Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sanitary napkin down for absorbing such menstrual blood and textiles.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a sanitary napkin down, flocculent pulp between a liquid-impermeable backsheet made of a polyethylene sheet or a polyethylene laminated nonwoven fabric, a liquid-permeable topsheet made of a nonwoven fabric or a through hole plastic sheet The thing which interposed the absorber which consists of etc. is known.
[0003]
Body fluid such as menstrual blood is generally absorbed at the body fluid outlet contact part of the absorber, but if a large amount of fluid is discharged at once, it will flow and diffuse on the surface of the napkin, If there is a gap in the body, the body fluid is transmitted through the body and diffuses in the front-rear direction and left-right direction of the napkin. In particular, these tendencies are strong at bedtime, and the diffusion of bodily fluids increases behind the napkin. For this reason, a night sanitary napkin or the like is known in which at least the absorber width at the back side rear end portion is wider than the absorber width at the crotch portion.
[0004]
On the other hand, as a means for preventing side leakage, a three-dimensional gather is often provided on both sides of the surface. Such a three-dimensional gather is normally provided linearly along the longitudinal direction of the product, but for an absorbent article in which the absorber width of at least the back side rear end portion described above is wider than the absorber width of the crotch portion. When it is applied, there arises a problem that the absorber part outside the three-dimensional gathers does not substantially function at the back side rear end part.
[0005]
In order to solve this problem, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-500590 discloses a wavy line of side edges 50a and 50a on both side edges 50a and 50a of a gourd-shaped absorber 50 as shown in FIG. In addition, there has been proposed an absorbent article in which a three-dimensional gather 51 is formed that stands on the surface side over substantially the entire length of the sanitary product.
[0006]
Moreover, as what arrange | positions solid gathers in shapes other than a straight line planarly, the thing as described in patent 2908877 can be mentioned. As shown in FIG. 10, the three-dimensional gather is arranged such that the interval between the three-dimensional gathers 60 is narrow at the crotch portion and the interval between the three-dimensional gathers 60 is gradually enlarged at the front end portion and the rear end portion. The three-dimensional gather 60 rises along the virtual lines 61 and 61 and substantially perpendicular to the surface sheet surface.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case of the absorbent article described in the above-mentioned Japanese translation of PCT publication No. 10-500590, as shown in FIG. 9, the upright portions 52, 52... Therefore, the meaning of disposing the three-dimensional gather 51 along the wavy line on the side edge is lost. In addition, since the three-dimensional gathers 51 are arranged over almost the entire length of the product, there is a problem that the standing three-dimensional gathers 51 may cause a sense of incongruity in the undercarriage, a sense of incongruity in the hip and pubic area, and impair the wearing feeling. .
[0008]
In addition, the absorbent article described in Japanese Patent No. 2908877 surely has the three-dimensional gather 60 standing upright, and in comparison with the absorbent article described in the above-mentioned Special Table Hei 10-500590, The full width of the absorber can be effectively used in the crotch, but basically the gathered standing part tilts inward at the front end and the rear end, and in the state before wearing it is almost In some cases, the three-dimensional gather standing upright has been turned inward due to contact with the skin, and the full width of the absorber could not be effectively utilized.
[0009]
Accordingly, the main problem of the present invention is that the absorber width of at least the back side rear end portion is formed in a curved shape so as to be wider than the absorber width of the crotch portion, and the surface is provided with a three-dimensional gather on both side portions. In addition, in the sanitary napkin , it is possible to use almost the entire width of the absorbent body as an effective absorption surface and to fit a three-dimensional gather around the suspension to reduce a sense of incongruity.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to a first aspect of the present invention for solving the above-described problem, an absorber is interposed between the liquid-permeable top sheet and the liquid-impervious back sheet, and at least the back-side rear end portion. The sanitary napkin is formed in a curved shape so that the absorbent body width is wider than the absorbent body width of the crotch part, and the surface is provided with a three-dimensional gather on both sides of the wrinkle,
The three-dimensional gather has a gathering start point between a side edge of the absorber and a position 30 mm inward from the side edge, and the length of the three-dimensional gather is substantially along the side edge of the absorber in a developed state. It is formed in a shape that bulges inward with reference to a virtual line connecting the direction start end and the longitudinal direction end,
Within the formation range, the three-dimensional gather has a gathering starting point in which the sheet material forming the three-dimensional gather is folded outward along the gather longitudinal direction, and a pocket whose opening is directed inward in a cross-sectional shape. It is characterized by having a free end that stands on the surface side while forming and is located at the same position as or outside of the gather standing point in the unfolded state.
