Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a file having a spine that is configured to accommodate a spine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A file in which the width of a spine cover is variable according to the amount of paper sheets to be sandwiched is considered as a file in which paper sheets are sandwiched so as to be replaceable.
[0003]
In this type of file, the front cover, back cover, and back cover are all made of paper, and one of the front cover and back cover is formed in a bag shape so that the back cover can be inserted. At the same time, the other of the front cover or the back cover and the spine cover are formed of a single sheet of paper, and the back cover is provided with a large number of folding rules so that the width of the spine cover can be easily adjusted.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the spine cover is composed of a single sheet in this way, the back cover such as a headline for displaying the contents of the inserted paper sheets cannot be accommodated in the spine cover. Therefore, if you want to add a headline to the spine, you must fill in the spine directly with a pen or stick a sticker. Moreover, since such a thing cannot be easily rewritten and re-pasted, it is inconvenient. In addition, the use of files causes problems such as thinning of characters and peeling of seals. Therefore, an improvement plan is also conceivable in which the back cover is formed into a pocket by bonding two sheets of paper, and a label or the like is accommodated in the pocket. In such a structure, the two sheets are bonded together. In this case, misalignment is likely to occur, resulting in inferior workability and no improvement in productivity.
[0005]
Further, when a large number of the creases are provided on the spine, when such a file is stored in a bookshelf or the like, the creases are exposed to the outside and the appearance is impaired. In addition, when the paper sheets are frequently replaced or the amount of paper sheets to be sandwiched is changed frequently, the back cover must be taken in and out frequently from the front cover or back cover, and the folded creases may be stretched. Or it may be bent again, leading to a deterioration of the spine, leading to a further deterioration in appearance and a decrease in durability.
[0006]
In order to solve the problems described above, the present invention provides a back cover that can accommodate a back cover, and provides a file that improves the workability and appearance of the back cover.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the file of the present invention has a front cover, a back cover, and a back cover that adheres to at least one of the front cover and the back cover, and the other of the front cover and the back cover can be inserted into the back cover. The spine cover is adjustable in width, and the spine cover is folded in two along a crease formed in the width direction of the sheet. A double wall structure composed of an inner wall portion and a back paper that can be inserted between the outer wall portion and the inner wall portion using an opening formed in a part thereof are configured to be accommodated between both wall portions , A notch is formed in a part of the fold .
[0008]
If this is the case, the backsheet can be accommodated in the backstrip, and the operation for forming the accommodation space only needs to be folded in one sheet, so it is better than the improved plan. Misalignment is unlikely to occur and processability can be significantly improved. In addition, since it can be easily molded from a single sheet, it can be produced efficiently and contributes to cost reduction.
[0009]
Further, if the fold is formed in the width direction of the sheet, the fold serves to hold the lower end portion of the backsheet, and the backsheet is reliably prevented from falling off from below the back cover by an extremely simple configuration. And an appropriate accommodation state can be ensured.
[0010]
Furthermore, if a notch is formed in a part of the fold of the spine cover, the spine can be held by the crease as described above, and the relative displacement between the inner wall part and the outer wall part is allowed in part, In accordance with the operation for closing the file, the inner wall portion and the outer wall portion have different distances in the width direction, and the bending of the fold that can be caused by the interference between the two wall portions can be effectively reduced.
[0011]
In addition, the outer wall portion and the inner wall portion are bonded to the front cover or the back cover at the left or right side end portion of the spine cover, and the outer wall portion and the inner wall portion are disposed at a predetermined distance from the other side end portion. If bonded, at least both side edges of the spine are bonded, so the back can be properly accommodated within the width direction of the bonded part, and the back is from the side of the spine. It can be reliably prevented from coming off.
[0012]
In addition, the outer wall portion and the inner wall portion are bonded to the front cover or the back cover at the left or right side end portion of the spine cover, and at a position spaced apart from the other side end portion by a predetermined distance, A cut-and-raised part that can hold one side edge of the back paper is provided, and the outer wall and the inner wall on the other side edge are not bonded to each other. The back paper can be appropriately accommodated by the portion and the cut-and-raised portion, and the back paper can be prevented from being pulled out from the side of the back cover by a simple structure. In addition, since the outer wall and the inner wall on the other side end of the spine are not bonded, there is a problem that occurs when the both ends of the spine are bonded. It is possible to effectively solve the problem that the distance in the width direction between the portion and the outer wall portion is different, the both wall portions interfere with each other, and the spine is bent.
[0013]
In the above configuration, in order to realize a stable accommodation state of the backsheet, the cut and raised portions may be formed in pairs at positions separated by a predetermined distance in the height direction.
