本発明は、加圧ローラ軸の回転による、加圧ローラ軸と加圧板バネの当接部における異音の発生を防止することができる用紙搬送装置を提供することを目的とする。

そして、この折り曲げ部4−1の上面とその両側方に位置する加圧板バネ4の張出し部4−2の底面との間に加圧ローラ軸3を挟み込む構成とすると共に、加圧ローラ軸3の端部(加圧板バネ当接部)に一対のDカット形状部3−1を形成する。このようにすると加圧ローラ軸3の平面が加圧板バネ4と当接することになり、加圧ローラ軸3を加圧板バネ4に固定することができる。
図4は上記参考例の変形例に係る用紙搬送装置の正面図である。この変形例では加圧ローラ軸3の端部の一箇所にのみDカット形状部3−1を形成している。このような簡易な構成でも加圧ローラ軸3を加圧板バネ4に固定することができる。
