Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention belongs to the technical field of an apparatus and a welding / press-in method for welding a steel member of a unit length in order and press-fitting into a ground in a place where a space restriction, particularly a height restriction is imposed by an upper structure .
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, steel members such as steel pipe piles used for the repair and reinforcement of railway bridges, road bridges, or general existing buildings have been shortened to a certain unit length due to the upper spatial constraints. Therefore, a press-fitting method in which steel members are joined mainly by welding and press-fitted into the ground using a press-fitting device such as a hydraulic jack has been implemented.
[0003]
FIG. 11 shows a conventional press-fitting method using a press-fitting device. The first steel member W 1 is press-fitted using a hydraulic jack J which took a reaction force to the upper structure B, and joint K stacking the following steel member W 2 on the steel member W 1 Weld and further press fit. Then, from the stage where the stroke of the hydraulic jack J becomes maximum, the spacers S are sequentially added to perform press-fitting to a desired depth.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The press-fitting method using the steel member press-fitting device described above has the following problems.
[0005]
(A) When steel members used in railway bridges, road bridges, and general existing buildings are renovated and reinforced, the upper working space is constrained when there is an existing upper structure and the height is restricted. Inevitably, the member length L is shortened to a certain unit length, so that the number of joints increases and the work period becomes longer due to the welding operation.
[0006]
(B) Although joining of steel members is mainly performed by welding, in order to reduce the number of welding operations, it is advantageous to make the member length L as long as possible. Therefore, since the joining position H (height above the ground) between the steel members can be suppressed as low as possible, the working environment such as the working posture becomes severe and quality control becomes very difficult.
[0007]
(C) When the upper structure B or a member attached to the existing structure is used as a reaction force, the hydraulic jack J is installed under the existing structure B. Only the member length L is further shortened and the number of joints is increased.
[0008]
(D) In the press-fitting process, due to the limit of the stroke of the hydraulic jack, after the jack stroke reaches the maximum, it is necessary to press-fit several press-fitting spacers while sequentially adding them. Compared to the case where there are no restrictions, the man-hours and the construction period are greatly increased.
[0009]
(E) Since it is necessary to alternately perform welding joining work and press-fitting work, the work is mixed, the process is prolonged, work efficiency is not improved, and an irrational work is performed.
[0010]
(F) The welding joining work is generally performed by an arc welding method by a welder. In some cases, a welding robot is used for labor saving, but since the welding robot also performs only the arc welding part, the work period of the joining work is not improved so much and the work period of the whole work is not greatly reduced.
[0011]
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art , that is, in a place where a steel member manufactured to a certain unit length is subjected to a spatial restriction due to an existing structure existing above . We provide welding and press-fitting methods that can be used in common for both the welding process and press-fitting process, and that can be carried out quickly and reasonably without the need for setup change, and the welding and press-fitting methods that are performed using this equipment. It is to be.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As means for solving the above problems, a welding / press-in apparatus for steel members according to the invention described in claim 1 is:

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the welding and the press-fitting devices and welding and press-fitting method of a steel member according to the invention described in claim 1 3 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 10.
[0019]
The steel member welding and press-fitting device shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has a caster 4 on the bottom surface of a rigid frame 1 having a U-shape with one side opened on the right side when viewed in a plane direction as shown in FIG. constructed by mounting each component to the mobile frame which is movable mounted, that have portability. Guides 2 and 3 are provided in the vertical direction on the inner side surfaces of the arm portions facing each other of the rigid frame 1, and can be moved up and down along the U-shaped guide grooves formed in the guides 2 and 3. A pair of upper and lower annular clamping mechanisms 10 and 20 having clamping means for gripping the manufactured member W are disposed.
[0020]
The upper clamp mechanism 10 and the lower clamp mechanism 20 are each composed of semi-annular fixed portions 11 and 21 guided by the pair of guides 2 and 3, and semi-annular movable portions 12 and 22, respectively. As shown in FIG. 2, the ring body surrounding the outer periphery of the steel member W has a form equivalent to a half. The movable portion 12 and 22 is supported by stop rotatably to one end of the fixing portion 11 and 21 respectively at one end by fixing pins 13 and 23, the same fixing unit 11 by the other end to attach and detach the closing pin 14, 24 , Ru Tei attached openably to the other end of 21. In the upper and lower clamping mechanisms 10 and 20 that form an annular shape, hydraulic jacks 15 and 25 for clamping that grip or release the steel member W are installed in an inward centripetal arrangement.
