Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pet trunk that is used when a pet is attached to a pet animal such as a dog or a monkey, and a drawstring is connected for a walk.
[0002]
[Prior art]
This type of body ring has been used in place of a collar to prevent the neck of a pet animal from being tightened, to prevent hair pain around the neck and to prevent the neck from coming off. A conventional body ring has a string body in which ends are separable by a buckle, and a string body is inserted through a cross portion when forming the collar part and the body ring part by forming the string body into an 8-shape. The thing of the structure provided with the support plate in which the hole was formed, and the connection ring which has a rectangular cyclic | annular part which lets the cross part of the string inserted through the support plate pass is known (for example, refer to patent documents 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-262178
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional body ring has a structure in which the support plate and the connecting ring are separated before the cord body is assembled. Therefore, when the cord body is inserted, first, one end side of the cord body is supported. Insert the plate through one of the opposing string body insertion holes, and then submerge the rectangular annular portion of the connecting ring, and then insert it into the other string body insertion hole. There is a drawback that not only the number of work for assembling the string body is increased, but also it is very troublesome. Further, since the rectangular annular portion of the connecting ring through which the cross part of the string body passes projects from the cross part of the string on the back side of the support plate to the back side of the animal, Troubles such as hair pain and hair loss may occur between the rectangular annular portion and the cross portion of the string, and improvements are desired by pet dogs and the like.
[0005]
Therefore, in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks and demands, the present invention reduces the number of work for assembling the string body to facilitate the assembling work of the string body, and troubles such as hair pain and hair loss due to the pinching of the back of the animal. It is intended to provide a pet torso that can eliminate the problem.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The technical means of the present invention for solving this technical problem comprises a buckle for connection / separation operation, and a string body for forming a collar part and a trunk part as a figure-eight; A support plate having a string body insertion hole through which a cross portion of the string body is formed; and a connecting ring for connecting a draw string fixed to the support plate via an attachment member. The ring attachment member is covered with a cross portion of the string on the back side of the support plate.
[0007]
According to this configuration, since it is possible to save the trouble of inserting the string body into the connecting ring, it is possible to reduce the number of times of assembling the string body and to facilitate the assembling process of the string body. Further, since the attachment member of the connecting ring is covered with the cross portion of the string on the back side of the support plate, the back hair of the animal is not pinched between the attachment member and the support plate, and the back hair of the animal Troubles such as pain and hair loss can be resolved.
In addition, the technical means of the present invention is that the support plate is configured such that the attachment portion of the connection ring is formed of a metal plate, and the connection ring is rotatably fixed to the metal plate of the support plate via an attachment member. It is characterized by being.
[0008]
According to this configuration, the strength against tension and bending acting on the support plate to which the connecting ring is fixed can be sufficiently maintained. In addition, since the connecting ring can freely rotate with respect to the support plate, even if the animal moves to the left and right and back and forth with respect to the puller, the pulling string can be made to follow reasonably. It can be firmly fixed.
Further, according to the technical means of the present invention, the support plate has a shape in which the leading edge contour shape and the trailing edge contour shape are different, and the string member insertion hole is slightly different from the directly-facing relationship position in the cross direction of the string member. It is characterized by being opposed to each other.
[0009]
According to this configuration, when the torso is attached to the animal, the difference between the front edge contour shape and the rear edge contour shape of the support plate is a guide for the attachment direction, and can be easily attached in a normal state. . Further, when the string body tries to shift, the string body insertion hole forcing the string body to be twisted by the string body insertion hole that is disposed slightly opposite from the position of the cross-facing direct relationship, moving the frictional resistance of the cords increases with respect to the deviation movement of the cords is suppressed relative to the support plate, after mounting on animals Ru is suppressed loosening or displacement of Harnesses.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 to 4 show a first embodiment of a body ring of the present invention. The trunk ring of the present invention includes the string body 1, the support plate 2, and the connecting ring 3 as main constituent members.
