【0001】

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a fixed barrel steamer used in a steaming process in a green tea processing process, and more particularly, a leaf barrel in a fixed barrel steamer that can reliably prevent the adhesion of steamed leaves to leaf leaves. Concerning structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a leaf-cracking structure of a steaming machine disposed in a steaming process is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-168364. The leaf-cracking structure of the steaming machine is provided so that a saray hand (referred to as leaf-crawl) formed in a plate shape is rotated (tilted) in the rotational direction at the tip of the saray limb. Is bent in the rotational direction to provide a rake angle.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in this leaf-cracking structure, the leaf-crab is formed in a single plate shape, and when the leaf-crab reaches the upper part in the rotational direction, the entire leaf-crab is tilted in the rotational direction by its own weight. For this reason, there is a problem that steamed leaves are likely to adhere to the leaf crabs themselves and it is difficult to perform effective leaf cutting treatment.
[0004]
That is, the steamed leaves thrown into the fixed drum are scooped up from the lower part of the fixed drum by rotating leaf crushing, and the scooped steamed leaves are thrown off at the upper part of the fixed drum, thereby performing the leaf cutting process. However, if steamed leaves are in close contact with the surface of the plate-like leaf scoop when scooping up, simply tilting the whole leaf scissor and tilting it will not change the state of the steamed leaf in contact with the surface. Dropping becomes difficult. As a result, the leaf cutting process is further carried out by leafing with the steamed leaves attached, making it difficult to perform an effective leaf cutting process.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the invention according to claim 1 is to provide a fixed barrel capable of easily preventing the attachment of steamed leaves to leaf leaves and easily performing effective leaf cutting processing. The object is to provide a leaf-cracking structure in a steam-sealed steam processor. In addition to the object of the invention of claim 1, the object of the invention of claim 2 is a fixed barrel type that can more reliably prevent adhesion of steamed leaves to leaf scissors and simplify the construction of leaf scissors. In addition to the object of the invention of claim 2, the object of the invention of claim 3 is to provide a leaf-cracking structure in a steamed leaf processing machine. The object is to provide a leaf-cracking structure in a fixed barrel steamer. In addition to the object of the invention described in claim 2 or 3, the object of the invention described in claim 4 is to prevent the sandwiching between the steamed leaf leaf and the fixed barrel, thereby further effective leaf cutting. An object of the present invention is to provide a leaf-cracking structure in a fixed barrel steamer that can perform processing.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the invention according to claim 1 of the present invention is a fixed barrel type steaming machine for removing moisture from steamed steam supplied from a steamer by a fixed barrel and rotating leaf crawler. Has a plurality of fingers arranged at predetermined intervals at the tip of the scooping arm fixed to the main shaft, and a part of the fingers can tilt in the rotation direction of the fixing cylinder It is characterized by being.
[0007]
By configuring in this way, the steamed leaves thrown into the fixed barrel from the steamer are scooped up from the lower part (bottom) of the fixed barrel by the rotation of the leaf scissors through the leaf arm by the rotation of the main shaft. It is thrown off from the top. At the top of this steamed leaf, the leaf crawling is formed with a plurality of fingers, and some of the fingers can tilt in the direction of rotation of the fixed barrel. Even if it is, the steamed leaves are shaken off by the tiltable finger , and the adhesion of the steamed leaves to the leaf claw is surely prevented.
[0008]
Further, the invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that the leaf scissors have three fingers, and the center finger or the fingers on both sides of the fingers exceeds the vertical line at the upper part of the fixed torso and rotates in its own weight. It is characterized by tilting to By configuring in this way, the leaf crawling is formed with three fingers, and when the tiltable finger exceeds the vertical line at the upper part of the fixed torso, its own weight tilts in the rotation direction. Even if it sticks in between, the tilting of the middle finger or the fingers on both sides will cause the steamed leaves to be shaken off, preventing sticking of the steamed leaves to the leaflets more reliably and reducing the number of fingers. It is possible to simplify the leaflet configuration by setting the optimum number .
[0009]
The invention according to claim 3 is characterized in that, among the three fingers, the shape of the central finger is different from that of the fingers on both sides, and at least one of them is formed in a blade shape. With this configuration, the middle finger or the fingers on both sides of the three fingers crawling are formed in a wing shape. Scooped up for more effective leaf processing.
[0010]
The invention described in claim 4 is characterized in that, of the three fingers, at least one of the central finger and the fingers on both sides has a clearance angle portion bent at a predetermined angle in the counter-rotating direction. By configuring in this way, the middle finger or the fingers on both sides of the three fingers have a relief angle portion with respect to the steamed leaf, so that when steaming the scooping up of the steamed leaf, the steamed leaf is sandwiched between the fixed barrel. And more effective leaf processing can be performed.
