【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、回動式ドアを所定開度以上開かないように規制するドアストッパに着脱自在に取付可能としたドアの開放維持具、及び、同開放維持具を具備するドアストッパに関する。

【従来の技術】
近年の住宅においては、防犯のためにドアを所定開度以上には開かないようにするドアストッパを備えているのが一般的となっている。

かかるドアストッパは、ドアを閉じる方向には何ら規制力をもたないので、自然状態ではドアは勝手に閉まってしまうものである。

しかし、室内を換気するために、特に気密性の高いマンション等では窓とドアを開けたりする場合があるが、ドアを適当に開けた状態で維持するためには、ドアと床面との間に楔やその代用品を挟み込むなど、何らかの工夫が個別になされているのが現状である。しかし、わざわざ楔を製作することは少なく、週刊誌などが代用品とされていることが多い。

しかし、週刊誌等を挟んでおくのは見栄えが悪いので、防犯用のドアストッパの機能を維持しつつ、ドアの開度が規制された位置でドアの開放状態を維持する開放維持具が提案された。

例えば、この種のドアの開放維持具として、特開平1−107788、特開平1−112276、特開平1−112277号公報に開示されたものがある。

これらは、いずれも凸状の係止金具と、ドアの先端部近傍に回動自在に取付けられたU字杆とを具備するドアストッパに予め取付けられたもので、前記U字杆に、係止金具のロック部材が設けられている。

すなわち、一般的なU字杆は、前記係止金具を挿通する広幅の係止金具挿通部が基端に形成されるとともに、同係止金具挿通部に連続するスライド路が形成されており、同スライド路内を前記係止金具の軸部が案内されてスライド移動する構造となっている。そして、かかるスライド路内で係止金具を保持するように、前記ロック部材をU字杆の一部に取付けている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、前述したように、大多数の家屋にはすでに通常のドアストッパが備えられており、一方、上記した従来のドアの開放維持具は、予めドアストッパに取付けられたものであるために、開放維持具を新たに購入しようとすると、すでにドアストッパが設置されていても再度ドアストッパごと購入しなければならなず、これでは不経済なので、結局普及するには至っていない。

また、従来の開放維持具は、ドアストッパを機能させると半ば自動的にドアの開放維持がなされたり、また、ドアストッパを機能させた状態でなければドアの開放状態を維持できない構造となっているなど、使用方法が限られていた。

しかも、上記特開平1−112276号や特開平1−112277号に開示されたものは、外部からの風圧や強い力で押された場合にはドアが閉じてしまう場合があり、これでは誤って手や指を挟んだりする事故を生じかねないものであった。

そこで、安全であり、使い勝手が良好で、かつ、既存のドアストッパに後付け可能なドアの開放維持具が望まれている。

本発明は、上記課題を解決することのできるドアの開放維持具、及び、同開放維持具を具備するドアストッパを提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、請求項1記載の本発明では、ドア取付開口に臨むように取付面から突出させた係止金具と、同係止金具に係合してドアの回動を所定角度で規制するように、ドアの先端縁近傍に回動自在に取付けられたU字杆とを具備し、同U字杆の基端には広幅の係止金具挿通部が形成され、さらに、前記係止金具の軸部を案内するスライド路が前記挿通部に連続形成されたドアストッパに着脱自在に取付可能としたドアの開放維持具であって、前記係止金具挿通部内に着脱自在に取付け可能な基部と、同基部に回動自在に連結され、前記スライド路内に収納可能な本体軸部とを具備し、前記係止金具を前記係止金具挿通部に挿通させた状態で、ドアストッパによって規制される開放位置までドアを開放した後、前記本体軸部を回動させて、同本体軸部の先端部を前記スライド路内に臨ませ、この先端部を前記係止金具と当接させることにより、前記開放位置でドアの開放状態を維持可能とした。

また、請求項5に記載の発明は、ドア取付開口に臨むように取付けられる凸状の係止金具と、ドアの先端部近傍に回動自在に取付けられ、基端に広幅の係止金具挿通部を形成するとともに、前記係止金具の軸部を案内するために、前記係止金具挿通部に連続させてスライド路を形成したU字杆と、同U字杆の前記係止金具挿通部内に取付けられた基部と、同基部に回動自在に連結され、U字杆の前記スライド路内に収納可能な本体軸部とからなるドアの開放維持具と、を具備し、前記係止金具を前記係止金具挿通部に挿通させた状態で、前記係止金具と前記U字杆とによって規制される開放位置までドアを開放した後、前記本体軸部を回動させて、同本体軸部の先端部を前記スライド路内に臨ませ、この先端部を前記係止金具と当接させることにより、前記開放位置でドアの開放状態を維持可能としたことを特徴とするドアストッパとした。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照しながら具体的に説明する。

(第1の実施形態)
図1は本発明に係るドアの開放維持具の一形態を示す斜視図、図2は同ドアの開放維持具を取付けるドアストッパの正面図、図3はドアストッパにドアの開放維持具を取付けた状態を示す正面図、図4は図3のa−a線における矢視一部断面図、図5はドアの開放維持具の使用状態を示す説明図である。

図2〜図5においてDは家屋玄関等に取付けられる回動式ドア(以下、単に「ドア」とする)であり、本実施の形態に係るドアの開放維持具(以下、単に「開放維持具」とする)Aは、ドアDに取付けられたドアストッパBに後付け可能に構成されている。