[0011]
In the first invention, the three-dimensional gather is formed in a shape having a standing point in the vicinity of the absorber side edge and bulging inward in the unfolded state, and the standing point of the three-dimensional gather forms a three-dimensional gather. The sheet material is folded outward along the gather longitudinal direction, and the free end of the three-dimensional gather is positioned at the same position as or outside of the gather start point in the unfolded state.
[0012]
Accordingly, the gathering start point is exposed in the unfolded state, and the free end of the three-dimensional gather is raised along a virtual line connecting the longitudinal start end and the longitudinal end, so that the gathered solid The free end does not enter the inside of the gathering start point, and almost the entire width of the absorber can be utilized as an effective absorption surface. In addition, since the three-dimensional gather is formed in a shape that bulges inward as a whole in an unfolded state, there is no sense of incongruity around the legs, no sense of incongruity in the buttocks and in the periphery of the pubic bone, and a good feeling of wearing.
[0013]
Next, according to a second aspect of the present invention, the absorbent body is interposed between the liquid-permeable top sheet and the liquid-impervious back sheet, and at least the width of the absorbent body at the back side rear end is between the crotch. A sanitary napkin that is formed in a curved shape so as to be wider than the absorbent width of the part, and the surface is provided with solid gathers on both sides of the wrinkle,
The three-dimensional gather has a gathering start point between a side edge of the absorber and a position 30 mm inward from the side edge, and the length of the three-dimensional gather is substantially along the side edge of the absorber in a developed state. It is formed in a shape that bulges inward with reference to a virtual line connecting the direction start end and the longitudinal direction end,
The three-dimensional gather is formed by a sheet material in which the outer part of the gathering starting point is bonded beyond the side edge of the absorbent body, the inner part extends from the gathering starting point, and the inner edge is the free end. A section in which the gather start point is located on the inner side of a virtual line connecting the longitudinal start and longitudinal ends of the three-dimensional gather free end in the state, and the free end of the three-dimensional gather is substantially along the virtual line in the product state Thus, the free end of the three-dimensional gather is positioned outside the gather standing point in the section.
[0014]
In the second invention, the three-dimensional gather arranged in a shape that bulges inward in a deployed state is in close contact with the skin by providing a part that rises so that the standing part of the three-dimensional gather is warped in a part of the crotch region. Even in this case, the standing part of the three-dimensional gather is not easily turned down inside.
[0015]
In the first and second inventions, the rising point of the three-dimensional gather exists between the side edge of the absorber and a position 30 mm inward from the side edge. In the case where there is a standing point at a position exceeding 30 mm from the side edge of the absorber, the ratio of the absorber portion outside the three-dimensional gather that cannot substantially perform the absorption function is increased, and the absorber is effectively used. It deviates from the purpose.
[0016]
Further, the absorber is an absorber having a multilayer structure composed of a relatively wide lower layer side absorber and a relatively narrow upper layer side absorber, and the upper layer side absorber is a sanitary napkin. It is desirable that the width is substantially equal in the longitudinal direction. The part that absorbs bodily fluids that flow down to the buttocks side has a predetermined absorber thickness so as to have a predetermined absorption capacity. For example, in the side region of the front and rear ends of the absorber, the absorption layer part only by the lower layer side absorber is provided. By forming it, it is desirable to eliminate the feeling of stickiness and improve the wearability. Specifically, the thickness of the lower layer side absorber is preferably within 10 mm.
[0017]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[First embodiment]
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a development view of a sanitary napkin 1A according to the present invention.
