Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a product display unit that is used by being placed on a product display shelf or the like installed in a store such as a convenience store or a supermarket and that facilitates automatic advancement of products.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in a convenience store, a supermarket, and the like, various kinds of products 52 are abundantly displayed on each product display shelf 51 of a product display case 50 as shown in FIG. Since the product 52 is sold from the near side, the front portion is inevitably vacated, so that a so-called advance operation is required to bring the product 52 in the back to the front. For this reason, many merchandise display shelves or merchandise display tools having various automatic or semi-automatic advance functions have been proposed. For example, there is a merchandise display unit 56 in which a large number of rollers 54 are attached to the bottom of the storage case 53 so as to be inclined downward on the door 55 side of the merchandise display case 50 (see JP-A-8-24091). In this product display unit 56, since the width dimensions of the side plates 57 and 57 having a function of partitioning the product 52 are determined, only the product 52 that matches the width dimension can be used. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare a plurality of types of product display units 56 according to the size of the product 52.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the conventional merchandise display unit 56 needs to have a plurality of types as described above, its cost is high and management is likely to be complicated. Further, since the size of the product display unit 56 is determined, the degree of freedom when changing the product display shelves 51 in the product display case 50 is low and difficult. Further, one product display unit 56 is required for each product 52, and the production cost tends to be high. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 10, while maintaining automatic advancement, according to the size of the product 52, the side plate having a function of partitioning the product 52, that is, the width dimension between the partition plates 57 a and 57 a can be freely determined, A product display unit 56a that can be positioned as it is is conceivable. However, one product display unit 56a is required for each product 52 or for each product row, as in the above-described conventional example, and the total cost tends to be high when it is adopted. In addition, since the partition plate 57a is substantially in the center, when a plurality of product display units 56a are set on the product display shelf 51 according to the size of the product 52, the rollers 54 that are not used at both ends of the set are provided. The remainder is wasted and the product display shelf 51 is occupied and becomes an empty space. In order to prevent this empty space from being generated, a product display unit half having a shape in which the product display unit 56a is divided into two parts from the partition plate 57a is required separately, and the types of components to be held or stored increase. Result.
[0004]
Therefore, the object of the present invention is to allow multiple rows of products to be placed at the same time, reduce the number of components, ensure smooth automatic advancement according to the size of the product, facilitate redesign, and prevent the generation of wasted space. Another object of the present invention is to provide a product display unit that requires fewer types of components to be owned or managed.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In such a situation, as a result of earnest examination, the inventor includes an operating mechanism that moves the product on the main body to the side defined as the product take-out site by the component force that acts due to its own weight, The advance body constitutes a product advance machine so that a plurality of rows of products can be placed thereon, and a partition plate that is detachable from the product advance machine and can be moved in parallel while being attached thereto. If it is provided, partition plates can be set according to the size of the product, it is a component with few quantities and types, maintains smooth automatic advance without being restricted by the product, generation of unused parts and generation of wasted space As a result, the present invention has been completed.
[0006]
That is, the invention according to claim 1 includes an operating mechanism for moving the product on the advancement main body to the side defined as the product take-out site by a component force caused by its own weight. A product advancer having a size on which a plurality of rows of products can be placed; and a partition plate that is detachable from the product advancer and is movable in parallel with the partition plate, The partition plate has a length that sandwiches at least one product at at least one end of the partition plate, and when the product row is sandwiched between the partition plates, the width dimension between adjacent width adjustment spacers is It is an object of the present invention to provide a product display unit provided with a width adjusting spacer which is smaller than the width dimension between the partition plates without any gap . By adopting such a configuration, if the partition plate is fitted to the front body, products are placed between the partition plates to form a plurality of rows, and the partition plate is set according to the size of each product, the top body The product can be moved to the product take-out site side along the partition plate by the operating mechanism. Further, the partition plate is slid so that the width adjusting spacer is lightly applied to the product to position the partition plate, and the distance between the partition plates in a state where the product is sandwiched is determined.
