Description

【0001】

There are auxiliary switches and alarm switches that output the circuit breaker on / off and trip status as electrical signals. Here, the structure of the circuit breaker and the alarm switch is shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, taking a circuit protector equipped with the alarm switch as an example.
[0003]
In FIG. 5, 1 is a main body case of a circuit breaker, 2 is a main circuit terminal on the load side, 3 is a main circuit terminal on the power supply side, 4 is a stationary contact, 5 is a movable contact, 6 is a movable contact 5 and Flexible lead wire connecting the main circuit terminal 3 (bundled thin copper wires), 7 is a contact opening / closing mechanism, 8 is an opening / closing operation handle, 9 is a solenoid-type overcurrent tripping device, An alarm switch 10 is attached to the main body case 1 as an accessory device.
[0004]
As shown in FIG. 6, this alarm switch 10 has a structure in which a terminal block 12 is formed in the front part of a resin-molded unit case 11, and a micro switch 13 and an actuator mechanism 14 are assembled behind it. As shown in FIG. 5, a lead wire (insulation coated wire) 16 is wired between the terminal fitting 15 arranged on the terminal block 12 and the micro switch 13, and the assembly is performed according to the following procedure. Yes.
[0005]
First, after spot welding one end of the lead wire 16 to the terminal fitting (terminal plate) 15, the terminal fitting 15 is attached to the terminal block 12. Next, the lead wire 16 is pulled out to the bottom side through the lead wire through hole formed in the terminal block 12, and the other end of the lead wire 16 is soldered to the terminal of the micro switch 13 in this state. Thereafter, the microswitch 13 and the actuator mechanism 14 are fixed at predetermined assembly positions.
[0006]
When the alarm switch 10 is mounted on a circuit breaker, the alarm switch 10 is mounted between the body case 1 having a left and right divided structure.
The detailed structure and operation relating to the circuit breaker and the alarm switch are disclosed in JP-A-9-326228 and JP-A-9-265890, and the description thereof is omitted here.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the circuit breaker equipped with the above-mentioned conventional attached switch, the lead wire 16 drawn out from the terminal block 12 of the alarm switch 10 is exposed to the inside of the breaker body as shown in FIG. Since the flexible lead wire 6 that connects between the main circuit terminal 2 of the main body and the movable contact 5 is approached and confronted, there is a possibility of causing the following troubles when the circuit breaker is opened and closed.
[0008]
(1) When the movable contact of the circuit breaker body is opened (the movable contact 5 is moved to the left in FIG. 5), the flexible lead 6 is deformed so as to be loosened from the extended state of FIG. Therefore, the exposed portion of the lead wire 16 of the alarm switch 10 may be exposed, and therefore, the insulation coating of the lead wire 16 may be damaged during long-term use, and the core wire may be in direct contact with the flexible lead wire 6 of the main circuit and short-circuited. There is.
[0009]
In order to prevent the contact between the lead wire 16 and the flexible lead wire 6, it is necessary to reduce the slack of the lead wire 16 drawn to the bottom surface side of the terminal block 12 as much as possible. From the relationship, the length of the lead wire 16 cannot be extremely shortened.
(2) The lead wire 16 is exposed to an arc generated between the fixed contact and the movable contact during the tripping operation of the circuit breaker body, and the high-temperature gas accompanying it, and the insulation coating burns out, and the internal circuit of the attached switch There is a risk of short circuit.
[0010]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide an attached switch device for a circuit breaker which is improved so as to solve the above-described problems and enhance safety.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, there is provided a switch unit attached to a circuit breaker, which is mounted on a circuit breaker body and outputs an electric signal to the outside by capturing the state of its opening and closing operation. A lead wire that forms a terminal block at the front of the actuator, assembles an actuator mechanism linked to the opening / closing mechanism of the microswitch and breaker body behind it, and connects between the terminal fittings arranged on the terminal block and the microswitch In the switch device attached to the circuit breaker that is drawn out to the bottom side of the terminal block
A wiring cover is provided on the bottom side of the terminal block, and the lead wire is wired through the wiring cover (Claim 1). As an embodiment, the wiring cover is integrally formed with the terminal block (Claim 2). Or, as a separate component, it is detachably attached to the terminal block.