[0018]
The sanitary napkin 1A is interposed between a liquid-impermeable back sheet 2 made of a polyethylene sheet or the like, a liquid-permeable surface sheet 3 that allows permeation of menstrual blood, cages, and the like, and both the sheets 2 and 3. An absorbent body 4 made of cotton-like pulp, synthetic pulp, and the like, and the vicinity of both side edges of the absorbent body 4 as a starting point, and at least on the surface side in a predetermined section L in the front-rear direction from the body fluid blood outlet corresponding part It consists of a pair of left and right three-dimensional gathers 6 and 6 provided so as to protrude, and at the upper and lower end edges around the absorbent body 4, the outer edges of the liquid-impervious back sheet 2 and the liquid-permeable surface sheet 3 The liquid-impervious back sheet 2 and the three-dimensional gather which are bonded to each other by an adhesive such as hot melt or an adhesive means such as heat seal, and whose side edges extend to the side of the absorbent body 4 6 was formed by being non-woven fabric 9 or the like are joined by adhesive means such as adhesive or heat sealing, such as a hot melt.
[0019]
The sanitary napkin 1A is particularly used as a sanitary napkin for night use, and the absorbent body 4 has the narrowest width of the absorbent body at the crotch portion and relatively wide absorbent body width at the front end portion and the rear end portion. It is formed wide and has a generally gourd shape as a whole. Further, in comparison between the front end portion and the rear end portion, the absorber width at the rear end portion is wider.
[0020]
Hereinafter, the structure of the sanitary napkin 1A will be described in detail.
As the liquid-impervious back sheet 2, a sheet material having at least water shielding properties such as polyethylene is used. The water- and moisture-permeable sheet material is a microporous material obtained by melting and kneading an inorganic filler in an olefin-based resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene to form a sheet, and then stretching in a uniaxial or biaxial direction. A sheet is preferably used.
[0021]
Next, the liquid-permeable surface sheet 3 is made of a non-woven fabric made of synthetic fibers such as olefins such as polyethylene or polypropylene, polyesters and polyamides, regenerated fibers such as rayon and cupra, natural fibers such as cotton, etc. It extends to the outer edge of the liquid-impermeable back sheet 2. When a hydrophobic fiber is used as the sheet material, a material that has been subjected to surface treatment with a hydrophilizing agent to impart hydrophilicity is preferably used. In addition, the manufacturing method of a nonwoven fabric is not specifically limited, The nonwoven fabric obtained by appropriate | suitable processing methods, such as the spunlace method, the spun bond method, the thermal bond method, the melt blown method, the needle punch method, can be used. Further, in the central portion corresponding to the body fluid discharge site, a vertically long opening 3b is formed with respect to the liquid-permeable surface sheet 3, and is formed of a porous plastic sheet provided on the lower surface side of the liquid-permeable surface sheet 3. The lower liquid-permeable surface sheet 3a faces the outside. As a result, the body fluid and the like are rapidly absorbed into the absorbent body 4 by the lower liquid-permeable surface sheet 3a made of the porous plastic sheet at the body fluid discharge site, and the hydrophilic non-woven fabric is applied to the skin in other areas. Contact is made to prevent stickiness and fogging to improve the feeling of touch.
[0022]
On the other hand, the absorbent body 4 includes a gourd-shaped lower layer absorbent body 4A that is substantially similar to the overall shape of the sanitary napkin 1A, and a substantially equal width of the absorbent crotch portion along the longitudinal direction of the sanitary napkin 1A. The upper-layer absorber 4B is an absorber having a two-layer structure, and a middle-high portion 4C extending in the longitudinal direction is formed at the center of the upper-layer absorber 4B. The lower absorber 4A is a low-rigid absorber having a thickness of 10 mm or less, preferably 5 mm or less, and the upper absorber 4B is 5 to 20 mm, preferably 5 to 10 mm. Used.
[0023]
The lower layer absorbent body 4A and the upper layer absorbent body 4B are only required to be able to absorb and retain body fluids. Usually, a pulp pulp mixed with a water-absorbing polymer powder is preferable from the viewpoint of absorption function and price. Used for. The middle and high portions 4C may be formed integrally with an absorber having the same physical properties as the upper layer absorber 4B, or absorbers having different physical properties may be provided in an overlapping manner. Further, the upper layer absorbent body 4B is surrounded by the crepe paper 5 for the purpose of diffusing body fluid and maintaining its shape. The width of the crotch portion of the absorbent body 4 is approximately 40 to 90 mm, preferably 50 to 80 mm, in order to correspond to the crotch interval of adult women.
