従来知られているこの種の、固定部に設けた雄ネジ付き固定側配管口に対してU字管の両端に設けたナット部材付き可動側配管口を任意に継ぎ換えることによって管路の切換を行う形式の手動管路切換装置は、ナット部材に直にスパナ等工具を掛けてこれを回し外したり回し締めたりしていた。このために狭い場所に設置されたときには、スパナ等工具が回し辛く、工具を取り落してしまったり、切換作業に時間がかかったり、他の部分に損傷を与えてしまったり、する等の不都合があるのみならずこれ等不都合を回避するために敢えて広いスペースを確保して設置する使い方をすることが往々にあって、省スペース化および小型化に充分に対応し切れているとは言えないものであった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために本発明に係る手動管路切換装置は、固定部に設けた雄ネジ付き固定側配管口に対してU字管の両端に設けたナット部材付き可動側配管口を任意に継ぎ換えることによって管路の切換を行う形式の手動管路切換装置であって、ナット部材の外周面に大径ギヤを設け、この大径ギヤに対して、ナット部材の進退方向と平行の向きの軸棒を介してU字管に支承した小径ギヤを噛合させ、軸棒の外端をスパナ等工具で回すことによってナット部材を脱着するようにしたものであり、

【実施例】
図に示す実施例は、固定板1の中央点個所と同中央点個所を中心とする円線上個所とに設けた固定側配管口2、3に対して両端に可動側配管口4、5をもつU字管6を任意に継ぎ換えることによって管路の切換を行う形式の管路切換装置に関するものであって、固定側配管口2、3の口縁部の外周面に設けた雄ネジ8と可動側配管口4、5の口縁に遊転自在および抜外不能に取付けたナット部材9、10とを以て上記任意継ぎ換え操作をなすようにすると共にナット部材9、10の外周面に歯を刻設して同面に大径ギヤ11、12を形成し、またU字管6外側曲面の両端寄り個所に支軸13、14を立設し、この支軸13、14の先端に短い四角形のアーム着脱用角軸15、16を設けると共にこれとは別個に、下端に上記大径ギヤ11、12と噛合自在の小径ギヤ19を設けた軸棒18を構成し、この軸棒18の上端に細径部20を設けて当該細径部20にアーム部材21を抜止ワッシャ22および軸受メタル23を介して抜外不能および回転自在に支承し、このアーム部材22の先端部に上記アーム着脱用角軸15、16と嵌合自在の連結用角孔24を設け、この連結用角孔24と角軸15、16との嵌合状態時には小径ギヤ19が大径ギヤ11、12に噛合するようにすると共に上記軸棒18の上端をアーム部材22の上側に突出して当該突出部を六角形のスパナ等工具掛け用の角軸25としたものである。

【発明の効果】
本発明に係る手動管路切換装置は、上記の通りであるので、小径ギヤの軸棒の外端をスパナ等工具を以て回す操作によってナット部材の脱着すなわち固定側配管口に対する可動側配管口の連結解消または再連結を行うことができるものであり、U字管の継ぎ換え作業の場合には奥まった狭い所に存在するナット部材に直にスパナ等工具を掛ける必要がなく、オープンスペースに存在する軸棒の外端にスパナ等工具を掛けて同作業を行うことができるものであって、上記したような使用上の不都合も省スペース化および小型化への不充分さも悉く解消できるものである。