[0007]
The invention according to claim 2 provides a merchandise display unit in which the partition plate has two locking means, and the locking means is slidable in a groove provided in the product unloader. It is. By adopting such a configuration, in addition to the above function, the partition plate can be set in accordance with the size of the product on the main body by sliding the retaining plate of the partition plate into the groove and sliding it.
[0009]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a merchandise display unit in which the operating mechanism has a roller mounted on the advancement main body, and at least when used, the roller is inclined downward toward the merchandise take-out site. By adopting such a configuration, in addition to the above functions, a roller friction roller having a low coefficient of friction is employed in the operating mechanism, so that the product on the roller is easily and reliably removed by the component force caused by its own weight. [0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.
1 is a perspective view showing a component configuration of a product display unit according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a partition plate constituting the product display unit, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a state in which the product display unit is assembled. FIG. 4 and FIG. 4 are perspective views showing the usage state of the product display unit. In the figure, the commodity display unit 1 includes an operating mechanism 4 that moves the commodity 3 on the front body 2 to the side defined as the product take-out site A by a component force that acts due to its own weight, and the front body. Reference numeral 2 denotes a product advancer 5 having a size on which a plurality of rows of products 3 can be placed, and a partition plate 6 that is detachable from the product advancer 5 and that can be moved in parallel while being attached thereto. And a commodity drop prevention tool 7 provided in the vicinity of the commodity take-out site A to prevent the commodity 3 from falling.
[0015]
The front body 2 has two elongated side plates 10 and 11, and a side plate 12 positioned on the product take-out site A side and a side plate 13 on the opposite side are attached to both ends thereof. The three intermediate plates 14, 15 and 16 are passed in parallel with the side plates 10 and 11. The side plates 12 and 13 have a length sufficient for arranging a plurality of rows of products 3, and between these side plates 10 and the intermediate plate 14, between the intermediate plate 14 and the intermediate plate 15, the intermediate plate Between the intermediate plate 16 and the side plate 11, the actuating device 4, that is, a large number of rollers 17 are rotatably mounted between the intermediate plate 16 and the intermediate plate 16. Therefore, if the product advancer 5 is tilted, for example, to the side defined as the product take-out site A or B, a plurality of rows of the products 3 on the many rollers 17 are constantly working due to their own weight. Due to the force, the product moves to the product takeout site A or B side. In this case, the inclination angle can be determined according to the form of the product 3, which is convenient.
Note that, as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 3, the advancement main body 2 itself may be inclined in advance toward the product takeout site A, and in this case, the labor of inclining each time during use can be saved. Further, the side plate 10 of the front body 2 is provided with an engagement hole 10a for connecting the product advancers 5 to each other, and the side plate 11 is provided with an engagement piece 10b connected to the engagement hole 10a. By inserting the engagement piece 10b into the engagement hole 10a having the structure, the product unloader 5 can be connected to each other.
[0016]
Further, members 18 and 19 having a substantially U-shaped cross section extend to the lower ends of the side plates 12 and 13 of the lead-out main body 2 to form L-shaped grooves 20 and 21. The partition plate 6 is fitted in the grooves 20 and 21. The partition plate 6 is shown in the third position from the right in FIG. 2, but the basic configuration is that the retaining plate 23 is provided on at least one end of the flat plate 22. In FIG. 2, the other end is provided with a latch 24, but in this case, it is convenient to move smoothly when moving in parallel. The partition plate 6a of the embodiment of FIG. 1 is provided with the latches 23 and 24 at both ends of the flat plate 22, and further provided with the above-mentioned commodity drop prevention device 7 at the upper part thereof, and in addition, the flat plate 22 on the latch 23 side. The end portion is provided with a width adjusting spacer 30 which will be described in detail later. Accordingly, the latches 23 and 24 at both ends of the partition plate 6 a are fitted into the L-shaped grooves 20 and 21 of the product advancer 5, the partition plate 6 a is slid, and the product 3 using the width adjusting spacer 30. The product 3 can be moved to the product take-out site A side by determining the distance between the partition plates 6a that is convenient for the product, but the product 3 can be prevented from falling by the product drop prevention tool 7 on the upper side of the latch 23.
