【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、ダンベルと共に箱詰めされてセット販売されるダンベル置台に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一般に、腕の筋力トレーニングに使用されるダンベルとして、図６に示すように、シャフト４の両側に円盤状のプレート５，６をナット７で取り付けたものが使用されている。このようなダンベルは、家庭用として、図５に示すように、箱８に詰められてセット販売されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、ダンベルを組立状態で安定させて置こうとすると、プレートの下部を係合させる溝を備えた置台が必要となるが、上記のようなセットでは、箱のコンパクト化の要請から、置台が付属しておらず、ダンベルを使用する際、不便を感じることがある。

そこで、この発明は、コンパクトに箱詰めできるダンベル置台を提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、この発明に係るダンベル置台は、板状体の上面両側部に組立状態のダンベルを保持する一対の係入溝を形成すると共に、板状体の下面中央部に一対の係入溝の間に挟まれた収納凹所を形成して、シャフトからプレートを取り外してダンベルを解体したとき、そのプレートを収納凹所に嵌め入れて箱詰めできるようにしたのである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の実施の形態を添付図面に基づいて説明する。

図１及び図２に示すように、このダンベル置台Ｓは、軟質プラスチックを素材とする板状体１の上面両側部に、底面が弧状となった一対の係入溝２を形成し、板状体１の下面中央部に、一対の係入溝２の間に挟まれた円形の収納凹所３を形成したものとされている。

このようなダンベル置台Ｓを使用して、図３に示すように、シャフト４の両側にプレート５，６をナット７で取り付けた組立状態のダンベルを保持するには、一対の係入溝２に大径のプレート５の下部を挿入して係合させる。このようにダンベルを置くと、ダンベルが不意に転がることがない。

また、ダンベルのセット販売に際しては、図４に示すように、箱８の底に２枚のプレート５及び２個のナット７を置き、一方のプレート５の上に重ねた小径のプレート６をダンベル置台Ｓの収納凹所３に嵌め入れ、他方のプレート５にパッド９を介してプレート６を重ね、後方の隙間にシャフト４を挿入する。

このようにダンベル及びその置台Ｓを箱８に詰め合わせると、箱８の内部のスペースを有効に利用できるので、箱８としてコンパクトなものを使用することができ、持ち運びやすく、保管時にも嵩張らない商品とすることができる。

また、ダンベル置台Ｓが緩衝性を有し、パッドを兼用するので、包装に必要なパッドが減り、開封後のごみの量を減らすことができる。

【発明の効果】
以上のように、この発明に係るダンベル置台は、板状体の上面両側部に組立状態のダンベルを保持する一対の係入溝を形成すると共に、板状体の下面中央部に一対の係入溝の間に挟まれた収納凹所を形成して、シャフトからプレートを取り外してダンベルを解体したとき、そのプレートを収納凹所に嵌め入れられるようにしたので、セット販売時にコンパクトに箱詰めでき、また、置台がパッドを兼用するので、開封後のごみの量を減らすことができる。

Claims (1)

  1. 板状体１の上面両側部に一対の係入溝２を形成して、シャフト４の両側にプレート５，６を取り付けた組立状態のダンベルを、係入溝２にプレート５の下部を挿入して係合させることにより保持できるようにすると共に、板状体１の下面中央部に、前記一対の係入溝２の間に挟まれた収納凹所３を形成して、シャフト４からプレート５，６を取り外してダンベルを解体したとき、そのプレート６を収納凹所３に嵌め入れられるようにしたダンベル置台。
