【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、住宅の玄関と、ペットの生活空間領域との間に設けられたペット共生住宅の玄関室及びそれを備えたペット共生住宅に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
少子高齢化といわれる最近の社会状況では、家族の一員としてのペットの需要が増加しており、それに伴って、飼い主のペットに対する躾やマナー等も厳しく問われる傾向にある。

一般的な住宅では玄関室が設けられており、そこに階段、廊下、室内扉等の複数の通路を介して各部屋に通じていることが多い。従って、住居内で犬等のペットを自由に放し飼いしている住宅ではペットは玄関室に容易に出て行くことが出来るようになっているのが一般である。

ペットは、宅配人、郵便配達人、新聞配達人、客人等の不意の来訪者があった場合には、その縄張り意識から、威嚇のために近接したり或いは吠えたりして、来訪者に不快感や不安感を与える恐れがあり、このような行為を防ぐために、図７に示すように、玄関室５１に至る通路の各所にペット用の複数の補助扉５２を設けて住居内で放し飼いにしたペットが玄関室５１に飛び出さないようにしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前述の従来例では、飼い主は来訪者を玄関室５１に招き入れる前に住居内で自由に放し飼いにされたペットの所在を確認し、玄関室５１に近寄らないように玄関室５１に続く複数の補助扉５２を閉めなければならず面倒であった。

また、玄関室５１に招き入れた来訪者を、更に接客空間領域となる居間・食堂（リビング・ダイニング）等に招き入れる際には、来訪者がペット嫌いな場合やペットが来訪者に慣れていない場合等はペットを他の場所に隔離しなければならず、来訪者がトイレや洗面所等を使用するために接客空間領域を出る際には、更にペットと接しないようにペットの居場所を確認しなければならず、その面倒を避けるためにペットを個室に閉じ込めなければならなかった。

ペットは来訪者が有る度に隔離されると、孤独になるために疎外感を感じて不安になりストレス等がたまってペットの健康や精神にも影響することも考えられる。

例えば、犬の習性として、家は自分の縄張りであり、家族も含めて守っているという気持ちであるから、縄張りに侵入する見知らぬ来訪者は敵とみなす。また、犬は本来、狼のように群れで行動する動物であり、家族や皆と一緒に居たいという気持ちが強い。しかしながら、いつも一緒に居ることで相手に気を使い、疲れてしまったり、犬も虫の居場所が悪いときもあるので、避難場所として専用の個室が欲しいという要望もある。

また、特許文献１の技術では、アパート等の開口部に制約の有る住宅で玄関ドアからの通気とペット等の外部への飛び出し防止を目的としたもので、来訪者のための空間を生み出すためのものではない。

本発明は前記課題を解決するものであり、その目的とするところは、来訪者に対する配慮として住居内で放し飼いにしているペットが玄関室に飛び出したりしないようにすることが容易に出来る玄関室を提供すると共に、その玄関室から来訪者を接客空間領域へ招いたり、その接客空間領域と、トイレや洗面所との間を来訪者が行き来する場合も来訪者がペットと接しないようにすることが容易に出来るペット共生住宅を提供せんとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的を達成するための本発明に係る玄関室は、住宅の玄関と、ペットの生活空間領域との間に設けられたペット共生住宅の玄関室であって、前記ペットの生活空間領域から前記玄関室に至る通路が唯一の室内扉で仕切られ、その室内扉は、前記ペットの生活空間領域側に開いてペットの前記玄関室への侵入を防止し得るとともに小、中型犬が簡単には飛び越せず且つ大型犬の背丈よりも高い高さのパンチングメタルからなる補助扉を有し、更に前記室内扉は、ペットと来訪者との距離を離す為に前記玄関室の土間から所定の距離離して、且つ前記室内扉を開放し前記補助扉を閉じた状態で前記補助扉越しに前記玄関室方向を見渡した場合に正面方向から外れた位置に前記土間が視認されるように設置されたことを特徴とする。

本発明は、上述の如く構成したので、ペットの生活空間領域と玄関室とを仕切る唯一の室内扉にペットの玄関室への侵入を防止し得る補助扉を設けたことで、その１つの補助扉を閉じるだけでペットの玄関室への侵入を防止することが出来、飼い主は来訪者を玄関室に招き入れる前に住居内で自由に放し飼いにされたペットの所在を確認する必要もなく、来訪者に対する配慮として住居内で放し飼いにしているペットが玄関室に飛び出したりしないようにすることが容易に出来る。

