Claims (3)
- 槽本体と、この槽本体内の下端部へ有機系被処理液を供給する原液供給部と、前記槽本体内へ送られる有機系被処理液を中温発酵温度に加熱する第一加熱装置と、前記槽本体内の液貯留高さの中間位置に配置されてその上側の有機系被処理液を中温発酵温度から高温発酵温度に加熱する第二加熱装置と、この第二加熱装置より上方であって前記槽本体内の有機系被処理液の液面下に開口した消化液排出部と、前記槽本体内の上部気室に開口したバイオガス排出部とを備え、前記原液供給部が、槽本体内の有機系被処理液に旋回流を与える方向へ開口され、前記第二加熱装置が、平面的に配置された蛇管又はコイル状配管からなり、下方から上方へ前記有機系被処理液が均一に通過可能な隙間を有することを特徴とする温度成層旋回流型発酵槽。
- 槽本体の側壁に、第二加熱装置より下側の有機系被処理液を中温発酵温度に保温する第一保温装置と、前記第二加熱装置より上側の有機系被処理液を高温発酵温度に保温する第二保温装置が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の温度成層旋回流型発酵槽。
- 消化液排出部の開口部が、有機系被処理液の旋回中心に位置することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の温度成層旋回流型発酵槽。