[0017]
Further, the partition plate 6 has various forms as shown in FIG. 2, and the fourth partition plate 6b from the right is provided at both ends of the product row on the product unloader 5, and is provided at the left end and the right end. For example, when the width adjusting spacer 30 is employed, the flat plate 22 is provided at both ends. The second partition plate 6c from the right is configured such that the fall prevention latches 25 and 26, in which the commodity fall prevention tool 7 and the latches 23 and 24 are integrated at both ends of the flat plate 22, are separated from the flat plate 22. These fall prevention latches 25 and 26 are inserted into both ends of the flat plate 22. The rightmost partition plate 6 d is obtained by replacing the flat plate 22 of the partition plate 6 c with a round bar 27. The partition plate 6 may be provided with a width adjusting spacer 30 at one end or both ends of the flat plate 22, and the partition plates 6 c and 6 d have a width at one or both of the fall prevention latches 25 and 26. An adjustment spacer 30 may be provided. Further, like the partition plate 6e, the latches 24 may not be at one end or both ends of the flat plate 22, but may be in the middle (see FIG. 6). The partition plate 6e may be an end portion of the flat plate 22 on the latch plate 23 side. A width adjusting spacer 30 may be provided on the surface.
[0018]
The width adjusting spacer 30 is best positioned at the end of the partition plate 6 on the product take-out site A or B side, and the width adjusting spacer 30 having a depth length of at least one product is provided on the flat plate 22. This is because the dimensions differ depending on the type of the product 3. In order to determine the optimum distance between the partition plates 6 and position the product unloading machines 5, at least one product 3 must be sandwiched by the width adjusting spacer 30. It must be. In addition, the thickness of the width adjusting spacer 30 is such that the product 3 on the large number of rollers 17 is the smoothest product take-out site A or the space between the partition plates 6 without the width adjustment spacer 30 and the product 3. It is determined by whether or not it moves to B. That is, the thickness of the width adjusting spacer 30 is determined based on experiments and empirical rules for various products. The width adjusting spacer 30 may be configured to be detachable from the end of the flat plate 22 on the product takeout site A side. When the width adjusting spacer 30 is configured in this way, it is convenient to provide the width adjusting function to the product advancer without the width adjusting function.
[0019]
Next, a method of using the product display unit 1 having the above configuration will be described.
First, a necessary number of commodity advancers 5, a necessary number of partition plates 6a in which width adjusting spacers 30 are integrally formed, and a partition plate 6b used at the end are prepared. Next, the partition plate 6a is fitted into the grooves 20 and 21 of the commodity advancer 5, and the partition plate 6b is also fitted as necessary. In this state, the product unloader 5 is placed and stored in the product display shelf 51 in the product display case 50 as shown in FIG. 9 so that the product takeout part A or B is located on the door 55 side, And tilt. Then, as shown in FIG. 4, the product 3 is placed on the roller 17 between the partition plates 6 a on the product dispenser 5, the partition plate 6 a is slid and the product 3 is moved by both width adjusting spacers 30. Position in a lightly applied state and set the partition plate 6a. Further, if it is desired to arrange the products 3, the partition plates 6a may be sequentially added and set in the same manner as described above. If the product unloader 5 is insufficient, the engagement of the additional product unloader 5 to the engagement hole 10a. The product unloader 5 may be connected by inserting the combined piece 10b or by inserting the engagement piece 10b into the engagement hole 10a of the additional product unloader 5. Note that the partition plates 6b may be finally positioned at both ends. Then, when the product 3 is put in the product row formed between the partition plates 6a shown in FIG. 5 until the product 3 is filled, and the product 3 is taken out in this state, the width dimension between each width adjusting spacer 30 and the partition plate 6a. X is approximately equal to the width Y of the product 3, the width Z between the partition plates 6a is slightly larger than the width of the product 3 (X≈Y <Z), and the distance between the partition plates 6a is optimal for automatic advancement. Therefore, the subsequent product 3 is guided by the partition plate 6a in the section without the width adjusting spacer 30, and moves until the top product 3 hits the product fall prevention tool 7 in the direction of arrow C.