[0021]
A plurality of upset actuators 5, 5,... Are connected between the pair of upper and lower clamp mechanisms 10, 20 in parallel with the guides 2, 3 , via insulating materials. Actuator 5 for upset, which upon flash welding to be described later serves also as a function of pressure (upset) the junction K of the steel member W, then the ability to press fit the steel member W in the ground, the hydraulically hydraulic reciprocating type jack for expansion and contraction is being used. However, the upset actuator 5 as long to achieve the previous SL functions, not limited to the hydraulic jack operated by hydraulic pressure. Any actuator that can perform displacement / weight control may be used. In the case of the illustrated example, the cylinder portion 5a of the upset actuator 5 is fixed to the upper clamp mechanism 10 and the rod portion 5b is attached to the lower clamp mechanism 20, but it can also be implemented in an upside down manner. The reaction force receiving portions 7 project from the upper portion of the upper clamping mechanism 10 at a position immediately above each upset actuator 5 or in the vicinity thereof. However, the reaction force receiving portion 7 may be mounted and implemented in a free state by a pin mechanism or the like so as to be able to cope with level inconsistency due to the inclination of the upper structure B or other causes.
[0022]
The upset actuator 5 configured as described above has a pressurizing capacity of 30 to 50 N / mm 2 per cross-sectional area required at the time of upset. For example, when the cross-sectional area of the steel member W is 20000 mm 2 , the pressing is performed so as to have a pressure capacity of 600 KN to 1000 KN. The upset actuator 5 is a mechanism that realizes an operation speed of 30 mm / SEC required during upset.
[0023]
Cylinder mounting portions 2a and 3a are formed in a horizontal arm shape on the upper part of the guides 2 and 3 described above, and a cylinder upper end portion of a lifting cylinder 6 which is a lifting means driven by hydraulic pressure is attached. The lower end portion 6 a of the output rod of the elevating cylinder 6 is attached to the lower clamping mechanism 20.
[0024]

The welding transformer 9 is connected to a power supply device (not shown).
[0025]
Next, the welding and press-fitting method implemented using the steel member press-fitting device configured as described above will be described.
[0026]
First, FIG. 3, for setting the steel member W 1 to the welding-indentation device, the movable portion 12 and 22 of the pair of upper and lower clamping mechanisms 10, 20 open approximately 180 °, using a construction machine such as a crane (not shown) the steel member W 1 that hung Te, moved in the horizontal direction indicates a step to position hanging to the welding-pressed position.
[0027]
FIG. 4 closes the movable parts 12 and 22 of the upper and lower clamp mechanisms 10 and 20, retracts the elevating cylinder 6 to the limit, lifts (raises) the lower clamp mechanism 20, and then rods the upset actuator 5. the part 5b by extending action, the clamping mechanism 10 of the upper increased the reaction force receiving section 7 shows the step of taking the reaction force by intimate contact with the reaction force receiving section 7 above the superstructure B. In this step, the plurality of clamping hydraulic jack 25 clamped thereby grasp the steel member W 1 is actuated (see FIG. 2) of the lower clamping mechanism 20.
[0028]
5, by extending operating the actuator 5 for upsetting downwards, shows the steps of advancing one step press-fitting operation of the steel member W 1. At this time, the elevating cylinder 6 is in a floating state. The press-fitting operation may be performed statically or may be performed dynamically in an oscillating state in which the upset actuator 5 is vibrated in the vertical direction (the invention according to claim 3 ). When the press-fitting operation is performed while vibrating, the output for press-fitting can be reduced.