先ず、開放維持具Aを取付けるドアストッパBの構成について説明する。

ドアストッパBは、図5に示すように、ドア取付開口Cに臨むように、取付面から突出させた係止金具1と、同係止金具1に係合してドアDの回動を所定角度で規制するU字杆2とを具備している。

係止金具1は、ドア取付開口Cを構成する枠組における、ドアDを閉じた状態でその先端部D1が収まる側面3に段差を設けて形成したドア受部4に突設されている。11は取付座、12は軸部、13は同軸部12の先端に連設され、軸部12よりも大径としたボタン状の係止部である。

U字杆2は、図2〜図5に示すように、その基端に係止金具挿通部21が前記係止金具1の係止部13を挿通できる大きさで広幅に形成されており、さらに、前記係止金具1の軸部12を案内するスライド路22が、係止部13よりも狭幅の大きさで前記挿通部21に連続形成され、その終端に係止端部23が形成されて前記係止金具1に係合する構成としている。図中、5はU字杆2の取付台座であり、複数のビス50により固定されている。かかる取付台座5には、一定間隔をあけて対向する一対の立ち上がり部51,51 が形成されており、同立ち上がり部51,51 の各内側面に、U字杆2の自由端側がそれぞれ回動自在に取付けられている。52は取付ピンである。

かかる構成により、ドアストッパBを使用する場合、ドアDを閉めた状態でU字杆2を回動させ、係止金具挿通部21に係止部13を挿通する。そして、この状態でドアDを開けると、図5に示すように、係止金具1の軸部12がU字杆2のスライド路22をスライドし、U字杆2の係止端部23と係合してこれ以上ドアDは開かなくなる。

本実施形態に係る開放維持具Aは、上記のドアストッパBに後付け可能としたことに特徴があり、以下にその構成について説明する。

図1に示すように、開放維持具Aは、前記取付台座5に着脱自在に取付け可能な基部6と、同基部6に回動自在に連結され、前記スライド路22内に収納可能な本体軸部7とを具備する構成としている。

本実施形態では、本体軸部7を基部6同様に角棒状に形成し、先端部70のエッジ部を面取りして怪我することのないように安全性を高めているが、形状的には何ら限定するものではなく、例えば円柱状にしても構わない。

また、図1中、8は本体軸部7を基部6に枢支連結した枢支ピン、71は本体軸部7の先端寄りに突設したつまみであり、図4に示すように、開放維持具Aを使用する前の初期位置においてはドアDとの間に指先等を挿入して本体軸部7を引き出し回動しやすくする指挿入空間Qを形成するスペーサとして機能するようにしている。なお、同つまみ71の太さや長さは使いやすいように適宜決定することができる。

かかる構成の開放維持具AをドアストッパBに取付ける場合は、取付台座5の中央のビス50を外し、取付台座5と開放維持具Aの基部6のビス孔同士を合わせて取付ビス50a で連結するだけでよく、図3に示すように、開放維持具AはU字杆2の係止金具挿通部21とスライド路22によって形成される空間内に正面視で収まるように取付けられる。

このように、本開放維持具Aは、構成が簡単で安価に製造することができ、かつ、殆ど手間をかけることなく既存のドアストッパBに後付けすることができるので、新たにドアストッパBを付け替えたりする必要はなく、購入に際し、費用はさほどかからない。

開放維持具Aを取付けた後、ドアストッパBを機能させながらドアDの開放状態を維持させるようにする場合は、図4で示した初期状態から、先ず、U字杆2を手前に回動させて係止金具1の係止部13を挿通し、その状態でドアDを開くと前述したように、係止金具1の軸部12がU字杆2のスライド路22をスライドし、U字杆2の係止端部23と係合してこれ以上ドアDは開かなくなる。

そこで、開放維持具Aの本体軸部7を手前に回動させ、同本体軸部7の先端部70をU字杆2のスライド路22内に臨ませ、この先端部70を係止金具1と当接させるものである。

このように開状態を維持しておけば、例えば室内の換気を行う場合や、玄関の掃き掃除を行う場合に便利であり、しかも、ドアストッパBは機能しているので防犯上も何ら問題がない。また、U字杆2と本体軸部7を長くすれば、同じく防犯しながら小荷物の受け渡しを行え、さらに、猫等のペットの出入り口等にも利用することができる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明してきたように、本発明は上記した形態で実施されるものであり、以下の効果を奏する。

(5)ドア取付開口に臨むように取付けられる凸状の係止金具と、ドアの先端部近傍に回動自在に取付けられ、基端に広幅の係止金具挿通部を形成するとともに、前記係止金具の軸部を案内するために、前記係止金具挿通部に連続させてスライド路を形成したU字杆と、同U字杆の前記係止金具挿通部内に取付けられた基部と、同基部に回動自在に連結され、U字杆の前記スライド路内に収納可能な本体軸部とからなるドアの開放維持具と、を具備し、前記係止金具を前記係止金具挿通部に挿通させた状態で、前記係止金具と前記U字杆とによって規制される開放位置までドアを開放した後、前記本体軸部を回動させて、同本体軸部の先端部を前記スライド路内に臨ませ、この先端部を前記係止金具と当接させることにより、前記開放位置でドアの開放状態を維持可能としたので、上記(1)と同様の効果を奏する。また、デザイン的な自由度が向上し、多様な製品化が可能となる。