[0020]
FIG. 6 shows a product display unit 1a according to another embodiment of the present invention. The difference from the product display unit 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 to 5 is that the locking plate 24 of the partition plate 6e is a flat plate 22. Since it is in the intermediate portion, the groove 21 of the product advancer 5a is in the intermediate portion of the advancement main body 2a accordingly. Therefore, the product drop prevention tool 7 is not required, and the width adjusting spacer 30 is provided in the product take-out site A. There is no point at the end of the flat plate 22 on the side. This is a rib-like sliding member 32 provided on the upper plate 31 stretched on the take-out main body 2b, and further, there is no width adjusting spacer 30 at the end of the partition plate 6f on the commodity take-out site A side. The rib-shaped sliding material 32 is not particularly limited, but other sliding materials such as a planar sliding material may be used, and it is needless to say that the friction coefficient μ is as close to zero as possible. Therefore, if a rib-like sliding material 32 having a friction coefficient μ equivalent to the rolling friction of the large number of rollers 17 in the product unloading machine 5 is selected, the rib-like sliding is performed even at the same inclination angle as that of the product unloading machine 5. The product 3 on the material 32 moves to the product takeout site A side in the same manner by a component force that always works due to its own weight. There is an advantage that a large number of rollers 17 are not required. Since other configurations and operations are substantially the same as those of the embodiment of FIGS. 1 and 3 to 5, the reference numerals are given to the drawings and the description thereof is omitted.
[0022]
FIG. 8 shows a product display unit 1c according to another embodiment of the present invention. The difference between the product display unit 1c and the product display unit 1 shown in FIG. 1 and FIGS. The L-shaped member 33 is further extended to the outside of the U-shaped member 18 to form a groove 34, and the commodity drop prevention device 7 a, which is a transparent long plate, is fitted into the groove 34. There is no merchandise drop prevention tool 7 at the product take-out site A side end of the plate 6g, and there is no width adjusting spacer 30. Since other configurations and operations are substantially the same as those of the embodiment of FIGS. 1 and 3 to 5, the reference numerals are given to the drawings and the description thereof is omitted.
[0023]
As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described, a specific structure is not limited to this, The change and addition in the range which does not deviate from the summary of this invention are in the scope of this invention.
[0024]

Can move. Therefore, in addition to the above effects, the product on the roller is constantly moving toward the product takeout site, so if the previous product is taken out, the next product will immediately move to the product takeout site and perform the advance work. You can easily take out the products one after another.
[0028]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, since the sliding mechanism having a sliding friction with a small friction coefficient is adopted as the operating mechanism, the product on the sliding material is easily and surely moved to the product take-out site side by the component force caused by its own weight. it can. Therefore, in addition to the above effect, even if a sliding material is adopted, the product on it always tries to move to the product takeout site side, and if the previous product is taken out, the next product will immediately move to the product takeout site, Products can be taken out easily one after another without the need for advance work.
[0029]
According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, the commodity advancer can be sequentially connected as necessary. Therefore, in addition to the above effects, it is possible to deal with large-sized and different-size product display cases.
[0030]
According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, the product that has reached the product take-out site does not fall from the top of the main body by the product fall prevention tool provided on the partition plate. Therefore, in addition to the above effects, a simple integrated configuration can prevent injuries and product damage due to product dropping with a small number of components.
[0031]
According to the eighth aspect of the present invention, the product that has reached the product take-out site does not fall from the top of the main body even by the product fall prevention tool provided on the front body.