[0011]

[0017]
According to the leaf scissors 7, when the main shaft 5 is rotated by the drive unit 4, as shown in FIG. 2, the leaf scissors 7 are rotated in the direction of the arrow a through the leaf scissors arm 8 fixed to the main shaft 5, The steamed leaves T housed in the lower part (bottom part) of the fixed barrel 3 are scooped up. At this time, the leaf scooping 7 is in a scooping state (indicated by a solid line in FIG. 4) in which the tilting portion 14 of the finger 12 is in contact with the clearance angle portion 15 and extends in the axial direction of the scooping arm 8. In this state, the steamed leaves T are scooped up by the flat-shaped tilting portion 14 and the relief angle portion 15 of the two rod-like fingers 10 and 11 and the finger 12, and the tilting portion 14 and the relief angle portion of the finger 12 having different angles from each other. 15, for example, the steamed leaves T are agitated, and the steamed leaves T are scooped up in a good state.
[0018]
Then, when the leaf scoop 7 rotates while scooping up the steamed leaves T and reaches the position slightly above the vertical direction at the upper portion of the fixed barrel 3, the tilting portion 14 of the finger 12 tilts in the direction of the arrow B due to its own weight. . In addition, the tilting part 14 of the finger 12 maintains the scooping state until it exceeds the vertical line, and the steamed leaves T are thrown down below the fixed barrel 3 by the rotating operation. When the steamed leaves T are agitated or left untreated by the rotation of the leaf crabs 7, the moist steamed leaves T may adhere to the leaf scissors 7. The attached steamed leaves T are crumpled as follows. It is shaken off from 7.
[0019]
That is, as described above, the steamed leaves T are thrown off while being stirred by the rotating leaf scissors 7, but when the leaf scissors 7 reach the upper portion of the fixed barrel 3, the steamed leaves T are attached to the leaf scissors 7. In this case, since the tilting portion 14 of the finger 12 tilts in the direction of the arrow B when the leaf scissors 7 exceed the vertical line, a step is generated at a position in the rotational direction A of the adjacent fingers 10 to 12, thereby causing the leaf scooping. 7, the steamed leaves T adhering between the fingers 10-12 are peeled off from the fingers 10-12.
[0020]
At this time, the leaf scissors 7 are formed with the three fingers 10 to 12 and the tilting portion 14 is provided on the central finger 12, so that the steamed leaves T attached between the fingers 10 to 12 The fingers 10 and 11 on both sides are formed in a rod shape that is difficult for the steamed leaves T to adhere thereto, the shapes of the adjacent fingers 10 to 12 are made different, and the dimension interval is set to a predetermined value. Thus, the steamed leaves T adhering to the fingers 10 to 12 in the tilted state of the finger 12 can be substantially eliminated.
[0021]
Then, the tilting portion 14 of the finger 12 of the scissors 7 that has tilted in the direction of arrow B when the vertical line is exceeded tilts in the direction opposite to the arrow B as the scooping arm 8 rotates in the direction of arrow A, and When it reaches the lower part, it comes into contact with the clearance angle part 15 and is set to the scooping state again. By repeating this operation, the steamed leaves T in the fixed barrel 3 are subjected to leaf cutting processing (steamed leaf processing) by the leaf claw 7 and the fixed barrel 3.
[0022]
Thus, according to the steamed leaf processing apparatus 1 of the above embodiment, the leaf scissors 7 are formed by the three fingers 10 to 12 and the tilting portion 14 and the relief angle portion 15 are formed on the central finger 12. Therefore, when the leaf scissors 7 exceed the vertical line at the upper part of the fixed barrel 3, the tilting portion 14 can be automatically tilted by a predetermined angle in the rotational direction A as shown by the arrow B, and the three fingers 10 to 10 can be tilted. The steamed leaves T adhering between the twelve can be reliably shaken off.
[0023]
In particular, the fingers 10 and 11 on both sides of the three fingers 10 to 12 are formed in a rod shape to which the steamed leaf T is difficult to adhere, and the rod-shaped fingers 10 and 11 have a predetermined interval and a shape. Since the finger 12 having the different tilting portions 14 is provided, it is possible to more reliably prevent the steamed leaves T from adhering to the leaf scissors 7 themselves as compared with the conventional leaf scissors formed in a flat plate shape.
