Description

【0001】

[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-177754 (FIG. 4)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional flange back adjusting mechanism is configured as described above, and has the following problems.
(1) In the conventional flange back adjustment mechanism, the adjustment member is moved back and forth to adjust the flange back. On the other hand, there are a C mount type and a CS mount type for the monitoring lens, and each flange back is 17.526 mm for the C mount type and 12.5 mm for the CS mount type. In other words, in order to share the C mount type and the CS mount type, it is necessary to make the moving distance of the adjusting member at least 5.02 mm. Is required. However, if the gap is too wide, dust or the like may enter and adhere to the image sensor or the like.
[0005]
(2) In the conventional flange back adjustment mechanism, the pair of guide members prevent backlash at the time of flange back adjustment. However, in the conventional configuration, since a contact area is reduced by inserting a spring between the prism base member and the guide member, rattling occurs. For this reason, in the conventional configuration, the play is prevented by increasing the diameter of the pair of guide members to increase the contact area. However, in order to increase the diameter of the guide member, it is necessary to widen the width of the television camera, and the entire television camera is increased in size accordingly.
[0006]
(3) In the conventional flange back adjusting mechanism, the knob portion for rotating the adjusting member is also inserted into the television camera, so that the entire television camera is enlarged accordingly.
[0007]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to obtain a flange back adjustment mechanism capable of reducing the size of the entire camera and narrowing the gap with the outside to prevent entry of dust and the like. And

[0012]
Next, details of each part will be described. The configuration for preventing rattling of the flange back adjusting mechanism of the present invention effectively uses the gap in the optical axis direction of the front panel 2. That is, the guide shaft 8 is provided at a position away from the lens mount 7 of the front panel 2 and is inserted into the bearing portion 21 having a length that can slide by sliding with the guide shaft 8 to prevent backlash. It is carried out. Further, unlike the prior art, since no spring is inserted between the guide shaft 8 and the bearing portion 21, the sliding length between the guide shaft 8 and the bearing portion 21 can be made sufficiently long. A sufficient contact area that can prevent backlash can be obtained without increasing the thickness. That is, the width of the front panel 2 can be made narrower than before, and the entire camera can be downsized.
[0013]
Further, by providing the space portion 26 around the bearing portion 21 of the holder front 19, the flange back adjustment range can be widened, and the sliding length between the guide shaft 8 and the bearing portion 21 can be made longer. This prevents further backlash. Further, since the sliding range between the guide shaft 8 and the bearing portion 21 can be made sufficiently long, the flange back adjustment length can be set to 5.02 mm or more at least, and the C mount type and CS mount Any type of lens can be used.
[0014]
Further, by arranging the knob portion 25 of the adjustment ring 6 on the front surface of the front panel 2, the space in the front panel 2 is not taken up by the knob portion 25, and the entire front panel 2 can be downsized. Further, in the configuration of the present invention, only the gap between the insertion hole 23 and the adjustment ring 6 communicates with the outside, and if the gap between the insertion hole 23 and the adjustment ring 6 is narrowed, entry of dust or the like can be prevented. . Further, the E-ring 13 is attached to the tip of the shaft portion of the adjustment ring 6 via the front panel 2 and the holder 10 to prevent the adjustment ring 6 from coming off.
[0015]
