BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for forming individual piece identification information applied to a form piece.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the case of form pieces such as tickets, vouchers, cash vouchers, voting tickets, prize exchange tickets at amusement halls, etc., each piece of piece is managed and authenticated based on the piece identification information consisting of the numbering and bar code displayed on the form piece. (For example, refer to

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the numbering as individual piece identification information displayed on the form piece as described above has a problem that it is easy for a third party to print the same information, so that it is easy to forge. However, its configuration is generally well known and printing application software is also commercially available, so that forgery is easy.
[0005]
In addition, if the length of the form pieces to be separated after printing the required variable information is different for each form piece, numbering and barcode as individual piece identification information cannot be pre-printed on continuous paper. When printing required variable information at the time of issuance, numbering and bar codes are printed at the same time. In this case, particularly in the case of a bar code, if the print quality is poor, problems such as misreading by the scanner and inability to read due to the thick, thin, or wrinkled bar have occurred.
[0006]
The present invention provides a means for forming and displaying a new piece identification information in place of the conventional numbering and bar code, and the object of the present invention is to prevent forgery and to separate after necessary variable information is printed. The object is to enable individual piece identification information to be preprinted regardless of the length of the form piece to be printed.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, a long continuous paper that is cut into a required length after printing required variable information and becomes a plurality of individual form pieces, a cylindrical printing plate having a circumferential length different from the individual form piece length is used, Each piece of identification information pattern that is read as individual piece identification information data by the individual piece data reading means by preprinting the identification information pattern along the longitudinal direction and separating it into the required length after printing the required variable information It is a method of forming individual piece identification information symbols on continuous paper, characterized in that each form piece is formed in a different form.
[0008]
In such a configuration, since the individual piece identification information pattern formed on the individual form piece has a different form between the individual form pieces, the individual piece identification information pattern is obtained by the individual piece data reading means. By reading as data, each individual form piece can be identified. Here, the individual piece identification information pattern is required after printing the required variable information on a continuous paper in which the identification information pattern is pre-printed along the longitudinal direction using a cylindrical printing plate having a circumferential length different from the individual form piece length. Since it is formed on each individual form piece by separating it into lengths, the identification information pattern can be pre-printed on the continuous paper regardless of the length of each individual form piece to be separated. Forgery can be prevented because it does not know what the individual identification information pattern consists of a part of the identification information pattern.
[0009]
The individual piece identification information pattern is formed as a continuous line whose distance from the side edge along the length direction of the individual form piece changes, while the individual form piece is divided along the width direction to read a plurality of pieces. In addition to setting the area, at a plurality of reading positions along the length direction of the individual form piece, the distance from the side edge of the individual form piece of the individual piece identification information pattern in each reading area is detected and detected. A configuration is proposed in which the piece identification information design is read by the piece data reading means for reading the piece identification information data based on the distance.
[0010]
In such a configuration, the individual piece identification information pattern having a continuous line shape exists in any one of a plurality of reading areas obtained by dividing the individual form pieces along the width direction. By detecting the distance from the side edge of the individual form piece of the piece identification information pattern present in any of the reading areas at a plurality of reading positions along the length direction of the form piece, the piece identification information pattern The piece identification information data can be read out from. Further, by making the piece identification information pattern into a continuous line in this way, there is an advantage that the identification information pattern can be easily printed by the cylindrical printing plate and the amount of ink used for printing can be reduced.
[0011]
In addition, a configuration is proposed in which the piece identification information pattern is formed by infrared absorbing ink or ultraviolet absorbing ink having a characteristic of absorbing light of a specific wavelength outside the visible region. In such a configuration, since the individual identification information pattern can be detected only by a sensor that detects the absorption of light of a specific wavelength, the design pattern pre-printed with normal printing ink and the required variable information by printing, Even when the individual identification information symbols are superimposed, the individual identification information data can be read without any trouble. Moreover, since the infrared absorbing ink or the ultraviolet absorbing ink is a special ink and cannot be easily obtained, the forgery prevention effect can be further enhanced.
[0012]
In addition, the individual identification information pattern may be formed of fluorescent ink or infrared fluorescent light-emitting ink having a characteristic of fluorescent emission when irradiated with light having a specific wavelength outside the visible region. When such fluorescent inks or infrared fluorescent light-emitting inks are used, the individual identification information pattern can be detected only by a sensor that detects the fluorescent light emission of these inks. Even if the design variable or required variable information by printing and the piece identification information pattern are overlapped, the piece identification information data can be read without hindrance. Further, since the fluorescent ink or the infrared fluorescent light emitting ink is a special ink and cannot be easily obtained, the forgery prevention effect can be further enhanced.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention is a long continuous paper that is cut into a required length after printing required variable information and becomes a plurality of individual form pieces. A piece is read as piece identification information data by piece piece data reading means by preprinting the identification information pattern along the longitudinal direction of the continuous paper using a plate and separating it into the required length after printing the required variable information. Since the piece identification information pattern is formed in a different form on each individual form piece, each piece of individual form piece is read by reading the piece piece identification information design as piece piece identification information data by the piece piece data reading means. Can be identified.
[0024]
The individual piece identification information pattern is formed as a continuous line whose distance from the side edge along the length direction of the individual form piece changes, while the individual form piece is divided along the width direction to read a plurality of pieces. In addition to setting the area, at a plurality of reading positions along the length direction of the individual form piece, the distance from the side edge of the individual form piece of the individual piece identification information pattern in each reading area is detected and detected. In the configuration in which the individual piece identification information design is read by the individual piece data reading means for reading the individual piece identification information data based on the distance, the individual piece identification information design having a continuous line shape is an individual form piece. Exists in any one of a plurality of reading areas divided along the width direction, so that each piece of reading area is read by a piece data reading unit at a plurality of reading positions along the length direction of the individual form piece. The piece identification information symbols to be standing, by detecting the distance from the side edge of the individual form piece, it is possible to read the piece identification information data from the piece identification information symbols.
[0025]
In addition, if the individual identification information pattern is formed of infrared absorbing ink or ultraviolet absorbing ink having a characteristic of absorbing light of a specific wavelength outside the visible region, the individual identification information pattern is only detected by a sensor that detects the absorption of light of a specific wavelength. Since the identification information pattern can be detected, reading of the individual identification information data is possible even when the design variable preprinted with normal printing ink or the required variable information by printing and the individual identification information pattern are superimposed. It can be carried out. Moreover, since the infrared absorbing ink or the ultraviolet absorbing ink is a special ink and cannot be easily obtained, the forgery prevention effect can be further enhanced.
[0026]
In addition, if the individual identification information pattern is formed of fluorescent ink or infrared fluorescent ink having the characteristic of emitting fluorescence when irradiated with light of a specific wavelength outside the visible region, a sensor that detects the fluorescence emission of these inks. In this case, even if the design information preprinted with normal printing ink or the required variable information by printing and the individual identification information design are superimposed, the individual identification information design can be detected. The identification information data can be read without any trouble. Further, since the fluorescent ink or the infrared fluorescent light emitting ink is a special ink and cannot be easily obtained, the forgery prevention effect can be further enhanced.
