Description

【0001】

The present invention relates to a pipe line sterilization and purification apparatus in a bath water circulation apparatus in which hot water cleaning is performed to clean the entire pipe line with hot water.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the conventional bath water circulation apparatus, a microbial film may adhere to the apparatus main body and the piping due to long-term use, and it is necessary to sterilize and clean the apparatus every certain period due to safety and health problems. Moreover, the method was to sterilize and wash the sterilizing agent by directly putting the sterilizing agent into the hot water in the bathtub instead of piping outside the bathtub.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Thus, in order to put the bactericide into the hot water of the bathtub, a large amount of chemicals must be used, which is uneconomical and the bathtub must be washed after using the chemicals. For this reason, the applicant has developed a device that sterilizes and cleans only the inside of the circulation pipe with hot water. In this apparatus, the main part of the circulation pipe was circulated with hot water, and this hot water was discharged outside the bathtub. That is, safety is ensured by flowing hot water to the outside so that the hot water does not hit the bather at the bathtub.
In this method, hot water is circulated and discharged in the main part of the circulation pipe, but there is a demand for a configuration that can also clean the entire circulation pipe with hot water. That is, it has been desired to periodically perform hot water sterilization cleaning on the entire circulation pipe.
[0004]

When the hot water pipe cleaning is performed, the three-way valve V is switched so as to flow from the port (4) to the port (2), and the first on-off valve V1 and the second on-off valve V2 are each switched to open. As a result, as shown in FIG. 6, in the circulation line 5, the circulation line 5 in which the circulation pump P, the heater 1, the filter 2, and the ultraviolet sterilizer 3 are disposed while the bath water is heated to a high temperature by the heater 1. And the connecting pipe 6, the sub-connecting pipe 7 provided in parallel with the closed loop 7, the pumping-side pipe 5 a, and a part of the closed loop constitute a second closed loop. Water is circulated by the operation of the circulation pump P. And after setting it as the hot water of predetermined | prescribed temperature, hot water pipe line washing | cleaning is performed for predetermined | prescribed time. In the subsequent hot water discharge mode, the flow is switched from the port (3) of the three-way valve V to the port (2), the first on-off valve V1 is closed, and the second on-off valve V2 is kept open. To do. As a result, as shown in FIG. 7, the outflow side pipe 5b and the connecting pipe 6 are circulated in the reverse direction so that hot water flows out from the pumping side pipe 5a into the bathtub 10 and the pumping side pipe. The inside of the channel 5a and the eight prefilter locations are sterilized and washed with hot water. This is completed in a predetermined time, and this time, valve control is performed so as to be similar to the normal circulation. That is, as shown in FIG. 8, the three-way valve V is switched so as to flow from the port (4) to the port (3), the first on-off valve V1 is opened, and the second on-off valve V2 is closed. As a result, the hot water still remaining in the closed loop returns to the bathtub 10 while sterilizing and washing the outflow side pipe line 5b and the nine ejection portions. With such hot water circulation, all the portions of the circulation line 5 can be sterilized and washed. That is, all water system sterilization washing can be performed.
[0010]
In the present invention, all operations including valve control are performed automatically. This configuration is configured in a block diagram as shown in FIG. That is, a central processing unit 21 (CPU) is provided, and hot water sterilization washing command means 22 for controlling the start / end of hot water pipe sterilization washing, the three-way valve V, the first on-off valve V1, and the second on-off opening / closing. Valve control means 23 for controlling switching of the valve V2, temperature sensor switching means 24 for switching control of the first temperature sensor 25 and the second temperature sensor 26, lamp control means 27, and heater control means 28 are provided. Yes. The hot water sterilization cleaning command means 22 includes a time setting unit for setting a cleaning start time for hot water cleaning in the circulation line, a time storage unit for storing the set cleaning start time and the cleaning time, A time changing unit for changing the cleaning start time and the cleaning time as appropriate; The central processing unit 21, the hot water sterilization washing command means 22, the valve control means 23, the temperature sensor switching means 24, the lamp control means 27, the heater control means 28, etc. are collectively referred to as a control unit A.
[0011]
The first temperature sensor 25 detects a desired hot water temperature (for example, 42 ° C., etc.) as bath water, and the second temperature sensor 26 is 65 ° C. to 70 ° C. or higher during hot water line cleaning. Is to detect. These two temperature sensors are switched by the temperature sensor switching means 24 in the normal operation mode and the hot water sterilization cleaning mode. The lamp control means 27 controls the ON / OFF of the UV lamp 3a. Further, the heater control means 28 controls the ON / OFF of the heater 1.