[0012]
According to the above configuration, even if the attached switch mounted on the breaker body and the flexible lead wire connected to the movable contact of the breaker body are close to each other, the lead pulled out to the bottom side of the terminal block of the attached switch Since the wire is guarded by the wiring cover, there is no risk of directly touching or rubbing the flexible lead wire of the circuit breaker body during opening and closing operation of the circuit breaker, and the wiring cover functions as a thermal shield. There is no risk of burning the lead wire insulation of the attached switch due to arcs and high-temperature gas that are generated when the main circuit is interrupted, thereby improving the safety and reliability of the attached switch.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the illustrated examples. In the drawings of the embodiments, members corresponding to those in FIGS. 5 and 6 are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted.
[Example 1]
1 and 2 show an embodiment corresponding to claims 1 and 2 of the present invention. In this embodiment, a bag-like wiring cover 17 that accommodates a lead wire 16 is molded integrally with the terminal block 12 on the lower surface side of the terminal block 12 with respect to the unit case 11 of the alarm switch 10. The lead wire 16 spot welded to the terminal fitting 15 and drawn to the bottom surface side of the terminal block is connected to the micro switch 13 through the wiring cover 17. The wiring cover 17 is formed with a corner portion of the internal wiring passage on an inclined surface so that the lead wire 16 can be easily wound and wired.
[0014]
As a result, even if the flexible lead wire 6 is freely deformed in accordance with the opening / closing operation of the circuit breaker while mounted on the circuit breaker as shown in FIG. 17, there is no fear of touching or rubbing the flexible lead wire 6, and thus the lead wire 16 can be safely protected. Further, the wiring cover 17 also functions as a thermal shielding cover, and there is no risk that the insulation coating of the lead wire 16 is burned out by an arc or high-temperature gas generated when the main circuit current is cut off.
[0015]
[Example 2]
3 and 4 show an applied embodiment corresponding to claim 3 of the present invention. In this embodiment, the wiring cover described in the first embodiment is detachably mounted on the bottom surface side of the terminal block as a separate part.
That is, the removable wiring cover 18 that is an independent part made of a resin molded product is connected to the bottom surface of the terminal block 12 by a dovetail joint (dovetail joint), as shown in FIG. A dovetail-like engagement protrusion 18a is formed on the wiring cover 18 correspondingly to the dovetail groove 11a on the unit case 11 side, and the two are connected in a plug-in manner.
[0016]
With such a configuration, the wiring work of the lead wire 16 is performed with the wiring cover 18 removed, the lead wire 16 is soldered to the microswitch 13, the microswitch 13 is fixed in place, and finally the wiring cover 18 is secured. So that the lead wire 16 is covered. As a result, in addition to the same effects as those of the first embodiment, the wiring work of the lead wire 16 is not obstructed by the wiring cover 18, and the wiring work can be performed more easily than the fixed wiring cover 17 of FIG. There are advantages.
[0017]
In the illustrated embodiment, the alarm switch is described as the circuit breaker-attached switch. However, it goes without saying that the auxiliary switch can be similarly applied.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the wiring cover is provided on the bottom surface side of the terminal block of the attached switch, and the lead wire connecting between the terminal block and the micro switch is wired through the wiring cover, When the attached switch is mounted on the circuit breaker body, even if the flexible lead wire on the main circuit side bends and deforms when the breaker body opens and closes, the wiring cover guards and becomes the lead wire of the attached switch. There is no risk of direct contact, and there is no risk of burnout of the insulation of the lead wire due to the influence of arcs and high-temperature gas generated when the main circuit current is interrupted, thereby improving the safety and reliability of the attached switch device. Can be planned.
