Description

【0001】

[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. The basic configuration of the local cleaning device is almost the same as the conventional example, and the local cleaning device main body A, the operation unit B for the user to select the operation, and the control controlled according to the signal from the operation unit Part (not shown) and a toilet seat C on which a user sits. As shown in FIG. 1, in the water supply path L1 that connects the water source 1 such as a water supply and the washing nozzle 5, the water source 1 A water tank 3, a water pump 4 and a cleaning liquid mixing unit 10 for storing the supplied water are inserted in this order. A water supply valve 2 that opens and closes the water supply path L1 is disposed between the water tank 3 and the water source 1.
[0011]
The water pump 4 changes the cleaning flow rate according to the control signal input from the control unit, and keeps it constant. The cleaning flow rate may be changed by channel cross-sectional area changing means, such as an electromagnetic flow valve, for changing the cross-sectional area of the channel in accordance with a signal from the control unit instead of controlling the water pump 4. The water pump 4 is not indispensable, and when the electromagnetic valve type water supply valve 2 is opened by operating the cleaning operation key, the cleaning water may be directly sent out by the supply water pressure. Further, the water tank 3 may be a hot water tank that can heat the water stored with a built-in heater, and the water supply is directly heated by a ceramic or seed type heater without using the hot water tank. Alternatively, it may be supplied to the cleaning nozzle 5. (Hereinafter described as water, it may be warm water)
The cleaning liquid supply unit is configured by inserting a backflow prevention valve 8 and a cleaning liquid supply means into a cleaning liquid path L2 connecting the cleaning liquid tank 6 serving as a cleaning liquid holding unit and the cleaning liquid mixing unit 10. The cleaning liquid supply path L <b> 2 is configured with, for example, a rubber hose and extends to near the bottom surface of the cleaning liquid tank 6. The cleaning liquid tank 6 is preferably formed of a transparent or translucent resin. This is because the remaining amount of the cleaning liquid can be visually confirmed. When the remaining amount of the cleaning liquid decreases, the user removes the cleaning liquid tank 6, replenishes the cleaning liquid, and attaches it again.
[0012]
As the cleaning liquid supply means, an agent pump 7 such as a gear pump or a diaphragm pump can be suitably used. As the backflow prevention valve 8, a direct acting or diaphragm type electromagnetic valve or a duckbill valve can be used. The backflow prevention valve 8 is preferably removable from the cleaning liquid supply path L2. This is because when the sticking or the like occurs, it can be removed to remove the sticking.
[0013]
And here, it branches from between the cleaning liquid mixing part 10 and the cleaning nozzle 5 in the water supply path L1, and is connected between the agent pump 7 as the cleaning liquid supply means in the cleaning liquid supply path L2 and the backflow prevention valve 8. A rinse path L3 is provided, and a rinse valve 11 for opening and closing the rinse path L3 is provided in the rinse path L3. As the rinse valve 11, for example, a normally closed electromagnetic valve can be used. In this case, since it is sufficient to energize the rinsing valve 11 only when the rinsing mode is executed, it is possible to prevent the coil from being heated.
[0014]
Here, the basic operation of the local cleaning apparatus will be described.
[0015]
First, when the local part is washed only with water, the user inputs the “local rinse” switch in the operation part B. At this time, the water supply valve 2 opens and the water pump 4 operates, but the agent pump 7 does not operate and the rinse valve 11 remains closed. Then, the water stored in the water tank 3 is jetted to the human body part as it is through the water supply path L1. This is the local rinsing operation.
[0016]
Next, when the local part is washed with the washing water mixed with the washing liquid, the user inputs the “detergent washing” switch at the operation part B. At this time, the water supply valve 2 is opened, the water pump 4 is operated, the agent pump 7 is further operated, and the rinse valve 11 is kept closed. Then, the water stored in the water tank 3 goes to the cleaning nozzle 5 through the water supply path L1, and the cleaning liquid is conveyed from the cleaning liquid tank 6 to the cleaning liquid mixing unit 10 by the agent pump 7, and the cleaning liquid is transferred from the cleaning liquid mixing unit 10 to the cleaning liquid. It is injected into the water flowing through the water supply path L1 and becomes washing water, and is ejected from the washing nozzle. This is a detergent cleaning operation, and the flow of water at this time is shown in FIG.
