ボルト取外し防止具1は、ベース15と、キャップ17と、止め輪19から構成されている。
ベース15は、基板21と筒壁23とを有している。基板21は平面視略円盤状であり、筒壁23は略円筒形状で基板21の周囲に設けてあり基板21と反対側が開口している。