[0014]
Further, the width dimension of the outer wall portion is set to be slightly larger than the width dimension of the inner wall portion, and the side end portions of both wall portions are aligned substantially on the same line in a state where the sheet is folded in half. For example, since the outer wall portion has a play in the width direction compared to the inner wall portion, unnecessary interference between the outer wall portion and the inner wall portion caused by the closing operation of the file can be avoided, and both wall portions have the same width. When the dimensions are set, it is possible to effectively eliminate the bending that may occur with the file closing operation.
[0015]
If the height of the outer wall is set to be slightly larger than the height of the inner wall, there will be a step in the height direction near the opening formed above the spine. The paper can be easily put in and out, making it easy to use.
[0017]
Furthermore, in order to prevent the back cover from being accidentally removed from the front cover or the back cover configured in a bag shape, the front cover configured in a bag shape into which the spine cover can be inserted at the side edge of the back cover. Alternatively, a mooring portion that moored with a part of the cover may be provided at a predetermined position pulled out from the back cover.
[0018]
In particular, as for obtaining the above effect by a simple structure, the mooring portion is formed by bending the side end portion of the spine.
[0019]
Specifically, it is preferable that the sheet is made of a transparent or translucent synthetic resin material. If such a thing, compared with the conventional thing formed with paper, it will become possible to aim at the improvement of the durability of a spine cover, and at the same time, it becomes unnecessary to provide a crease on the spine cover and the appearance is improved. Can also be planned.
[0020]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0021]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the file F according to the present embodiment includes a front cover 1, an elongate plate-shaped presser plate portion 2 provided at one end of the front cover 1, a spine cover 3, and a back cover. 4, an elongated plate-like substrate portion 5 provided at one end of the back cover 4, a binding foot 6, and a shape extending in the longitudinal direction of the substrate portion 5 so that the binding foot 6 is inserted and locked. And a binding foot locking portion 7 configured as described above.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 1, the binding foot 6 is formed by extending a binding foot main body 61 from the base end portion 62. Further, as shown in FIG. 1, a pair of attachment holes 5a are provided in the board portion 5 so that the binding legs 6 are inserted and locked, and the binding leg main body 61 is attached to the front cover through the attachment holes 5a. I'm trying to insert it towards 1.
[0023]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the binding foot locking portion 7 is provided on the pressing plate portion 2 and has a function of fixing the binding foot 6 using a locking knob (not shown). Further, the presser plate portion 2 is provided with a binding foot insertion hole 2a for inserting the binding foot 6, and the binding foot locking portion 7 is overlapped with the binding foot insertion hole 2a. A binding foot insertion hole is provided. The binding foot locking portion 7 has the same configuration as a well-known binding foot locking portion of a binding tool used for this type of file that is configured to sandwich paper sheets so that they can be replaced.
[0024]
In the present embodiment, the front cover 1, the pressing plate 2, the back cover 3, the back cover 4, and the substrate 5 are all made of a synthetic resin material sheet (hereinafter referred to as "synthetic resin sheet"). ) And the effective width of the spine cover 3 is variably configured without providing a folding ruled line in advance.
[0025]
Specifically, the front cover 1 is formed into a bag shape with the outer surface material 11 shown in FIG. 3 and the inner surface material 12 shown in FIG. 4, and as shown in FIG. 2, the outer surface material 11 and the inner surface material 12. A space between the back cover and the back cover 3 is configured as a spine cover insertion slot 1a in which the back cover 3 can be inserted. The outer surface material 11 is provided with a fold attachment portion 11a indicated by a hatched portion in FIG. 3 on the upper edge portion, the lower edge portion, and the edge portion on the opposite side of the spine, and the fold attachment portion 11a is folded. It is configured to be folded inward at L1 and polymerized to the outer surface material attachment portion 12a of the inner surface material 12 shown by the hatched portion in FIG. In the present embodiment, the outer surface material 11 is formed of a synthetic resin sheet having a thickness dimension of 0.4 mm. On the other hand, the inner surface material 12 is formed of a synthetic resin sheet having a thickness of 0.8 mm and has a thickness larger than that of the outer surface material, and the edge on the spine cover 3 side is folded at a folding line L3. The presser plate portion 2 is formed. FIG. 5 shows a perspective view of the front cover configured as described above.