また、前記補助扉をパンチングメタルを有して構成した場合には、ペットが補助扉から手足を出したり昇ったりすることが出来ず、室内扉を引っかいて傷を付けてしまうことが無い。また、多数の小径孔により通風性を確保することが出来、ペットも来訪者も互いに向こう側が見え難いためペットの威嚇を防止し、来訪者が不快感を受けることも無い。

また、本発明に係るペット共生住宅は、前述の玄関室を有するペット共生住宅であって、前記玄関室から前記唯一の室内扉で仕切られる接客空間領域が設けられ、その接客空間領域から直接、或いは廊下等の緩衝空間領域を介してトイレ・洗面空間領域に通じており、前記接客空間領域または前記緩衝空間領域からペットの居場所空間領域に至る通路が唯一の扉で仕切られることを特徴とする。

上記構成によれば、接客空間領域または緩衝空間領域とペットの居場所空間領域とを仕切る唯一の扉により接客空間領域または緩衝空間領域へのペットの侵入を防止し得るので、その１つの扉を閉じるだけで接客空間領域または緩衝空間領域へのペットの侵入を防止することが出来、飼い主は来訪者を接客空間領域に招き入れる前に住居内で自由に放し飼いにされたペットの所在を確認する必要もなく、トイレ・洗面空間領域に通じる接客空間領域または緩衝空間領域へのペットの侵入を防止することで、来訪者がペットに接することなくトイレや洗面所を利用することが出来る。

また、前記ペットの居場所空間領域が、上階に通じる階段室を含むように構成される場合には、住宅の余剰空間を利用してペットの専用室を確保することが出来、ペットは室内の専用室で疎外感やストレス等を感じることなく安心して休息したり眠ることが出来、ストレスを解放してペットの健康や精神にも好影響を与えることが出来る。

【発明の実施の形態】
図により本発明に係るペット共生住宅の玄関室及びそれを備えたペット共生住宅の一実施形態を具体的に説明する。図１は本発明に係るペット共生住宅の玄関室及びそれを備えたペット共生住宅を説明する基本的な構図である。

先ず、犬等のペットと、飼主、来訪者等の人とがスムーズに共生することが出来るペット共生住宅を構成するに当たっては、図１（ａ），（ｂ）に示すような基本的な構図が考えられる。

即ち、図１（ａ），（ｂ）において、大きな外円は建物１２を現しており、該建物１２内には、玄関室１、居間や食堂等の接客空間領域５、廊下等の緩衝空間領域１３、トイレ・洗面空間領域１４、階段１５、犬間等のペットの専用室１６が夫々配置されている。ここで、ペットの生活空間領域とは建物１２から玄関室１を除外した領域である。

図１（ａ）では、玄関室１と接客空間領域５とは１個の扉で連接されており、同様に接客空間領域５と緩衝空間領域１３、該緩衝空間領域１３とトイレ・洗面空間領域１４、該緩衝空間領域１３と階段１５とは夫々１個の扉で連接されている。

そして、玄関室１と接客空間領域５との間には来訪者とペットとが出会うことがないように開閉可能なバリアとなる図３及び図４に示して後述する補助扉２を有する室内扉４が設けられており、接客空間領域５とペットの居場所空間領域となる緩衝空間領域１３との間にも来訪者とペットとが出会うことがないように開閉可能なバリアとなる扉９が設けられている。

ここで、ペットの居場所空間領域とは、扉９により接客空間領域５及びトイレ・洗面空間領域１４等と隔離される領域である。扉９は、図３及び図４に示して後述する補助扉２を有する室内扉４を採用しても良いし、補助扉２のみでも良いし、普通の扉であっても良い。

先ず、図２〜図４を用いて、本発明に係るペット共生住宅の玄関室及びそれを備えたペット共生住宅の第１実施形態の構成について説明する。図２は本発明に係る玄関室を備えたペット共生住宅の第１実施形態の間取り図、図３及び図４は補助扉を設けた室内扉の構成を示す正面図及び横断面図である。

