【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is used in fields that require a small amount of liquid supply, such as liquid chromatography, sample supply to a chip in a chemical reaction microsystem (micro total analysis system), reagent supply to a 96-well plate, and the like. It relates to a liquid pump.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a method of supplying a small amount of liquid, it is manually performed by a micropipette that has been used for a long time. Automation of the operation of the micropipette is carried out in an automatic dispenser. In addition, there is a 96-well plate as a collection of a large number of samples, and a micro-dispensing device is used for dispensing to this plate, but a cylinder-type liquid is used for continuous supply of liquid in the micro-dispensing device. The pumping is used. In addition, conventionally used liquid chromatograph pumps use a reciprocating motion of a plunger or a cylinder.
[0003]
These liquid pumps require a mechanical drive unit using a motor and a cam. Also, the precision work for ensuring the confidentiality of the plunger and the frictional heat between the pipe wall containing the plunger. It is necessary to select a member that can withstand the generation, and it is necessary to devise a valve for continuously feeding liquid and to store a liquid for preventing pulsating flow.
[0004]
Therefore, as a drive part for reciprocating the plunger, the drive part is not a mechanical drive part using a conventional motor and cam, but the extension of the bellows generated by thermal expansion or contraction of the liquid confined in the bellows. What to do was invented. That is, as shown in FIG. 6, the liquid pump reciprocates in a linear direction corresponding to the thermal expansion / contraction of the
[0005]
Furthermore, in this type of liquid pump, without reciprocating the plunger or cylinder, the function of the valve is provided on the expanding and contracting diaphragm, and liquid feeding is performed by continuously installing three or more of these. Exists. That is, as shown in FIG. 7, the liquid pump includes a compartment 32 having a diaphragm 31 that flexibly expands and contracts by an external stimulus, and a plurality of compartment groups adjacent to each other at a certain distance. Having a cylindrical space configured to cover the diaphragm surface of the compartment group, and having a structure in contact with the surface facing the diaphragm when the diaphragm extends in the space in a first state; It is assumed that at least three microfluidic feeding devices characterized in that the diaphragm of the compartment group is sequentially expanded and contracted to feed a small amount of liquid from one end of the cylindrical space to the other end (patent) Reference 2).
[0006]
In addition, for this type of liquid pump, liquid feeding by diaphragm deformation at the time of liquid feeding by an electrostatic drive type diaphragm pump has been proposed. That is, as shown in FIG. 8, this liquid pump is provided with a

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-described conventional liquid pump has a problem in that the mechanical driving unit is used for the reciprocating motion of the plunger in the cylinder, and a precise work is required, so that the cost is high.
[0009]
Further, the conventional liquid pump has a problem that noise is generated from the mechanical drive unit and the cylinder. The generation of noise when the liquid pump is mounted on a medical device may cause a physiological load on a patient at a medical site or an obstacle to medical practice. In addition, a liquid pump without noise has been desired even in an acoustic field where it is necessary to pay great attention to noise.
[0010]
Further, in the above conventional liquid pump, in the case where the driving portion is the expansion of the bellows generated by the thermal expansion or contraction of the liquid confined in the bellows, the liquid has a very small coefficient of thermal expansion to obtain a driving force. Therefore, there is a problem that the liquid pump becomes large.
[0011]
Furthermore, in the above-described conventional liquid pump, if the diaphragm functions as a valve, and the liquid is sent by continuously installing three or more diaphragms, the mechanism becomes complicated and the diaphragm deteriorates. There was a possibility that this would occur, and there was a problem of poor durability.
[0012]
In addition, any of the above conventional liquid pumps has a problem that it is difficult to feed a very small amount of liquid in microliter units or nanoliter units due to the generation of heat or pulsating flow in the mechanical drive unit. Was.
[0013]
Accordingly, the present invention has an object to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, has a very simple mechanism, and reduces the number of parts necessary for manufacturing, and has high cost performance. It can be downsized, and the pump flow can be easily controlled, no noise is generated during operation, and even a very small amount of liquid can be sent in microliter units or even nanoliter units. The object of the present invention is to provide a liquid pump that can perform such a process.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, the liquid pump of the present invention keeps the liquid sealed in the

【The invention's effect】
The liquid pump according to the present invention is configured as described above, has a very simple mechanism, and reduces the number of parts necessary for manufacturing, so that the cost performance is high and the size is reduced. It will be possible.
[0033]
In the liquid pump of the present invention, the pump flow can be easily controlled by heating or cooling the pressure vessel.
[0034]
Furthermore, since the liquid pump of the present invention only heats or cools the pressure vessel, no noise is generated during operation.
[0035]
In addition, the liquid pump of the present invention can easily supply a very small amount of liquid in microliter units or even nanoliter units by making the diameter of the liquid flow path of the pressure vessel very small. It will be a thing.