[0024]
On the upper surface of the liquid-permeable surface sheet 3, linear embosses 10 to 12 are formed at predetermined positions so as to bulge and hold the middle and high portions 4C on the surface side, and to contain absorbed body fluid and the like. Has been. The linear emboss 10 is a side emboss in which arc-shaped lines are continuously formed from both sides of the semicircular arc-shaped emboss formed along the front end arc-shaped line of the middle-high portion 4C along the side portion of the middle-high portion 4C. The linear emboss 11 is a pair of left and right arc-shaped central embosses formed substantially in the center of the middle-high portion 4C along the vertical direction, and the linear emboss 12 is an arc-shape formed on both sides of the middle-high portion 4C. Side embossing.
[0025]
On the other hand, the said three-dimensional gather 6 is formed using the nonwoven fabric 9 for gather formation different from the said liquid-permeable surface sheet 3. As shown in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the gather-forming nonwoven fabric 9 is made of a liquid-impervious back sheet that extends beyond the side edge of the absorbent body 4 from the position where the gather start point 6 b is near the absorbent side edge. 2 is bonded by an adhesive such as hot melt over a range up to the outer edge. The gather rising point 6b of the three-dimensional gather 6 is provided so as to exist between the side edge of the absorber 4 and a position 30 mm, preferably 20 mm, inward from the side edge 4.
[0026]
A pair of left and right absorbers positioned at the side of the absorbent body by the laminated sheet portion of the gather forming nonwoven fabric 9 present on the outer side of the side edge of the absorbent body 4, the upper liquid-permeable topsheet 3 and the liquid-impervious backsheet 2 Wings 7 and 7 are formed. The outer surfaces of the wings 7 and 7 are provided with an adhesive portion (not shown). When the sanitary napkin 1A is attached to the shorts 30, as shown in FIG. Wrap and fasten.
[0027]
On the other hand, the inner part of the gather forming nonwoven fabric 9 is folded back almost double, and inside the double sheet, one or a plurality of both ends or a suitable position in the longitudinal direction are fixed. Three elastic elastic members 8, 8... Are arranged, and as shown in FIG. 3, the three-dimensional gathers 6 are prevented from standing in a state where they are folded and stacked in a Z-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. Formed on the surface of the liquid-permeable surface sheet 3 are dam portions 13 and 14 that are increased in thickness on the surface side, and in the crotch portion, the arrangement site of the outer elastic stretchable member 8 is a bending point and has a cross-sectional shape. Three-dimensional gathers 6 and 6 standing on the surface side are formed while forming pockets P and P with openings facing inward.
[0028]
As the gather forming nonwoven fabric 9, a nonwoven fabric material subjected to appropriate water-repellent treatment or hydrophilic treatment is used in accordance with the purpose of preventing menstrual blood, venom or the like from penetrating, or enhancing touch feeling. . As the gather forming nonwoven fabric 9, natural fibers, synthetic fibers, regenerated fibers, or the like can be used, and those formed by an appropriate processing method can be used. In order to prevent this, it is recommended to use a non-woven fabric with reduced basis weight and air permeability, and coated with silicone, paraffin, alkylchromic chloride water repellent, etc. to prevent permeation of body fluids. A water repellent nonwoven fabric is preferably used.
[0029]
By the way, as shown in FIG. 1, the three-dimensional gather 6 has a virtual line connecting the longitudinal start end 15 and the longitudinal end 16 of the solid gather 6 substantially along the side edge of the absorber 4 in the unfolded state. It is formed in a shape (arc shape) that bulges inward as a reference. The gather forming nonwoven fabric 9 is folded outward at the gathering start point 6b, and is further folded back inward at the location where the elastic elastic member 8 is disposed on the outer side. The free end is the same as the gathering start point 6b. It is comprised so that it may be located outside a position or gather start point 6b.
[0030]
As a result, as shown in the product state sectional view of FIG. 2, the three-dimensional gather 6 stands up substantially along a virtual line connecting the longitudinal start point A and the longitudinal end point B of the free end 6a. Therefore, the free end 6a does not reach the inner side of the gathering upright point 6b, so that most of the area of the absorber 4 can be utilized as an effective absorption surface. In addition, the three-dimensional gathers 6 are arranged along the legs, and at the ventral front end and the back rear end, the three-dimensional gathers 6 are arranged so as to spread outward. There is no sense of incongruity and the wearer feels better.