The string 1 is made of natural leather, synthetic leather, synthetic resin such as nylon and acrylic, or a flat string made of a composite material thereof. The string 1 is attached with a buckle 4 for connecting / separating operation and a buckle 5 for adjusting the length, and the entire string 1 is formed into a figure 8 and the collar 6 and the trunk 7 are formed. In order to adjust the overall length according to the size of each animal, the length adjusting portion 1a is provided in the middle of the trunk portion 7, for example. The buckle 4 is composed of a male member 4b having elastic locking pieces 4a on both sides and a female member 4d having locking holes 4c on both sides, and the elastic locking pieces 4a on both sides of the male member 4b are compressed in the male state. The member 4b is pushed into the female member 4d, and the elastic locking pieces 4a on both sides of the male member 4b are connected to each other by expanding and restoring into the locking holes 4c on both sides of the female member 4d. A known one-touch type which is performed by pulling out the male member 4b from the female member 4d while pressing the elastic locking pieces 4a on both sides of the male member 4b to retract from the locking holes 4c on both sides of the female member 4d. Although employed, other configurations may be employed. The buckle 5 is of a type that maintains the length after adjustment by adjusting the length of the string body 1 to an uninterrupted floor, and in this embodiment, a sun-shaped frame frame is adopted. Other configurations may be employed.
[0011]
As shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, the support plate 2 is entirely made of a metal plate, or at least the attachment portion of the connecting ring 3 is made of a metal plate, and is appropriately made of resin 2a. It is set as the structure covered. As shown in FIG. 2, the support plate 2 is formed with four string body insertion holes 8 through which a cross portion of the string body 1 having an 8-shaped shape is inserted so as to be substantially opposed in the cross direction. is there. Each string body insertion hole 8 has a linear or arcuate slit shape, and the length and width of the slit shape are larger than the width and thickness of the string body 1. In the case of the straight string body insertion hole 8, those facing each other in the cross direction are arranged substantially in parallel. In the case of the arc-shaped string body insertion hole 8, the center of the arc facing the cross direction is arranged. Is arranged so as to be located inside. These string body insertion holes 8 that face each other in the cross direction may be arranged at a directly-facing relationship position, but are preferably arranged at a slightly shifted position or angle from the facing-facing position. In the latter case, the moving frictional resistance of the string body 1 can be increased, and the effect of suppressing the displacement of the string body 1 with respect to the support plate 2 can be increased. As shown in FIG. 2, the support plate 2 has a substantially horizontally long elliptical outline shape, and has a configuration in which recesses 2 b are provided on both the left and right side edges and the rear edge to remove surplus. Thus, by setting the contour shapes of the front and rear edges of the support plate 2 to be different shapes, it can be used as a guide in the front-rear direction at the time of mounting on the animal. Further, as shown in FIG. 3A, the support plate 2 is curved in an arc shape so that the back surface is directed toward the front surface and the central portion is high and the left and right sides are low. With this shape, the support plate 2 can be fitted and brought into contact with the back of the animal, and the string body 1 inserted through the support plate 2 can be attached in close contact with the torso of the animal.
[0012]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3A and 3B, the connecting ring 3 is composed of a metal ring, preferably a split ring for a key chain, and is inserted into the locking hole 9a of the mounting member 9 and locked. It is. As shown in FIG. 3B, the mounting member 9 has a boss portion 9b and an annular portion 9c formed integrally with the boss portion 9b to form the locking hole 9a. The attachment shaft 9e is inserted into the attachment hole 9d formed in 9b and the attachment hole 2c of the metal plate of the support plate 2 and is prevented from coming off by the bulging engagement portions 9f at both ends of the connection shaft 9e. The plate 2 is firmly and rotatably connected. The bulge locking portion 9f may be formed by caulking or the like at the same time after insertion of the connecting shaft 9e, or may be formed at one end first, and the other may be formed by caulking or the like after insertion of the connecting shaft 9e. .