図２において、玄関室１は住宅の玄関３と、ペットの生活空間領域である住居内との間に設けられており、ペットの生活空間領域から玄関室１に至る通路が唯一の室内扉４により仕切られている。本実施形態ではペットの生活空間領域の一部である接客空間領域５である居間・食堂と玄関室１との間に唯一の通路が形成されており、その通路に室内扉４が設けられている。

室内扉４は、図３及び図４に示すように、標準の意匠扉６と、ペットの玄関室１への侵入を防止し得る補助扉２とが対面する二重構造で設置されており、夫々の扉２，６がヒンジ部材２ａ，６ａを介して開閉可能に建具枠７ａに取り付けられ、他方の建具枠７ｂに取り付けられた戸当り７ｃ，７ｄに当たって閉鎖される。室内扉４は来訪者とペットとの距離を離すために玄関室１の土間から約９０ｃｍ以上離れているのが好ましい。

意匠扉６は玄関室１側に配置され、補助扉２はペットの生活空間領域である居間・食堂５側に配置されている。そして意匠扉６は玄関室１側に開閉し、補助扉２は居間・食堂５側に開閉するように構成すればペットが押して開けることがないため好ましい。尚、意匠扉６は開き戸でも良いし、引き戸であっても良い。

補助扉２は金属板に多数の小径孔を有するパンチングメタル８が枠体２ｂにより固定されている。補助扉２をパンチングメタル８により構成したことで防傷性や強度に優れる。補助扉２の高さは、例えば、小、中型犬が簡単には飛び越せず、大型犬の背丈よりも高い９００ｍｍ程度に設定すれば好ましい。

また、補助扉２の固定手段としては、フランス落とし、かんぬき、鎌錠等のように強固に固定する必要はなく、マグネットラッチ、ローラーキャッチ等のように玄関室１側の一方向からある程度の力が加わると簡単に開く半固定式とすることが好ましい。本実施形態では建具枠７ｂに取り付けられた戸当り７ｄがマグネットにより構成され、鋼材等の磁性体からなる枠体２ｂ若しくは枠体２ｂに設けられた磁性体が戸当り７ｄに吸着されて固定される。

パンチングメタル８は金属板に多数の小径孔が設けられているため通風性が確保出来る一方で反対側が見え難い。また、金属板製のパンチングメタル８は表面が硬いためペットの爪の引っ掻き傷に強い。また、ペットが小径孔に手足を入れて昇ったり小径孔から手足を出すことも出来ないので、補助扉２に対面して配置される意匠扉６を保護することが出来る。

また、室内扉４が、意匠扉６と補助扉２とが対面する二重構造で構成されるため片方が開いてもペットが急に玄関室１に飛び出してくることが出来ないため、客を招き入れるときにペットを捕まえるために開けたり、室内にちょっと印鑑を取りに行く等のために開けるときもペットが急に玄関室１に飛び出して来ることがない。

ペットの生活空間領域から玄関室１に至る通路が唯一の室内扉４で仕切られている構造上、図７に示して前述したように複数の補助扉２で仕切られた従来例と比較してペットからのストレスが唯一の室内扉４に集中し易いが補助扉２がパンチングメタル８で構成されるためペットの引っ掻き傷が付き難く、意匠扉６を効果的に保護することが出来る。

また、パンチングメタル８は向こう側が見通し難い構造であるため意匠扉６が開放されている状態でも玄関室１にいる来訪者からはペットが見え難く、特にペットが嫌いな来訪者に対しても十分な配慮が出来る。

また、補助扉２は意匠扉６の背後にあるため、その存在が分かり難く、玄関室１から不意に住居内に入る場合、補助扉２にぶつかる心配があるが、補助扉２の固定手段を半固定式としたことで、補助扉２にぶつかった衝撃でも容易に開くことが出来、安全が図れる。

尚、前記実施形態では、ペットの生活空間領域から玄関室１に至る通路を仕切る唯一の室内扉４が意匠扉６と補助扉２とが対面する二重構造で互いに独立して開閉するように構成した一例であるが、意匠扉６の一部に補助扉２を設けた１枚扉を適用することも出来る。

また、例えば、二世帯住宅等で世帯毎に夫々のペットの生活空間領域が異なり、玄関室１を共用するような場合には、夫々の世帯毎のペットの生活空間領域から共用する玄関室１に至る夫々の通路を仕切る唯一の室内扉４が世帯毎に複数設けられても良い。