[0026]
On the other hand, the back cover 4 is formed of one synthetic resin sheet having a thickness of 1.0 mm shown in FIG. Further, the substrate portion 5 is formed by folding the edge on the spine cover 3 side along the fold line L6. A back cover attaching portion 4a is provided in the vicinity of the boundary between the back cover 4 and the substrate portion 5, and the spine cover 3 is welded to the spine attaching portion 4a. The thickness dimension 1.0 mm of the back cover 4 is larger than both the thickness dimension 0.4 mm of the outer surface material 11 of the front cover 1 and the thickness dimension 0.8 mm of the inner surface material 12. 11 and the total thickness of the inner surface material 12 are smaller than 1.2 mm.
[0027]
Thus, in the present embodiment, the spine 3 is formed of a single transparent synthetic resin sheet having a thickness of 0.2 mm shown in FIG. Specifically, the sheet is folded in two along a fold line L4 formed in the width direction at a substantially central position in the vertical direction to form a double wall structure including an outer wall part 31 and an inner wall part 32, and the opposite side of the fold line L4. The back paper 8 that can be inserted between the outer wall portion 31 and the inner wall portion 32 using the opening 3y formed at the end edge is configured to be accommodated between the both wall portions 31 and 32. Then, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, in a state of being folded in two along the crease L4, the attachment portion 3a provided on one side end portion is welded to the back cover attachment portion 4a of the back cover 4, The other side end portion is folded back at a fold line L5 to provide a stopper 3b which is an anchoring portion of the present invention (in FIG. 7, the two-dot chain line is a valley fold line as viewed from the front of the figure, and the three-dot chain line is a mountain fold line. The hatched area represents the welded part (the same applies to FIGS. 10, 12, and 15 described later). The stopper portion 3b engages with a back cover stopper 11b provided by folding the edge of the outer surface material 11 of the cover 1 along a fold line L2 in FIG. 3, so that the back cover 3 does not come off. Further, a back paper positioning portion 3c having a function of positioning the back paper 8 is provided by welding both wall portions 31, 32 at locations displaced to the mounting portion 3a side by a predetermined distance from the folding line L5. In the present embodiment, the surface is embossed so that the back cover 3 can be smoothly inserted into and removed from the cover 1.
[0028]
The file F configured in this manner is obtained by putting the back cover 3 in and out of the cover 1 and folding it in such a way that the paper sheets are most appropriately sandwiched according to the amount of the paper sheets P. The effective width of the spine cover 3 is changed.
[0029]
Thus, in the present embodiment, the front cover 1, the back cover 4, and the back cover 3 that is welded to the back cover attachment portion 4a of the back cover 4 can be inserted into the back cover 1. The width of the spine cover 3 is made adjustable, and the spine cover 3 is made up of an outer wall portion 31 and an inner wall portion 32 formed by folding a single sheet into two along a predetermined fold line L4. A back wall 8 that can be inserted between the outer wall portion 31 and the inner wall portion 32 using the opening 3y formed above is configured to be able to be accommodated between both wall portions 31 and 32. Therefore, the backsheet 8 can be easily accommodated in the backstrip 3 and the work for forming the accommodation space is only required to fold one sheet in two, so that misalignment hardly occurs. Can be improved. In addition, since it can be easily formed from a single sheet, it can be produced efficiently.
[0030]
Further, since the fold line L4 is formed in the width direction of the sheet, the fold line L4 functions as a portion that holds the lower end portion of the backsheet 8, and the backsheet 8 is formed on the back cover 3 with a very simple configuration. It can be reliably prevented from falling off from below, and an appropriate holding state can be ensured.
[0031]
Further, the outer wall 31 and the inner wall 32 are welded to the spine attachment portion 4a of the back cover 4 at one side end portion of the spine cover 3, and at a position spaced apart from the other side end portion by a predetermined distance. Since the inner wall portion 32 is welded, the back paper 8 can be accommodated within the range in the width direction of the welded portion, and the back paper 8 is reliably prevented from coming off from the side of the back cover 3, Appropriate accommodation can be ensured.
[0032]
In addition, the side edge of the back cover 3, the stopper 3 b anchoring a spine stopper 11b of the front cover 1 at a predetermined position drawn out from the front cover 1, which constitute the back cover 3 to the insertable bag-like Since it forms, it can prevent effectively that the spine cover 3 remove | deviates from the cover 1 inadvertently.
[0033]
In particular, the stopper 3 b is formed by bending a side end portion of the back cover 3, it can be by a very simple structure to obtain the above effect.
[0034]
Further, since the sheet is made of a transparent synthetic resin material, it is possible to improve the durability of the spine cover 3 as compared with the conventional one formed from paper. It is no longer necessary to provide a crease line, and the appearance can be improved.
[0035]
Next, a modified example of the spine 3 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. Since the basic configuration other than the back cover is substantially the same as that of the file F according to the above embodiment, only the differences will be described.
