Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a flashing indicator installed on a tower leg or the like of a steel tower to display a lightning strike point, and more particularly to a reusable flashing indicator that can be used repeatedly any number of times.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a flashing indicator that displays a lightning strike point, for example, a magnetic flux generated by a lightning strike current flowing through a steel tower interlinks with an air core coil in the flashing indicator to generate an induced current, and this current causes an ignition part to be generated. By igniting and releasing the red display cloth to the outside by the explosion energy (gas pressure), it is devised so that it can be easily confirmed from a distance that a lightning strike has occurred on the steel tower.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional flash indicator having the above-described structure is not reusable due to the operation principle of igniting the ignition part at the time of a lightning strike, and must be replaced as a whole once operated.
For this reason, in areas where lightning strikes frequently, it was expensive and extremely uneconomical.
[0004]
Therefore, the present invention is intended to provide a reusable flashing indicator that can be reused, is economical, and has a simple configuration.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides:
Case and
A lid plate that is on the lower side of the case and is configured to be freely opened and closed by being pivotally supported on one side, being substantially horizontal when closed, and a state of hanging downward when opened;
One end is fixed in the case, and the other end is always pressed against the cover plate of the case by a restoring force , and a spring that biases the cover plate downward so that the cover plate of the case opens downward,
A core and a detection coil housed in a case and interlinked with magnetic flux generated by a lightning strike current;
A lightning detection circuit that is housed in the case and outputs a lightning detection signal by comparing the voltage induced in the detection coil with a reference voltage;
A starting circuit that is housed in the case and outputs a starting signal for a certain period based on a lightning detection signal;
A cam-like actuator is accommodated in a location opposite to the pivotal support side of the lid plate to keep the lid plate closed and driven by the start signal to rotate the cam-like actuator. An actuating device that opens the lid plate by moving it to disengage ,
A cloth-like lightning strike display that is attached and stored in the case with one end attached to the lid plate and a weight attached to the other end and folded on the closed lid plate;
With
During a lightning strike, the starter opens the cover plate, and the cover plate hangs downward by the spring's urging force, and the folded display body and weight are released to the outside, and the tip body is dropped to expand the display body. It is characterized by being displayed in a state.
Then, the display body released to the outside by the operation of the activation device is refolded and stored in the case, and the cam plate is rotated to lock the cover plate so that it can be used repeatedly. is there.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing the internal structure of this embodiment, and this flashing indicator is installed, for example, on a tower leg of a steel tower. Inside the case 11, a core 12 made of a magnetic material such as ferrite and a detection coil 13 wound around the core 12 are arranged. Both ends of the detection coil 13 are connected to the input side of the lightning strike detection circuit 14. .
[0007]
A lightning strike detection signal output from the lightning strike detection circuit 14 is input to an activation circuit 15 made of an electronic circuit, and a power source 17 and a relay coil 16 are connected to the activation circuit 15.
An activation device 18 such as a motor or a solenoid is connected to the power source 17 via a contact 16a of the relay coil 16, and an actuator 19 such as a cam is attached to the activation device 18.
[0008]
On the other hand, one end of the spring 20 is fixed to the partition plate 23 in the case 11, and the other end is always in pressure contact with the lid plate 22 by its own restoring force. As will be described later, one side of the cover plate 22 is supported by the bottom of the case 11 and can be opened and closed.
In addition, a display band 21 with a conspicuous color such as red is stored inside the lid plate 22 in a folded state. Here, the display band 21 which is a display body for lightning strike display is made of resin.
It should be noted that the display body is not limited to the display band 21 as shown in the drawing, and may be of other shapes, materials, and colors.
[0009]
Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
When a lightning strikes on a steel tower and a lightning current i flows in the tower leg, the magnetic flux Φ generated thereby is linked to the detection coil 13 through the core 12, so that a voltage V is induced at both ends of the coil 13. . At this time, since the detection coil 13 includes the core 12 at the center, a large induced voltage V can be obtained, and detection sensitivity and detection accuracy can be improved.
[0010]
This voltage V is input to the lightning strike detection circuit 14 and compared with a predetermined reference voltage Vr as shown in FIG. As a result, a lightning strike detection signal (pulse) as shown in FIG.
[0011]
In the starting circuit 15, as shown in FIG. 2C, a starting signal that is “High level” for a certain period T from the rising edge of the lightning strike detection signal is generated, and this signal is output to the relay coil 16. . This operation can be easily realized by a monostable multivibrator or the like.
As a result, the relay contact 16a is closed for a certain period T, so that the voltage of the power source 17 is supplied to the activation device 18, and the activation device 18 operates over the period T.
[0012]
For example, if the actuator 19 is formed in a cam shape, and the actuator 19 is rotated by the activation device 18 for a time T so that the engagement with the cover plate 22 is released, the cover plate 22 is restored to the spring 20 when a lightning strike is detected. It can be opened by force.
FIG. 3 shows a state in which the cover plate 22 is opened as viewed from the side of FIG. 1. As the cover plate 22 is opened, the display band 21 that has been folded up to that time is released to the outside, and the weight 23. It hangs down by the action of.
Therefore, even from a distance, it can be easily recognized that a lightning strike has occurred on the steel tower where the flashing indicator is installed.
[0013]
As described above, the flashing indicator of the present invention does not require the ignition operation of the ignition part. After the operation once, the display band 21 is folded back and stored inside the cover plate 22 and the actuator 19 is rotated. By moving the cover plate 22 to lock it, the state before the operation shown in FIG. 1 can be restored.
That is, since it can be used over and over again, it does not have to be replaced every time it operates by lightning as in the prior art, it is excellent in economic efficiency, and there is no complication of replacement work.
[0014]
The structure for opening the cover plate 22 by operating the activation device 18 is not limited to that shown in the figure, and is supported or engaged by the support member of the cover plate 22 in conjunction with the operation of the motor, solenoid, or the like. Any structure may be used as long as the structure is canceled.
Further, the magnitude of the lightning strike current is calculated from the magnitude of the input voltage V of the lightning strike detection circuit 14 and stored in a memory such as a RAM each time, and the content is read from the outside and printed out by a printer or digital signal. It can also be configured to transmit and display as:
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the display body (display band) is not electrically displayed by the operation of the ignition unit as in the conventional flash type flashing display, but is electrically and mechanically externally provided. Since it is a discharge method, it can be used any number of times by returning the display body into the case.
For this reason, there is no waste of replacing the entire lightning strike, and the economic efficiency can be greatly improved.
In addition, since the core is provided at the center of the detection coil as described above, it is possible to increase the detection voltage at the time of lightning strike, and it is possible to improve detection sensitivity and detection accuracy and reduce detection errors.