[0012]
2 and 3 are flowcharts of the hot water temperature control in the circulation pipe and control of switching commands of the three-way valve V, the first on-off valve V1, the second on-off valve V2, and the like. From the state of (1) in the flowchart, after a predetermined set time, it becomes the all-water-based hot water sterilization washing mode (see S11), switched by the temperature sensor switching means 24 (see S12), and the second temperature sensor (hot water). Type) 26 is turned ON (see S13). At this time, the heater 1 is kept on. Then, the UV lamp 3a of the ultraviolet sterilizer 3 is turned off (see S14). Then, the three-way valve V is switched from the port (4) to the port (2) by the valve control means 23 so as to change to the circulation in the pipeline (see S15), and the second on-off valve V2 is opened. Then (see S16), the first on-off valve V1 keeps its open state. Then, the bath water temperature is set based on a predetermined time considering the temperature rise from the time when the hot water sterilization cleaning mode is performed until the hot water sterilization cleaning command means 22 operates and starts the hot water pipe sterilization cleaning. Measure (see S17), and automatically detect whether or not the temperature in the circulation line 5 is a predetermined temperature (for example, 70 ° C.) via the second temperature sensor 26 (see S18) and exceed the predetermined temperature If not, the ON state of the heater 1 is maintained.
[0013]
Further, when the bath water in the pipe reaches a predetermined temperature (for example, 70 ° C.), the heater 1 is turned off (see S19). In this state, the bath water in the closed loop pipe is circulated by the pump pressure of the circulation pump P, and the hot water line sterilization cleaning operation is started. This state is as shown in FIG. At this time, although there is no valve near the pre-filter 8 of the pumping-side pipe line 5a, the heads of the six connecting pipe lines and the seven sub-connecting pipe lines of the three-way valve V are above the ten bathtub parts. Since hot water in the hot water pipe does not flow out to the outside, there is no inflow of bath water from the pumping water side pipe 5a or the prefilter 8. And from the time of the said hot water pipe line sterilization washing | cleaning operation start, the hot water sterilization washing | cleaning instruction | command means 22 operate | moves and measures the predetermined time (about 5 minutes at 70 degreeC) which carries out hot water pipe line washing | cleaning (refer S20). It is determined whether or not a predetermined time has elapsed (see S21). If the predetermined time has not elapsed, the process returns to the previous step of S18. If the predetermined time has elapsed, the hot water conduit sterilization cleaning operation is terminated, This time, the suction / exhaust unit hot water sterilization mode is set (see S22).
[0014]
First, the hot water sterilization mode is set (see S23). Then, the three-way valve V is switched from the port (3) to the port (2) by the valve control means 23 so as to change in the direction of the pumping section (see S24), and the first on-off valve V1 is closed. (See S25). At this time, the second on-off valve V2 is kept open. As a result, the outflow side pipe 5b and the connection pipe 6 are circulated in the reverse direction, and hot water flows out from the pumping side pipe 5a into the bathtub 10, and the inside of the pumping side pipe 5a and the eight prefilters. Sterilize and clean with hot water. For this hot water sterilization, the hot water sterilization washing command means 22 measures a predetermined time for the hot water sterilization (see S26) and determines whether or not this predetermined time has passed (see S27). ).
[0015]
After this, the process shifts to (2) and starts from (2) in the flowchart of FIG. If the predetermined time does not elapse, the process returns to the position before S26, and if the predetermined time elapses, the discharge portion hot water sterilization mode is set (see S28). Then, the three-way valve V is switched by the valve control means 23 from the port (4) to the port (3) and changed to the discharge side (see S29), and the first on-off valve V1 is opened ( The second opening / closing valve V2 is closed (see S31). As a result, the circulation line 5 becomes a forward circulation and sucks the bath water from the prefilter 8 side, and hot water flows out from the ejection part 9 into the bathtub 10 from the outflow side line 5b side, and the outflow side line 5b. The discharge part is subjected to hot water sterilization and washing with hot water at the inside and the nine jet parts. About this discharge part hot water sterilization washing, the hot water sterilization washing command means 22 measures the predetermined time of discharge part hot water sterilization (refer to S32), and judges whether this predetermined time has passed (refer to S33). When the predetermined time has not elapsed, the process returns to the step before S32, and when the predetermined time has elapsed, the discharge portion hot water sterilization mode is ended, and then the all-water system hot water sterilization cleaning is ended. When the process is completed, the temperature sensor is switched by the temperature sensor switching means 24 (see S35), and the first temperature sensor (normal type) 25 is turned on (S36). reference). Then, the heater 1 is turned on (see S37). The UV lamp 3a is turned on (see S38), and the state returns to (4) in the flowchart of the normal operation state from this state. Thus, the above-described drainage section hot water sterilization cleaning mode is actually the same relationship as the normal circulation operation mode, and can shift to the normal operation mode without performing valve control after a certain period of time. Also, in S34, if the above-mentioned all-water hot water sterilization cleaning is not completed, the process returns from (3) of FIG. 2 to the front of S11 via (3) of FIG.
