Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a liquid writing instrument. More specifically, the present invention relates to a liquid writing instrument of a type that opens a valve device by tilting a pen body by writing pressure. In the present invention, “front” refers to the pen tip side, and “rear” refers to the ink tank side.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, for example, in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-40099, a ring valve made of an elastic material is in close contact with a valve seat surface in a radial direction, and a pen body caused by writing pressure (that is, a contact force between a paper surface and a pen body during writing). There is disclosed a liquid writing instrument of the type in which the ring valve is elastically deformed in the radial direction and the valve device is opened by the tilting operation.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional liquid writing instrument, the valve device has a seal structure only in the radial direction between the ring valve and the valve seat surface. The elastic action in the radial direction gradually decreases, and the sealing performance between the ring valve and the valve seat surface is loosened. As a result, ink may leak out from the pen tip when not writing.

In addition, the conventional liquid writing instrument has a configuration in which a fulcrum for tilting the pen body is located behind the seal portion, and when the pen body tilts, a soft ring valve made of an elastic material is used as a hard valve seat. It is the structure which presses against a surface and carries out compression deformation. Therefore, even if it is possible to slightly open the seal portion by the operation of the pen body, it is difficult to open the seal portion largely. Therefore, when writing, the ink outflow from the pen tip becomes insufficient, and the handwriting often blurs.
[0005]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, maintains a sufficient sealing performance at the seal portion, there is no risk of ink leakage even in a non-use state for a long time, An object of the present invention is to provide a liquid writing instrument provided with a valve device capable of obtaining sufficient ink spillability during writing.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
[1] The present invention includes an annular first valve portion 41 that is displaceable in the radial direction in accordance with the tilting of the pen body 2 due to writing pressure, in the main body 3 between the pen body 2 and the ink tank 31. Provided with a first seal portion 4 composed of an outer peripheral portion of the first valve portion 41 and an annular first seat portion 42 which is in close contact with the radial direction, and the first valve portion is tilted by the pen body 2 by writing pressure. 41 or a liquid writing instrument 1 in which the first seat portion 42 is elastically deformed in the radial direction to open the first seal portion 4, and a main body 3 between the pen body 2 and the ink tank 31. An annular second valve portion 51 that is urged forward in the axial direction and can be retracted as the pen body 2 is retracted by writing pressure, and an annular second valve portion 51 that is in close contact with the second valve portion 51 in the axial direction. a second sealing portion 5 formed of the second seat 52 is provided, the first seat 42 and the second seat portion 52 is formed integrally with the valve 9 provided in the main body 3 the inner surface, writing time, it causes opening the first seal portion 4 by tilting of the pen body 2 by writing pressure, retracting the second valve portion 51 by the retraction of the pen body 2 by writing pressure It is a requirement that the second seal portion 5 is opened (claim 1).
[0007]
(Function)
When not writing, the first seal portion 4 (axial seal portion) and the second seal portion 5 (radial seal portion) are in a closed state. At the time of writing, first, the pen body 2 is retracted in the axial direction by the writing pressure, and accordingly, the second valve portion 51 is retracted in the axial direction against the forward urging by the spring or the like. The close state in the axial direction between the second valve portion 51 and the second seat portion 52 is released, and the second seal portion 5 opens.
[0008]
Furthermore, the pen body 2 is tilted by the writing pressure at the same time when the pen body 2 is retracted or after the pen body 2 is retracted. That is, at the same time when the second seal portion 5 is opened or after the second seal portion 5 is opened, the first valve portion 41 is displaced in the radial direction as the pen body 2 is tilted, and the first valve Due to the elastic deformation of the part 41 or the first seat part 42, a part of the first valve part 41 and the first seat part 42 in the radial close state is released, and the first seal part 4 is opened. (See FIG. 6).
[0009]
That is, when the first seal portion 4 is opened, at least the second seal portion 5 is in an open state, and the first seal portion 4 and the second seal portion 5 are opened, whereby the ink tank Ink is supplied from 31 to the pen body 2.
