BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a rice cooker that cooks edible rice at home, canteens, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A rice cooker is an electric device that contains washed rice and water, cooks it, and keeps it warm after it is cooked. During the heat insulation, the heating is controlled so that the pan becomes a preset temperature. In order to reduce the amount of input power for heating (hereinafter referred to as heat insulation power amount), inorganic heat insulating materials such as glass wool have been used.
[0003]
Moreover, a vacuum heat insulating material exists as a heat insulating material with higher performance than glass wool. A vacuum insulation material is a bag made of a laminate film in which a gas barrier layer having gas barrier properties and an organic film are laminated, filled with a fine powder such as silica or a molded product such as urethane foam, and the inside is evacuated. is there. As the gas barrier layer, an aluminum foil of 6 to 10 μm is usually used. The heat insulation performance of the vacuum heat insulating material is more than 6 times that of glass wool, and it is used for cold storage equipment such as refrigerators, and it achieves significant energy savings by reducing power consumption.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, inorganic heat insulating materials such as glass wool have a problem that heat insulation performance is low, and the amount of heat retaining power of the rice cooker cannot be greatly reduced.
[0005]
In addition, if a vacuum heat insulating material using an aluminum foil as a gas barrier layer is used in an induction heating rice cooker, the aluminum foil itself is induction heated, the aluminum foil becomes red hot, and does not function as a heat insulating material. There was a problem that it could not be used for the rice cooker of the method.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention intends to solve such a problem, and uses a vacuum heat insulating material that transmits a magnetic field in a rice cooker of an induction heating system.
[0007]
According to the above invention, since the vacuum heat insulating material that transmits a magnetic field is used, the vacuum heat insulating material itself is not heated, so that a vacuum heat insulating material having a heat insulating performance of 6 times or more of glass wool can be used for a rice cooker. Therefore, it is possible to realize a rice cooker with a reduced amount of heat insulation.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention described in claim 1 is a rice cooking pot, a coil for induction heating the rice cooking pot, a detector for detecting the temperature of the rice cooking pot, and a control for controlling induction heating from the coil. A vacuum heat insulating material that transmits a magnetic field, and the vacuum heat insulating material that transmits the magnetic field is insulated to a bag-shaped packaging material made of a laminate film in which a gas barrier layer, a seal layer, and a protective layer are laminated. The core material is sealed and evacuated, and the gas barrier layer is formed by depositing metal on an organic film substrate that is at least one of a polyvinyl alcohol film, an ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer resin film, or a polyethylene naphthalate film. It is composed of a metal deposited layer one or more layers which has been subjected, and wherein placing the vacuum heat insulating material between the pot and the coil for the cooking It can be used for induction heating type rice cookers that could not use vacuum heat insulating materials in the past, and it can be placed in the vicinity of a pot for rice cooking that is a heat retaining object. A rice cooker with a greatly reduced amount of electric power can be realized. Furthermore, it is easy to be deposited by using at least one of a polyvinyl alcohol film, an ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer resin film, or a polyethylene naphthalate film as a base material. It is possible to realize a rice cooker that greatly reduces the amount of insulated heat that does not deteriorate for a long time. Furthermore, by using metal vapor deposition for the gas barrier layer, it is possible to realize a rice cooker that has a high gas barrier property and has a very reduced amount of insulated heat that does not deteriorate for a long time.
[0009]
According to a second aspect of the invention, which was a rice cooker according to claim 1, characterized in that the deposition layer using aluminum, or nickel, or a vacuum heat insulating material is on at least one of titanium, It can be used for an induction heating type rice cooker that could not use a conventional vacuum heat insulating material, and can be placed in the vicinity of a pot for rice cooking that is a heat retaining object, and aluminum or nickel as a gas barrier layer, or By using at least one of the vapor deposition layers of titanium, it is possible to realize a rice cooker that has a high gas barrier property and that has an extremely reduced amount of heat retention without deterioration for a long period of time.
