通常は方形状をなす座枠に、高張力のプラスチック材等よりなる弾性変形可能なネット部材もしくは多孔性シート部材の周縁部を取り付けた椅子の座構造は公知である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記座枠における枠杆は、通常、角型断面をなしており、ネット部材もしくは多孔性シート部材の周縁を支持するべきその上面は、概ね平坦である。

そのため、ネット部材(以下、多孔性シート部材を含む)の周縁部は、座枠の上面もしくは前面の全体にわたって当接重合し、ネット部材に着席者の荷重が掛かると、ネット部材は撓んで、その周縁部は、座枠を構成する枠杆の上面もしくは前面の内周角部に、強く当接することとなる。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、座枠にネット部材の周縁部を止着した椅子の座構造における上述のような問題点を解消することを目的とするもので、その具体的手段は、次の如くである。
(1) 座枠の上面にネット部材(多孔性シート部材を含む)を張設した椅子の座構造において、座枠を、外周部に厚肉の剛質部を有するとともに、その上面内周部に、全周に亘って、緩い下向きの円弧状をなして内側方へ下傾する弾性変形可能な薄肉の張出片を設けたものとし、前記張出片に、その内周縁から外側方を向く多数の切込溝または可撓溝を設けることにより、隣接する切込溝または可撓溝の間の部分を可撓性舌片とし、この可撓性舌片の厚さを、先端方向へ向かって漸次小とし、さらに、座枠の前部における張出片を、座枠の後部における張出片より大とし、この張出片の上面と座枠の剛質部の上面および外側面とに亘って、ネット部材の周辺部を張設し、未着席状態では、ネット部材の周辺部は、張出片の上面から離間しており、着席状態では、ネット部材の周辺部は、張出片の上面に当接しうるようにする。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明は、図1および図2に示す椅子(A)の座シート(B)にも、背当て(C)にも等しく適用しうるものであるが、以下これを、座シート(B)に適用した例を示す図3〜図5に基いて説明する。

座シート(B)は、所望の形状をなす閉結枠状の座枠(1)の周縁部の上面および外側面に、それと対応する形状寸度を有する高張力の合成樹脂からなるネット部材(2)の周縁部を重合し、かつ座枠(1)の下面に、それと対応する平面形を有する締付枠(3)を、重合して止着したものである。

座枠(1)は、硬質プラスチックもしくは適宜の金属からなり、外周部に設けた厚肉の剛質部(4)の上面内周部に、全周に亘って、緩い下向きの円弧状をなして、内側下方へ傾斜するやや薄肉の弾性張出片(5)を連設したものである。図5に示すように、座枠(1)の前部における張出片(5a)は、座枠の後部における張出片(5b)より大としてある。
