Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a dental panoramic X-ray imaging apparatus used for panoramic X-ray imaging of a maxillofacial region.
[0002]
More specifically, the present invention relates to a so-called recumbent X-ray panoramic apparatus that takes an image of a subject lying on his / her back on a bed or the like.
[0003]
[Prior art]
An X-ray generator, an X-ray image receiving unit that is movable relative to the X-ray generator and faces the X-ray generator, and a head support disposed between the two, and The X-ray generator is attached to one end, the X-ray image receiving unit is attached to the other end, and the arm is rotatable about an axis parallel to the body axis of the subject lying on the bed, and further a control device The control device controls the rotational movement and movement of the arm relative to the head support based on trajectory data input in advance so that a panoramic X-ray tomogram passing through the maxillofacial region can be imaged. A dental panoramic X-ray imaging apparatus corresponding to the recumbent position for imaging a panoramic X-ray tomography that passes through the maxillofacial region of the subject is described in Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 56-165139. In this known dental panoramic X-ray imaging apparatus, it rotates. It arranged shaft to hold the over arm horizontally, and a movable head support to lift and horizontally.
[0004]
Further, a dental panoramic X-ray imaging apparatus characterized in that it can be transported to an imaging location is described in Japanese Utility Model Registration No. 3003373. In this known dental panoramic X-ray imaging apparatus, In addition, the panoramic X-ray imaging apparatus can be disassembled in a standing position or a sitting position to enable transfer.
[0005]
That is, the device described in Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 56-165139 performs panoramic X-ray photography in the lying position on the premise that the subject goes to the clinic. The apparatus described in the new model registration No. 3003373 performs panoramic X-ray imaging outside a medical facility on the premise of imaging in a standing position or a sitting position, and any apparatus manufactured based on these known techniques However, panoramic X-ray photography of a subject who cannot maintain a standing or sitting posture due to a decline in physical strength and does not go to the clinic cannot be performed.
[0006]
In particular, X-ray imaging for individual identification at an accident site or the like that has been attracting attention in recent years can only perform dental imaging by the intraoral method, and there is a great expectation for more effective panoramic imaging.
[0007]
On the other hand, conventional panoramic X-ray radiographing devices that support the lying position are large in size and heavy, and if they can be disassembled and transported before they can be transported, the physical strength will decline. It is impossible to maintain a standing or sitting posture by using this method, and it is possible to perform panoramic X-ray photography of a subject who does not go to the clinic. Since it takes time, it cannot be said that it is a device that supports a very generally portable recumbent position.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and the problem to be solved is that it is impossible to maintain a standing or sitting posture due to a decline in physical strength and the like, and it is not possible to go to a clinic. Since there is no device that can perform panoramic radiography of the examiner, there is a problem that such a subject does not have the benefit of panoramic radiography and that effective panoramic radiography cannot be used due to forensic individual identification. The solution is to provide a lightweight, small, and inexpensive X-ray imaging apparatus that can handle panoramic X-ray imaging outside a medical facility.
[0009]
As a result, it is compatible with panoramic X-ray photography at sites without X-ray facilities, such as home medical care required recently and individual identification work at the accident site, and it is lightweight so as not to select the subject of imaging, It is an object to provide a small and inexpensive X-ray imaging apparatus.
[0010]
[Means to solve the problem]
In order to solve the problem based on the present invention, this apparatus rotates a horizontal axis that holds a rotating arm provided with an X-ray generator and an X-ray image receiving unit facing each other in order to support imaging in a lying position. The system consists of a panoramic X-ray imaging unit, head support tool, and stretcher that can support a recumbent position that can be raised and lowered within the unit. A panoramic X-ray imaging apparatus capable of solving the above problem is provided.
[0011]
That is, the X-ray generator that conventionally required a tube voltage of 80 to 90 kV has a heavy weight of about 20 kg, and the weight of the entire apparatus is inevitably increased in proportion to the weight of the X-ray generator. It was.
[0012]
Therefore, the voltage boosting method used in the X-ray generator was changed to a high-frequency inverter, and the combined research experiment of the X-ray film and intensifying screen was repeated. As a result of examining the shooting duty cycle due to the peculiarity of shooting in the lying position, it was possible to cope with shooting at intervals of about 5 minutes. As a result, the weight of the X-ray generator was about 4 kg, which was about 1/5 of the conventional one.
[0013]
By using the X-ray generator developed in this way, the entire panoramic X-ray imaging apparatus can be reduced in size and weight, and furthermore, a handle used for transportation and a moving caster can be attached to the apparatus to make it portable. succeeded in.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention has been made for the purpose of making the entire panoramic X-ray imaging apparatus portable. The high performance, small size, and light weight of the X-ray generator listed as the basic issues are the tube voltage of 70 kV and the weight of 4 kg. As a result, the panoramic X-ray imaging unit has a width of 800 mm, a depth of 800 mm, a height of 1200 mm, and a weight of 80 kg (36% of our conventional model). did.
[0015]
The conveyance form of the panoramic X-ray imaging apparatus can be divided into the conveyance of both the panoramic X-ray imaging unit and the bed unit, or the conveyance of only the panoramic X-ray imaging unit.
[0016]
This can be combined according to the customer's request. Even when the bed part is combined, there are cases where the head support is provided on the panoramic X-ray imaging part and on the bed side.
[0017]
When transporting concretely, indoors and flat areas with short distances are moved by casters attached to the panoramic X-ray imaging unit, and when it is impossible to load and unload vehicles, or to move by casters, several people handle the transport handle. Carry using.
[0018]
In use, the panoramic X-ray imaging unit is first locked and fixed on a flat place, and then the bed unit is connected to the reference position of the panoramic X-ray imaging unit.
[0019]
At this time, the subject may be placed on the bed part either before or after the panoramic X-ray imaging part and the bed part are connected, and the accurate positioning is provided in the panoramic X-ray imaging part after both of them are finished. This is done using a guide beam.
[0020]
In addition, when the film is photographed and used in a place where there is no facility for developing the film, for example, a CCD sensor is used in the X-ray image receiving unit, and the image is processed by a computer without using the film. Needless to say, there is no problem.
[0021]
Since the panoramic X-ray imaging apparatus according to the present invention is configured as described above, panoramic X-rays at sites without X-ray facilities, such as home medical care and personal identification work at accident sites, which have been required from now on. It is possible to provide an apparatus for performing panoramic X-ray photography that is compatible with photographing and that is lightweight, small, and inexpensive so that the subject of photographing can be selected.
[0022]

On the other hand, the bed part (13) of the embodiment is a foldable example, and in use , the panoramic X-ray imaging part is engaged with the connecting part (10) and the column (11) in the state shown in the figure. Are connected to the reference position.
[0024]
The subject can be placed on the bed part either before or after the panoramic X-ray imaging unit and the bed part are connected, and after both are positioned accurately, a guide beam provided on the panoramic X-ray imaging unit is used. The X-ray generator attached to one end of the arm and the X-ray image receiving part attached to the other end of the arm are preliminarily registered in a computer built in the apparatus. As shown in FIG. 2, panoramic X-ray imaging is performed by rotating around the head of the subject.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is implemented as described above, and has the following effects.
[0026]
As a result of appropriate examination of panoramic X-ray imaging equipment and significant reduction in size and weight, indoor or flat parts with relatively short distances can be moved by casters, In order to move to an uneven place using a vehicle, when loading and unloading on the vehicle, a plurality of personnel can be easily performed using a transfer handle.
