Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention particularly relates to a decorative seal that is recognizable to both visually impaired and healthy persons.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a decorative sticker pasted on a letter such as a New Year's card, for example, one disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-19966 is known.
[0003]
Further, as a decorative label that makes it easy to see a pattern or a contour of a character when viewed from any direction, for example, a label disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-356951 is known.
[0004]
However, the conventional decorative stickers and labels as described above are easy to use for healthy people, but the visually impaired person can use them to seal New Year's gift bags, etc. Has a problem that it is difficult to use for visually handicapped people because it is flat and difficult to understand and what is represented is not displayed.
[0005]
Recently, it has been desired to make the visually impaired and healthy persons barrier-free. Seals and labels that can be recognized by both visually impaired and healthy persons by displaying braille on the surface of the base material 2001-51590 and Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-242788 have been developed, both of which are for displaying the contents and specifications of products, and both visually impaired and healthy persons (sighted persons) There were no decorative seals that could be used.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made paying attention to the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a decorative seal that can be recognized by both visually impaired and healthy persons.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a decorative seal according to the present invention is a decorative seal that can be recognized by a visually impaired person and a healthy person, through a backing mount and an adhesive layer provided on the back side. And a base material provided with a design part that is temporarily attached to the mount and formed with a plurality of designs projecting on the surface side, and an explanation unit that displays the description of the design in braille. In the vicinity of the peripheral portion of the symbol, a cutting line is provided to reach the mount, the symbol is made detachable from the mount, and the symbols have the same shape in one row and are different. A plurality of shapes are arranged, and the explanation portion is provided at an end portion of the base material with the design portions arranged in the plurality of rows in between .
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. FIG. 1 is a plan view of a decorative seal, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line II-II in FIG.
As shown in the figure, the decorative seal 2 is mainly composed of a base 4 for peeling and a base 6.
[0009]
The base material 6 is provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 8 on the back surface, and is stuck to the mount 4 in a peelable state via the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 8. Hereinafter, it is referred to as temporary attachment because it is attached so as to be peelable.
On the other hand, the surface side of the base material 6 is provided with a pattern portion 12 composed of a plurality of symbols 10, a description portion 14 displaying the description of the symbol 10 in Braille, and a score line 16.
[0010]
In the example of FIG. 1, the symbol 10 is a cat symbol 10A, 10A,..., The second symbol is a fish symbol 10B, 10B..., And the third symbol is a tulip symbol 10C. The explanation part 14 is formed at the beginning and the end of the row sandwiching the design portion 12 on which the design 10A, 10B, 10C of each row is formed. The explanation part 14 is a display part for explaining the explanation of the symbol 10 in braille. The explanation corresponding to each column, that is, the symbol 10A in the first column is “CAT”, and the symbol in the second column is “ In the third column, the indication “flower” is described in braille.
The design part 14 and the explanation part 14 displayed in braille are formed in a three-dimensional manner by a known method such as screen printing using a varnish or the like and repeated printing such that ink is solidified with a UV irradiator. Has been. Therefore, for visually handicapped persons, the type of the symbol 10 can be confirmed by the braille displayed in the explanation section 14, and the symbol 10 is also three-dimensionally shaped, so that the symbol 10 can be confirmed by touch (feeling of a fingertip). Identification becomes easy.
In addition, for a healthy person (a sighted person), the three-dimensionally shaped pattern 10 can be visually confirmed.
[0011]
The cut line 16 is a cut part surrounding the periphery of each symbol 10 in a square shape, and is applied from the surface side of the substrate 6 to the front of the mount 4 by cutting the adhesive layer 8. ing. Therefore, each of the symbols 10A, 10B, 10C surrounded by the cut line 16 can be peeled off from the mount 4.
[0012]
Next, when a visually handicapped person uses such a decorative sticker 2, if the description part 14 displayed in Braille is touched with a finger to select a column of a desired pattern 10 and the finger is moved along the column, Since the symbol 10 is also three-dimensionally molded, the desired symbol 10 can be selected.
[0013]
When the desired design 10 is selected and the decorative seal 2 is bent along the cut line 16, the design 10 portion including the peripheral portion from the base material 6 temporarily attached to the mount 4 via the adhesive layer 8 is used. Since it is peeled off, it can be used as a seal for New Year's gift bags or can be attached to small items such as eyeglass cases or stationery at one point.
[0014]
Since the pattern 10 attached to an accessory or the like is three-dimensionally molded, it looks better as a decoration than a conventional planar decorative seal.
[0015]
In the present embodiment, the description unit 14 is formed at the beginning and end of the row. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and may be provided at one end (the beginning or end of the row).
[0016]
Moreover, although the cat 10 and fish were demonstrated as the symbol 10, it is needless to say that it is not limited to this, and can also be a figure such as a star shape or an arrow, a photograph, or an illustration.
[0017]
FIG. 3 is a plan view corresponding to FIG. 1, showing another embodiment of the present invention.
In the following description, the same parts as those in the previous embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
[0018]
In the decorative seal 20, different symbols 10 are formed on the surface side of the base material 6, and explanation portions 14 displayed in braille above and below the symbols 10 (up and down in FIG. 3). .
[0019]
The cut line 22 is provided in accordance with the shape of the symbol 10. That is, the cut line 22 is provided along the shape of the cat or the outer shape of the fish, and when the decorative seal 20 is bent along the cut line 22, only the design 10 from the base material 6 temporarily attached to the mount 4 is obtained. Since it is peeled off, it is more attractive than the previous embodiment in which the symbol part including the peripheral part is peeled off at the same time.
[0020]
Moreover, since the description part 14 is formed on both sides of the design 10, the position where the design 10 is present (the position where the design 10 is temporarily attached) becomes clearer, so that each shape can be recognized more reliably. .
[0021]
In addition, the description part 14 with respect to the symbol 10 may be provided either above or below the symbol 10 (upper or lower in FIG. 3), and a plurality of types of symbols 10 and the explanation part 14 of the symbol 10 are provided. By arranging them alternately, it becomes possible to arrange many symbols 10 on the base material 2, and the type of each symbol 10 becomes clear.
[0022]
Other configurations, operations, and effects are substantially the same as those of the previous embodiment, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
[0023]
As described above, a visually handicapped person can select the desired design 10 that is three-dimensionally shaped after confirming the description part 14 displayed in braille with the touch (feel of the fingertips). In this case, since it can be selected by looking at the pattern 10, it is a decorative sheet that is easy to see for both visually impaired and healthy persons.
[0024]
Moreover, since the pattern 10 peeled off from the mount 4 is three-dimensionally molded, it has a three-dimensional appearance and looks good even if it is used as a seal on a gift bag or a small item.
[0025]
In the present invention, the “columns” in FIGS. 1 and 3 are limited to the vertical direction. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and may be the horizontal direction.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
The decorative seal according to the present invention is provided with a plurality of symbols projecting on the surface side of the base material and an explanation unit displaying the explanation of the symbols in Braille. Since the desired three-dimensionally shaped design can be selected with the touch after confirmation, there is an effect that it is easy to use for visually handicapped persons and healthy persons.
[0027]
Furthermore, since the pattern part peeled off from the mount is three-dimensionally molded, there is an effect that even if it is attached to a seal or an accessory at one point, it has a three-dimensional effect and looks good.
