Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001]
The present invention relates to a close contact structure, for example, a close contact structure between members having excellent waterproof performance and high durability.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, in a rice cooker or the like that requires a waterproof structure, a structure in which a case and a chassis are press-fitted through a packing is generally used because of cost and ease of handling.
[0003]
FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the basic structure of this type of inter-member contact structure. In FIG. 3, a case 300 and a chassis 200 are fitted to obtain a sealed structure. A recess (packing groove) 210 is formed around the outer surface of the upper portion of the chassis 200, and the packing 100 made of an elastic material having a rectangular cross section or a circular cross section is inserted into and fitted into the recess 210. At this time, the packing 100 is closely fitted into the recess 210 and is configured to slightly protrude from the surface of the chassis 200. The vicinity of the protruding portion is referred to as a skirt portion and is fitted into the case 300 side inside. On the other hand, a recess 310 is formed in the upper portion of the case 300 and into which the surface of the packing 100 slightly protruding from the side surface of the chassis 200 enters.
[0004]
The packing 100 is pushed into the case 300 while being pressed into the recess 210 of the chassis 200. In the pushed-in state, the chassis 200 and the case 300 are relatively closely fitted and fitted, and the packing 100 slightly protruding from the side surface of the chassis 200 is pressed, so that the chassis 200 and the case 300 are closely fitted. Thus, a waterproof mechanism is obtained.
[0005]
FIG. 4A shows a side sectional view of the vicinity of the packing 100 just before the chassis 200 and the case 100 are closely fitted. As shown in FIG. 4A, the surface of the packing 100 slightly protrudes from the side surface of the chassis 200 immediately before the lower part 220 of the chassis 200 is inserted into the recess 310 of the case 300. Further, when the chassis 200 is pushed into the case 300, as shown in FIG. 4 (B), the protruding packing 100 is pressed against the inner surface through the recess 310 of the case to be in a close contact state.
[0006]
According to such a configuration, the chassis 200 and the case 300 are brought into close contact with each other via the packing 100, and a close contact structure that performs a waterproof function or the like is obtained.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The above-described conventional close contact structure between members can easily obtain a structure that satisfies waterproof performance to some extent, but has the following problems or issues.
[0008]
FIGS. 5A to 5C are partial cross-sectional views in the vicinity of the fitting portion through the packing 100 of the chassis 200 and the case 300 for explaining the problems of the close contact structure between the conventional members. ing.
[0009]
FIG. 5A shows a cross-sectional view in which the chassis 200 and the case 300 are closely fitted via the packing 100. At this time, the skirt part which becomes a contact surface with the case 300 inside of the packing 100 is in frictional contact with the vicinity of the recess 310 of the case 300. When the chassis 200 is further pushed into the case 300 from this state, as shown in FIG. 5B, the skirt portion that is a contact surface with the inside of the case 300 of the packing 100 is in frictional contact with the vicinity of the surface of the recess 310 of the case 300. Then, the packing 100 rotates in the direction of arrow A. Therefore, when the chassis 200 is further moved, the packing 100 may be detached from the groove portion of the chassis 200 as shown in FIG. This problem becomes prominent when used repeatedly.
[0010]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a close contact structure between members that is less likely to come off the packing even when repeatedly used.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the following structure is adopted for the close contact structure between members according to the present invention.
[0012]
(1) mutually fitting first and second at least one of the circumferentially-formed recesses arranged by packing the first and second members are in close contact engagement over the members of the member is engaged In the close contact structure between the members to be
The packing disposed in the recess includes a first skirt portion extending from the one member toward the fitting surface of the other member in an oblique direction opposite to the fitting direction, and the first skirt portion. A close contact structure between members having a second skirt portion provided on a fitting direction side and extending substantially perpendicular to a fitting surface of the other member fitted to the one member .
[0013]
(2) The close contact structure between the members of (1), wherein the first skirt portion of the packing is larger than the second skirt portion and protrudes toward the other member .