[0024]
Further, since the finger 12 of the leaf scoop 7 is provided with a substantially plate-like tilting portion 14 and a clearance angle portion 15, the steamed leaf T in the fixed barrel 3 is scooped up with stirring by the tilting portion 14 and the clearance angle portion 15. It is possible to perform a good scooping operation and a throw-off operation, and the escape angle portion 15 can prevent the steamed leaf T from being caught between the outer peripheral edge of the leaf scoop 7 and the fixed barrel 3. .
[0025]
From these things, it is possible to easily perform the effective leaf cutting process on the steamed leaves T introduced into the fixed barrel 3, and to provide the steamed leaves T of stable and good quality in the next roughing process. It becomes possible to supply. Furthermore, since the number of fingers 10 to 12 is three, the number of fingers is not small and many, and it can be set to an optimum number that provides a good leafing action. The structure of itself can also be simplified.
[0026]
6 and 7 show another embodiment of leaf sheeting according to the present invention, FIG. 6 is a plan view thereof, and FIG. 7 is a sectional view taken along line BB of FIG. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and demonstrated to the same site | part as the said Example. The feature of the leaf scoop 7 of this embodiment is that the three fingers 20 to 22 are each formed in a rod shape, and the central finger 22 is tilted and bent so as to have a clearance angle α. That is, a pair of finger mounting plates 23 are fixed to the mounting plate 13, and the fingers 22 are tiltably mounted on the finger mounting plates 23 via pins 17 and the like, and the tilting range of the fingers 22 is restricted between the finger mounting plates 23. A pair of stopper pins 24 and 25 are fixed.
[0027]
According to this leaf scoop 7, when the finger 22 abuts on the stopper pin 24, the scooping position shown by the solid line in FIG. 7 is reached, and when the finger 22 abuts on the stopper pin 25, the tilting position shown by the two-dot chain line is obtained. By the tilting operation of the finger 22, the steamed leaves T attached between the fingers 20 to 22 can be shaken off, and the same effect as the above embodiment can be obtained. Since the shape of the rod is simplified, the effects such as the ability to form the leaf 7 more inexpensively can be obtained. In this embodiment, the shape of the leaf arm 8 is different from the above embodiment, but it is of course possible to have the same configuration.
[0028]
In each of the above embodiments, the leaf scissors 7 are formed with three fingers, and the central finger is formed to be tiltable, but the present invention is not limited to this, for example, the central finger is fixed, The fingers on both sides can be tilted, or the clearance angle α can be provided not on the tiltable finger but on a fixed finger. Further, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the finger 12 having the tilting portion 14 and the clearance angle portion 15 is provided on both sides, the rod-like finger is provided in the central portion, and the three fingers 10 to 12 are all formed in a blade shape. You can also
[0029]
Further, in the above embodiment, the leaf scissors 7 are formed by three fingers. However, for example, two fingers or four or more fingers are formed, and at least one (preferably every other) finger can be tilted. It can also be formed. In addition, the overall shape such as the finger bar shape and blade shape, the clearance angle α, the tilting mechanism, etc. in the above embodiment are merely examples, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the inventions related to the present invention. it can.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the leaf crest is formed by a plurality of fingers, and some of the fingers can tilt in the rotation direction of the fixed cylinder. Even if steamed leaves are attached between them, the steamed leaves can be shaken off with a finger that tilts, and it is possible to reliably prevent the steamed leaves from adhering to the leaf crawling. It is possible to easily carry out effective leaf processing of steamed leaves.
[0031]
Further, according to the invention described in claim 2, in addition to the effect of the invention described in claim 1, the leaf crawling is formed by three fingers, and when the tiltable finger exceeds the vertical line at the upper part of the fixed torso, Since it tilts in the direction of rotation due to its own weight, even if steamed leaves adhere between each finger, the steamed leaves can be shaken off by tilting the center finger or the fingers on both sides. It is possible to more reliably prevent the adhesion of steamed leaves, and to simplify the leaf-cracking configuration such that the number of fingers can be set to an optimum number .
[0032]
Further, according to the invention described in claim 3, in addition to the effect of the invention described in claim 2, since the central finger or the fingers on both sides of the three fingers are formed in a blade shape, The steamed leaves at the lower part of the fixed barrel can be surely scooped up or thrown off with the blade-shaped fingers, and more effective leaf processing can be performed.
[0033]
According to the invention described in claim 4, in addition to the effect of the invention described in claim 2 or 3, the middle finger or the fingers on both sides of the three fingers have a relief angle portion with respect to steamed leaves. When scooping up the leaves, the steamed leaves are not sandwiched between the fixed barrel and the effect of enabling more effective leaf cutting treatment is obtained.
