量水器の流入側及び流出側給水管接続部にそれぞれ一端を接続し上下方向に螺旋状に巻回された2本の給水管の他端部を外周面からそれぞれ導出するとともにこの給水管の一端側に設けた引き上げ部の引き出し操作で前記量水器を上方に移動可能に収納する量水器筐であって、
上下面を開口した筒形状の本体上部と、
この本体上部の下端部を嵌合する拡径部を上部に形成するとともに外周面の中間部の2ヶ所に先端面に給水管挿通孔を開口した給水管引き出し用膨出部を有する本体下部と、
この本体下部の下面開口部を閉塞する本体底部と、
前記本体上部の上面開口部に嵌合されこの本体上部の外径に略一致する外径の枠体と、
この枠体に支持され地表面と略同一面に設置される開閉自在の蓋体と
を備え、