[0010]
According to a third aspect of the invention, the protective layer comprises one or more layers, the protective layer was cooker according to claim 1-2, wherein the using the vacuum heat insulating material is a heat-resistant organic film However, it can be used for induction heating rice cookers that could not be used with conventional vacuum insulation, and because the heat-resistant organic film protects the gas barrier layer, the vacuum insulation has some external force. Since a vacuum can be maintained even when applied, it is possible to realize a rice cooker in which the amount of insulated heat that does not deteriorate for a long time even at high temperatures is greatly reduced.

From (Table 1), the rice cooker which has arrange | positioned the vacuum heat insulating material which used the aluminum vapor deposition layer for the gas barrier layer was able to reduce heat retention electric energy compared with another thing.
[0025]
(Experimental example 2)
A 85 ° C. constant temperature rice bran, which is the temperature when the rice cooker is kept warm, was prepared. In addition, as a gas barrier layer, a vacuum heat insulating material (in this example, PET-Al) whose base material is PET and a vapor deposition layer is aluminum, a vacuum heat insulating material whose base material is PET and a vapor deposition layer is silica (in this example, (Referred to as PET-SiO2), vacuum insulating material (in this example, EVOH-Al) whose base material is EVOH and deposited layer is aluminum, and vacuum insulating material (in this example, EVOH-Al) whose base material is EVOH and whose deposited layer is silica. EVOH-SiO2), a vacuum heat insulating material (in this example, PVA-Al) whose base material is PVA and a vapor deposition layer, a vacuum heat insulating material (in this example, PVA and a vapor deposition layer is silica) PVA-SiO2), vacuum insulating material with PEN and aluminum deposition layer (in this example, PEN-Al), vacuum insulating material with PEN and silica deposition layer (this example) Was prepared and that the PEN-SiO2). The internal pressure of each vacuum heat insulating material was measured in advance, and each heat insulating durability test was performed by putting each vacuum heat insulating material into a 85 ° C. constant temperature bath. And the time-dependent change of the internal pressure of each vacuum heat insulating material was measured. The heat resistance durability test results of each vacuum heat insulating material are shown in (Table 2).
[0026]
[Table 2]
[0027]
From Table 2, if PVA, EVOH, or PEN is used as the base material, the deposited layer does not deteriorate for a long time at about 85 ° C, which is the temperature when the rice cooker is kept warm, and the heat resistance of the vacuum heat insulating material is extremely high. Therefore, it is possible to realize a rice cooker with a small amount of heat insulation that does not deteriorate for a long period of time.

(Experimental example 3)
A 85 ° C. constant temperature rice bran, which is the temperature when the rice cooker is kept warm, was prepared. In addition, as a gas barrier layer, the base material is PET, the vapor deposition layer is aluminum, and there are two gas barrier layers in which the vapor deposition surfaces are bonded to each other (in this embodiment, PET-Al two layers), gas As a barrier layer, a base material is PET, a vapor deposition layer is silica, and a vacuum heat insulating material having two gas barrier layers in which the vapor deposition surfaces are bonded to each other (referred to as PET-SiO2 two layers in this embodiment), as a gas barrier layer The base material is PEN, the vapor deposition layer is aluminum, and a vacuum heat insulating material having two gas barrier layers in which the vapor deposition surfaces are bonded to each other (referred to as PEN-Al 2 layer in this embodiment), and the base material is a gas barrier layer. EVOH, a vapor deposition layer made of aluminum, and a vacuum heat insulating material having two gas barrier layers in which the vapor deposition surfaces are bonded to each other (referred to as EVOH-Al 2 layer in this embodiment), gas barrier A vacuum insulating material having two gas barrier layers (EVOH-Al + PEN- in this embodiment) in which the base layer is EVOH, the vapor deposition layer is aluminum, the base material is PEN, and the vapor deposition layer is aluminum. Al), a vacuum insulating material having two gas barrier layers in which the base material is PVA as the gas barrier layer, the vapor deposition layer is silica, the base material is PEN, and the vapor deposition layer is aluminum and the vapor deposition surfaces are bonded to each other (in this example) And PVA-SiO2 + PEN-Al). Table 3 shows the heat durability test results of each vacuum heat insulating material.
