Description

The present invention provides an individual absorbent article comprising a tri-fold or four-fold absorbent article and an individual bag that individually wraps the absorbent article. The present invention relates to a reduced individual absorbent article and a method for manufacturing the same.

Conventionally, for example, sanitary napkins have been provided to the market in a state where the manufactured napkins are tri-folded or quadruple-folded and individually wrapped in individual bags made of various film sheets. When the user uses this napkin, the individual bag is opened, the napkin is taken out from the inside, and the non-use surface is adhered to the inner surface of shorts or the like.

As the individual bags, polyolefin films such as low-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, and polypropylene are usually used, and the napkin is folded in three or four in the longitudinal direction and wrapped with this film sheet. These polymerized portions are welded and adhered by heat sealing (see Patent Document 1 below). In the case of a napkin individually packaged in the film sheet, the packaging cost is low, the welding property is excellent, and the operability is also good. However, for example, when the napkin is actually opened in the toilet, the both side edges that have been heat-sealed are peeled off, and an opening sound such as “spi” is generated. There was a problem that had to be opened while using.

Therefore, in order to reduce the peeling sound at the time of opening, for example, in Patent Document 2 below, a string-like or thread-like opening means is interposed along the heat seal portion, and one end of the string-like or thread-like opening means is Disclosed is an individually absorbent article that is exposed to the outside and serves as a knob. Further, in Patent Document 3 below, an individual absorbent article is disclosed in which the individual packaging is made of a non-woven fabric, and preferably the opening is sealed by confounding fibers or using in combination with heat sealing instead of heat sealing. Yes.
JP-A-8-324635 JP-A-9-154879 JP 11-47487 A

However, in the case of the above-mentioned patent document 2, a process for arranging the string-like or thread-like opening means along the seal line is added for individual packaging, which complicates the production line and reduces the opening noise to some extent. Even if possible, since the heat sealing films are peeled off by the opening means, there is a limit to reducing the opening sound.

In addition, in the case of the above-mentioned Patent Document 3, the adhesive strength between the nonwoven fabrics is weak and the mouth may be opened by light pressure or the like when being carried, and a sense of hygiene is given to give an image that dirt is likely to adhere from the gaps between the fibers. There was a problem of lacking. In addition, when both side edges are heat-sealed, there is a problem that the opening sound cannot be sufficiently reduced because the heat-sealing films are peeled off.

Therefore, the main problem of the present invention is to wrap the absorbent article folded in three or four in an individual bag, and in the individual absorbent article with both side edges sealed, the opening sound of the individual bag is minimized. To make it smaller.

As a result of intensive studies to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors always generate a peeling sound when peeling off the heat-sealed portions on both side edges of the individual bag. Therefore, it was decided to adopt a method that can be opened without peeling off the heat seal portion.

As a result, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, as the present invention according to claim 1, an individual absorption comprising a three-fold or four-fold absorbent article and an individual bag individually packaging the absorbent article. In the sex goods,
The individual bag is an easily openable film imparted with easy tearability in one direction, and is oriented so that the easy tear direction becomes the opening direction, and the absorbent article is folded in the easy tear direction. Each side edge along the easy tearing direction is sealed, and a pair of cuts are formed on both sides of the opening side edge of the easy opening film,
The incision is an inward side position spaced apart from the seal part , and is provided slightly along the inner side from both side ends of the absorbent article folded in the easy tear direction, and extends from the opening side edge. An individually absorbent article is provided on both sides of a substantially semi-elliptical tab .

As the present invention according to claim 2, a pair of cuts are formed on both sides of the other end edge of the easy-opening film, which is on the opposite side to the opening-side edge, respectively, The incision is an inward side position spaced apart from the seal part , and is provided slightly along the inner side from both side ends of the absorbent article folded in the easy tear direction, and extends from the opening side edge. The individually packaged absorbent article according to claim 1, which is provided on both sides of a substantially semi-elliptical tab .

According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided the individual absorbent article according to any one of the first or second aspect, wherein the easy-open film has an unsealing strength of 5 to 60 cN.

As the present invention according to claim 4 , there is provided the individual absorbent article according to any one of claims 1 to 3 , wherein the tear strength of the easy-open film is set to be smaller than the seal strength at both side edges. .

As a fifth aspect of the present invention, for the sealing of both side edges of the easy-open film and the cutting into the opening side edge and / or the cutting of the other side edge, a heating roller in which a cutter is previously incorporated is used. The manufacturing method of the individually absorbent article according to claim 1, wherein a slit is formed by the cutter simultaneously with seal joining by the heating roller.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, an easy-open film provided with easy tearability in one direction is used as an individual bag, and the easy tear direction is aligned with the opening direction, and the easy tear direction. The absorbent article was individually packaged in a folded state, and both side edges thereof were sealed with a seal. Therefore, when the opening side edge of the easy-opening film or a separately provided tab is picked and peeled off, it tears out from the required portion, and the individual bag can be opened with a slight opening sound.

