which 6b and 6a overlap each other. The overlapping part of the two connecting nails A1 and A2 becomes resistance when passing through the second nail passage 8 and causes feeding failure, and the pitch between the nail of the overlapping part becomes narrow, so the nose remains in this state. When the nail is sent to the injection port 9 of the portion 2, the driver hits the two nail heads, so that the nail may be clogged or the nose portion may be damaged. The same problem occurs when the connecting nail in the magazine is torn in the middle due to impact during driving.
[0004]
In these cases, if the passage width of the nail is made appropriate, the overlapping phenomenon of the connecting nails can be avoided, but if the dimensional tolerances are accumulated, an overlapping range is inevitably produced. Therefore, the above-mentioned problems cannot be avoided only by component dimensions and mounting accuracy.
[0005]
In addition, since the butting surfaces 13 of the two nail passages of the magazine and the nose portion are formed straight in the same direction as the nail axis direction of the connecting nail A as shown in FIG. Since the upper and lower portions of the leading nail 5a of the connecting nail simultaneously enter the second nail passage 8 from the first nail passage 7, the front end thereof is connected to the second nail passage 8 in the same manner as in FIG. It tends to overlap with the rear end 6b of a certain front connection band.
[0006]
The present invention solves the above-described problems, and guides the connecting nail to the nose part of the nailing machine that can always reliably guide the connecting nail to the nose part without the front and rear ends of the two connecting nails overlapping each other. The problem is to provide a structure.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the guide structure of the connecting nail with respect to the nose portion of the nailing machine according to the present invention accommodates the connecting nail formed by connecting a plurality of nails in a stick shape through a connecting band in the magazine. A first nail passage is formed, a second nail passage continuing to the first nail passage is formed in a nose portion provided at a tip of the nailing machine body, and the connection nail is connected to the first nail. In the guide structure supplied from the passage through the second nail passage into the injection port of the nose portion, the end surfaces of the respective side walls constituting the first nail passage and the second nail passage are shifted from each other in the nail feed direction. It is characterized in that it is abutted and made continuous.
[0008]
The guide structure of the connecting nail with respect to the nose portion of the nailer according to the present invention is a first nail passage for storing a connecting nail formed by connecting a plurality of nails in a stick shape through a connecting band in the magazine. And a second nail passage continuing to the first nail passage is formed in a nose portion provided at the tip of the nail driver body, and the connecting nail is connected to the second nail passage from the first nail passage . In the guide structure that is supplied to the injection port of the nose portion through the nail passage, the connection nail is connected among the butt surfaces generated by the butt end of each side wall constituting each of the first nail passage and the second nail passage. The butt surface of the portion that guides the belt is formed so as to be inclined with respect to the nail axis direction of the connecting nail.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a side cross-sectional view of a main part near the nose portion of the nailing machine in a state where a connecting nail is not loaded, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XX. FIG. 3 is a side view of a state in which a connecting nail is loaded, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of an example in which an error occurs in the nail passage. In these drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a pneumatically driven nailer body, 2 a nose portion, and 3 a magazine. A hammering mechanism (not shown) using compressed air is arranged inside the nail driver main body 1. The hammering mechanism is operated by pulling the trigger lever, and the driver 4 is driven by the hammering mechanism to drive the magazine 3. The nail supplied to the nose portion 2 is struck and driven out.
[0010]
A first nail passage 7 is formed in the magazine 3, and a stick-shaped connecting nail A in which a plurality of nails 5 are connected in a stick shape via a connecting band 6 is accommodated in the first nail passage 7. The connecting nail A is pressed toward the nose portion 2 by a pusher (not shown) disposed in the first nail passage 7.
[0011]
A second nail passage 8 that is continuous with the first nail passage 7 is formed in the nose portion 2. Then, the connecting nail A is pushed and supplied from the first nail passage 7 through the second nail passage 8 into the injection port 9 of the nose portion 2 by the pusher in the magazine 3.
[0012]
The end surfaces of both side walls 9a, 9b of the first nail passage 7 and the end surfaces of both side walls 10a, 10b of the second nail passage 8 are abutted against each other and are continuous, but the ends of the abutting portions 11a, 11b on both sides are continuous. The position is shifted in the nail feed direction, and a third nail passage 14 is formed between the first nail passage 7 and the second nail passage 8. Moreover, it is preferable to form the guide portion 12 of the connection band 6 of the connection nail A in the first nail passage 7.
[0013]
According to the above configuration, since the butting positions on both sides of the first nail passage 7 and the second nail passage 8 are different, even if both nail passages become as shown in FIG. The width w of the third nail passage 14 between 11 b is narrower than the width of the first nail passage 7 and the second nail passage 8. For this reason, the connecting nail A passing through the nail passage does not shift to the left and right. Therefore, it is possible to effectively prevent the rear end portion 6b of the front connecting nail A1 from overlapping the front end portion 6a of the rear connecting nail A2.
[0014]
Note that the shift dimension t of the abutting portions 11a and 11b between the end faces of the both side walls of the first nail passage 7 and the end faces of the both side walls of the second nail passage 8 is the last nail 6b of the previous connecting nail A in FIG. It is sufficient to set so that the leading nail 6a of the subsequent connecting nail enters the third nail passage 14 and the end surfaces of both nails 6a and 6b are in contact with each other.
[0015]
1 and 3, the nose portion 2 and the magazine 3 are brought into contact with the end surfaces of both side walls of the first nail passage 7 and the end surfaces of both side walls of the second nail passage 8 as shown in FIGS. Among them, the butting surface 13 of the guide portion 12 of the connection band 6 of the connection nail A is formed so as to be inclined with respect to the nail axis direction of the connection nail A. The inclination angle α is preferably around 33 °. Note that the inclined portion may be formed so as to extend above or below the connecting band 6.
[0016]
According to the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 5 (a), the upper and lower portions 6p, 6q of the connecting band 6 of the leading nail 5a of the connecting nail in the first nail passage 7 corresponding to the abutting surface 13. Cannot enter the second nail passage 8 at the same time. Even if the lower portion 6q of the connecting band 6 enters the second nail passage 8, the upper portion 6p is held in the third passage 14 (or the first nail passage 7). As shown in FIG. 4, the front end portion 6a abuts on the rear end portion 6b of the front connecting nail A, so that the connecting band 6 There is no overlap between them.
[0017]
In the above-described nail driver, the positions of the butted portions of the end faces of the both side walls of the first nail passage 7 and the second nail passage 8 are shifted from each other in the nail feed direction, and the connecting nail A The butting surface 13 of the portion that guides the connecting band 6 is formed to be inclined with respect to the nail axis direction of the connecting nail A, but is not necessarily limited to this example. For example, the position of the abutting portion may be simply shifted in the nail feed direction, or the connecting band 6 may be simply inclined on the abutting surface 13 of the guide portion 12 as shown in FIG.
[Brief description of the drawings]
FIG. 1 is a side cross-sectional view of a main portion near a nose portion of a nail driver according to the present invention in a state where a connecting nail is not loaded. FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along line XX in FIG.