[0031]
The shape of the absorbent body 4 shown in the above embodiment is the one in which the crotch portion is the narrowest and has a substantially gourd shape as a whole. However, as shown in FIG. The same applies to the sanitary napkin 1B having a uniform width and a shape in which the product width is gradually increased from the vicinity of the crotch portion to the rear end portion. The cross-sectional structure of the sanitary napkin 1B shown in FIG. 4 is basically the same as that of the sanitary napkin 1A shown in FIG. However, the structure has no wing 7.
[0032]
In the case of such a sanitary napkin 1B, the developed shape of the three-dimensional gather 6 is not a beautiful arcuate line shape that bulges inward, but in the developed state, the longitudinal start end 15 and the longitudinal end 16 of the three-dimensional gather 6 The gathering non-woven fabric 9 forming the three-dimensional gather 6 has the same gathering point 6b that is folded back to the outside. In addition, the three-dimensional gather 6 has the free end 6a in the product state in the longitudinal direction start end A and the longitudinal direction end B in the product state because the tip portion that becomes the free end 6a in the deployed state is positioned outside the gather standing point 6b. Therefore, the free end 6a does not reach the inner side of the gathering start point 6b, so that the entire width of the absorber 4 is used as an effective absorption surface. It will be able to use.
[0033]
[Second embodiment]
Next, in the sanitary napkin 1C according to the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the standing portion of the three-dimensional gather 6 is simply a wall portion that rises linearly as seen in a conventional sanitary napkin . It is an example of a sanitary napkin.
[0034]
As shown in FIG. 6, the gather forming nonwoven fabric 9 forming the three-dimensional gather 6 ′ is not allowed to extend beyond the side edge of the absorber 4 from the position where the gather start point 6 b near the absorber side edge is located. The liquid permeable back sheet 2 is bonded to the outer edge of the liquid permeable back sheet 2 by an adhesive such as hot melt, while the inner portion of the gather forming nonwoven fabric 9 is folded almost double and the tip of the double sheet. One elastic elastic member 8 is disposed in the longitudinal direction, and the inner surface side of the gather-forming nonwoven fabric 9 is joined to the surface of the liquid-permeable surface sheet 3 at the front and rear ends. In addition, the joining area | region of the said nonwoven fabric 9 for gathers formation is displayed by the wavy hatching in the figure of FIG.
[0035]
As shown in FIG. 5, the three-dimensional gather 6 ′ has gather rising points 6 b in the vicinity of the side edges of the absorbent body 4 in the crotch region including the body fluid discharge part, and is almost fully absorbent 4 in the deployed state. Are formed so as to bulge inward if the imaginary line connecting the longitudinal start end 15 and the longitudinal end 16 of the three-dimensional gather 6 'is used as a reference.
[0036]
In the three-dimensional gather 6 ′ having such a structure, the free end 6a is located inside the gather standing point 6b in the unfolded state, but in order to stand up so that a part of the crotch part is warped in the product state, in the present invention, FIG. As shown in the schematic diagram, a section S in which the gathering start point 6b is located on the inner side of the imaginary line 17 connecting the longitudinal start point A and the longitudinal end point B of the three-dimensional gather free end 6a in the unfolded state is provided. To do.
[0037]
As a result, the free end 6a of the three-dimensional gather 6 'rises substantially along the virtual line 17 in the product state, so that the standing portion of the three-dimensional gather 6' rises in the section S so as to be warped, and the three-dimensional gather 6 The free end 6a of 'is positioned outside the gathering start point 6b. Thereby, even when it adheres to the skin, the upright portion of the three-dimensional gather 6 'does not easily turn inside, and almost the entire width of the absorber 4 can be utilized as an effective absorption surface.
[0038]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, according to the present invention, at least the absorber width of the back side rear end portion is formed in a curved shape so as to be wider than the absorber width of the crotch portion, and the surface is provided with three-dimensional gathers on both side portions. In the sanitary napkin provided, the three-dimensional gather does not cover the absorber surface, so that almost the entire width of the absorber can be used as an effective absorption surface, and the three-dimensional gather can be fitted to the underbody to reduce the sense of incongruity Become.