[0017]
Next, a case where the piping (in particular, the cleaning liquid supply path L2) is rinsed instead of cleaning the local portion will be described. As an operation at this time, the water supply valve 2 is opened, the water pump 4 is operated, the agent pump 7 is also operated, and the rinse valve 11 is also opened. Then, the water stored in the water tank 3 went to the washing nozzle 5 through the water supply path L1, and the water flowed from the branch portion 12 from the water supply path L1 of the rinse path L3 to the rinse path L3, and then flowed through the rinse path L3. Water enters the cleaning liquid supply path L2 and flows through this, and enters the water supply path L1 from the cleaning liquid mixing unit 10. A part of the water that has flowed through the water supply path L1 enters the rinse path L3 from the branching section 12, and the other is ejected from the cleaning nozzle 2. This is a pipe rinsing operation, and the flow of water at this time is shown in FIG. As can be seen from the flow of water shown in FIG. 3, this portion can be rinsed by flowing water through the cleaning liquid supply path L2.
[0018]
By the way, at the time of the pipe rinsing operation, as described above, the water supply valve 2 is opened, the water pump 4 is operated, the agent pump 7 is also operated, and the rinse valve 11 is also opened. To end the pipe rinsing operation, the water supply valve 2 is closed, the water pump 4 is stopped, the agent pump 7 is stopped, and the rinsing valve 11 is also closed. In particular, when the agent pump 7 is stopped and the rinsing valve 11 is closed at the same time, the conveyance of the cleaning liquid by the agent pump 7 is not stopped immediately. Therefore, the agent pump 7 with the rinse valve 11 closed. In other words, the cleaning liquid is transported, that is, the water pump 4 is stopped, but the water supply valve 2 is closed and the operation is the same as the detergent cleaning operation. As shown by the arrow a in FIG. Leaks from the cleaning liquid holding part 6, and the cleaning liquid is wasted and consumed quickly.
[0019]
Therefore, as shown in the timing chart of FIG. 5, when stopping the agent pump 7 by a certain time T1 before closing the rinsing valve 11, the water supply valve is in a state where the cleaning liquid is conveyed by the agent pump 7. It is possible to prevent the cleaning liquid from leaking out from the cleaning liquid holding section 6 due to the operation similar to the detergent cleaning operation due to the closing of 2.
[0020]
Next, another embodiment of the present invention will be described. This is the same as the above embodiment up to the point where the rinsing path L3 provided with the rinsing valve 11 is provided to enable the pipe rinsing of the cleaning liquid supply path L2, etc., but in this embodiment, hot water is further used for rinsing the pipe. Is. As shown in FIG. 6, in this embodiment, a hot water tank incorporating a heater 12 is used as the water tank 3, and the hot water heated in this hot water tank is used for pipe rinsing. By doing in this way, compared with the pipe rinsing by water, the detergent adhering to the pipe can be easily dissolved to prevent the detergent from adhering to the pipe more reliably.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the first aspect of the present invention, the water supply path leading to the cleaning liquid holding part for storing the cleaning liquid such as the detergent and the cleaning nozzle for jetting the cleaning water from the water supply port to the local part A cleaning liquid mixing unit that injects the cleaning liquid from the cleaning liquid holding unit and an agent pump that transports the cleaning liquid of the cleaning liquid holding unit to the cleaning liquid mixing unit, and from the cleaning liquid holding unit to the cleaning liquid mixing unit In the local cleaning apparatus provided with a rinsing path for supplying water for rinsing of the cleaning liquid supply path to the cleaning liquid supply path leading to, and a rinse valve in the rinsing path, the agent pump is driven and the rinse valve is opened to open the water supply path When finishing the pipe rinsing operation using the cleaning liquid supply path and the rinsing path, a control unit that closes the rinsing valve after a certain period of time after stopping the agent pump is provided, so that the detergent adheres in particular. Easy rinsing of piping such as the cleaning liquid supply path is possible, so that the detergent does not stick, and the agent pump and the rinsing valve are stopped simultaneously, so that the detergent leaks out immediately after the agent pump is stopped. This can prevent the cleaning liquid from being consumed.
[0022]
In the invention according to claim 2, it is disposed in the middle of the water supply path from the cleaning liquid holding part for storing the cleaning liquid such as the detergent and the cleaning nozzle for jetting the cleaning water from the water supply port to the local part. A cleaning liquid mixing section for injecting the cleaning liquid from the cleaning liquid holding section, and an agent pump for conveying the cleaning liquid of the cleaning liquid holding section to the cleaning liquid mixing section, and a cleaning liquid supply path from the cleaning liquid holding section to the cleaning liquid mixing section In a local cleaning apparatus provided with a rinse path for supplying rinsing water in the cleaning liquid supply path and a rinse valve in the rinse path, a hot water tank with a built-in heater is provided at the upstream end of the water supply path to perform a pipe rinsing operation. Since hot water from the hot water tank was used during the cleaning, it was possible to rinse the piping such as the cleaning liquid supply path where the detergent was particularly likely to stick, and the detergent was not stuck. It is possible to more anti-sticking of the detergent to further pipe by using a hot water rinse.