[0029]
[Table 3]
[0030]
From (Table 3), since the vacuum heat insulating material using two gas barrier layers can further improve the heat resistance and durability as compared with a single layer of vacuum heat insulating material, the heat insulation energy that does not deteriorate for a longer period of time can be obtained. A small rice cooker can be realized.

(Example 2)
The configuration of the rice cooker used in this embodiment and the operation of the embodiment are the same as those in the first embodiment. As shown in FIG. 1, the vacuum
In addition, when a material other than metal is used for the gas barrier layer of the vacuum
Hereinafter, experimental examples of the heating efficiency of the vacuum heat insulating material using various gas barrier layers will be shown (Experimental Example 4).
Rice cooker (in this example, referred to as aluminum foil) in which a vacuum insulation material using aluminum foil with a thickness of 6 μm is arranged in the gas barrier layer, and a rice cooker in which a vacuum insulation material using aluminum deposition is arranged in the gas barrier layer ( In this embodiment, it is referred to as aluminum vapor deposition), a rice cooker (in this embodiment, referred to as two aluminum vapor deposition layers) in which a vacuum insulating material using two vapor deposition layers of aluminum is used for the gas barrier layer, and alumina vapor deposition is used for the gas barrier layer. Rice cooker (in this embodiment, referred to as alumina vapor deposition) provided with vacuum heat insulating material, and rice cooker (in this example, two layers of alumina vapor deposition) provided with a vacuum insulation material using two layers of alumina vapor deposition on the gas barrier layer. ), A rice cooker (in this embodiment, silica deposition) in which a vacuum heat insulating material using silica deposition is disposed in the gas barrier layer, and two silica deposition layers are used in the gas barrier layer. Rice cooker with an empty heat insulating material (referred to as two layers of silica vapor deposition in this embodiment), and a rice cooker with a 1 mm thick aluminum plate instead of the vacuum heat insulating material 10 (referred to as an aluminum plate in this embodiment) And a rice cooker in which the vacuum
And the heating efficiency without a heat insulating material was set to 100, and the heating efficiency of the rice cooker which has arrange | positioned each vacuum heat insulating material was measured. The heating efficiency measurement results are shown in (Table 4).
[0032]
[Table 4]
[0033]
As for the aluminum foil, the aluminum foil of the arranged vacuum heat insulating material was red hot and ignited, and the heating efficiency could not be measured. Moreover, since the aluminum plate did not transmit the magnetic field, the pan 2 was not induction-heated.
[0034]
As shown in Table 4, when a metal oxide such as alumina or silica is used for the vapor deposition layer as the gas barrier layer, the heating efficiency is not lowered, so that a rice cooker with a very small amount of heat insulation can be realized. Moreover, when metal vapor deposition, such as aluminum, is used as a gas barrier layer, since heating efficiency is very close to 100 and does not affect heating efficiency so much, a rice cooker with small heat retention electric power is realizable.
[0035]
【The invention's effect】
As mentioned above, according to invention of Claim 1 , it can use for the rice cooker of the induction heating system which was not able to use a vacuum heat insulating material conventionally, Moreover, it is near the pan for rice cooking which is a heat retention object. Since it can be arranged, it is possible to realize a rice cooker in which the amount of heat insulation is greatly reduced.
[0036]
Moreover, according to invention of Claim 2 , it can use for the rice cooker of the induction heating system which was not able to use a vacuum heat insulating material conventionally, and can be arrange | positioned in the vicinity of the pot for rice cooking which is a heat retention object. In addition, by using a vapor deposition layer for the gas barrier layer, it is possible to realize a rice cooker that has a high gas barrier property and that has an extremely reduced amount of heat retention without deterioration for a long period of time.
[0037]
Moreover, according to invention of
