Claims (6)
- 複数の測定電極を備えた細胞外電位測定プローブであって、
複数の貫通孔を有する区画枠と、
複数の前記測定電極が一表面に配置され、前記測定電極を取り囲むように筒状部材が前記一表面に配置された、非導電性材料から成る電極基板とを備え、
前記貫通孔の開口部が位置する前記区画枠の一方の表面が、前記筒状部材によって囲まれた前記電極基板上の領域に、複数の前記貫通孔の少なくとも一部が複数の前記測定電極の一部を取り囲むように密着され、
前記貫通孔内に培養液が注入された場合に該培養液と接触する前記貫通孔の内壁部分が導電性材料で形成され、
前記培養液と接触する前記貫通孔の前記内壁部分を参照電極として、前記測定電極の電位が測定されることを特徴とする区画アレイ型細胞外電位測定プローブ。 - 前記区画枠の全体が導電性材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の区画アレイ型細胞外電位測定プローブ。
- 前記区画枠が非導電性材料で形成され、
前記区画枠の表面がめっき処理され、又は、前記区画枠の表面に導電性塗料が塗布若しくは吹き付けされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の区画アレイ型細胞外電位測定プローブ。 - 複数の前記貫通孔の前記開口部の形状及び面積がそれぞれ同じであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかの項に記載の区画アレイ型細胞外電位測定プローブ。
- 複数の前記貫通孔の前記開口部の形状がそれぞれ同じであり、
複数の前記貫通孔の内、一部の貫通孔の面積が、所定の貫通孔の開口部の面積を基準として、略等比数列で変化していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかの項に記載の区画アレイ型細胞外電位測定プローブ。 - 前記筒状部材が円筒形状であり、
複数の前記測定電極が、相互に所定の間隔で前記電極基板上に配置され、
前記区画枠が、
前記筒状部材に略内接する大きさの、略直方体の格子形状であり、
粘着性撥水材料を使用して前記一側表面上に密着されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかの項に記載の区画アレイ型細胞外電位測定プローブ。