In addition, a pair of cuts are formed on both sides of the opening-side edge of the easy-opening film at inner positions spaced apart from the seal portion. Therefore, the film can be easily torn from the cut position formed at the position to be torn.

Furthermore , it extended from the opening side edge of an easily openable film, and it was made to provide a tab. In this case, the film can be torn along the boundary line between the both ends of the tab or the seal portion.

In this invention of Claim 2, it spaced apart from the seal part also in the both sides of the other side edge which turned into the opposing side with respect to the said opening side edge of the said easily openable film, respectively. A pair of cuts are formed at the inward side position. Use when opening the three-folded individual bag after opening the opening side edge of the easy-open film so that it is peeled off and then opening the other side edge that is folded inward Therefore, it is possible to deal with such users.

In this invention of Claim 3 , the opening strength of the said easily openable film was made to be 5-60 cN. Therefore, it will not be inadvertently torn when being carried, and can be easily torn when it is intentionally torn.

In this invention of Claim 4 , the tear strength of the said easily openable film was set to be smaller than the seal strength of both side edges. Therefore, the easy-open film is surely torn without peeling off the seal portions at both side edges.

In this invention of Claim 5 , the notch | incision to the seal | sticker of the both-sides edge part of the said easily openable film and an opening side edge, and / or the notch | incision of the said other side edge is a heating roller with which the cutter was previously integrated. The slit was formed by the cutter simultaneously with the seal joining by the heating roller. Therefore, seal joining and cutting can be performed in a single process, and the manufacturing process becomes efficient.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[First embodiment]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an individually absorbent article 1A according to the first embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a view taken along the line II-II in FIG.

The individual absorbent article 1A includes an absorbent article 2 such as a sanitary napkin or a panty liner, and an individual bag 3 in which the absorbent article 2 is individually packaged. As 3, an easily openable film imparted with easy tearability along at least the opening direction is used. In addition, 4 is the adhesive tape for tabs which has fixed the opening side edge 3b of the individual packaging 3.

The easy-open film 3 is a single film that exhibits high tearability along the stretched direction by being highly stretched in one direction during the production of plastic films such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyethylene terephthalate (PET). A layer or multilayer film. Conventionally, it has been produced by uniaxial stretching, but in recent years, there are films that impart easy tearability in one direction without stretching treatment and films that impart easy tearability in two directions by biaxial stretching.

Examples of the easy-open film by uniaxial stretching include those described in JP-A-61-125844, JP-A-62-208349, JP-A-2-242746, and JP-A-2-258342. Examples of the easy-open film by non-stretching include, for example, Japanese Patent Application No. 5-30894, and examples of easy-open films by biaxial stretching include, for example, 2001-191407. Can be mentioned. The detailed description of each easy-open film will be given in the description of these publications, and the description will be omitted in this specification.

The easy-open film 3 is oriented so that its easy tear direction is the open direction so as to wrap the absorbent article 2. In addition to the form in which the absorbent article, which has been folded in three or four in advance, is wrapped with the easy-open film and heat-sealed on both side edges 3a and 3a, the packaging form includes the time required for opening and peeling the individual bag 3. In order to solve the problem, as shown in FIG. 5, after the absorbent article 2 is stacked in an unfolded state on the upper surface of the rectangular easy-open film 3, the easy-open film 3 and the absorbent article 2 are combined. So-called one-flap wrapping, in which both are folded in three or four folds and heat-sealed on both side edges of the easy-open film 3, can be employed. Also in this case, as shown in the drawing, the easy-open film 3 is oriented so that the folding direction is the easy tear direction.

Examples of the method for sealing the side edges 3a and 3a include heat seal bonding using a heat sealer using a heating plate, a heat sealer using a heating roller, and seal bonding using a hot melt adhesive.

The opening strength of the easy-open film 3 is 5 to 60 cN, preferably 10 to 30 cN, and more preferably 10 to 20 cN. If the opening strength is less than 5 cN, there is a risk that tearing may occur inadvertently when being carried. Further, when the opening strength exceeds 60 cN, the seal portions at both side edges may be peeled off depending on the case, and an opening sound may be generated due to the peeling of the seal portions. The opening strength is determined by using the actual individual absorbent article, holding the main body part with one chuck, and chucking the tab with the other chuck, with a distance between chucks: 20 mm, opening speed: 500 mm / min. It is the value which measured the intensity | strength at the time of opening.

In the case of the individual absorbent article 1A, when the tab adhesive tape 4 is picked and pulled so as to be peeled off in the opening direction, stress is normally concentrated on the inner edges of the seal portions 3a and 3a. Will be torn along. Further, since the easy-open film 3 is torn linearly without bending the tear line, the opened individual bag 3 can be disposed of by wrapping the used absorbent article 2.