[0029]
One step of the press-fitting work of the steel member is performed until the stroke of the upset actuator 5 is maximized. Thereafter, the clamping hydraulic jack 25 of the lower clamping mechanism 20 is released to an unclamped state, and the lower clamping mechanism 20 is moved upward by contracting the raising / lowering cylinder 6 to perform reordering. In a state where the upsetting actuator 5 again the most contracted to clamp the steel member W 1 by operating the clamping hydraulic jacks 25 of the lower clamping mechanism 20 again performs the press-fitting work of the second step. By repeating several times this press-fitting operation, press-fitting the steel member W 1 to a predetermined depth position.
[0030]
6, to set the steel member W 2 having the next order, and upper and lower re-opened the clamping mechanism 10 and 20, the appropriate stroke of the clamping position and upset actuator 5 to the flash welding joint K after adjusting shows a stage Komu hanging steel member W 2 into the device. In FIG. 7, the upper and lower clamping mechanisms 10 and 20 are closed to complete the setting, and the steel members W 1 and W 2 are clamped by the clamping hydraulic jacks 15 and 25 of the upper and lower clamping mechanisms 10 and 20 to make the steel. connect the welding electrodes 8 to be described later to a predetermined position of the member W 2 (see FIG. 9) shows a step of performing a flash welding. The flash welding process is shown in FIG.
[0031]
In FIG. 9A, two steel members W 1 and W 2 that are vertically opposed to each other are clamped by upper and lower clamping mechanisms 10 and 20, respectively, and welding electrodes 8 and 8 connected to a welding transformer 9 are connected. showing a state of connecting the junction vicinity of the steel member W 1, W 2.
[0032]
FIG. 9B shows that the two steel members W 1 and W 2 are stacked and brought into contact with each other, the two steel members W 1 and W 2 are butted at the joint K, and the welding transformer 9 to the welding electrode. 8 and 8 show a stage in which a large current is intermittently applied to perform flash heating.
[0033]
FIG. 9C shows a stage where the upsetting actuator 5 is operated to pressurize the joints K of the two steel members W 1 and W 2 to complete flash welding.
[0034]
When the flash welding is finished, as described with reference to FIG. 4 again, the upper and lower clamp mechanisms 10 and 20 are put into an unclamped state, and the lower clamp mechanism 20 is raised to the upper limit by the lifting cylinder 6. Then the actuator 5 for upset by expansion operation, the reaction force receiving portion 7 of the clamping mechanism 10 of the upper to the state taking the reaction force to the upper structure B. Then, as shown in FIG. 8, clamp the steel member W 2 at the bottom of the clamping mechanism 20 is to initiate the stuffing step.
[0035]
Thereafter, if necessary, the press-fitting process and the flash welding process described above are repeated for a required number of steel members, a steel pipe pile having a predetermined length is constructed, and the press-fitting work is completed. When flash welding is used, a specific burr is generated. If this burr is inconvenient in terms of appearance or structure, it is cut using a die (not shown) attached to the joint surface side of the upper and lower clamp mechanisms 10 and 20. Also do.
[0036]
FIG. 10 shows a comparison of the lengths of steel members in the case of using the welding / press-in method according to the present invention and the conventional method in comparison with the left and right. In the conventional method shown on the right side, the unit length (member length L) of the steel member is restricted to be short by the length of the jack J for press-fitting and the lower limit position of the joint portion K that can be welded. However, according to the method of the present invention shown on the left side, the lower part of the steel member is clamped by the lower clamp mechanism 20 to perform press-fitting, and the press-fitting actuator 5 is arranged in parallel with the steel member. The unit length L of the steel member can be increased.
[0037]
Since flash welding is used for welding the joint K, the welding technician does not need to monitor the welding situation as in arc welding, and welding is performed automatically. It can be lowered to just before, and the member length L of the steel member can be increased.
[0038]
However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various embodiments are possible within the scope of design and application normally performed by those skilled in the art. For example, by changing the shape of the clamp mechanism, the steel member shape can be applied not only to the cylindrical shape but also to steel members with various cross-sectional shapes, such as H-shaped cross-sectional shape, box-shaped cross-sectional shape, or corrugated shape member. Of course. The present invention can also be applied to a concrete member such as a PC pile having a steel portion at the end.
[0039]