[0016]
In the flowchart of the normal operation state of the bath water circulator, as shown in FIG. 4, it is determined whether or not the bath water circulator is driven (see S1). Is turned on (see S2), the circulation pump P is driven (see S3), the heater 1 is turned on (see S4), and the UV lamp 3a of the ultraviolet sterilizer 3 is turned on (see S5). 1 Temperature sensor (normal type) 25 is turned ON, and the bath water circulation device is driven. At that time, it is determined whether or not hot water pipe cleaning is performed (see S7), and if hot water pipe sterilization cleaning is performed, the process proceeds to (1) in the flowchart of FIG. Returning to (2) (see FIG. 2) and flowcharts (2) to (4) (see FIG. 3), the process returns to (4) in the flowchart of FIG. If it is determined that the hot water pipe sterilization cleaning is not performed, it is driven as it is, and it is determined whether or not to stop the bath water circulation device (see S7). Return to just before S2 when the power is turned on. If the bath water circulation device is not driven in S1, the process ends.
[0017]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B, the basic configuration is such that the circulation pipeline 5 is drawn with a thick line, and the connection pipeline 6 and the sub-connection pipeline 7 are drawn with relatively thin lines. FIG. 9A shows a normal operation mode, and FIG. 9B shows a hot water line sterilization washing mode. Other reference numerals and the like are the same as those in the first embodiment (FIGS. 5 to 8), and description thereof is omitted.
[0018]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 10, instead of the three-way valve V, the circuit is opened and closed in two places in the circulation line 5 near the base part near the outflow side of the connection pipe 6 and in one place in the connection pipe 6. A valve is provided. At the front and rear positions where the three-way valve V is provided, an on-off valve V 1 , an on-off valve V 2 , and an on-off valve V 3 are provided. In FIG. 10A, the same action as in FIG. 5 or FIG. 8 is performed, the on-off valve V 1 and the on-off valve V 2 are opened, and the on-off valve V 3 is closed. It is a case where the outflow side pipe line 5b and the nine jetting parts by hot water are sterilized and washed in the same manner as in normal circulation or in the same manner as in FIG. In FIG. 10B, the same action as in FIG. 6 is performed, that is, the on-off valve V 1 and the on-off valve V 3 are opened and the on-off valve V 2 is closed, and the closed loop heat is generated. This is a case of water circulation. Further, in FIG. 10C, the same action as in FIG. 7 is performed, that is, the on-off valve V 1 is closed and the on-off valve V 2 and the on-off valve V 3 are opened. The water is circulated to sterilize and clean the inside of the pumped water side pipe 5a and the eight prefilters with hot water. Since the above three on-off valves V 1 , V 2 , V 3 are opened and closed as appropriate to achieve the same operation as the three-way valve V, they are omitted in the block diagram and flowchart.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
First, in the first aspect of the invention, since the entire circulation line 5 is first performed by hot water sterilization, not only Legionella but also Cryptosporidium can be killed. Safe and hygienic. In particular, it is possible to sterilize and clean up the suction points and outflow points of the circulation line 5 with bath water that has been sterilized and washed with hot water lines. Second, since there is no possibility that the worker will come into contact with the bactericide and its drainage, the cleaning operation can be performed safely. Thirdly, if sterilization washing is performed every day, not only the occurrence of “slipping” of the circulation line 5 can be prevented, but also the cleanliness in the bathtub 10 can be sufficiently secured even if the sterilized and washed bath water is returned to the bathtub 10. There are effects such as.
[0020]
Further, in the invention of claim 2, the connecting pipe 6, the sub-connecting pipe 7, the three-way valve V, the first on-off valve V1, and the second on-off valve V2 are provided, so that the hot water pipe is sterilized and washed. Thus, there is an advantage that sterilization and cleaning can be reliably performed even at the suction point and the outflow point of the circulation pipe 5. In the invention of claim 3, by controlling the three-way valve V with three on-off valves, the same action as in claim 2 is achieved, and the suction of the circulation line 5 with bath water that has been similarly sterilized and washed with hot water pipes It is possible to sterilize and clean up places and outflow places.
[0021]
In the invention of claim 4, each valve is controlled and the temperature of hot water and bath water is controlled at a predetermined time (for example, 3:00 am at midnight) in one day or a plurality of days, and It can also automatically sterilize and clean up the suction and outflow points. By performing washing and sterilization by heat at regular intervals in this way, it can be attached to the pipeline of the bath water circulation device, and can hardly be attached to “null” that becomes a habit of germs, etc. Since sterilization cleaning is performed, there is an advantage that the bath water does not become dirty even if sterilized hot water after sterilization is flowed into the bath water. In this regard, when the batch processing is performed, a mass of “null” or the like may flow out, and the problem that the bath water is contaminated is surely solved.