[0013]
1st Embodiment consists of the above structure, the connection ring 3 is fixed to the support plate 2 via the attachment member 9 so that rotation is possible, the string 1 is curved in a U shape, and the collar part 6 is attached. Are formed, crossed at both ends and inserted into the opposing string body insertion holes 8 of the support plate 2, and a female member 4 d of the buckle 4 is fixed to one end of the string body 1, and the other end of the string body 1 is fixed to the other end of the string body 1. Is inserted into the male member 4b of the buckle 4 and then turned back, inserted again into the buckle 5, and the folded portion between the buckle 5 and the male member 4b of the buckle 4 is inserted into the length adjusting portion 1a. As a finished product. The case where this is mounted on an animal will be described with reference to FIGS. First, the collar portion 6 of the string 1 is inserted into the animal neck so that the support plate 2 is on the animal back. At this time, the collar portion 6 is made larger than the size of the neck portion of the animal, and after being inserted into the neck portion, the collar portion 6 is reduced and adjusted. The reduction of the collar portion 6 is performed by drawing one end or both ends of the string body 1 through the string body insertion hole 8 of the support plate 2. Next, both ends of the string 1 are turned from the back of the animal to the abdomen through the trunk, and the male member 4b of the buckle 4 is pushed into the female member 4d to form the trunk ring portion 7 and temporarily attached. Then, the length adjusting portion 1a and the length adjusting buckle 5 are operated to reduce and adjust the size of the torso portion 7 so as to closely fit the torso portion of the animal. This completes the installation. Thereafter, the drawstring 10 is locked to the connecting ring 3 and pulled for a walk or the like. It should be noted that the adjustment of the buckle 5 may be performed only the first time it is attached to the animal, and from the next time onward, no adjustment is required unless the physique of the animal changes. In the body ring of the first embodiment, the back surface of the attachment member 9 of the connecting ring 3 is covered with the cross-shaped portion of the string body 1 in a state of being attached to an animal, and does not come into contact with the back of the animal. Therefore, troubles such as hair pain and hair loss due to pinching can be prevented. In addition, since the connecting ring 3 is rotatably attached to the support plate 2, even if the animal moves back and forth and right and left of the trigger, the pulling string 10 follows the movement of the animal without difficulty. Can be reduced. Furthermore, since the string body insertion hole 8 of the support plate 2 is slightly displaced from the cross-facing position, the moving frictional resistance of the string body 1 with respect to the support plate 2 can be increased. After being attached to the animal, looseness and displacement of the collar portion 6 and the trunk ring portion 7 of the string body 1 are prevented.
[0014]
Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. In this embodiment, as compared with the first embodiment, the width dimension in the left and right both sides of the support plate 2 is made larger than the width dimension in the front-rear direction. The overall contour shape is provided with a shallow dish-shaped recess 2d on the front edge, a large arc-shaped recess 2e on the rear edge, and small arc-shaped recesses 2f, 2f on the left and right sides. Further, the string insertion hole 8 is formed in a straight slit shape, and is disposed so as to be opposed to the position where the slit is formed by slightly shifting the slit forming angle α. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0015]
FIGS. 6-8 shows 3rd Embodiment, This embodiment differs in the shape of the support plate 20 from the said 1st and 2nd embodiment. That is, the support plate 20 includes a top plate portion 21 and a bottom plate portion 22, and a front wall portion 23 and a rear wall portion 24 that connect them, and a string member is inserted between the top plate portion 21 and the bottom plate portion 22. The hole 25 is formed so as to penetrate the support plate 20 in the left-right direction, and the whole is a metal (for example, copper, brass, bronze, other copper alloys, aluminum, aluminum alloys, stainless alloys, titanium alloys, other metals). , Or other metal alloys, etc.) and are integrally formed by casting, joining or other manufacturing methods. And the connection ring 3 is rotatably attached to the attachment hole 26 formed in the top-plate part 21 via the attachment member 9 similarly to the said 1st Embodiment (refer FIG. 7 (A) (B)). ). In addition, an opening hole 27 is formed in the center portion of the bottom plate portion 22 as shown in FIG. The string body insertion hole 25 is provided with, for example, side wall portions 28 and 29 for connecting the top plate portion 21 and the bottom plate portion 22 at substantially central portions on both right and left sides, and the side wall portions 28 and 29 distribute the cord in the front-rear direction. The body 1 may be inserted in a cross shape. The side wall portions 28 and 29 may be replaced with pins. The configurations of the string body 1 and the connecting ring 3 are the same as those in the first and second embodiments.
