この発明は、伸縮させて開け閉めを行うアコーデオン扉等の門扉のストライク(以下単にストライクという)に係り、特に、構造が簡単でコストを減少させ得るストライクに関する。

本出願人は、先に、登録新案第2,126,822号を以て、新規な門扉の掛金装置及びそのロック装置を提案した。

この掛金装置は、図1及び図2に示すように、門扉1及び門柱2の何れか一方(図示の実施例では門扉1)に取り付けられるラッチ部3と、他方に取り付けられ、水平なバー4(図2参照)を備えたストライク5とからなる。

そして、上記ラッチ部3は、図2に示すように、第1及び第2の一対のフック6、7を備え、これらはストライクのバー4に係合する鉤状部を夫々有する。

また、これら第1及び第2フック6、7の先端の鉤状部は、先端を相互に対向させて外縁がV字形を形成するようにすると共に、第1フック6の中段部に鉤状部とほぼ平行にかつ一体に突設された細長い第1連結部8に開口した長孔9と、第2フック7の中段部において第1連結部8と対称的に突設された第2連結部11の先端に植設されたピン12とを相互に係合させてある。

上記の従来の掛金装置は、勿論その機能を確実に発揮して実用されているが、図3に示すように、そのストライク5が、板材をプレス加工及び曲げ加工して製造したストライク枠15に、横断面が例えばハート形(図2参照)の引抜き棒材であるバー4を溶接によって結合してなる。

上記の目的を達成するため、この発明は、細長い板状体である基板の長さ方向における中央部に、後に断面山形部となる部分を残して、この中央部を挟んで長さ方向における両側に先ず差込みスリットをプレス加工により形成し、その後、基板の長さ方向における中央部を、その幅方向に沿う折曲げ線により断面形状が略ト字形になるように折り曲げることにより、基板の長さ方向における中央部に一対の平行な支脚板と、この支脚板を接続する断面山形部を一体に形成し、この断面山形部を挟む一対の断面L字形部の幅方向における中央部に、その基板の長さ方向に沿って差込みスリットを形成したことを特徴とする。

以下、この発明の実施例を図4乃至図6を参照して説明する。