[First A form example]
The individual absorbent article 1B shown in FIG. 3 is a pair of incisions along the opening direction on both sides of the opening side edge 3b of the individual packaging 3 in the individual absorbent article 1A according to the first embodiment. 5 and 5 are formed. The cut 5 may be a linear cut or a V-shaped cut. Note that the cuts are not necessarily provided along the opening direction.

In the case of the individual absorbent article 1B, when the tab adhesive tape 4 is picked and pulled in the opening direction, it is torn from the position of the cuts 5 and 5 and opened. Therefore, the tearing position can be arbitrarily controlled by changing the formation positions of the cuts 5 and 5.

[Example 1B]
As shown in FIG. 4, the individual absorbent article 1 </ b> C shown in FIG. 4 extends from the opening side edge of the individual bag 3 and is provided with a substantially semi-elliptical tab 7. .

The individual absorbent article 1C can be easily opened by picking the tab 7 and tearing it in the opening direction. In addition, although the notches 5 and 5 were provided in the both sides of the tab 7, this notch may be abbreviate | omitted.

[Example 1C]
The individual absorbent article 1D shown in FIG. 6 forms a pair of cuts 5 and 5 on both sides of the other end edge 3c that is inwardly folded, which faces the unsealed side edge 3b. It is a thing.

In the individual absorbent article 1D, the tab adhesive tape 4 is picked and pulled in the opening direction, the post-folded surface is opened, and then the other side edge 3c of the pre-folded surface is picked. If you open this side, you will be able to deal with it.

[Reference form example]
The individual absorbent article 1E according to the reference embodiment shown in FIG. 7 uses polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate (PET), etc., which are conventionally used as the individual packaging 3, and absorbs it. In the individually absorbent article which is wrapped and wrapped individually, and both side edges are individually sealed, guidance is provided to guide opening along the opening direction from at least both sides of the opening side edge 3b of the individual packaging bag 3, respectively. A line 6 is formed. The guide line for guiding the opening may be, for example, a perforation or a continuous half-cut line in the thickness direction.

As shown in FIG. 8A, the guide wire 6 may be provided from the unsealed side edge 3b of the three-folded individual bag 3 to the crease C1, or as shown in FIG. 8B. Thus, it may be provided up to the next crease C2, or it may be provided along the entire length in the film longitudinal direction as shown in FIG. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4D, the individual packaging bag 3 may be provided from the opening side edge 3b to the crease C1, and from the other side edge 3c to the crease C2. In the case of FIG. 4D, the opening mode described in the first C embodiment can be dealt with.

(1) When the absorbent article 2 is individually packaged, a release sheet may be provided in order to protect the slip prevention adhesive provided on the outer surface of the absorbent article 2. Therefore, it is desirable to perform a silicon-based or fluororesin-based release treatment on the back side of the individual bag 3 and omit the release sheet.
(2) As described above, when the seal portions on both side edges of the individual bag 3 are peeled off at the time of opening, an opening sound is generated. To prevent this, the tear strength of the individual bag 3 is It is desirable to set it to be weaker and smaller than the seal strength.
(3) The both side edges 3a and 3a of the easy-open film 3 are sealed and cut into the opening side edge 3b and / or the other side edge 3c is cut using a heating roller in which a cutter is previously incorporated. It is desirable to form the cut by the cutter simultaneously with the seal joining by the heating roller.

Individually absorbent articles using the easy-open film according to the present invention (Example), the conventionally used polyethylene film (Comparative Example 1), and the nonwoven fabric (Comparative Example 2) as the individual packaging 3 The size of the opening sound was measured. In addition, the test was done about several types in the Example, the comparative example 1, and the comparative example 2, and was taken as the average value.
The average basis weight of the film used in each specimen is 23 g / m, and the nonwoven fabric has an average basis weight of 15 g / m.
The seal width at both side edges was 5 to 8 mm.

Figure 0004204456
As shown in FIG. 9, the opening sound measurement method was performed by separating the noise meter 8 from the individually absorbent article 1 </ b> A by 3 to 5 cm, fixing it on the table, and opening the individual bag 3. The sound level meter 8 uses NL20 (manufactured by Rion), the frequency weighting characteristic is A characteristic, the measurement range is 20 to 110 dB, the measurement time is 10 seconds, each sample is measured 5 times, and the equivalent noise level Leq is maximum. The value Lmax was compared. The results are shown in Table 1 and FIG.
Figure 0004204456
As is apparent from these results, when an easy-open film is used as the material of the individual bag, the equivalent noise level Leq (dB) is about 1 dB, and the maximum value Lmax is about 9 dB, which is a comparative example of polyethylene. Compared with the case of using a film or a non-woven fabric, the opening sound could be lowered sufficiently.
