本発明は、壁面に取り付けられ、換気可能に天井板を支持する天井板支持具に関するものである。詳しくは、火災時等において、自動的に換気を停止し得る天井板支持具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
壁面に取り付けられ、換気可能に天井板を支持する天井板支持具に関する先行技術としては、特許文献1から4が存在する。
この中で、火災時等において、自動的に換気を停止し得る技術は、特許文献1及び2に開示されている。そのいずれも、熱膨張材を用いて換気通路を閉鎖(閉塞)させるものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、特許文献1及び2の場合では、熱膨張材を天井板支持具へ安定的に取付固定するために、天井板支持具に凹溝や段差部を新たに形成しなければならなかった。

一般的に防火区画では熱膨張材などにより天井板支持具の通気孔を塞ぐ必要があるが、非防火区画では塞ぐ必要はない。このため、防火区画と非防火区画が混在する現場の場合には、熱膨張材を備えた天井板支持具と、熱膨張材を備えない天井板支持具とが必要になる。この場合、上記のように熱膨張材を取付固定する天井板支持具とそうでない天井板支持具とではその形状が異なると、2つのタイプの天井板支持具を用意しなければならない。このため、保管も煩わしく、両者を混同し誤って施工してしまう可能性もあった。

また、熱膨張材を天井板支持具へ確実に固定するために、通常両面テープや接着剤を用いて貼り付け固定している。
しかし、熱膨張材に両面テープや接着剤を施して固定するという作業は、工数がかかり手間とコストアップの原因にもなっていた。

そこで、本発明は、上記事情に鑑みてなされたもので、熱膨張材を必要としない非防火区画用の天井板支持具を用いても、熱膨張材を簡易かつ確実に固定でき、火災時等において、自動的に換気を停止し得る防火区画用の天井板支持具として使用できることを目的とする。

上記目的を達成するために、第一の発明は、壁面に取り付けられ、換気可能に天井板を支持する天井板支持具であって、
上下方向から天井板を挟む支持具本体が、換気スリットを備えて、天井板下面側から天井板上面側へ通じる換気通路を形成し、
この支持具本体に熱膨張材を保持したプレート体が差し込まれ、その熱膨張材が換気通路を通る熱風によって膨張し換気通路を閉塞可能とすることを特徴とする。

起立部上端より水平に延びながら数条の換気スリットを備えるとともに、その先端を下方へ傾斜させる上面部と、

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図1は、本発明の天井板支持具の一例を示す斜視図である。
天井板支持具10は、上下方向から天井板を挟む支持具本体11と、熱膨張材40を保持したプレート体30とからなっている。ここで、支持具本体11は、これ単独で非防火区画における天井板支持具として使用することができるものである。詳しくは、次の説明の通りである。

支持具本体11は、取付孔13を備えて壁面に接する起立部12を備えている。取付孔13にはビスなどを使って、壁面に天井板支持具10を取り付けることになる。
そして、その起立部12の上端14より水平に延びながら数条の換気スリット21,21,…を備えるとともに、その先端23を下方へ傾斜させる上面部20を有する。
また、起立部12の下端15より水平に延びながら数条の換気スリット26,26,…を備えるとともに、その先端を起立させて起立部12側に天井板を載置する載置片27を備える下面部25とを有する。

そして、このプレート体30は、支持具本体11の起立部12に摺接するようにして差し込まれる。

天井板支持具10は、支持具本体11の載置部27に天井板50を載置するとともに、先端23を下方へ傾斜させる上面部20によって上下方向から挟むようにして天井板50を支持する。
なお、天井板50は、天井板支持具10へ挿入する端部51側を上方へ傾斜させて、天井板支持具10の斜め下方向から挿入する。挿入後、天井板50は他端側を持ち上げて、図2に示すように水平状態で支持される。

また、支持具本体11の起立部12に摺接するようにして差し込まれたプレート体30は、支持具本体11の上面部20の換気スリット21,21,…によって形成される細長片22を起立部12側へ折曲することで固定される。こうすることで、とくに他の部材を用いることなく、プレート体30を支持具本体11に確実に固定することが可能となる。

そして、天井板支持具10に形成された換気通路29を熱風が通ると、プレート体30に保持された熱膨張材40が破線のように膨張する。これによって、換気通路29が閉塞され、天井板支持具10は自動的に換気を停止する。

本発明によれば、プレート体という別部材を差し込むことで、熱膨張材を必要としない非防火区画用の天井板支持具を、火災時等において自動的に換気を停止し得る防火区画用の天井板支持具として提供することできる。しかも、その構造がシンプルであり、製造のコストパフォーマンスが高いものである。