[0036]
As a modified example of the spine cover 3, for example, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, there is one in which a cut S <b> 1 is formed in a part of the fold line L <b> 4 of the spine cover 3. If this is the case, the lower end portion of the spine 8 can be held by the crease L4 in the same manner as described above, and the relative displacement between the inner wall portion 32 and the outer wall portion 31 is allowed at the site of the cut S1, In the above-described embodiment, as the file F is closed, the inner wall portion 32 and the outer wall portion 31 have different distances in the width direction, and the bending of the crease L4 that may occur when the both wall portions 32 and 31 interfere with each other is effective. (See FIGS. 9 and 11).
[0037]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the inner wall portion 32 of the back cover 3, in one position a predetermined distance apart and the cut and raised portion 33 capable of retaining the side end portion in the height direction of the back sheet 8 Even those provided in pairs can be suitably used. Specifically, the cut-and-raised part 33 includes a substantially U-shaped cut 33a, a foldable fold 33b provided along a straight line connecting both ends of the cut 33a, and a back surrounded by the cut 33a and the fold 3b. The paper holding part 33c is integrally formed. The cut-and-raised portion 33 is formed by folding the back paper holding portion 33c along the fold line 33b before folding it in half along the fold line L4. And in this modification, it has the structure which does not weld the outer wall part 31 and the inner wall part 32 in the site | part in which the cut-and-raised part 33 was formed, and does not restrain mutually. If this is the case, the back paper 8 can be held using the back paper holding portion 33c, and the fold 33b has a positioning function for the back paper 8, so compared with the above embodiment, It is possible to save the trouble of providing the back paper positioning portion 3c by welding the both wall portions 31, 32 on one end side of the spine cover 3. As a result, when the both ends of the back cover 3 are welded, that is, the distance in the width direction between the inner wall portion 32 and the outer wall portion 31 is different with the operation of closing the file F, both wall portions 32, 31 are It is possible to effectively eliminate the problem of bending due to interference. Further, since the cut-and-raised portions 33 are provided in pairs at positions separated by a predetermined distance in the height direction, a stable accommodation state of the backsheet 8 can be ensured.
[0038]
Further, the crease L4 is formed in the width direction at a position slightly displaced toward the inner wall portion 32 side from the vertical center position of the sheet, and is folded in two along the crease L4 so that the height dimension of the outer wall portion 31 is set to the inner wall. If it is set to be slightly larger than the height dimension of the portion 32, as shown in FIG. 14, the back sheet 8 can be taken in and out using the step 3z of the opening 3y of the spine cover 3 formed by the difference in the height dimension. The operation can be easily performed, and it is easy to use.
[0040]
In addition, you may combine suitably each structure of each said modification.
[0041]
Furthermore, contrary to the above-described embodiment, the back cover may be configured in a bag shape.
[0042]
Further, the spine is not completely transparent and may be translucent. This is because even if the spine is translucent, the headline can be viewed from the outside by inserting the spine. Moreover, if it does not stick to the form which inserts a back paper, it may be opaque.
[0043]
Furthermore, the thickness dimension of one outer surface material and outer surface material of the front cover and the back cover configured in a bag shape may be arbitrarily set, and the other thickness dimension formed by one plate-shaped resin is also set. It may be set arbitrarily. For example, the front cover is formed by bonding an inner surface material having a thickness dimension of 0.75 mm and an outer surface material having a thickness dimension of 0.38 mm, and the back cover is formed by a plate-shaped resin having a thickness dimension of 0.75 mm. Also good. In this case, the thickness dimension of the inner surface material of the front cover is larger than the thickness dimension of the outer surface material, and is the same as the thickness dimension of the back cover. That is, the sum of the thickness dimension of the inner surface material of the front cover and the thickness dimension of the outer surface material is larger than the thickness dimension of the back cover, and the inner surface material and thickness dimension of the thickness dimension of 0.8 mm as described above. The same effect as that of the embodiment including the front cover having a 0.4 mm outer surface material and the back cover having a thickness of 1.0 mm can be obtained.
[0044]
And when bonding a spine back to a back cover or a front cover, you may make it adhere | attach using an adhesive etc. instead of welding.
[0045]
In addition, a front cover or a back cover may be formed by folding a single resin sheet into a bag shape.
[0046]
In addition, various modifications may be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention, such as omitting the embossing of the spine cover surface.
[0047]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the backsheet can be accommodated in the spine cover, and the operation of forming the space for accommodation only needs to fold one sheet in two. Is less likely to occur and processability can be significantly improved. In addition, since it can be easily molded from a single sheet, it can be produced efficiently and contributes to cost reduction.