[0010]
Therefore, even if the seal structure of the first seal portion 4 becomes loose due to a long-term non-use state, the second valve portion 51 is forcibly urged in the axial direction by a spring or the like so that the second seat Close to the part 52. Thereby, since reliable sealing performance is obtained by the second seal portion 5, ink leakage during non-writing can be sufficiently suppressed.
The liquid writing instrument 1 according to claim 1 is provided with the valve seat 9 in which the first seat portion 42 and the second seat portion 52 are integrally formed on the inner surface of the main body 3, thereby reducing the number of parts. A simple structure that is easy to assemble can be provided at low cost.
[0011]
[2] In the liquid writing instrument 1 according to the first aspect, a support portion 6 that restricts rearward movement of the pen body 2 and serves as a fulcrum for tilting the pen body 2 is provided on the inner surface of the main body 3 (claim 2). Is preferred.
[0012]
(Function)
At the time of non-writing, the support part 6 is in a non-contact state with the pen body 2 (the locking part 21a) in the axial direction, and the first seal part 4 and the second seal part 5 are in a closed state. Then, at the time of writing, the pen body 2 is retracted by the writing pressure, the support portion 6 and the pen body 2 are in contact with each other in the axial direction, and the rearward movement of the pen body 2 is restricted. Opens in the axial direction. At the same time or after the second seal portion 5 is opened, the pen body 2 is supported in the radial direction by the support portion 6, and the first seal portion 4 is opened by the tilting of the pen body 2 due to writing pressure. Is done.
[0013]
That is, according to the above configuration (Claim 2), since the support portion 6 is configured to support the pen body 2 in the axial direction and the radial direction, at least the second seal portion 5 when the first seal portion 4 opens. Can be opened.
[0014]
The support 6 abuts the pen body 2 at least in the axial direction, and restricts rearward movement of the pen body 2. Thereby, the opening amount of the second seal portion 5 in the axial direction is restricted, and an appropriate ink outflow amount can be adjusted regardless of the magnitude of the writing pressure. Note that the axial gap L between the pen body 2 and the support portion 6 (that is, the opening amount of the second seal portion 5 in the axial direction) is an appropriate amount of ink outflow and uncomfortable in the axial direction of the pen body 2 during writing. Considering suppression of rattling, 1 mm or less (preferably 0.5 mm or less) is preferable.
[0015]
In addition, the support unit 6 supports the pen body 2 in the axial direction and restricts the rearward movement of the pen body 2, and supports the pen body 2 in the radial direction as a fulcrum for tilting the pen body 2. Since it also has a function, it is not necessary to separately provide a portion to be supported in the axial direction and a portion to be supported in the radial direction, and the whole structure can be simplified.
[0016]
[3] In the liquid writing instrument 1 according to the second aspect, it is preferable that the support portion 6 is provided in front of the first seal portion 4 (Claim 3).
[0017]
The configuration in which the support portion 6 is provided at the front position from the first seal portion 4 is the first with respect to the tilt amount of the pen body 2 as compared with the configuration in which the support portion 6 is provided at the rear side from the first seal portion 4. The radial displacement of the valve portion 41 can be increased, and by the slight tilting of the pen body 2, it is possible to obtain a sufficient opening amount (that is, ink outflow property) of the first seal portion 4.
[0018]
[4] In the liquid writing instrument 1 according to the first aspect, the first seat portion 42 is configured to be softer than the first valve portion 41, and the first seat portion 42 is disposed outside the first seat portion 42. It is preferable to provide a relief space 32 in which one seat portion 42 can be deformed radially outward (Claim 4).
[0019]
With the above configuration, the first seat 42 can be easily elastically deformed radially outward. Thereby, the first seal portion 4 can be opened for a slight tilting operation of the pen body 2 (that is, the tilting amount and the tilting power), and a sufficient ink discharge amount during writing can be secured.
[0020]
[5] In the liquid writing instrument 1 of claim 1, the valve body 8 in which the first valve portion 41 and the second valve portion 51 are integrally formed is provided on the outer surface of the rear end portion of the pen body 2. (Claim 5) is preferable.
[0021]
With the above-described configuration, the number of parts is reduced, a simple structure that is easy to assemble can be provided, and can be provided at a low cost.