[0016]
The third embodiment is configured as described above. Compared to the case where the string body insertion holes 8 are provided in the cross direction in the support plate 2 as in the first and second embodiments, the support plate The string body insertion hole 25 is formed by penetrating 20 itself in the left-right direction, so that the width dimension L in the left-right direction of the support plate 20 can be reduced (see FIG. 6). Moreover, the back surface side of the attachment member 9 of the connection ring 3 and the cross part of the string 1 can be covered in the support plate 20, and the hair on the back of the animal is not pinched (FIGS. 7A and 7B). reference). Furthermore, when the string body 1 is inserted into the string body insertion hole 25 of the support plate 20, the top plate portion 21 and the bottom plate portion 22 can be smoothly inserted as guide surfaces. When the pull string connected to the connection ring 3 is pulled, the string 1 in which the support plate 20 is lifted from the back of the animal and is turned around the neck and torso of the animal is squeezed as shown by a chain line in FIG. Are pressed against the end of the front wall portion 23 and the end of the rear wall portion 24 of the support plate 20 to increase the movement frictional resistance of the string body 1, and the displacement movement of the string body 1 with respect to the support plate 20 is suppressed. After being mounted on, the looseness and displacement of the collar portion 6 and the trunk portion 7 are suppressed. Further, as shown in FIG. 8, an opening hole 27 is formed in the central portion of the bottom plate portion 22 of the support plate 20, so that when the attachment member 9 of the connecting ring 3 is fixed to the support plate 20, the opening A tool can be inserted into the hole 27 and fixed, and the fixing work can be facilitated. Further, by using the opening hole 27, a separate sheet 30 such as a name plate provided with an identification mark or decoration, a soft protective sheet, or the like is detachably mounted using elastic deformation of the locking projection 31. (See FIG. 8). The method of attaching the trunk to the animal in the third embodiment is the same as the method described in the first embodiment. Further, the function of the trunk when it is led for a walk is the same as that of the first embodiment.
[0017]
9 and 10 show the fourth embodiment. The third embodiment is different from the third embodiment in that the string insertion hole 25 of the support plate 20 is inserted in the central portion between the front and rear wall portions 23 and 24. It has a vertical width approximately twice as large as the thickness of the string body to be formed, and a portion having a vertical width substantially the same as the thickness of the string body 1 to be inserted is formed near the front and rear wall portions 23 and 24. .
Specifically, when the four corner portions 22C of the bottom plate portion 22 are recessed in the direction of the top plate portion 21, the vertical distance (width) between the top plate portion 21 and the bottom plate portion 22 is narrowed and is substantially the same as the thickness of the string body 1. It is said that.
[0018]
As a result, the string body insertion hole 25 of the support plate 20 has a vertical width at the cross portion of the string body 1 that is approximately twice the thickness of the string body. When doing so, the string body 1 can be freely moved in the longitudinal direction. On the other hand, since the width in the vertical direction is substantially the same as the thickness of the string body 1 near the front and rear walls 23 and 24 of the string body insertion hole 25, the movement in the width direction of the string body 1 is restricted after the attachment. The cross (distribution) state of the body 1 can be suitably maintained, and displacement of the support plate 20 with respect to the string body 1 can be prevented. Further, when the concave shape of the four corner portions 22C as shown in FIG. 9 (the shape in which the bottom plate portion 22 other than the four corner portions 22C bulges in a rhombus shape) is provided, there is an effect as a guide for guiding the string body 1. In addition, the same effect can also be acquired by attaching a spacer other than the method of recessing the four corner portions 22C as described above.
[0019]
As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was explained in full detail, this invention is not limited to the said 1st-4th embodiment. For example, the contour shape of the support plate can be a flower shape, heart shape, spade shape, clover shape, ginkgo leaf shape, rhombus shape, or any other shape, and can be colored in any color or with various patterns and decorations. The difference of individuality can be put out by applying. The same applies to the string 1. In addition, about the magnitude | size of a support plate, the width | variety and length of a string body, the magnitude | size of a connection ring, etc., the thing of multiple sizes is provided corresponding to the magnitude | size of an animal, etc. Further, the support plate 20 in the third embodiment may be entirely made of resin, and a reinforcing metal plate may be provided on the attachment portion of the connecting ring 3 in the top plate portion 21.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, it is possible to simplify the assembling work of the string body by reducing the number of work of assembling the string body in the pet trunk, and to solve problems such as hair pain and hair loss caused by the pinching of the back of the animal. can do.
