データ処理装置60は、次式によって心拍数BPM(beat per minute)を計算する。
【0046】
【0047】
TR(i):i番目のR波の発生時刻(秒単位)
TR(i+1):i+1番目のR波の発生時刻(秒単位)

The time difference between views is a constant value such as 1 ms determined by the view timing. Therefore, for example, the state of the heartbeat signal every 1 ms is stored. The logical value of the heartbeat signal is “1” in the portion where R occurs, and “0” in other portions. As a result, the R wave generation time can be known from the view number in which “1” is stored.
[0044]
The heart rate signal may be stored separately from the view channel plane. In this case, for example, as shown in FIG. 8, the logical value of the heartbeat signal in that view is stored in a pair with the view number. Also from such information, it is possible to know the R wave generation time from the view number in which “1” is stored.

FIG. 10 conceptually shows how to delete scan data. As shown in the figure, assuming that the interval between R waves R2 and R3 is an irregular heartbeat period, the view number v3 when the R wave R3 is generated from the scan data of the view number v2 when the R wave R2 is generated. Erase the scan data up to. By deleting the R wave as a reference in this way, it is possible to correctly delete the scan data during the irregular heartbeat period.
