自動車のドア内装材であるドアトリムボードには車室内側の面にオーナメント表皮を施したものがある。このオーナメント表皮を施したドアトリムボードの工法には表皮同時貼合工法が採用されている。この表皮同時貼合工法は、図4〜図6で示すように、樹脂材のドアトリムボード1のオーナメント表皮を施す部位に上縁aから底bの深さで四隅にコーナ部3を有し横に長い環状の木目込み溝2を設け、この木目込み溝2に図7で示すようにオーナメント表皮4の端末をはめ込んで成形するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記表皮同時貼合工法においては、木目込み溝2のコーナ部3の内周Rを25mm以上の設定を条件にしている。これは25mm以下ではコーナ部3に集中する成形圧力によりシワの発生やドアトリムボード1の基材の樹脂がオーナメント表皮4の表面に染み出すことが多々あるからである。

前記シワの発生要因は下記の通りである。図7で示すようにオーナメント表皮4の木目込み頂点Aに対し端末Bは7mm程長く、図8で示すように木目込み溝2のコーナ部3の周長に対しオーナメント表皮4の端末外周長d−cが余ってしまうからである。

本発明の目的は、Rの小さなコーナ部を有する木目込みやオーナメント表皮をサイドに回し込む(吹き流し風)意匠あるいはオーナメント表皮の回し込みのない(浮島風)一般的な木目込みの意匠においても表皮同時貼合工法を可能とした自動車のドアトリムボードを提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するための本発明は、請求項1に記載した通り、車室内側の面にオーナメント表皮を四隅にコーナ部を有し木目込み溝にはめ込んで同時貼合成形する樹脂材よりなるドアトリムボードにおいて、前記木目込み溝の四隅のコーナ部のうち少なくとも1個所のコーナ部の内周に三角面部を設け、この三角面部によりコーナ部に集中する成形圧力を分散させるようにしたことを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。図1において、1は樹脂材よりなるドアトリムボードあり、4はオーナメント表皮である。このオーナメント表皮4は図2及び図3で示す木目込み溝2にはめ込んで同時貼合成形されるものである。前記木目込み溝2は上縁aから底bとこれと対面する上縁fから底eで構成されている。そして横に長い環状の木目込み溝2の四隅にコーナ部3を有している。

そこで本発明は、前記木目込み溝2の四隅のコーナ部3のうち少なくとも1個所イ又はイ、ハのコーナ部3の内周に三角面部5を設けたものである。尚、車種によってイ、ロ、ハの3個所あるいは四隅のコーナ部3に三角面部5を設けることがある。

本発明は上記の通りの構造であるから、コーナ部3に集中する成形圧力を三角面部5で分散させることが可能となり、これによりコーナ部3のシワやドアトリムボード1の基材の樹脂がオーナメント表皮4の表面に染み出すことがなくなるのである。

【発明の効果】
以上のように本発明によると、木目込み溝のコーナ部の内周に三角面部を設ける簡単な構成により、オーナメント表皮をサイドに回し込む(吹き流し風)意匠や、表皮の回し込みのない(浮島風)の意匠の、よりRの小さいコーナ部を有する木目込み意匠においても表皮同時貼合工法を可能とし製造コストの低減、意匠自由度の拡大が図れる。また、前記三角面部によってコーナ部に集中する成形圧力を分散することによりコーナ部のシワの発生が防止とドアトリムボードの基材の樹脂がオーナメント表皮の表面への染み出しを抑止し、不良品を出すことがなくなり品質を向上したドアトリムボードを提供することができる利点を有している。