[0014]
(3) The concave portion formed in the one member has a first concave portion and a second concave portion deeper than the first concave portion, and the packing is shaped to fit the first and second concave portions. The close_contact | adherence structure between the members of said (1) or (2) which has these .
[0015]
(4) the second member is inserted into the interior of said first member, said packing against the internal surface of said first and second skirt portions the first member to the outer periphery of said second member The close contact structure between the members of (1), (2), or (3) disposed so as to be in contact with each other .
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of a close contact structure between members according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, particularly FIG.
[0017]
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a main part showing a structure of a close contact structure between members according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0018]
An important feature of the close contact structure between members according to the present invention is the packing structure. The packing 1 has a two-stage structure consisting of a first skirt portion 11 and a second skirt portion 12 as shown in the cross section. The packing 1 is inserted and fitted into the recess 21 of the chassis 2.
[0019]
The first skirt portion 11 protrudes from the second skirt portion 12 and comes into contact with the inner surface of the case 3 in a highly pressed state when fitted to the case 3 of the chassis 2, so that it has a unique waterproof property. Plays a sealed structure. The second skirt portion 12 is slightly lower than the first skirt portion 11 and is set so as to come into contact with the inner surface of the case 3 in a slightly weak pressing state when the chassis 2 and the case 3 are fitted.
[0020]
Therefore, the first skirt portion 11 and the second skirt portion 12 of the packing 1 are pressed into contact with the inner surface of the case 3 in two stages due to the fitting between the chassis 2 and the case 3, so that the double waterproof line (Sealed structure) is obtained.
[0021]
The second skirt portion 12 prevents rotation of the packing itself caused by friction with the case inner surface of the packing when the chassis 2 is fitted to or removed from the case 3 by contact and contact with the inner surface of the case 3. Plays a function.
[0022]
Further, a deeper recess 22 is formed in the recess 21 of the chassis 2, and the packing 1 also has a rib portion 13 that fits into the recess 22 of the chassis 2 in shape. The contact of the second skirt portion 12 of the packing 1 with the inner surface of the case 3 can further prevent the rotation of the packing 1 caused by the fitting of the chassis 2 to the case 3 and the movement in the removal direction.
[0023]
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the main part for explaining the state of the packing rotation prevention by the second skirt portion 12. The packing 1 is in close contact with the recess 21 of the chassis 2. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, when the chassis 2 is further pushed down in the direction of the arrow B, the packing 1 tries to rotate in the direction of the arrow C due to the frictional force, but the second skirt 12 is the inner surface of the case 3. To prevent the rotation by receiving the force due to the rotation of the packing 1 in the direction of arrow D. At this time, the rib portion 13 of the packing 1 also abuts against the portions 21A and 21B of the recess 21 of the chassis 2 to receive the force C due to the rotation of the packing 1 and prevent the rotation. By these two interactions, the rotation of the packing 1 caused by the friction caused by the mutual movement between the chassis 2 and the case 3 can be received and prevented.
[0024]
Experimentally, it is preferable to set the overlap amounts of the first skirt portion 11 of the packing 1 and the inner wall (inner surface) of the second skirt portion 12 to about 0.4 mm and 0.1 mm, respectively. confirmed.
[0025]
The preferred embodiment of the close contact structure between members according to the present invention has been described above. However, this is merely an example, and it is needless to say that various modifications can be made according to a specific application.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the close contact structure between members of the present invention, the following remarkable effects can be obtained. That is, in the present invention, two skirt portions having different protrusion amounts are fitted to the fitting surface of the mating mating member to obtain a double waterproof line sealing structure, and packing at the time of fitting or removing between members is performed. It is possible to prevent the packing from coming off by preventing rotation of the packing itself due to friction with the inner surface of the case. The rotation of the packing itself is also prevented more efficiently by forming a deeper recess in the recess in which the packing is held and forming a packing that conforms to the recess shape.
